马尾松受害诱导的化学物质滞后变化   总被引:14,自引:3,他引:11

通过接种马尾松毛虫Dendrolimus punctatus和人工剪叶,分析比较了不同受害方式对马尾松针叶内化学物质的影响。结果表明,害虫取食松针诱导的次生代谢物质(单宁、酚类物质)比人工剪叶处理略有增加,而营养物质-可溶性糖变化不大。对马尾松进行害虫取食为害、人工剪叶受害、未受害三种处理后,连续3年跟踪测定了松针叶内化学物质含量的变化。结果发现,无论是害虫取食为害,还是人工剪叶受害,针叶内次生代谢物质含量都减少,可溶性糖含量降低,直至一年后才恢复到原有的水平;蛋白质变化的趋势则始终是受害处理的含量比未受害处理的含量高,表明马尾松受害后诱导的化学物质变化具有滞后特性。  相似文献

对受松突圆蚧不同程度为害的马尾松针叶主要次生物质的测定表明,不同受害程度的马尾松与其针叶内的次生物质含量呈显著的相关性。黄酮、单宁和总酚含量随着为害程度的加重而发生变化,先增加,后降低,这说明了受害程度的强弱对马尾松诱导化学物质变化有影响,次生代谢物质的合成需要消耗能量和物质,影响主要代谢。这是被害松树针叶枯黄、枝干枯死直至植株枯死的原因之一。  相似文献

通过探讨松树受害后松针的一些化学物质变化与马尾松毛虫Dendrolimus punctatus 种群参数的相互作用关系。结果表明:松针被马尾松毛虫为害后,针叶的氨基酸含量减少、单宁和总酚含量增加;马尾松毛虫取食被害松针后,体内的2种解毒酶(过氧化氢酶、羧酸酯酶)活性增加,其种群参数表现出发育历期延长、体重减轻、死亡率增加、生殖力下降的变 化。  相似文献

为了揭示受害马尾松Pinus massoniana针叶主要化学物质变化对思茅松毛虫Dendrolimus kikuchii Matsumura种群变动的影响, 本研究以受思茅松毛虫危害程度不同(轻度、 中度和重度)的马尾松针叶喂养思茅松毛虫幼虫, 测定思茅松毛虫饲养种群的特征参数和不同受害程度马尾松针叶营养物质与次生物质含量, 用综合相关系数分析法对试验结果进行分析。结果表明: (1)随植株受害程度加重, 针叶黄酮含量增加, 可溶性糖、 蛋白质、 多糖含量减少, 各龄幼虫平均历期延长、 死亡率升高。单宁和总酚含量的变化与各龄幼虫平均历期、 死亡率之间没有显著的相关性; (2)除6龄幼虫外, 其他各龄幼虫的平均历期、 死亡率均与松针营养物质和次生物质含量有直接的和综合的相关性; (3)随受害程度加重, 7龄幼虫体重、 幼虫平均取食量、 蛹重、 化蛹率、 雌性比、 每雌生殖力减小。单宁、 总酚含量的变化对7龄幼虫体重、 幼虫平均取食量、 蛹重、 幼虫平均死亡率、 化蛹率、 雌性比、 每雌生殖力都没有显著影响。总体上, 松针营养和次生物质含量对思茅松毛虫种群参数有重要影响, 其重要性依次为可溶性糖>蛋白质>多糖>黄酮, 单宁和总酚的作用相对较小。  相似文献

为了探讨马尾松Pinus massoniana针叶营养物质含量与其对松突圆蚧Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi抗性的关系, 选择了不同抗性的10个马尾松家系, 分别测定未受松突圆蚧危害植株与受害植株针叶中可溶性糖、 总糖、 可溶性蛋白、 全N、 游离氨基酸、 粗脂肪等营养物质的含量和总糖/全N等7个指标, 并采用判别分析法分析这7个指标与马尾松家系对松突圆蚧抗性的关系。结果表明:马尾松家系不论是否受松突圆蚧的危害,能明显区别抗性组别的指标都是可溶性蛋白(X3)、全N(X4)和游离氨基酸总量(X7),随抗性的降低, 它们的含量呈上升趋势, 受害植株中上述3个指标的含量低于未受害植株; 受害后, 各指标变化量中能明显区别抗性组别的是全N(X4), 随着植株抗性的降低, 针叶中的可溶性蛋白(X3)、全N(X4)和游离氨基酸总量(X7)的含量变化量减小。据此得出:(1)可溶性蛋白(X3)、全N(X4)和游离氨基酸总量(X7)是与抗性关系最密切的指标, 含量与抗性呈负相关关系,变化量与抗性呈正相关关系;(2)受到危害后, 无论含量或变化量, 7个指标都发生了重要变化, 都表现出与抗性的相关性, 构成了有效判别函数的组成变量;(3)因判别分析方法可以分析各指标的综合作用, 应用该方法分析各营养成分与马尾松对松突圆蚧抗性的关系, 比用方差分析和多重比较方法更有优越性。上述研究结果为抗松突圆蚧马尾松家系的选育及其抗性机理的深入研究, 提供了重要的科学参考价值。  相似文献

对盆栽马尾松针叶进行接虫咬食危害处理后,通过TCT-GC/MS分析了同一株受害枝相邻的健康枝针叶挥发物的成分及相对含量的时序变化。结果表明:萜烯类化合物是邻枝针叶挥发物的主要成分,其次是含氧化合物、含氮化合物等。与对照相比,多数挥发物的相对含量1h略高于对照,2h维持较高水平。同时,用GC/MS分析了邻枝针叶不同时间序列中茉莉酸甲酯的含量,结果表明:虫害马尾松邻枝针叶1h茉莉酸甲酯含量就有所升高,2h显著高于对照,是对照的近1倍。证明马尾松受到虫害后,启动了体内的防御系统,并诱导邻枝产生抗性。  相似文献

脱落酸(ABA)和茉莉酸(JA)在诱导植物产生抗逆性过程中具有重要作用.以马尾松为试验材料,用GC/MS检测了马尾松毛虫咬食、外源茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)熏蒸和萜烯混合物熏蒸处理4 h后,马尾松损伤针叶、相邻姊妹针叶(处理同一轮未受损伤枝条)、系统上枝针叶(处理枝上一轮枝条)和系统下枝针叶(处理枝下一轮枝条)中ABA和JA含量的变化.结果表明,虫害4 h后,马尾松损伤针叶、相邻姊妹针叶、系统上枝针叶和系统下枝针叶的ABA和JA含量均明显升高.用10 μmol·L-1 MeJA熏蒸和10 μmol·L-1萜烯混合物熏蒸健康植株后,各部位枝条针叶中ABA和JA含量明显升高.说明ABA和JA是马尾松苗木伤反应信号传导途径中的重要信号分子,参与了马尾松苗木系统抗性的形成过程.  相似文献

用马尾松老叶、新叶,湿地松老叶、新叶,当年生马尾松新叶、湿地松新叶和当年生以20%和40%β-蒎烯处理过的马尾松新叶作食料饲养马尾松毛虫。结果表明:马尾松毛虫幼虫在第1代发生期取食马尾松老叶、马尾松新叶、湿地松老叶和湿地松新叶等4种不同质量的食料后,因其食料中10种必需氨基酸含量和挥发性物质β-蒎烯含量的不同,导致幼虫的存活率差异显著。其中,取食马尾松老叶的幼虫成活率最高(44%),依次为马尾松新叶(32.7%)、湿地松老叶(4%),而取食湿地松新叶的幼虫全部死亡。通过马尾松针叶增加外援β-蒎烯喂养马尾松毛虫实验,表明增加了外源β-蒎烯的松针饲养的马尾松毛虫幼虫与用同样松针未增加外源β-蒎烯饲养的幼虫相比,死亡率明显提高;松树中β-蒎烯含量的增加与幼虫成活率呈显著负相关。由此,我们阐明了马尾松与湿地松对马尾松毛虫的抗虫机制。  相似文献

为探索松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus Hope与其寄主马尾松相互作用的关系,测定了松墨天牛取食和人为损伤1天、3天、6天、10天和15天后马尾松针叶营养物质和次生代谢物质含量的变化。结果表明: 松墨天牛取食和人为损伤均能引起马尾松针叶可溶性糖和粗多糖含量的下降,但虫害处理使新叶和老叶中可溶性糖降低更多。两种方式处理后10天马尾松新叶和老叶中蛋白质含量降到最低,然后逐渐回升; 相比较而言,虫害处理蛋白质含量降幅更大。松墨天牛取食和人为损伤均引起马尾松针叶单宁和黄酮类物质含量的增加,虫害处理的针叶中单宁和黄酮类物质的含量更高。结果提示马尾松对松墨天牛的取食为害具有特殊的应激反应机制。  相似文献

The pine caterpillar Dendrolimus punctatus (Walker) with a larval facultative diapause is one of the most destructive insect pests of the pine tree Pinus massoniana in China. The larvae feeding on pine trees with different damage levels were studied to determine the induction of diapause under both laboratory and field conditions. Developmental duration of larvae before the third instar was the longest when fed with 75%–90% damaged needles, followed by 25%–40% damaged needles and intact pine needles, whereas mortalities did not differ among different treatments under the conditions of 25° and critical photoperiod 13.5:10.5 L:D. At 25°, no diapause was induced under 15:9 L:D, whereas 100% diapause occurred under 12:12 L:D regardless of the levels of needle damage. Incidences of larvae entering diapause when they were fed with intact, 25%–40% and 75%–90% damaged pine needles were 51.7%, 70.8% and 81% under 13.5:10.5 L:D, respectively. Similar results were obtained in the field experiment. Incidence of diapause was significantly different among the pine needle damage levels of pine trees when the photoperiod was close to the critical day length, indicating that the effect of host plants on diapause induction was dependent on the range of photoperiod. The content of amino acid and sugar decreased and tannin increased in pine needles after feeding by the pine caterpillars, suggesting that changed levels of nutrients in damaged needles or a particular substance emitted by damaged pine trees was perhaps involved in the diapause induction of the pine caterpillar.  相似文献

酚酸是一类重要次生抗虫物质.为研究损伤及昆虫取食诱导对兴安落叶松针叶内酚酸含量的影响,采用3种不同程度剪叶或落叶松毛虫幼虫取食处理兴安落叶松幼树,以高效液相色谱技术测定兴安落叶松健康针叶中酚酸含量.结果表明:与对照相比,处理后1 d,剪叶或昆虫取食4枝50%针叶处理的兴安落叶松幼苗健康针叶中,除阿魏酸无显著差异外,苯甲酸、咖啡酸、绿原酸、水杨酸、苯乙酸、肉桂酸、香草酸、丁香酸和没食子酸9种酚酸均差异显著;4枝75%针叶处理的10种酚酸含量均发生显著变化.说明剪叶及虫害50%、75%针叶处理均达到诱导阈值,能显著诱导兴安落叶松化学防御.在损伤程度相同情况下,处理1 d时,剪叶4枝50%、75%诱导的咖啡酸、苯乙酸、肉桂酸、香草酸和没食子酸的含量显著高于虫害诱导处理;5 d时,剪叶4枝50%、75%诱导处理的这5种酚酸含量显著低于虫害诱导处理;10 d时,两种方法诱导的酚酸含量差异不显著.说明剪叶诱导处理的酚酸含量变化比昆虫取食处理迅速,且诱导强度与剪叶程度相关.采用适当处理诱导针叶中酚酸含量的变化来增强兴安落叶松对害虫的防御能力是可行的.  相似文献

Water content was decreased in the needles of Scots pines (Pinus sylvestris L.) with moderate and slight levels of stress-induced decline. In pines with moderate decline a misbalance of foliar nutritional elements was observed. In 1-year-old needles of afflicted pines, the content of potassium and calcium was decreased, but the content of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, manganese and of the heavy metals cadmium and lead was increased. In 2-year-old needles of damaged pines, the content of calcium, iron and of the heavy metal cadmium was decreased, but the content of phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and zinc was increased. Potassium deficiency and zinc levels above toxicity tolerance characterized the nutrient status of declined Scots pines. In the same pines chlorophyll a/b ratio was diminished in 2-year-old needles and the protein content was increased in 1-year-old needles but was decreased in 2-year-old needles.In the second phase of the study 25- and 40-year-old pines with slight decline were examined. An increase in the protein content of 2-year-old needles of 25-year-old declined pines and of both 1- and 2-year-old needles of older 40-year-old pines was observed. A 280% increase of peroxidase activity in 1-year-old and a 178% increase in 2-year-old needles of 25-year-old damaged pines were shown. In older 40-year-old damaged pines a slight increase only in 1-year-old needles was seen. The observed age-related decrease in peroxidase activity in older 40-year-old symptomatic pines might be responsible for the lower resistance to decline in older pines. Our results show that clear but complex chemical and biochemical changes are observed in the needles of Scots pines in Bulgaria and that these changes hold promise for use as indicators of stress.  相似文献

Red pines Pinus resinosa in Garrett and Allegany counties, Maryland, were examined during 1982-84 to determine distribution of the pinewood nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, within and among trees. Approximately 25-year-old (younger) and 47-year-old (older) trees were subdivided into the following categories: 1) trees with mostly green needles; 2) trees with mostly reddish-brown needles; 3) trees lacking needles but with bark intact; 4) trees lacking both needles and bark; and 5) trees with chlorotic, bleached-green needles. Bursaphelenchus xylophilus was found infecting 68% of younger red pines and 77% of older red pines. Nematodes were not evenly distributed in trees within any given tree decadence category or in trees of the same age. Nematodes were recovered from 20% of wood samples from trunks and primary and secondary branches in younger pines and from 15 % of older red pines. On the basis of tree decadence category, the highest incidence of infection in younger trees (31%) was in bleached-green needled trees (category 5), whereas in older trees the highest infection (25%) occurred in green needled trees (category 1). At both sites trunks were infected more often than branches.  相似文献

The effect of needle damage on the release rate of Masson pine (Pinus massoniana Lamb.) volatiles was examined. Needles were continuously damaged by mechanical damage (MDP) or by feeding of pine caterpillar (Dendrolimus punctatus) larvae (LFP); undamaged pine was used as a control (UDP). Volatiles were collected before damage, and at 16, 24, 40, 48, 64, 72, 88 and 96 h post-damage, and analyzed. The analyses revealed that 19 compounds identified as constitutive volatiles from UDP were terpenes and green leaf odors. The release rate of volatiles from MDP or LFP was higher than that from UDP. At 96 h post-damage, emission from MDP or LFP returned to the same level as that of UDP. Some volatiles, including sabinene, ocimene, limonene-1,2-epoxide, linalool, linalool acetate, germacrene d-4-ol, farnesol, and (E)-4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nonatriene were induced by mechanical damage and/or larval attack. Furthermore, the release rate of linalool acetate, farnesol, or (E)-4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nonatriene from LFP was higher than that from MDP. Based on an exact estimation of the proportion of damaged pine needles, a significant linear correlation between the release rate of total volatiles identified and the proportion of damaged needles was found in the case of LFP but not MDP.  相似文献

Several studies have shown that insectivorous birds are attracted to herbivore‐damaged trees even when they cannot see or smell the actual herbivores or their feces. However, it often remained an open question whether birds are attracted by herbivore‐induced changes in leaf odor or in leaf light reflectance or by both types of changes. Our study addressed this question by investigating the response of great tits (Parus major) and blue tits (Cyanistes caeruleus) to Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) damaged by pine sawfly larvae (Diprion pini). We released the birds individually to a study booth, where they were simultaneously offered a systemically herbivore‐induced and a noninfested control pine branch. In the first experiment, the birds could see the branches, but could not smell them, because each branch was kept inside a transparent, airtight cylinder. In the second experiment, the birds could smell the branches, but could not see them, because each branch was placed inside a nontransparent cylinder with a mesh lid. The results show that the birds were more attracted to the herbivore‐induced branch in both experiments. Hence, either type of the tested cues, the herbivore‐induced visual plant cue alone as well as the olfactory cues per se, is attractive to the birds.  相似文献

The rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivar IET 1444 showed a nonsequential mode of senescence as evident from the decline in chlorophyll and protein of the flag and second leaves at the senescent stage. Removal of 50,75 and 100 % spikelets from the panicle of rice plant or emasculation of the panicle by hot water treatment induced the development of secondary branch from the axil of second leaf but 25 % removal had no effect. Similarly, removal of 75 and 100 per cent spikelets from the panicle of secondary branch induced tertiary branch development, while 25 and 50 per cent removal had no such effect. Similar treatments on tertiary branch had no effect on further branch production. The pattern of leaf senescence of the untreated (control) main tiller, secondary and tertiary branches was identical, i. e. nonsequential, which could be changed into the sequential type only by the development of additional sinks (i. e. side branch). The leaf area and the seed number of secondary and tertiary branches were gradually reduced and reached a critical value in the tertiary branch. The removal of spikelets or emasculation delayed leaf senescence of the main tiller and the secondary and tertiary branches. Also the longevity of the whole plant could be increased by 40 d i. e., up to the senescence of the tertiary branch. Both leaves and reproductive parts control side branch production, which, in turn, controls the longevity of the whole rice plant.  相似文献
