The occurrence of steroidal saponins in the rhizomes of Yucca gloriosa has been detected by LC-MS. On the basis of the LC-MS analysis, five steroidal glycosides, including three spirostane, one furostane and one cholestane glycosides, along with seven known compounds have been isolated and characterized by ESI-MS and by the extensive use of 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments. Quantitative analysis of the steroidal glycosides in Y. gloriosa rhizomes was performed by an LC-MS method validated according to European Medicines Agency (EMEA) guidelines. The dried BuOH extract obtained from rhizomes contains more than 25% w/w of glycosides, thus Y. gloriosa rhizomes can be considered a rich source of steroidal glycosides.  相似文献

Four new glycosides, including one anthraquinone glycoside (1), one naphthalene glycoside (2), and two naphthopyrone glycosides (34), with 10 known compounds (514) were isolated from the seeds of Cassia obtusifolia L. The new structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and chemical transformations.  相似文献

The leaves of Hasseltia floribunda were examined for their chemical constituents. Twelve phenolic glucosides, namely three hydroxycyclohexenyl acyl glucosides, four acylated salicortin derivatives, and five coumaroyl salicin derivatives, were isolated along with eight known phenolic glycosides, six known flavones, and two known sesquiterpenoid cyclohexenone derivatives. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by NMR spectroscopic and HRMS spectrometric methods and by comparing analytical data with those of related structures.  相似文献

There is some controversy concerning the presence of steryl glycosides and acylated steryl glycosides in eucaryotic algae. These two classes of sterol compounds were investigated in species belonging to the three major groups of eucaryotic algae: green algae (Ulva gigantea, Cladophora rupestris), brown algae (Fucus vesiculosus, Ascophyllum nodosum), and red algae (Rhodymenia palmata, Porphyridium sp.). All these algae contain both steryl glycosides and acylated steryl glycosides. The sterol components of these compounds vary according to the alga but they are always the same as the free sterols of the alga in question. The most common sugar moiety is glucose. In the acylated steryl glycosides, the fatty acid is mainly palmitic acid. The percentage of these compounds (as a percentage of the total sterol content) is often low.  相似文献

Eleven new 14,15-seco-pregnane-type steroidal glycosides, cynanosides P1-P5, Q1-Q3, R1-R3, and a novel 12,13-seco-14,18-nor-pregnane-type steroidal glycoside, cynanoside S, were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum atratum, together with four known compounds, atratoside C, sublanceoside E3, chekiangensoside C and cynatroside B. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence.  相似文献

Six monoterpene glycosides were isolated from Fadogia agrestis. Their structures were elucidated using a combination of mass spectroscopy, 1D- and 2D-homo- and hetero-NMR spectroscopy and chemical analysis, and established as being derivatives of 2,6-dimethyl-2(E),6(Z)-octadiene-1,8-diol containing from two to four units of rhamnopyranose and, three of them, one or two additional units of glucopyranose. In three of the compounds an acyl group of 8-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-2(E),6(Z)-octadienoyl was found esterifying the O-2 position of one of the units of rhamnopyranose.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Marrubium velutinum, one acylated flavonoid glycoside, chrysoeriol 7-O-(3",6"-di-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside, and two tetrasaccharidic phenylethanoid glycosides, velutinosides I-II, have been isolated together with ten known flavonoids and seven known phenylethanoid glycosides. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by means of NMR, MS, and UV spectral analyses.  相似文献

One undescribed 1,4-diazaindan-type alkaloid, namely howlumine (1), along with seventeen known compounds, including a known analogue, agrocybenine (2), three iridoid glycosides (35), four megastigmane glycosides (69), two benzoic acid derivatives (1011), two phenylpropanoids (1213), and five flavonoids (1418), were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the aerial parts of Uncaria rhynchophylloides How. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Howlumine and agrocybenine represent the first report of 1,4-diazaindan-type alkaloids from the genus Uncaria. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was also discussed.  相似文献

Further constituents from the bark of Tabebuia impetiginosa   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Further study on the constituents from the bark of Tabebuia impetiginosa (Mart. ex DC) Standley afforded twelve compounds, consisting of four iridoid glycosides, one phenylethanoid glycoside, five phenolic glycosides, and one lignan glycoside, along with seven known compounds. The structures of these compounds were determined based on the interpretation of their NMR and MS measurements and by chemical evidence.  相似文献

Eleven flavonoids including three new glycosides were isolated from Brickellia chlorolepis and one new and nine known flavonoids were obtained from B. dentata. The new glycosides from B. chlorolepis are 6-methoxykaempferol 3-rhamnoglucoside, spinacetin 3-rhamnogalactoside and veronicafolin 3-rhamnoglucoside. The known compounds identified from B. chlorolepis are patuletin, casticin, artemetin, eupatolitin 3-galactoside, quercetin 3-rhamnogalactoside, rutin, isorhamnetin 3-galactoside and eupatin 3-SO3Ca12. B. dentata contains the new glycoside eupalitin 3-galactoside and nine known compounds: pectolinarigenin, salvigenin, eupafolin, cirsiliol, eupatorin, eupatolitin, eupatolitin 3-glucoside, eupatolitin 3-galactoside and eupatin.  相似文献
