为了了解阿维菌素和哒螨灵对土耳其斯坦叶螨Tetranychus turkestani Ugarov et Nikolski实验种群的亚致死效应, 为新疆土耳其斯坦叶螨的综合防治提供理论依据, 我们在室内通过叶碟饲养的方法, 利用生命表技术研究了阿维菌素和哒螨灵亚致死剂量对土耳其斯坦叶螨实验种群成螨和卵的影响。结果表明: 阿维菌素和哒螨灵LC20、LC10剂量处理成螨后, 可使成螨的产卵量、平均寿命和卵孵化率显著降低; 卵期、幼螨期、若螨期和产卵前期明显延长, 而成螨期和雌螨寿命又明显低于对照; 对次代种群的影响表现在净生殖率(R0)、 周限增长率(λ)降低、生存率和平均每雌日产卵率明显降低, 内禀增长率(rm)由0.37降低至0.17~0.29, 平均世代历期(T)除阿维菌素LC20处理时长于对照外, 其他处理均低于对照, 种群倍增时间(Dt)延长。两种药剂亚致死剂量处理卵后, 内禀增长率(rm)由0.32降低至0.11~0.22, 净生殖率(R0)降低, 平均世代历期(T)和周限增长率(λ)降低, 而种群加倍时间(Dt)增长; 幼螨期、若螨期和产卵前期明显长于对照, 成螨期和雌螨寿命显著低于对照; 生存率和平均每雌日产雌率明显降低。这些结果证明, 在亚致死剂量下, 阿维菌素和哒螨灵能够降低土耳其斯坦叶螨种群的发育速率, 这对土耳其斯坦叶螨的综合防治策略的制定有积极意义。  相似文献

【目的】研究有机磷杀虫剂毒死蜱对飞蝗体内细胞色素P450的影响。【方法】采用酶活力测定法和实时定量PCR技术分别研究了毒死蜱3种亚致死剂量(LD_(10)、LD_(30)和LD_(50))处理飞蝗3龄幼虫24 h后,体内细胞色素P450酶活性及CYP409A1和CYP408B1基因表达量的变化。【结果】不同亚致死剂量毒死蜱处理引起细胞色素P450活性显著性降低,分别为对照组的0.68、0.50和0.62倍。同时通过mRNA水平表达的差异比较显示,飞蝗的两个P450基因CYP409A1和CYP408B1的表达受到抑制,均出现表达量减少的现象。【结论】某些细胞色素P450基因表达受不同亚致死剂量毒死蜱的抑制而使酶的量被降低,从而造成飞蝗整体细胞色素P450酶活性的下降。  相似文献

【目的】在实验室条件下,研究亚致死剂量吡虫啉对意大利蜜蜂 Apis mellifera ligustica 中肠细菌群落的影响,以期为杀虫剂的生物安全性评价体系提供理论依据。【方法】分别用3种不同浓度(0.005, 0.015 和0.045 mg/L)的吡虫啉蔗糖溶液以及含丙酮(0.03%)的糖水(空白对照)在实验室内饲喂刚出房的意大利蜜蜂,在饲喂3, 6, 9, 12和15 d时分别取样。提取中肠细菌基因组DNA,采用下一代高通量测序技术对4个处理组蜜蜂中肠细菌群落进行检测分析。【结果】细菌序列分析表明,意大利蜜蜂中肠细菌主要属于变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes),同一时间内各处理组间主要细菌数量差异不显著(P>0.05),同时细菌群落多样性指数差异也不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】在实验室条件下亚致死剂量吡虫啉对意大利蜜蜂中肠细菌群落结构影响不显著。  相似文献

用分别添加0-5%(干重比)棉酚、烟碱、番茄苷和辣椒素4种植物次生物质的人工饲料饲养烟青虫Helicoverpa assulta和棉铃虫H. armigera 5龄幼虫48 h,测定这些次生物质对烟青虫和棉铃虫的营养效应和中肠谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)及羧酸酯酶(CarE)活性的影响。结果表明:在实验浓度下,棉酚可显著降低烟青虫的相对消化率,但对棉铃虫却有助食作用;番茄苷抑制烟青虫的取食和生长,对其近似消化率和食物利用率也有显著的抑制作用,但食物转化率有明显升高,对棉铃虫的各营养指标无显著影响;烟碱对烟青虫和棉铃虫的相对生长率均无影响;辣椒素使烟青虫的取食量有大幅度的提高,对棉铃虫的取食量无影响,但引起其相对消化率的提高。由此可见,棉铃虫对4种次生物质有普遍的适应性,而烟青虫只对寄主植物所含的烟碱和辣椒素有较好的适应性。烟青虫和棉铃虫幼虫中肠CarE活性不受4种次生物质的影响,烟碱和辣椒素对烟青虫GST有显著的诱导作用,番茄苷对烟青虫GST活性则有抑制作用,4种次生物质对棉铃虫GST均无显著影响。  相似文献

为了阐明草地螟Loxostege sticticalis大发生种群幼虫取食行为特征, 在室内条件下(温度22±1℃, 相对湿度70%)对不同幼虫密度[1, 10, 30头/瓶(650 mL)]饲养草地螟幼虫的食物利用率及消化酶活性进行了研究。结果表明: 幼虫中等(或高)密度对草地螟幼虫相对中肠重量、 相对取食量、 粪便干重、 食物利用率和近似消化率及总蛋白酶和亮氨酸氨肽酶活性影响显著。幼虫相对中肠重量以10头/瓶的幼虫密度最大, 1头/瓶的幼虫密度最小。随着幼虫密度的增加, 幼虫相对取食量和粪便干重增加, 而虫体干重减轻, 幼虫食物利用率降低。幼虫密度30头/瓶的幼虫相对取食量和粪便干重显著高于1和10头/瓶的, 而30头/瓶的幼虫食物利用率显著低于1头/瓶的。幼虫近似消化率随幼虫密度的逐渐增加而显著降低。幼虫密度10头/瓶的幼虫总蛋白酶和亮氨酸氨肽酶的活性显著高于1和30头/瓶的, 而淀粉酶的活性受幼虫密度影响不显著。随幼虫密度的增加, 幼虫相对中肠重量与总蛋白酶和亮氨酸氨肽酶活性变化趋势较为一致, 消化酶活性的变化可能与相对中肠重量大小有关。因此, 幼虫密度是影响草地螟幼虫取食行为的重要因子, 这些结果为阐明草地螟大发生种群与一般种群的为害特征提供了重要理论依据。  相似文献

【目的】探讨溴氰虫酰胺对甜菜夜蛾 Spodoptera exigua (Hübner)的亚致死效应,为甜菜夜蛾的综合防治和溴氰虫酰胺的合理使用提供理论依据。【方法】采用饲料混毒法,测定溴氰虫酰胺对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫的毒力,确定其亚致死剂量(LC10和LC25),并分别用该亚致死剂量处理甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫,研究其对甜菜夜蛾的生长发育和体内3种解毒酶活性的影响。【结果】以LC10 和LC25剂量处理甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫后,幼虫生长受到显著抑制,虫重抑制率分别为11.55%和27.68%;LC10和LC25处理组3龄幼虫到化蛹天数分别比对照组延长0.07和0.20 d;化蛹率显著低于对照组(80.93%),分别为63.89%和49.43%;成虫寿命显著缩短1.11 d和2.08 d;单雌产卵量和卵孵化率也低于对照组。亚致死剂量溴氰虫酰胺处理甜菜夜蛾幼虫后24-96 h,羧酸酯酶活性和谷胱甘肽-S转移酶活性表现出相似的变化趋势,呈先激活升高、后被抑制降低;而多功能氧化酶活性在药剂处理48 h和72 h均受到不同程度的抑制作用,这种抑制作用与浓度成正比。【结论】亚致死剂量的溴氰虫酰胺对甜菜夜蛾的生长发育有显著抑制作用,对其幼虫体内解毒酶活性也有不同程度的抑制作用。  相似文献

为了明确氯虫苯甲酰胺亚致死剂量对螟黄赤眼蜂Trichogramma chilonis Ishii寄生功能及主要解毒酶活性的影响,在实验室条件下观察氯虫苯甲酰胺处理后的螟黄赤眼蜂生长发育和寄生状况,并使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定了解毒酶活性。结果表明经氯虫苯甲酰胺处理后,螟黄赤眼蜂子代的羽化率从91.59%降至84.49%,发育历期由11.19 d缩短至9.92 d。螟黄赤眼蜂子代寄生卵数和寄生率均有不同程度的降低,其中子代寄生率在26.67%~38.00%。细胞色素P450酶活性和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的酶活性均显著高于对照,其中细胞色素P450酶活性增加了19.23%,谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性增加了33.75%。氯虫苯甲酰胺对细胞色素P450和谷胱甘肽转移酶有诱导作用,这两种解毒酶可能参与螟黄赤眼蜂对氯虫苯甲酰胺的代谢解毒。  相似文献

【目的】了解氯虫苯甲酰胺对稻水象甲的亚致死效应,为水稻生产中使用氯虫苯甲酰胺科学高效防治稻水象甲提供参考。【方法】以越冬代稻水象甲成虫为试虫,通过测定不同种群(RW-Js、RW-Gy、RW-Mz、RW-Zy、RW-Lc)稻水象甲对氯虫苯甲酰胺的敏感性,确定氯虫苯甲酰胺对稻水象甲的致死中浓度(LC50)和亚致死剂量(LC25);分别采用室内测定和田间调查的方法,研究亚致死剂量氯虫苯甲酰胺对稻水象甲体内多种生物酶活性及田间发育动态的影响。【结果】不同来源稻水象甲种群对氯虫苯甲酰胺的敏感性差异较大,RW-Js种群的LC50值为RW-Gy种群的13.45倍,达到中等抗性水平;解毒酶抑制剂胡椒基丁醚(piperomyl butoxide, PBO)对氯虫苯甲酰胺的协同增效作用明显高于磷酸三苯酯(triphenyl phosphate, TPP)和顺丁烯二酸二乙酯(diethyl maleate, DEM);抗性种群RW-Js体内3种解毒酶活性较敏感种群RW-Gy显著增高(P<0.05),其中多功能氧化酶(mixed function oxidase, MFO)变化最为明显。稻水象甲成虫经氯虫苯甲酰胺LC25剂量处理后,虫体内几种生物酶活性总体呈先升高后降低的趋势,具明显的时间效应,其中MFO活性在整个测定周期内均显著高于对照处理(P<0.05);氯虫苯甲酰胺LC25剂量对稻水象甲各虫态的田间始见期、发生高峰期和发生末期均产生不同程度的影响。【结论】解毒酶活性可能与稻水象甲对氯虫苯甲酰胺的敏感性有关,MFO是稻水象甲对氯虫苯甲酰胺解毒代谢过程中最重要的酶,在抗性形成中起主要作用;亚致死剂量氯虫苯甲酰胺可延缓稻水象甲幼虫、蛹和一代成虫的生长发育,缩短成虫寿命、加快田间成虫消亡。  相似文献

为协调害虫的化学防治与生物防治,测定了吡虫啉、鱼藤酮、氰戊菊酯、阿维菌素、抗蚜威和印楝素6种杀虫剂亚致死剂量对异色瓢虫成虫繁殖力的影响.结果表明,各处理异色瓢虫每雌每日产卵量为40~55粒,吡虫啉接触法和饲喂法预处理及鱼藤酮和印楝素饲喂预处理后,均显著低于对照.所有处理间每雌累积产卵量差异不显著.6种药剂2种方式处理异色瓢虫后,其所产卵的孵化率均低于对照,从卵发育至蛹期的累积存活率均显著降低.吡虫啉两种方式处理和氰戊菊酯接触处理,从卵至蛹期的总发育历期显著延长,鱼藤酮两种方式处理和氰戊菊酯、阿维菌素、抗蚜威、印楝素饲喂法处理的总发育历期明显比对照缩短,而鱼藤酮和阿维菌素接触处理的与对照差异不显著.药剂直接浸渍处理异色瓢虫卵后,各处理卵的孵化率均较对照降低.氰戊菊酯处理的l龄幼虫存活率也明显较对照低,2龄至蛹期的存活率也有所下降.鱼藤酮和氰戊菊酯处理的总发育历期显著延长.这些研究结果显示,低剂量的杀虫剂对异色瓢虫繁殖力的影响很复杂,药剂的类型、作用方式、毒性高低以及给药途径等均影响到试验结果.  相似文献

We have shown previously that phosphorus nutrition and iron plaque on the surface of rice roots influence arsenate uptake and translocation by rice in hydroponic culture. We have now investigated the role of iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) plaque on arsenate and arsenite uptake and translocation in rice seedlings grown hydroponically. Fe and Mn plaques were clearly visible as reddish or brown coatings on the root surface after 12 h induction, and Fe plaque was much more apparent than Mn plaque. Arsenite or arsenate supply did not decrease plant dry weights significantly. There were significant differences in shoot dry weights but little difference in root dry weights between some plaque treatments. Arsenic (As) concentrations in Fe plaque when arsenate was supplied were significantly higher than those in no plaque (control) and Mn plaque treatments, and much higher than those supplied with arsenite. This showed that Fe plaque on the rice root had higher affinity to arsenate than to arsenite. In Fe plaque treatment, the results indicated that most As was sequestered in roots when arsenite was supplied and most As concentrated in Fe plaque when arsenate was supplied. Most As was accumulated in rice roots in Mn plaque and no plaque treatments for both As species.  相似文献

Two new, highly oxygenated ursane-type triterpenoids with an epidioxy function, compounds 1 and 2, as well as a new stanside-derived iridoid, compound 10, were isolated from the EtOH extract of Gentiana aristata (whole plant), together with 14 known constituents. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of detailed spectroscopic investigations, such as 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopy, as well as by means of HR-MS. Compounds 3 and 5-9 were screened in vitro for their cytotoxicities against human promyelocytic leukemia (HL-60), human ovarian (HO-8910), and human lung epithelia (A-549) cancer cells.  相似文献

Bulbous rush ( Juncus bulbosus ) initiates plant colonization in extremely acid lakes resulting from coal mining operations. Various analytical techniques (methylene blue/agar method, Ti3+-citrate solution) X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) were used to assess the mechanisms and strategies employed by J. bulbosus to overcome the extreme conditions. The plant releases oxygen into the rhizosphere in turn increasing the redox potential and inducing iron oxide plaque formation. XRD showed that the iron oxide of the plaque is mainly goethite that has been developed in the presence of CO2; SEM showed that there is a micro-space between the roots and sand grains which is inhabited by microorganisms. Furthermore, SEM-EDX studies on internal iron distribution demonstrate that iron toxicity is delayed by the physiological and biochemical structure of the plant. It is suggested that J. bulbosus uses a variety of mechanisms and strategies (morphological, physiological and biochemical adaptation) which are mainly complementary and which interact with each other to help J. bulbosus to manage its growth and survival in an extreme environment.  相似文献

在室内培养条件下,以灯心草、茭白和美人蕉3种湿地植物为材料,研究了湿地植物对锌的吸收分配能力与根表铁氧化物胶膜之间的关系.结果表明:(1)3种湿地植物积累锌的总量大小顺序为:茭白>美人蕉>灯心草,茭白积累锌的总量是灯心草的1.79倍;它们根表铁氧化物胶膜含量表现为灯心草>茭白>美人蕉,且其间存在显著差异(P<0.05).(2)锌在湿地植物中分配比例表现为;根中锌量>地上部分锌量>根表铁氧化物胶膜上吸附锌量;锌主要积累在湿地植物根中,地上部分和根表铁氧化物胶膜上吸附的锌量无显著差异.(3)湿地植物根表铁氧化物胶膜上吸附锌的数量与湿地植物地下部分锌含量呈极显著正相关(r=0.983 5**),增加根表铁氧化物胶膜上锌的数量就能明显提高地下部分锌含量;每千克土壤加入1 g FeSO4后,3种湿地植物积累锌的总量平均增加了21%.可见,湿地植物根表铁氧化物胶膜对锌的吸附也是湿地植物固定或积累锌的重要途径之一.  相似文献

Summary Serial passaging of wild-type Helicoverpa armigera single-nucleocapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus (HaSNPV) in H. zea (Hz-AM1) insect cell cultures results in rapid selection for the few polyhedra (FP) phenotype. A unique HaSNPV mutant (ppC19) was isolated through plaque purification that exhibited a partial many polyhedra (MP) and FP phenotype. On serial passaging in suspension cell cultures, ppC19 produced fivefold more polyhedra than a typical FP mutant (FP8AS) but threefold less polyhedra than the wild-type virus. Most importantly, the polyhedra of ppC19 exhibited MP-like virion occlusion. Furthermore, ppC19 produced the same amount of budded virus (BV) as the FP mutant, which was fivefold higher than that of the wild-type virus. This selective advantage was likely to explain its relative stability in polyhedra production for six passages when compared with the wild-type virus. However, subsequent passaging of ppC19 resulted in a steep decline in both BV and polyhedra yields, which was also experienced by FP8AS and the wild-type virus at high passage numbers. Genomic deoxyribonucleic acid profiling of the latter suggested that defective interfering particles (DIPs) were implicated in this phenomenon and represented another undesirable mutation during serial passaging of HaSNPV. Hence, a strategy to isolate HaSNPV clones that exhibited MP-like polyhedra production but FP-like BV production, coupled with low multiplicities of infection during scale-up to avoid accumulation of DIPs, could prove commercially invaluable.  相似文献

  • Cadmium (Cd) contamination occurs in paddy soils; hence it is necessary to reduce Cd content of rice. Application and mode of action of ferrous sulphate in minimizing Cd in rice was monitored in the present study.
  • Pot culture with Indian rice variety Swarna (MTU 7029) was maintained in Cd‐spiked soil containing ferrous sulphates, which is expected to reduce Cd accumulation in rice. Responses in rhizosphere pH, root surface, metal accumulation in plant and molecular physiological processes were monitored.
  • Iron plaque was induced on root surfaces after FeSO4 application and the amount of Fe in plaque reduced with increases in Cd in the soil. Rhizosphere pH decreased during plaque formation and became more acidic due to secretion of organic acids from the roots under Cd treatment. Moreover, iron chelate reductase activity increased with Cd treatment, but in the absence of Cd, activity of this enzyme increased in plaque‐induced plants. Cd treatment caused expression of OsYSL18, whereas OsYSL15 was expressed only in roots without iron plaque. Fe content of plants increased during plaque formation, which protected plants from Cd‐induced Fe deficiency and metal toxicity. This was corroborated with increased biomass, chlorophyll content and quantum efficiency of photo‐synthesis among plaque‐induced plants.
  • We conclude that ferrous sulphate‐induced iron plaque prevents Cd accumulation and Fe deficiency in rice. Iron released from plaque via organic acid mediated dissolution during Cd stress.

湿地植物具有一系列生理和结构上适应浸水环境的特征,如根系的通气组织和渗氧能力,这使得植物根际微环境处于氧化状态,这样土壤中的铁和锰会在植物根表被氧化而形成红棕色的铁锰氧化物胶膜.土壤中的铁锰元素和局部的氧化环境是铁膜形成的2个重要条件.铁膜的主要组分为铁锰的氧化物及其水合物,它是一种两性胶体,可以通过离子之间的吸附-解吸、氧化-还原、有机-无机的络合等作用改变根际环境中重金属阳离子和养分的存在形态,从而影响这些离子的生物有效性,进而能影响土壤-湿地植被体系中污染物和养分的迁移.本文主要综述了湿地植物根系铁锰氧化物胶膜的形成、组成以及对植物吸收外部介质中的重金属和养分的影响,并提出了在今后的研究中仍值得进一步探讨和解决的问题.
Abstract:
Wetland plants have a series of physiological and anatomical characteristics to adapt flooding habitat, e.g. , their root aerenchyma and oxygen-penetrating capability can make the rhizospheric micro-environment be under oxidation condition, resulting in the formation of Fe/Mn plaques on root surface. Soil Fe and Mn and thee micro-environment oxidation condition are the two important prerequisites for the formation of the Fe/Mn plaques. The plaques are mainly com-posed of Fe-and Mn-0xides and their hydrates, which can alter the forms of heavy metals and nu-trients in rhizospberic micro-environment via the actions ahserption-desorption, oxidation-reduc-tion, and organic-inorganic chelation, etc. , and thereby, affect the bioavailability and the migra-tion of pollutants and nutrients in wetland soil-plant system. This paper reviewed the researches about the formation and composition of Fe/Mn plaques on wetland plant root surface, and the effects of the plaques on the heavy metals and nutrients uptake by wetland plants. 考察6种离子交换树脂的静态吸附解析效果,选出201*7阴离子交换树脂填柱,确定洗脱流速为0.6mL/min,40mL0.3mol/LNaCl和50mL0.5mol/L NaCl双浓度洗脱,实现透明质酸和杂蛋白的分离。制得透明质酸产品蛋白含量为0.057%,葡萄糖醛酸含量为43%,平均相对分子质量大于1.1×10^6,收率为54%,符合医用级透明质酸行业标准的要求。  相似文献
