准好氧填埋场的温度空间变异性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用半变异函数, 对准好氧填埋装置中温度的空间变异特性进行了研究,并对装置内部温度进行了Kriging(克里格法)插值,得到纵剖面的等温线图.对不同理论模型进行优化拟合结果表明,剖面上温度半变异函数用线性有基台值模型拟合, 效果最好.得到的理论模型参数为:变程3.5 m,基台值83.6.利用克里格法进行最优内插估值得到的温度等温线表明,高温区域一般位于填埋体中段4~16 m的3 m以上部分,低温区域一般位于填埋体两端及中段1 m以下部分.可在高温区加大通风散热效果, 以降低过高的温度; 在低温区改善好氧环境, 增大氧气含量, 从而提高温度.对剖面上温度进行加权平均后,得到的准好氧填埋堆体的温度为59.8 ℃.这一温度可作为准好氧填埋结构基本形成的参考值.  相似文献

应用生物地理统计学方法分析了长鞘卷叶甲成虫种群的空间分布格局,在3 m×3 m样方下建立东南→西北方向的半方差函数理论模型,并应用克立格插值方法对其种群密度和空间结构进行估计和模拟。结果表明:球状模型对长鞘卷叶甲成虫种群在该方向上的理论半方差函数有较好拟合效果,其空间分布格局为弱聚集型;成虫在山坡竹林与河岸竹林的变程分别为21.2157和38.8266 m,空间聚集分布的连续性强度分别只有0.3633和0.1758,说明种群在研究区内由空间自相关而产生的结构性变异在总变异中所占比例较小,即变异主要由种群结构的随机性成分引起。  相似文献

城市污泥强制通风堆肥过程中的生物学和化学变化特征   总被引:34,自引:3,他引:31  
采用间竭式强制通风堆肥法进行的肥堆体积约4m3,堆肥时间为53d的污泥堆肥试验表明,堆肥的第2天即达高温阶段(≥55℃)并能保持8d,平均最高温度达68℃,局部温度达74℃.粪大肠杆菌由开始时的1.41×105个·g-1降至试验结束时的2.32×101个·g-1.污泥堆肥过程中挥发性固体,总有机C、水溶性有机C、固体有机 C/N比和水溶性有机 C/有机 N比下降明显,而 N、P及重金属含量有所升高.随着堆肥的进程,在前1周堆肥过程中产生的氨氮大幅下降,硝酸盐含量随之升高.相应地,pH在第1周内升高,随后降低.堆肥40d左右,水芹(Lepidiumsativum L.)种子发芽指数即可达 80%.综合堆肥过程中堆温和化学与生物学变化特点,表明污泥堆肥在40d左右基本上接近腐熟,50d后达到完全腐熟.产品外观呈黑褐色,蓬松,无明显异味.  相似文献

以地统计学的半变异函数为分析工具,分析了黄土高原丘陵沟壑区小流域土壤水分在垂直方向的空间变异特征以及土地利用类型和地形等因子对其的影响.结果表明:1)球状模型可以很好地拟合土壤水分在垂直方向的半变异函数曲线,其存在强烈或中等程度的空间自相关,变程范围从2~5 m不等;2)果园对土壤水分含量的影响主要表现在1~2 m深度,5月份含量最高,且分布均匀,8月份由于气温和叶面蒸腾作用,水分含量最低.坡耕地和梯田的水分含量都较高,垂直变化不明显,梯田的土壤水分含量最低月份是9月,比坡耕地晚1个月,这是因为所种作物的主要生长季节为9月份,这期间消耗水分较多而造成的.林地由于根系发达,对土壤水分垂直方向的变化的影响比较大,变化为先增大、再减小、最后再增大且分布趋于平缓.灌木林的土壤水分含量整体较低,主要变化深度范围集中在0~2 m;草地的土壤水分含量较高,垂直变化的深度范围集中在1 m以内;3)坡度、坡向地形因子和土壤水分的垂直方向变异特征没有呈现明显的相关性.  相似文献

应用地学统计学方法分析了湿地松 马尾松 火炬松林中马尾松毛虫越冬代蛹、第一代卵块和低龄幼虫的空间格局 .结果表明 ,蛹在 0°、45°、90°、1 35°4个方向上的半变异函数曲线为球形 ,在 90°方向上的空间连续性大于其他方向 ;卵块和低龄幼虫的为指数形 ,在各方向上无差异 .蛹、卵块和幼虫在全方向上的半变异函数曲线均为球形 ,呈聚集型的空间格局 ,聚集强度以蛹最高 ,依次是幼虫和卵块 .分别拟合了蛹、卵块和幼虫的半变异函数模型 ,估算了样地各处的密度 ,绘制了密度等值线图  相似文献

应用地统计学方法分析了小菜蛾Plutellaxylostella (L .)幼虫空间格局 ,建立了东西和南北 2个方向上多个半变异函数曲线模型。结果表明 ,在菜花 (Brassicaolenaceavar.botrylis)和早甘蓝 (Brassisaoleracea)地中小菜蛾幼虫种群的半变异函数曲线皆为球形 ,其空间格局为聚集型 ;小菜蛾幼虫在菜花上和在早甘蓝上的空间变程分别为 0 62~ 1 5 9m和 2 47~ 5 98m ,空间不连续性强度分别为 0 8779~0 9999和 0 862 1~ 0 91 2 4。  相似文献

采用强制通风静态垛和温度反馈自动测控堆肥工艺,研究了鼓风过程对城市污泥好氧堆肥温度的影响。当城市污泥和调理剂比例为1:1时(体积比),处于鼓风口远端(风向远点)各个层次的堆体温度基本上不会随鼓风过程而变化,处于鼓风方向中部(风向中点)、鼓风口近端(风向近点)的堆体,其中层、上层的温度将会下降,平均下降速度分别为0.05℃/min、0.04℃/min,但是温度下降的速率在整个鼓风过程中并不均匀,温度下降速度在0-10min较快,在10-40min较慢;当混合堆料中调理剂含量较低时(3:2),堆体上层温度在鼓风过程中将会上升,上升速率约为0.022-0.05℃/min,中层温度下降,在鼓风开始阶段(0-10min),下降速率较快,约为0.12℃/min,随后变化速率较小,约为0.01℃/min。对于不同调理剂比例的堆体,处于风向远点、中点的下层温度基本不受鼓风作用的影响;处于风向近点的堆体,其下层温度会随着鼓风过程而下降,平均下降速率约为0.025-0.03℃/min。  相似文献

利用地学统计学的原理和方法分析了李园桃蚜种群和草间小黑蛛种群的空间结构和时间相关性.结果表明,桃蚜种群6月27日和11月22日此两次的半变异函数拟合模型为直线,表明此两次两种空间分布为均匀分布或随机分布,其余9次半变异函数拟合模型均为球形,表明此9次李园桃蚜种群的空间分布是聚集分布,变程RSD(m)为4.173903~34.7837.草间小黑蛛空间格局5月21日、5月31日及10月19日、11月22日4次半变异函数拟合模型为直线,表明此4次种群的空间分布为均匀分布或随机分布,其余8次半变异函数拟合模型均为球形,表明此8次李园草间小黑蛛种群的空间分布是聚集分布,变程RSD(m)为2.3169~42.00711,表明草间小黑蛛种群对桃蚜种群在空间位置上具有追随关系,对其种群数量的控制有较大作用.  相似文献

利用半方差函数分析法对内蒙古荒漠草原生长盛期(6—8月)的植被盖度时空变异特征的研究表明,荒漠草原生长盛期的植被盖度半方差函数形态符合指数模型,但函数曲线的形态和各参数在不同月份变化较大。其中,6月的植被盖度变程最大,达到100 m;7月植被盖度的半方差函数形态具有巢式等级结构;8月植被盖度的变程最小,仅为15 m,但空间变异程度最高。3个月的结构比介于72%—85%,具有较强的空间自相关。各向异性分析表明,6月植被盖度在135°方向的半方差函数值明显低于其它3个方向(0°、45°、90°),具有各向异性特征;而7月和8月植被盖度的各向异性比接近于1,表现为各向同性。研究结果表明,荒漠草原植被盖度空间异质性的时间动态不容忽视,在野外采样或制图时,要根据时间合理控制采样范围。  相似文献

喀斯特峰丛洼地旱季土壤水分的空间变化及主要影响因子   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
基于动态监测样地(200 m×40 m)的网格(10 m×10 m)取样,用地统计学方法研究了喀斯特峰丛洼地4类典型生态景观类型旱季表层土壤(0—10 cm)水分的空间变化,通过主成分分析和相关分析,探讨了其生态学过程和机制。结果表明,沿严重、重度、中度和轻度的干扰递减梯度,喀斯特峰丛洼地产生了农作物(Ⅰ)→人工林(Ⅱ)→次生林(Ⅲ)→原生林(Ⅳ) 的4类典型生态景观格局变化,土壤水分显著提高,变异系数逐渐增大;4类生态景观类型的土壤水分均具有良好的空间自相关性,正负空间自相关距离反映了性质不同的两大斑块,Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ下半部斑块的半径为50 m,拐点在坡地和洼地的分界处,Ⅱ的下半部斑块的半径为75 m,拐点是土地利用方式的转折点;不同景观类型空间变异特征不同,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ的半变异函数分别符合指数模型、高斯模型、指数模型和球状模型,基台值(C0+C)升高,变程缩小,系统的空间总变异增强,其中Ⅰ和Ⅳ的\[C0/(C0+C)\]值分别为48.3%和39.4%,空间相关中等,Ⅱ和Ⅲ的\[C0/(C0+C)\]值≤25%,空间相关强烈;Kriging等值线图清楚表明Ⅰ和Ⅳ土壤水分呈凸型分布,Ⅱ呈单峰分布,Ⅲ呈凹型分布。主成分分析显示除海拔和坡位始终是影响4类生态景观类型土壤水分的主导因子外,不同景观类型的其他主导因子不同,且同一因子在不同景观类型与土壤水分的正负作用关系和相关程度也不同。因此,应根据4类典型生态景观类型土壤水分的空间变化及主要影响因子制定相应的水资源合理利用和管理策略。  相似文献

Spatial differences and temporal changes in biological activity characteristics were investigated in a static reactor using intermittent aeration during the sewage sludge composting process. Pumice was proposed as a bulking agent in the composting of sewage sludge. Variations in temperature, moisture, oxygen level, volatile solids, specific oxygen uptake rate (SOUR) and dehydrogenase activity (DHA) were determined during 28 days of composting. The peak temperature in the upper region of the reactor was 10 °C higher than that at the bottom. The moisture level in the middle region was significantly higher than that of other positions. Analysis of SOUR and DHA indicated that the lowest level of sludge stability was at the bottom region. These spatial and temporal differences in biochemical dynamics in the static system could extend the composting period and affect product uniformity.  相似文献

Characterization of dairy cattle manure/wallboard paper compost mixture   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
The aim of this research was to evaluate the use of manufacturing wallboard paper scraps as an alternative bulking agent for dairy cattle manure composting. The characteristics of the composting process were studied based on the changes in physico-chemical parameters and final compost quality. Composting of dairy cattle manure with wallboard paper was performed in a 481-L cylindrical reactor with vacuum-type aeration. Rapid degradation of organic matter was observed during the thermophilic stage of composting due to high microbial activity. High temperature and alkaline pH conditions promoted intense ammonia emission during the early stage of composting. The number of mesophilic and thermophilic microorganisms were found to be affected by changes in temperature at different composting stages. The total nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), and sodium (Na) concentrations of the mixture did not change significantly after 28days of composting. However, the presence of gypsum in the paper scraps increased the calcium content of the final compost. The wallboard paper had no phyto-inhibitory effects as shown by high germination index of final compost (GI=99%).  相似文献

In order to obtain the diversity and temporal–spatial distribution of Bacillus community during the swine manure composting, we utilized traditional culture methods and the modern molecular biology techniques of polymerase chain reaction–restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and –denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE). Bacillus species were firstly isolated from the composting. Based on temperature changes, the temporal–spatial characteristics of total culturable Bacillus were remarkable that the number of the culturable Bacillus detected at the high-temperature stage was the highest in each layer of the pile and that detected in the middle layer was the lowest at each stage of composting respectively. The diversity of cultivated Bacillus species isolated from different composting stages was low. A total of 540 isolates were classified by the RFLP method and partial 16S rDNA sequences. They affiliated to eight species including Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus anthracis, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus pumilus, and Bacillus circulans. The predominant species was B. subtilis, and the diversity of culturable Bacillus isolated in the middle-level samples at temperature rising and cooling stages was the highest. The DGGE profile and clone library analysis revealed that the temporal–spatial distribution of Bacillus community was not obvious, species belonging to the Bacillus were dominant (67%) with unculturable bacteria and B. cereus was the second major culturable Bacillus species. This study indicated that a combination of culture and culture-independent approaches could be very useful for monitoring the diversity and temporal–spatial distribution of Bacillus community during the composting process.  相似文献

Composting of dead birds with caged layer manure (CLM) and farm yard manure (FYM) was carried out to study the feasibility of composting as an alternative for disposal in Tamil Nadu State, India. The dead birds were sequentially layered with manure substrate and carbon source as per recipes formulated in mini-compost bins (4 x 4 x 4 feet). The temperature profile of both CLM and FYM group reached the peak by second week of composting and started declining steadily. The temperature profile was better during summer and monsoon and bins were able to maintain temperature above 60 degrees C (thermophilic) for 3-4 weeks. Season had no influence on attainment of peak temperature and it ranged between 51.8 and 70.4 degrees C. The persistency of thermophilic temperature (above 55 degrees C) was prolonged during summer (17.5-65 days) followed by monsoon (24-39 days) and winter (15.5-21.5 days). No putrefied or obnoxious odour or fly menace was observed during all the seasons of composting. The composting process took 107-127.5 days to finish during summer, 84.5-91 days in monsoon and 61.5-73.5 days in winter. The FYM was able to retain moisture higher (41-54% at the end of primary stage and 27.5-48.2% at the end of secondary stage) than CLM group (17.5-39.3% at primary stage and 20.4-33.5% in secondary stage). Weight reduction was more in FYM group (31.8-58.7%) than CLM group (19.3-48.6%). The volume reduction was uniform in all the seasons, it ranged between 39% and 59.3%.  相似文献

对城市污泥强制通风静态垛堆肥的温度变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,当调理剂比例较低时,堆体升温速率和降温速率都较为缓慢,堆肥处理长,堆体温度较低,当调理剂比例较高时,堆体升温速率较快,堆肥温度将在较短时间内达到灭菌稳定化所要求的高温。堆体温度在高温阶段持续的时间与调理剂比例有着密切的联系,当调理剂比例太高时,高温持续时间短,如加入适当比例的回流污泥,堆温可以在50℃以上高温阶段持续足够的时间,当堆肥原料的起始温度高于15℃,堆体一般要经历升温阶段、高温持续阶段和降温阶段,但是当堆肥原料的起始温度很低时,堆体温度还要经历一个起爆阶段。堆体内不同层次的温度有着不同的变化趋势,堆肥初始阶段,堆体下层温度高于上层温度,随后上层温度逐渐高于下层温度。  相似文献

在以猪粪为原料的静态条垛堆肥的堆体试验中添加了彩绒革盖菌,研究其对堆肥发酵的影响。研究表明彩绒革盖菌在堆肥二次发酵时期有利于堆体温度的提升和保温,说明了在进入堆肥后期彩绒革盖菌对其中剩余的木质素等成分有很好的分解能力,有利于堆肥的腐熟和养分的释放,初步表明彩绒革盖菌是一株理想的堆肥发酵菌株。  相似文献

Summary Population changes in the levels of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes during composting of spruce-bark were studied. The composting rate was determined as a function of the amount of CO2 produced per unit of time. Composting was performed under controlled conditions of the various environmental parameters in a bench-scale composter. Temperature influence on composting was studied with a view to accelerating the process. The most favourable influence was found at a controlled temperature of 45°C. During composting of household waste, the acidity of the material affects the process during the initial phase of rising temperature. In this study, the effects of temperature (36-46 degrees C) and pH (4.6-9.2) on the respiration rate during the early phase of composting were investigated in two different composts. A respiration method where small compost samples were incubated at constant temperature was used. The respiration rate was strongly reduced at 46 degrees C and pH below 6, compared to composts with a higher pH or lower temperature. The combination of high temperature and low pH is a possible adverse factor in large-scale composting of food waste.  相似文献

The interactions between temperature and the microbial communities in composting municipal sewage sludge were studied to determine the optimal temperature range for efficient decomposition (stabilization) of the sludge. Information concerning thermophilic successions in such communities was also obtained. Samples were taken from several different temperature areas in a production-scale composting pile throughout the 19-day processing run. Optimum temperatures for microbial activity, determined as the rate of [14C]acetate incorporation into microbial lipids, were determined for each sample. Biomass was determined from the lipid phosphate content of the sample. Maximal activities were generally found in samples coming from lower-temperature areas (25 to 45 degrees C), whereas samples from high temperatures (55 to 74 degrees C) usually had relatively little activity. The temperature giving the optimum activity in samples incubated at a variety of temperatures during the assay tended to increase as the composting time progressed, but never exceeded about 50 degrees C. Many of these temperature response curves were similar in nature to curves reported for purified enzyme systems and pure cultures of bacteria. Comparisons of the apparent energies of activation calculated for different temperature ranges over time also indicated that the overall community was better adapted to higher temperatures during the latter part of the composting run. It was also found that the relationship between the apparent energies of activation and the apparent energies of inactivation (apparent heats of denaturation) consistently changed with sample temperature throughout the composting run, suggesting that the microbial communities from hotter samples were better adapted to high temperatures than those from cooler samples, and vice versa.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Our earlier experiments in small composters (220 l) indicated the favourable effect of ash from co-incineration of sorted dry waste on the composting of catering waste. The aim of this new study was to clarify further, at a scale of 10 m3, the feasibility of using similar ash as an additive in composting. Source-separated catering waste was mixed with bulking agent (peat and wood chips) and fuel ash from a small (4 MW) district heating power plant. Three compost mixes (CM) were obtained: CM I with 0%, CM II with 10% and CM III with 20 wt.% of fuel ash. These three different mixes were composted in a 10-m3 drum composter as three parallel experiments for 2 weeks each, from January to April 2000. After drum composting, masses were placed according to mixing proportions in separate curing piles. The catering waste fed to the drum was cold, sometimes icy. Even then the temperature rapidly increased to over 50 degrees C. In CM III, the temperature rose as high as 80 degrees C, and after the first week of composting the temperature was about 20 degrees C higher in the CMs II and III than in the CM I. It also improved the oxygen concentrations at the feeding end of the drum and obviously prevented the formation of H2S. No odour problems arose during the composting. Addition of ash increased the heavy metal contents of the composting masses, but the compost was suitable for cultivation or green area construction. Ash clearly decreased the loss of total nitrogen in a time span of 2 years. The lower amounts of nitrogen mean that the amounts applied per hectare can be greater than for normal composts. Measured by mineralization, the breaking down of the organic matter was more rapid in the CM III than in the CM I. Humic acid increased steadily during first 12 months composting, from the initial 39 mg/g organic matter to 115 and 137 mg/g in CMs II and III. Measured by temperature, mineralization and humification the addition of ash appeared to boost the composting. Ash had also other beneficial effects on composting it improved the availability of oxygen in compost mass during the drum composting phase and reduced the formation of odorous gases, especially H2S.  相似文献
