大菱鲆幼鱼表型形态性状与体重之间的关系   总被引:22,自引:0,他引:22  
随机选取1120尾3月龄大菱鲆幼鱼,测量其体长、全长、体高、头长、吻尖至鳃裂前缘长、尾柄长、尾柄高、体厚、体重等9个性状,计算各性状间的相关系数,采用通径分析方法计算以表型形态性状为自变量对体重作依变量的通径系数、决定系数及复相关指数, 对各性状的影响大小进行剖分,明确影响大菱鲆三月龄幼鱼体重的主要外部形态性状,为大菱鲆选育提供理论依据和理想的测度指标.结果表明:所测各表型性状与体重之间的相关系数均达到极其显著水平(P<0.01=;全长对体重的直接影响(R=0.702)最大, 对体重的决定程度(R2=51.84%)最高,是影响体重的主要因素;体高、体厚对体重的直接作用 (0.211 ,0.094)相对较小,主要通过体长的间接作用(0.5558,0.4342)影响体重.所选表型性状对体重的回归系数R2=0.911,表明所选性状是影响体重的主要性状.利用逐步回归分析方法建立以体长、体高、体厚为自变量估计体重的多元回归回归方程为:y=-6.216 1.294x1 0.518x2 1.293x3[动物学报 54(3):540-545,2008].  相似文献

为探讨半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossus semilaevis)形态性状对体重的影响,实验随机选取137尾半滑舌鳎幼鱼为研究对象,测量全长、体长、体高、体厚、头长、吻端至鳃裂前缘长6个形态性状,并称量其体重.采用相关分析和通径分析的方法计算各形态性状对体重的直接和间接作用,找出主要影响因子,并建立多元回归方程.结果表明,实验所测定的各形态性状间表型相关均达到极显著水平(P0.01);各形态性状通过其它形态性状的间接作用均大于其直接作用,说明体重的主要影响因素是由多个形态性状组成的.采用逐步线性回归的方法建立了多元回归方程y=-77.901+2.404X_1+6.168X_3+33.046X_4+2.950X_5,其中Y为体重(g),X_1为体长(cm),X3为体高(cm),X_4为体厚(cm),X_5为头长(cm).经回归预测,估计值与实际观察值差异不显著,说明该方程可以简便可靠的应用于良种选育及实际生产中.  相似文献

不同倍性虹鳟幼鱼对急性温度胁迫的抗氧化响应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
虹鳟属于冷水性鱼类,其生存的最适温度为12~18 ℃,温度胁迫是虹鳟在夏秋季养殖过程中经常遇到的问题.枫叶鲑和硬头鳟均为品质优良的虹鳟选育种.为探讨急性温度胁迫对两种倍性虹鳟抗氧化响应的影响,本研究选取二倍体枫叶鲑和三倍体硬头鳟幼鱼,分别在13、17、21和25 ℃下进行热应激试验.在达到目标温度后的0、1、6和12 h取样,之后将受试鱼恢复至13 ℃的适宜温度下培养,并在恢复培养的1、12、24和48 h后取样,测定受试鱼肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)的活性,以及脂质过氧化物(LPO)、丙二醛(MDA)和热激蛋白70(HSP70)含量.结果表明: 枫叶鲑和硬头鳟的3种抗氧化酶活性在17 ℃组没有出现显著升高;21 ℃组枫叶鲑和硬头鳟的SOD活性在热应激期间出现显著升高,但枫叶鲑的SOD活性在恢复过程中恢复到正常水平;25 ℃组枫叶鲑和硬头鳟的SOD、CAT和GPx的活性均显著提高;但在恢复试验进行24 h后,CAT和GPx的活性恢复到正常水平.枫叶鲑在17、21和25 ℃组HSP70的产生量显著高于13 ℃组,而硬头鳟仅在21和25 ℃组HSP70的产生量显著高于13 ℃组.通过整合生物标志物响应指标值对多种抗氧化参数进行分析,发现枫叶鲑在17和21 ℃组急性温度胁迫下的抗氧化响应显著高于硬头鳟,但在25 ℃组硬头鳟的抗氧化响应高于枫叶鲑.这表明不同倍性虹鳟幼鱼在不同温度急性胁迫下的抗氧化响应有所差异.  相似文献

选择 6月龄凡纳对虾 176只 ,测定了体长、头胸甲长、胸宽、胸高、额剑上刺数、额剑下刺数、尾长和上市体重共 8个性状 ,采用相关分析和通径分析方法 ,剔除了与体长及头胸甲长有共线性的自变量尾长 ,计算了以形态性状为自变量对体重作依变量的相关系数、通径系数、决定系数及相关指数 ,定量地分析了形态性状对体重的影响效果。结果表明 ,凡纳对虾 5个形态性状与体重的相关系数达到极显著水平 (P<0 .0 1) ;通径分析揭示了多元分析中多个自变量与依变量的真实关系 ,体长、头胸甲长、胸宽、额剑下缘刺数目对体重的通经系数达到显著水平 ,它们是直接影响体重的重要指标 ,其中体长对体重的直接影响(0 .4 2 8* * )最大 ,是影响体重的最主要因素 ,其次为头胸甲长 (0 .2 90 * * )和胸宽 (0 .2 4 5 * * ) ,额剑下缘刺数对体重的直接影响(0 .0 70 * )较小 ;胸高与体重的相关程度很大 (0 .792 3) ,但它与额剑上缘刺数对体重的直接影响都非常小 ,主要通过其他性状间接影响活体重 ,是影响体重的次要因素 ,均被剔除 ;决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果有一致的变化趋势 ;所选形态性状与体重的复相关指数为 R2 =0 .92 13,说明影响体重的主要自变量指标已经找到 ;多元回归分析建立了体长 (X1 )、头胸甲长 (X2 )、胸宽(X3)、  相似文献

随机选取二龄转大麻哈鱼生长激素基因鲤和对照鲤各30尾,运用相关分析和通径分析的方法研究全长、体长、体高、尾柄高、尾柄长、头长、吻长、眼径、眼间距、体厚10个表型性状对体质量的影响程度,以此确定影响二龄转基因鲤和对照鲤体质量的主要表型参数.相关分析结果表明:转基因鲤和对照鲤的大部分表型性状与体质量间的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01).通径分析结果显示:体长和体高可以作为预测转基因鲤体质量的主要表型参数,转基因鲤体长对体质量的通径系数为0.572,体高对体质量的通径系数为0.415,体长和体高直接决定体质量;而体厚和头长可以作为预测对照鲤体质量的主要表型参数,对照鲤体厚对体质量的通径系数为0.610,头长对体质量的通径系数为0.377,体厚和头长对体质量具有决定作用.  相似文献

旨在通过无角牦牛体尺性状对其体重作较为准确的估计,剖分牦牛各体尺性状对体重的影响。实验随机选取247头8-10月龄的无角牦牛为研究对象,其中公牛155头,母牛92头;测量各牦牛的体长、体高、胸围和管围4个体尺数据,并称量其体重;采用逐步线性回归的方法建立无角牦牛体重与体尺的多元线性回归方程;利用通径分析的方法计算各体尺性状对体重的直接作用和间接作用。结果表明,公牛的胸围和管围之间的相关系数未达到显著水平(P0.05),其他各性状之间的表型相关系数均达到了极显著水平(P0.01);公牛和母牛体重与体尺的多元线性回归方程分别为Y=-86.969+0.338X_1+1.082X_3+0.905X_4和Y=-85.693+0.440X_2+0.860X_3+1.972X_4,其中Y为体重(kg)、X_1为体高(cm)、X_2为体长(cm)、X_3为胸围(cm)、X_4为管围(cm),回归方程算得的体重估计值与体重实际观察值之间差异不显著;胸围对体重的直接作用大于其他体尺性状的直接作用,并大于其他形态性状通过胸围而影响体重的间接作用。结果提示,本研究建立的多元线性方程可应用于无角牦牛的良种选育实践,通径分析结果表明影响无角牦牛体重的主要因素来自于其胸围指标。  相似文献

2012年4月采集东海南部水域100尾竹筴鱼样本,测量其体长、全长、头长、头高、体高、体厚、吻长、眼径、眼后头长、尾柄长、尾柄高、体重等共12个形态特征指标.采用方差分析、偏相关分析、通径分析及回归分析,研究竹筴鱼东海南部种群各形态特征参数间的相关关系,确定与竹筴鱼体重显著相关的主要形态特征参数.结果表明:东海南部竹筴鱼的头长、头高、体厚、吻长、眼径、眼后头长、尾柄高、体重与体长呈指数相关(P<0.01);而全长、体高、尾柄长则与体长呈线性相关(P<0.01).竹筴鱼体长和体重的拟合方程为:y=0.0185x28736 (R2=0.9714);竹筴鱼的b值为2.8736,小于3,为负异速增长,即体长的增长速度要高于体重.头长、头高、体高、眼后头长、尾柄高对竹筴鱼体质量的影响存在显著关系;对竹筴鱼体质量的直接作用影响大小依次为:头长(0.242**)>尾柄高(0.223**)>头高(0.197**)>眼后头长(0.161**)>体高(0.155**),建立了竹筴鱼体质量的最优回归数学模型:y=-46.845 +3.892x1+9.623 x2+ 12.354x3+7.128x4+ 8.361x5.  相似文献

选择胶州湾134只野生脊尾白虾(Exopalaemon carinicauda),对其体长、全长、头胸甲长及体重等24项性状进行测量,采用相关分析和通径分析的方法,分析了形态性状对体重的影响效果,并构建形态性状与体重的多元回归方程.结果表明,各形态性状与体重的相关系数均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01);全长、头胸甲宽、头胸甲高、第一腹长、第二腹高、第三腹宽对体重的通径系数达到显著水平(P<0.05);所选形态性状与体重的复相关指数R2=0.954;多元回归分析建立了全长、头胸甲宽、头胸甲高、第一腹长、第二腹高、第三腹宽对体重的回归方程Y=-2.783+0.014X1+0.130X4+0.095X13+0.126X5+0.045X6+0.149X11.试验结果为脊尾白虾良种选育研究提供了理想的测度指标.  相似文献

为确定影响哲罗鲑(Hucho taimen)体重的主要形态性状,随机选取5个生长阶段共计710尾哲罗鲑为实验对象(3月龄240尾、6月龄180尾、12月龄110尾、18月龄90尾、36月龄90尾),测量其体重(y)、体长(x_1)、体宽(x_2)、体高(x_3)、头长(x_4)、眼径(x_5)、尾鳍长(x_6)、尾鳍高(x_7)、尾柄高(x_8)9个性状。通过相关分析、通径分析和回归分析,计算相关系数、通径系数和决定系数,获得相关回归方程,对不同月龄间的形态性状对体重的影响程度进行了比较分析。结果表明,3月龄、6月龄、18月龄和36月龄个体体长对体重的直接作用较大,12月龄个体则是体宽对体重的影响较大。利用逐步回归分析方法,以体重为依变量(y),形态性状为自变量(x_1~x_8),建立了哲罗鲑不同月龄最优多元线性回归方程分别为:y3=﹣14.911+1.561 x_1+3.448 x_2+5.232 x_3;y6=﹣70.321+5.192 x_1+0.962 x_2+0.473 x_3;y12=﹣217.446+7.129 x_1+23.147 x_2+44.055 x_3;y18=﹣891.041+20.234 x_1+65.786x_2+53.266 x_3;y36=﹣5748.099+88.187 x_1+301.984 x_2+66.702 x_7。该研究结果为哲罗鲑选择育种的具体应用提供了重要参考依据。  相似文献

采用相关性和通径分析研究不同规格黄鳍鲷 (Sparus latus) 的体质量与9个形态性状之间的关系, 确定各形态性状中影响不同规格黄鳍鲷体质量的主要外部形态指标。结果显示, 三种不同规格黄鳍鲷的主要形态性状(x1—x7)与体质量均呈极显著正相关 (P<0.01) , 而吻角、吻高与体质量未达到显著正相关(P>0.05)。三种不同规格黄鳍鲷主要性状间的相关性达到极显著水平 (P<0.01) 。与小规格黄鳍鲷体质量相关程度较大的形态性状依次为体高、全长、体长、尾长、吻长、头长等, 与中规格黄鳍鲷体质量相关程度较大的形态性状依次为全长、体长、尾长、体高、头长、眼距和吻长, 相关程度最低的是吻角和吻高, 与大规格黄鳍鲷体质量相关程度较大的形态性状依次为体长、全长、头长、体高和眼距。通径分析表明, 体高对小规格黄鳍鲷体质量的直接作用达到极显著水平, 直接决定作用系数为0.878。全长、体高对中等规格黄鳍鲷体质量的直接作用达到极显著水平, 从直接作用系数来看, 以上两个性状的直接和间接决定系数总和为0.880。体长、体高对大规格黄鳍鲷体质量的直接作用达到极显著水平, 这两个形态性状的直接和间接决定系数总和为0.969。研究表明, 在逐步多元回归方程中, 体长、全长和体高是影响黄鳍鲷体质量的主要形态参数。  相似文献

为了研究鮸的形态性状与体质量之间的关系,测量了524尾12月龄左右鮸的体质量(Y, g)和8个形态性状(cm),包括全长(X1)、体长(X2)、头长(X3)、躯干长(X4)、尾长(X5)、尾柄长(X6)、尾柄高(X7)和体高(X8).采用相关分析、回归分析、通径分析以及模型拟合等方法对其进行分析.结果表明: 鮸所有性状两两之间存在极显著正相关关系,相关系数在0.834~0.941.经共线性诊断排除了体长这一具有严重共线性的性状后,采用逐步引入-剔除法进行多元回归并进行显著性检验,成功筛选出全长(X1)、躯干长(X4)、尾柄高(X7)和体高(X8)4个统计检验极显著的形态性状,并建立多元回归方程:Y =-444.188 +7.943X1 +12.861X4 +38.254X7 + 42.722X8.通径分析结果显示,4个形态性状中,体高对体质量的直接作用最大(通径系数=0.351),全长次之(通径系数=0.335).对全长和体高与体质量之间的函数关系进行曲线模型拟合得出,在6个拟合模型中,幂函数模型拟合效果最好,方程为:y=0.013 x2.891(全长); y=2.028 x2.751(体高).经适合性检验得知,全长比体高通过幂函数对体质量的预测效果更好.研究结果可为鮸的形态性状在选择育种中的有效利用提供重要参考.  相似文献

The shell length, height, and width, live body weight, and edible tissue weight of Manila clam of 1, 2, and 3 years of age were measured, and their correlation coefficients were calculated. The shell morphological traits were used as independent variables, and live body weight or edible tissue weigh used as a dependent variable for calculating the path coefficients, correlation index and determination coefficients. The results showed that the correlation coefficients between each shell morphological trait and the live body weight or edible tissue weight were all highly significant (P < 0. 01). The shell height at 1-year old clams was highly correlated with the live body weight and edible tissue weight. The shell width of 2- to 3-year-old clams was strongly associated with the live body weight, while the shell length was closely linked to the edible tissue weight. The results of coefficients of determination for the morphological traits against weight traits agreed well with the results of path analysis. The correlation indices for all morphological traits against weight traits were approximately the same as determination coefficients regardless of clam age. The correlation indices (R2) of morphological traits against the live body weight of clams of all ages and edible tissue weight of 1-year-old clams were larger than 0.85, but R2 of morphological traits against the edible tissue weight of 2- and 3-year-old clams was smaller than 0.85, indicating that some other factors might be associated with the edible tissue weight of 2- and 3-year-old clams. Multiple regression equations were obtained to estimate shell length X1 (cm), shell height X2 (cm), shell width X3 (cm) against live body weight Y (g), edible tissue weight Z (g): for 1-year-old clams: Y = ?4.317 + 0.18X1 + 0.147X2, (X1 < 0.01, X2 < 0.01), Z = ?1.011 + 0.095X2, (X2 < 0.01); for 2-year-old clams: Y = ?15.119 + 0.249X1 + 0.176X2 + 0.688X3, (X1 < 0.01, X3 < 0.01), Z = ?4.248 + 0.198X1, (X1 < 0.05, X3 < 0.01); and for 3-year-old clams: Y = ?25.013 + 0.415X1 + 1.184X3, (X1 < 0.01, X3 < 0.01), Z = ?7.082 + 0.119X1 + 0.332X3, (X1 < 0.05, X3 < 0.01).  相似文献

The objective of this study is to develop a method of differentiation of hatchery-reared and artificially-released red sea bream (Pagrus major) from wild fish, based upon their morphometric differences. Morphometric measurements were done on fork length and 14 other characters. Among these charac)ters, significant differences between hatchery-reared and wild red sea bream were observed in body height, height at eye, eye diameter and upper jaw length. Discriminant functions were effective in differentiating artificial fish from wild fish.  相似文献

Fungus weevils, Exechesops leucopis (Anthribidae), are sexually dimorphic in the degree of eye protrusion and antenna elongation. I examined the allometric relationships of eye span, eyestalk length, antenna length, elytra width, and wing length against body size (pronotum width), and their effects on the outcome of male-male combat in the laboratory. Male eye span, eyestalk length, and antenna length indicated positive allometry, while elytra width showed isometry, and wing length showed negative allometry. In male-male combat, males with a larger eye span, antenna length, and body size defeated those with smaller attributes. However, when males fought experimentally males of similar body size, only eye span affected the outcome of combat, independent of body size and antenna length. In the female-female contests, the prior residency was an important determinant of victory the other than any morphological traits.  相似文献

Black‐eyed Locusta migratoria appeared in albino locusts as a result of crossing between a short‐winged strain originating from Tsushima Island, Japan, and an albino strain originating from Okinawa Island. The black eye trait was recessive to the white eye trait because the crosses between black‐ and white‐eyed albino locusts produced only individuals with white eyes in the F1 generation. In the F2 generation, black‐ and white‐eyed individuals appeared in a ratio of 1:3, indicating that the black eye trait was controlled by a simple Mendelian unit. The black eye trait showed no genetic association with other traits including wing morph, adult body dimensions and classical morphometric ratios such as hind femur length / head width and forewing length / hind femur length.  相似文献

A new strain of Manila clam with orange shell color was produced after selection within a full-sib family for two generations. In the present study, the shell length, height, and width, and the live body weight of the orange strain were measured, and their correlation coefficients were calculated. The shell morphological traits were used as independent variables, and the live body weight was used as the dependent variable for calculating the path coefficients, correlation index, and determination coefficients. The results showed that the correlation coefficients between each shell morphological trait and the live body weight were all highly significant (P < 0.01). The correlation indices (R2) of morphological traits against the live body weight of clams were larger than 0.85, indicating that the morphology traits were the main factors affecting the body weight. Multiple regression equations were obtained to estimate shell length X1 (cm), shell height X2 (cm), and shell width X3 (cm) against live body weight Y (g): Y = ? 2.62 + 0.34 X1 + 0.145 X2, (X1 < 0.05, X2 < 0.05). The results suggest that the shell length could be used as the main trait for selective breeding and could indirectly make a large improvement in the weight trait.  相似文献

The size distribution, length–weight relationship and size at the onset of sexual maturity of the orange mud crab (Scylla olivacea) from four geographically distinct locations (Taiping, Setiu, Kota Marudu and Lundu) representing Malaysian waters were analysed and estimated. Scylla olivacea was found in the size range of 47–134?mm carapace width. Males were significantly smaller in size but heavier than females. Geographical variation in carapace width and body weight were significant, but no interaction was found between sexes and locations. As shown by the length–weight relationships of S. olivacea, the males exhibited positive growth allometry whereas the females exhibited negative growth allometry. Males mature physiologically prior to attaining morphometric sexual maturity. Females, however, achieve physiological and morphometric sexual maturity in synchrony. No significant variation was found in the estimates of size at the onset of sexual maturity of males and females among different locations. We recommend the use of the third right walking leg merus length and carapace width to estimate the size at the onset of sexual maturity (morphometric maturity) for S. olivacea. Data obtained in this study serve as important baseline data for future mud crab resource management in Malaysia and were used to recommend minimum landing sizes for S. olivacea in each respective location based on the largest size at the onset of sexual maturity estimates were suggested.  相似文献

Tenualosa ilisha, T. toli and Hilsa kelee are three Indian shad species of the family Clupeidae. In past, relationships among these shads have been explored in few morphological studies but still remain poorly understood. In this study, 120 specimens of three shad species were collected from the wild and a truss network system of 13 landmarks was interconnected to yield 77 size-adjusted characters. Discriminant function analysis (DFA) produced 13 discriminating variables in delineating the three species. The landmark based morphometric distance between origin of dorsal fin and posterior end of eye was the most important character in discriminating the three species. Three prominent characters extracted from DFA (distance between posterior end of operculum and posterior end of eye, distance between origin of dorsal fin and posterior end of eye and distance between insertion of pelvic fin and end of operculum) were used as traditional morphometric characters and their ratio to standard length were found significant in differentiating the three shad species. The present study strongly supports the efficiency of landmark-based morphological characters generated from digital images in discriminating the species and can be used as a rapid diagnostic tool in recognizing them.  相似文献
