A facile approach to synthesize porous disordered carbon layers as energy storage units coating on graphene sheets to form interconnected frameworks by one‐step pyrolysis of the mixture of graphene oxide/polyaniline and KOH is presented. As effective energy storage units, these porous carbon layers play an important role in enhancing the electrochemical performances. The obtained porous carbon material exhibits a high specific surface area (2927 m2 g?1), hierarchical interconnected pores, moderate pore volume (1.78 cm3 g?1), short ion diffusion paths, and a high nitrogen level (6 at%). It displays both unparalleled gravimetric (481 F g?1) and outstanding volumetric capacitance (212 F cm?3) in an aqueous electrolyte. More importantly, the assembled symmetrical supercapacitor delivers not only high gravimetric (25.7 Wh kg?1 based on total mass of electroactive materials) but also high volumetric energy densities (11.3 Wh L?1) in an aqueous electrolyte. Furthermore, the assembled asymmetric supercapacitor yields a maximum energy density up to 88 Wh kg?1, which is, to the best of our knowledge, the highest value so far reported for carbon//MnO2 asymmetric supercapacitors in aqueous electrolytes. Therefore, this novel carbon material holds great promise for potential applications in energy‐related technological fields.  相似文献

Carbon nanostructures such as single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) and graphene attract a deluge of interest of scholars nowadays due to their very promising application for molecular sensors, field effect transistor and super thin and flexible electronic devices1-4. Anodic arc discharge supported by the erosion of the anode material is one of the most practical and efficient methods, which can provide specific non-equilibrium processes and a high influx of carbon material to the developing structures at relatively higher temperature, and consequently the as-synthesized products have few structural defects and better crystallinity. To further improve the controllability and flexibility of the synthesis of carbon nanostructures in arc discharge, magnetic fields can be applied during the synthesis process according to the strong magnetic responses of arc plasmas. It was demonstrated that the magnetically-enhanced arc discharge can increase the average length of SWCNT 5, narrow the diameter distribution of metallic catalyst particles and carbon nanotubes 6, and change the ratio of metallic and semiconducting carbon nanotubes 7, as well as lead to graphene synthesis 8. Furthermore, it is worthwhile to remark that when we introduce a non-uniform magnetic field with the component normal to the current in arc, the Lorentz force along the J×B direction can generate the plasmas jet and make effective delivery of carbon ion particles and heat flux to samples. As a result, large-scale graphene flakes and high-purity single-walled carbon nanotubes were simultaneously generated by such new magnetically-enhanced anodic arc method. Arc imaging, scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy were employed to analyze the characterization of carbon nanostructures. These findings indicate a wide spectrum of opportunities to manipulate with the properties of nanostructures produced in plasmas by means of controlling the arc conditions.  相似文献

Supercapacitors, also known as electrochemical capacitors, can provide much faster charge–discharge, greater power density, and cyclability than batteries, but they are still limited by lower energy densities (or the amount of energy stored per unit volume). Here, a novel strategy for the synthesis of functional pillared graphene frameworks, in which graphene fragments in‐between graphene sheets, through simple thermal‐treatment of ozone (O3)‐treated graphene oxide at very low temperature of 200 °C is reported. Due to its high packing density, high content of stable oxygen species, and continues ion transport network in‐between graphene sheets, the functional pillared‐graphene framework delivers not only high gravimetric capacitance (353 F g?1 based on the mass of the active material) and ultrahigh volumetric capacitance (400 F cm?3 based on total mass of electrode material) in aqueous electrolyte but also excellent cyclic stability with 104% of its initial capacitance retention after 10 000 cycles. Moreover, the assembled symmetric supercapacitor achieves as high as 27 Wh L?1 of volumetric energy density at a power density of 272 W L?1. This novel strategy holds great promise for future design of high volumetric capacitance supercapacitors.  相似文献

Hybrid nanostructures containing 1D carbon nanotubes and 2D graphene sheets have many promising applications due to their unique physical and chemical properties. In this study, the authors find Prussian blue (dehydrated sodium ferrocyanide) can be converted to N‐doped graphene–carbon nanotube hybrid materials through a simple one‐step pyrolysis process. Through field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, Raman spectra, atomic force microscopy, and isothermal analyses, the authors identify that 2D graphene and 1D carbon nanotubes are bonded seamlessly during the growth stage. When used as the sulfur scaffold for lithium–sulfur batteries, it demonstrates outstanding electrochemical performance, including a high reversible capacity (1221 mA h g?1 at 0.2 C rate), excellent rate capability (458 and 220 mA h g?1 at 5 and 10 C rates, respectively), and excellent cycling stability (321 and 164 mA h g?1 at 5 and 10 C (1 C = 1673 mA g?1) after 1000 cycles). The enhancement of electrochemical performance can be attributed to the 3D architecture of the hybrid material, in which, additionally, the nitrogen doping generates defects and active sites for improved interfacial adsorption. Furthermore, the nitrogen doping enables the effective trapping of lithium polysulfides on electroactive sites within the cathode, leading to a much‐improved cycling performance. Therefore, the hybrid material functions as a redox shuttle to catenate and bind polysulfides, and convert them to insoluble lithium sulfide during reduction. The strategy reported in this paper could open a new avenue for low cost synthesis of N‐doped graphene–carbon nanotube hybrid materials for high performance lithium–sulfur batteries.  相似文献

Spherical three‐dimensional (3D) cellular aggregates are valuable for various applications such as regenerative medicine or cell‐based assays due to their stable and high functionality. However, previous methods to form aggregates have shown drawbacks, being labor‐intensive, showing low productivity per unit area or volume and difficulty to form homogeneous aggregates. We proposed a novel strategy based on oxygen‐permeable polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) honeycomb microwell sheets, which can theoretically supply about 80 times as much oxygen as conventional polystyrene culture dishes, to produce recoverable aggregates in controllable sizes using mouse insulinoma cells (MIN6‐m9). In 48 hours of culture, the PDMS sheets produced aggregates whose diameters were strictly controlled (?32, 60, 90, 150 and 280 mm) even at an inoculum density eight times higher (8.0×105 cells/cm2) than that of normal confluent monolayers (1.0×105 cells/cm2). Measurement of the oxygen tension near the cell layer and glucose/lactate analysis clearly showed that cells exhibit aerobic respiration on the PDMS‐based culture system. Glucose‐responsive insulin secretion of the recovered aggregates showed that the aggregates around 90 mm in diameter secreted the largest amounts of insulin. This confirmed the advantages of 3D cellular organization and the existence of a suitable aggregate size, above which excess organization leads to a decreased metabolic response. These results demonstrated that this microwell‐based PDMS culture system provides a promising method to form size‐regulated and better functioning 3D cellular aggregates of various kinds of cells with a high yield per surface area. © 2013 American Institute of Chemical Engineers Biotechnol. Photochemical tissue bonding (PTB) is a sutureless technique for tissue repair, which is achieved by applying a solution of rose bengal (RB) between two tissue edges1,2. These are then irradiated by a laser that is selectively absorbed by the RB. The resulting photochemical reactions supposedly crosslink the collagen fibers in the tissue with minimal heat production3. In this report, RB has been incorporated in thin chitosan films to fabricate a novel tissue adhesive that is laser-activated. Adhesive films, based on chitosan and containing ~0.1 wt% RB, are fabricated and bonded to calf intestine and rat tibial nerves by a solid state laser (λ=532 nm, Fluence~110 J/cm2, spot size~0.5 cm). A single-column tensiometer, interfaced with a personal computer, is used to test the bonding strength. The RB-chitosan adhesive bonds firmly to the intestine with a strength of 15 ± 6 kPa, (n=30). The adhesion strength drops to 2 ± 2 kPa (n=30) when the laser is not applied to the adhesive. The anastomosis of tibial nerves can be also completed without the use of sutures. A novel chitosan adhesive has been fabricated that bonds photochemically to tissue and does not require sutures.  相似文献

The chemistry of high-performance magnetic resonance imaging contrast agents remains an active area of research. In this work, we demonstrate that the potassium permanganate-based oxidative chemical procedures used to synthesize graphite oxide or graphene nanoparticles leads to the confinement (intercalation) of trace amounts of Mn(2+) ions between the graphene sheets, and that these manganese intercalated graphitic and graphene structures show disparate structural, chemical and magnetic properties, and high relaxivity (up to 2 order) and distinctly different nuclear magnetic resonance dispersion profiles compared to paramagnetic chelate compounds. The results taken together with other published reports on confinement of paramagnetic metal ions within single-walled carbon nanotubes (a rolled up graphene sheet) show that confinement (encapsulation or intercalation) of paramagnetic metal ions within graphene sheets, and not the size, shape or architecture of the graphitic carbon particles is the key determinant for increasing relaxivity, and thus, identifies nano confinement of paramagnetic ions as novel general strategy to develop paramagnetic metal-ion graphitic-carbon complexes as high relaxivity MRI contrast agents.  相似文献

Foliar absorption of zinc (Zn) is limited by several barriers, the first of which is the leaf cuticle. In this study, we investigated the absorption of Zn from Zn oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) in wheat (Triticum aestivum cv Gladius) and sunflower (Helianthus annuus cv Hyoleic 41) to determine the importance of NP surface coating for Zn absorption. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy showed a higher polysaccharide content in the wheat cuticle than sunflower, indicated by a more pronounced glycosidic bond at 1020 cm−1, but wax and cutin content were similar. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that t richome density was twice as high in wheat (3600 ± 900 cm−2) as in sunflower (1600 cm−2) and stomatal density four times higher in sunflower (6400 ± 800 cm−2 in wheat and 22 900 cm−2 in sunflower). Suspensions of ZnO-NPs with coatings of different hydrophobicity were applied to leaves to compare Zn absorption using X-ray fluorescence microscopy (XFM) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS). Absorption of Zn was similar between wheat and sunflower when Zn was applied at 1000 mg Zn l−1, but much less Zn was absorbed from all ZnO products than from soluble Zn fertiliser. Particle coating did not affect Zn absorption, but it may facilitate particle adhesion to leaves, providing a longer-term source of resupply of Zn ions to the leaves. Differences in leaf surface characteristics did not affect Zn absorption, indicating that the cuticle is the main pathway of absorption under these conditions.  相似文献

Release of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) by seaweed underpins the microbial food web and is crucial for the coastal ocean carbon cycle. However, we know relatively little of seasonal DOC release patterns in temperate regions of the southern hemisphere. Strong seasonal changes in inorganic nitrogen availability, irradiance, and temperature regulate the growth of seaweeds on temperate reefs and influence DOC release. We seasonally surveyed and sampled seaweed at Coal Point, Tasmania, over 1 year. Dominant species with or without carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrating mechanisms (CCMs) were collected for laboratory experiments to determine seasonal rates of DOC release. During spring and summer, substantial DOC release (10.06–33.54 μmol C · g DW−1 · h−1) was observed for all species, between 3 and 27 times greater than during autumn and winter. Our results suggest that inorganic carbon (Ci) uptake strategy does not regulate DOC release. Seasonal patterns of DOC release were likely a result of photosynthetic overflow during periods of high gross photosynthesis indicated by variations in tissue C:N ratios. For each season, we calculated a reef-scale net DOC release for seaweed at Coal Point of 7.84–12.9 g C · m−2 · d−1 in spring and summer, which was ~16 times greater than in autumn and winter (0.2–1.0 g C · m−2 · d−1). Phyllospora comosa, which dominated the biomass, contributed the most DOC to the coastal ocean, up to ~14 times more than Ecklonia radiata and the understory assemblage combined. Reef-scale DOC release was driven by seasonal changes in seaweed physiology rather than seaweed biomass.  相似文献

Highly conductive and ultrathin 2D nanosheets are of importance for the development of portable electronics and electric vehicles. However, scalable production and rational design for highly electronic and ionic conductive 2D nanosheets still remain a challenge. Herein, an industrially adoptable fluid dynamic exfoliation process is reported to produce large quantities of ionic liquid (IL)‐functionalized metallic phase MoS2 (m‐MoS2) and defect‐free graphene (Gr) sheets. Hybrid 2D–2D layered films are also fabricated by incorporating Gr sheets into compact m‐MoS2 films. The incorporated IL functionalities and Gr sheets prevent aggregation and restacking of the m‐MoS2 sheets, thereby creating efficient and rapid ion and electron pathways in the hybrid films. The hybrid film with a high packing density of 2.02 g cm?3 has an outstanding volumetric capacitance of 1430.5 F cm?3 at 1 A g?1 and an extremely high rate capability of 80% retention at 1000 A g?1. The flexible supercapacitor assembled using a polymer‐gel electrolyte exhibits excellent resilience to harsh electrochemical and mechanical conditions while maintaining an impressive rate performance and long cycle life. Successful achievement of an ultrahigh volumetric energy density (1.14 W h cm?3) using an organic electrolyte with a wide cell voltage of ≈3.5 V is demonstrated.  相似文献

A cost effective hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) catalyst that does not use precious metallic elements is a crucial demand for environment‐benign energy production. The family of earth‐abundant transition metal compounds of nitrides, carbides, chalcogenides, and phosphides is one of the promising candidates for such a purpose, particularly in acidic conditions. However, its catalytic performance is still needed to be enhanced through novel material designs and crystalline engineering. Herein, a chemically and electronically coupled transition metal phosphosulfide/N‐doped carbon nanotubes (NCNT) hybrid electrocatalyst is fabricated via a two‐step synthesis. The uniquely designed synthesis leads to the material morphology featuring a core–shell structure, in which the crystalline metal phosphide core is surrounded by an amorphous phosphosulfide nanoshell. Notably, due to the favorable modification of chemical composition and surface properties, core–shell CoP@PS/NCNT exhibits the noticeable HER activity of approximately ?80 mV @ ?10 mA cm?2 with excellent durability, which is one of the highest active nonnoble metal electrocatalysts ever reported thus far.  相似文献

The graphene nanosheets and carbon nanospheres mixture (GNS–CNS) was prepared by electrolyzing graphite rob in KNO3 solution under constant current, which was characterized by TEM, AFM, SEM, FT-IR, XRD, XPS, TGA and UV–vis. The nano-mixture can keep stable in water for more than one month. Based on this kind of mixture material, a novel electrochemical biosensing platform for glucose determination was developed. Cyclic voltammetry of glucose oxidase (GOD) immobilized on GNS–CNS/GCE exhibited a pair of well-defined quasi-reversible redox peaks at −0.488 V (Epa) and −0.509 V (Epc) by direct electron transfer between the protein and the electrode. The charge-transfer coefficient (α) was 0.51, the electron transfer rate constant was 2.64 s−1 and the surface coverage of HRP was 3.18 × 10−10 mol cm−2. The immobilized GOD could retain its bioactivity and catalyze the reduction of dissolved oxygen. The glucose biosensor has a linear range from 0.4 to 20 mM with detection limit of 0.1 mM. Moreover, the biosensor exhibits acceptable reproducibility and storage stability. The fabricated biosensor was further used to determine glucose in human plasma sample with the recoveries from 96.83% to 105.52%. Therefore, GOD/GNS–CNS/GCE could be promisingly applied to determine blood sugar concentration in the practical clinical analysis.  相似文献

Carbon dots have been recognized as one of the most promising candidates for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in alkaline media. However, the desired ORR performance in metal–air batteries is often limited by the moderate electrocatalytic activity and the lack of a method to realize good dispersion. To address these issues, herein a biomass‐deriving method is reported to achieve the in situ phosphorus doping (P‐doping) of carbon dots and their simultaneous decoration onto graphene matrix. The resultant product, namely P‐doped carbon dot/graphene (P‐CD/G) nanocomposites, can reach an ultrahigh P‐doping level for carbon nanomaterials. The P‐CD/G nanocomposites are found to exhibit excellent ORR activity, which is highly comparable to the commercial Pt/C catalysts. When used as the cathode materials for a primary liquid Al–air battery, the device shows an impressive power density of 157.3 mW cm?2 (comparing to 151.5 mW cm?2 of a similar Pt/C battery). Finally, an all‐solid‐state flexible Al–air battery is designed and fabricated based on our new nanocomposites. The device exhibits a stable discharge voltage of ≈1.2 V upon different bending states. This study introduces a unique biomass‐derived material system to replace the noble metal catalysts for future portable and wearable electronic devices.  相似文献

Metal-doped porous carbon matrix composites are considered as outstanding H2S cataluminescence sensing materials for their good sulfur tolerance and high cataluminescence activity. In this work, an Fe-doped MOF-derived N-rich porous carbon nanoframe was successfully fabricated using the pyrolysis of Fe-doped ZIF-8 in an Ar atmosphere at a temperature of 900°C, and used for H2S cataluminescence sensing. Along with zinc volatilization, the obtained porous carbon nanoframe not only had high specific surface area and abundant voids, but also had well dispersed Fe species doped in the skeleton. Compared with Fe2O3/ZnO composites derived from the same precursor but different pyrolysis terms, this as-prepared Fe-doped N-rich porous carbon presented a three times increase in the cataluminescence intensity towards H2S, attributed to the porous carbon skeleton that is indispensable for dispersing catalytic active sites and providing more absorptive surface and voids. Comparably, this proposed sensor demonstrated high sensitivity and good selectivity, with the detection range of 1.57–19.58 μg·ml−1 and detection limit of 0.13 μg·ml−1 towards H2S. This work may provide a new pathway for preparing catalysts for cataluminescence sensing with better metal distribution, higher specific surface area, and richer pores than ever before.  相似文献

A rapid prototyping of an inexpensive, disposable graphene and copper nanocomposite sensor strip using polymeric flexible substrate for highly sensitive and selective nonenzymatic glucose detection has been developed and tested for direct oxidization of glucose. The CuNPs were electrochemically deposited on to the graphene sheets to improve electron transfer rates and to enhance electrocatalytic activity toward glucose. The graphene based electrode with CuNPs demonstrated a high degree of sensitivity (1101.3±56 μA/mM.cm2), excellent selectivity (without an interference with Ascorbic Acid, Uric Acid, Dopamine, and Acetaminophen), good stability with a linear response to glucose ranging from 0.1 mM to 0.6 mM concentration, and detection limits of 0.025 mM to 0.9 mM. Characterization of the electrodes was performed by scanning electron microscopy (FESEM and SEM). The electrochemical properties of the modified graphene electrodes were inspected by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and amperometry.  相似文献

Sandwich‐type hybrid carbon nanosheets (SCNMM) consisting of graphene and micro/mesoporous carbon layer are fabricated via a double template method using graphene oxide as the shape‐directing agent and SiO2 nanoparticles as the mesoporous guide. The polypyrrole synthesized in situ on the graphene oxide sheets is used as a carbon precursor. The micro/mesoporous strcutures of the SCNMM are created by a carbonization process followed by HF solution etching and KOH treatment. Sulfur is impregnated into the hybrid carbon nanosheets to generate S@SCNMM composites for the cathode materials in Li‐S secondary batteries. The microstructures and electrochemical performance of the as‐prepared samples are investigated in detail. The hybrid carbon nanosheets, which have a thickness of about 10–25 nm, high surface area of 1588 m2 g?1, and broad pore size distribution of 0.8–6.0 nm, are highly interconnected to form a 3D hierarchical structure. The S@SCNMM sample with the sulfur content of 74 wt% exhibits excellent electrochemical performance, including large reversible capacity, good cycling stability and coulombic efficiency, and good rate capability, which is believed to be due to the structure of hybrid carbon materials with hierarchical porous structure, which have large specific surface area and pore volume.  相似文献

Kelp forests provide vital ecosystem services such as carbon storage and cycling, and understanding primary production dynamics regarding seasonal and spatial variations is essential. We conducted surveys at three sites in southeast Tasmania, Australia, that had different levels of water motion, across four seasons to determine seasonal primary production and carbon storage as living biomass for kelp beds of Lessonia corrugata (Order Laminariales). We quantified blade growth, erosion rates, and the variation in population density and estimated both the net biomass accumulation (NBA) per square meter and the carbon standing stock. We observed a significant difference in blade growth and erosion rates between seasons and sites. Spring had the highest growth rate (0.02 g C · blade−1 · d−1) and NBA (1.62 g C · m−2 · d−1), while summer had the highest blade erosion (0.01 g C · blade−1 · d−1), with a negative NBA (−1.18 g C · m−2 · d−1). Sites exhibiting lower blade erosion rates demonstrated notably greater NBA than sites with elevated erosion rates. The sites with the highest water motion had the slowest erosion rates. Moreover, the most wave-exposed site had the densest populations, resulting in the highest NBA and a greater standing stock. Our results reveal a strong seasonal and water motion influence on carbon dynamics in L. corrugata populations. This knowledge is important for understanding the dynamics of the carbon cycle in coastal regions.  相似文献

Biopolymer pectin stabilized gold nanoparticles were prepared at graphene and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (GR-MWNTs/AuNPs) and employed for the determination of glucose. The formation of GR-MWNTs/AuNPs was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, UV–vis and FTIR spectroscopy methods. Glucose oxidase (GOx) was successfully immobilized on GR-MWNTs/AuNPs film and direct electron transfer of GOx was investigated. GOx exhibits highly enhanced redox peaks with formal potential of −0.40 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The amount of electroactive GOx and electron transfer rate constant were found to be 10.5 × 10−10 mol cm−2 and 3.36 s−1, respectively, which were significantly larger than the previous reports. The fabricated amperometric glucose biosensor sensitively detects glucose and showed two linear ranges: (1) 10 μM  2 mM with LOD of 4.1 μM, (2) 2 mM  5.2 mM with LOD of 0.95 mM. The comparison of the biosensor performance with reported sensors reveals the significant improvement in overall sensor performance. Moreover, the biosensor exhibited appreciable stability, repeatability, reproducibility and practicality. The other advantages of the fabricated biosensor are simple and green fabrication approach, roughed and stable electrode surface, fast in sensing and highly reproducible.  相似文献

Controlling active sites of metal‐free catalysts is an important strategy to enhance activity of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Many attempts have been made to develop metal‐free catalysts, but the lack of understanding of active‐sites at the atomic‐level has slowed the design of highly active and stable metal‐free catalysts. A sequential two‐step strategy to dope sulfur into carbon nanotube–graphene nanolobes is developed. This bidoping strategy introduces stable sulfur–carbon active‐sites. Fluorescence emission of the sulfur K‐edge by X‐ray absorption near edge spectroscopy (XANES) and scanning transmission electron microscopy electron energy loss spectroscopy (STEM‐EELS) mapping and spectra confirm that increasing the incorporation of heterocyclic sulfur into the carbon ring of CNTs not only enhances OER activity with an overpotential of 350 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm?2, but also retains 100% of stability after 75 h. The bidoped sulfur carbon nanotube–graphene nanolobes behave like the state‐of‐the‐art catalysts for OER but outperform those systems in terms of turnover frequency (TOF) which is two orders of magnitude greater than (20% Ir/C) at 400 mV overpotential with very high mass activity 1000 mA cm?2 at 570 mV. Moreover, the sulfur bidoping strategy shows high catalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). Stable bifunctional (ORR and OER) catalysts are low cost, and light‐weight bidoped sulfur carbon nanotubes are potential candidates for next‐generation metal‐free regenerative fuel cells.  相似文献

Single-walled carbon nanotubes are novel molecular-scale wires having excellent anti-adhesion properties with regard to platelets. On the other hand, chitosan is a partially de-acetylated derivative of chitin that has a critical role in cell attachment and growth. The aim of this study was to investigate how carbon nanotubes improve the blood biocompatibility of chitosan film. We prepared composite films with various concentrations of chitosan/carbon nanotubes (CS/CNTs) (1.3–6.3 wt%). The sample surfaces were characterized by Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and contact angle measurements. The surface characterization revealed that the surface of the CS/CNTs composite film became more hydrophobic with increasing amounts of CNTs. Cell attachment tests using bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAECs) indicated that CS/CNTs composite films retained their cell adhesion ability. The blood compatibility of the CS/CNTs composite films was evaluated using the blood platelet adhesion and activation tests in vitro. Platelet adhesion results confirmed that platelet adhesion and the formation of a platelet network were inhibited on composite films with higher concentrations of CNTs (5.1 wt%). Our experimental results show that the novel composite film containing CS/CNTs possesses two paradoxical characteristics, namely, good adherence of endothelial cells and minimum adherence and activation of platelets, making this film a promising antithrombogenic material for use in the biomedical field.  相似文献
