【背景】南方小花蝽是一类很有利用前景的捕食性天敌,而有关其在不同捕食空间下对我国局部地区暴发成灾的重要入侵害虫西花蓟马捕食控制效能的研究较少。【方法】在实验室条件下比较研究了南方小花蝽成虫在不同试验空间对西花蓟马成虫、若虫的捕食选择性、捕食功能反应与搜寻效应。【结果】南方小花蝽成虫对西花蓟马若虫的捕食选择性强于成虫;在相同的试验空间,南方小花蝽成虫的日均捕食量随猎物数量的增加而增大,其对西花蓟马成虫和若虫的捕食量在猎物数量为每指形管中60头时最大,分别为15.[KG-*8]90和19.[KG-*8]30头;而搜寻效应随猎物数量的增加而降低。在各供试条件下,捕食功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ型方程;南方小花蝽成虫在小饲养容器中对西花蓟马若虫的瞬时攻击率最大,为1.[KG-*8]2794;而在大饲养容器中对西花蓟马成虫的瞬时攻击率最小,仅为0.[KG-*8]3506,其处理1头西花蓟马成虫的时间约需0.[KG-*8]0402 d,而处理1头若虫的时间仅需0.[KG-*8]0242 d。在相同的猎物数量下,南方小花蝽成虫在大饲养容器中对西花蓟马的日均捕食量均低于其在小饲养容器中对西花蓟马的日均捕食量。【结论与意义】南方小花蝽对西花蓟马有很强的捕食效能,对西花蓟马的种群消长具有一定控制作用。本研究旨在为应用南方小花蝽防治西花蓟马积累资料,同时为西花蓟马的综合治理奠定理论基础。  相似文献

东亚小花蝽成虫对西花蓟马若虫的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
为探明东亚小花蝽对西花蓟马的控制效能,开展了东亚小花蝽成虫对西花蓟马若虫的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应研究。结果表明,在供试温度下,该捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ型方程。在相同温度下,东亚小花蝽成虫的捕食量随着猎物密度的增加而增大,搜寻效应随着猎物密度的增加而降低。在18℃~26℃内,随着温度的升高,东亚小花蝽成虫对西花蓟马若虫的捕食量增加,而在26℃~34℃则有相反的趋势。在相同猎物密度条件下,随着东亚小花蝽成虫密度的增大,其平均捕食量逐渐减少,捕食作用率也相应地降低,东亚小花蝽成虫之间存在分摊竞争。  相似文献

南方小花蝽Orius similis是多种小型害虫的重要天敌昆虫,为了掌握其控制潜能,本文研究了南方小花蝽对西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis和蚕豆蚜Aphis craccivora的捕食作用。研究结果表明南方小花蝽3~5龄若虫和雌成虫对西花蓟马和蚕豆蚜的功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型方程,南方小花蝽3~5龄若虫和雌成虫对西花蓟马2龄若虫的瞬时攻击率均高于蚕豆蚜。南方小花蝽5龄若虫对蚕豆蚜的控制能力比雌成虫强,而对西花蓟马的控制能力比雌成虫差。南方小花蝽5龄若虫对西花蓟马2龄若虫和蚕豆蚜的捕食率(E)随着捕食者自身的密度(P)的增加而下降,其干扰反应方程分别为E=0.412P-1.623和E=0.416P-1.639。南方小花蝽5龄若虫对西花蓟马2龄若虫和蚕豆蚜有明显的选择性,5龄若虫喜欢取食西花蓟马2龄若虫,但前期取食的猎物对其选择性有明显的影响,更喜欢选择前期取食过的猎物。  相似文献

为探讨南方小花蝽对不同猎物的捕食喜好性,室内用西花蓟马、蚕豆蚜、二斑叶螨、混合饲料(同时饲喂3种猎物)分别饲喂南方小花蝽驯化两代,研究了4种饲喂处理的南方小花蝽初孵若虫、5龄若虫和雌成虫对西花蓟马、蚕豆蚜和二斑叶螨的捕食量和喜好性。结果显示不同猎物饲喂处理驯化的南方小花蝽1龄若虫对同一种猎物的捕食量和喜好性均不存在显著差异。南方小花蝽5龄若虫和雌成虫对某种猎物的捕食量因前期取食的猎物种类不同而有显著差异。南方小花蝽5龄若虫和雌成虫均表现出对西花蓟马2龄若虫的正喜好性。蚕豆蚜饲喂处理的5龄若虫和雌成虫对蚕豆蚜表现出正喜好性,除二斑叶螨饲喂处理外其余3种处理的南方小花蝽5龄若虫和雌成虫均表现出对二斑叶螨的负喜好性。以上结果表明4种饲喂驯化处理的南方小花蝽1龄若虫的喜好性不受前期取食猎物的影响,但5龄若虫和雌成虫对前期取食过的猎物的喜好性增强,存在一定的学习行为。  相似文献

【目的】了解微小花蝽Orius minutus(Linnaeus)对4种主要自然猎物的喜好性。【方法】通过非选择性和选择性试验,室内测定并比较了微小花蝽初孵若虫、刚蜕皮后的5龄若虫和新羽化雌成虫对朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval)成螨、桃蚜Myzus persicae(Sulzer)低龄若虫、西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis(Pergande)2龄若虫和烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)2-3龄若虫的日捕食量和喜好性Ci值。【结果】非选择性试验结果表明,在4种供试猎物中,微小花蝽初孵若虫对西花蓟马2龄若虫和朱砂叶螨成螨的日捕食量为最大,分别为14.20头/d和12.40头/d,刚蜕皮后的5龄若虫和新羽化雌成虫对朱砂叶螨成螨的日捕食量均为最大,分别为44.40头/d和37.20头/d。选择性试验结果表明,微小花蝽初孵若虫对西花蓟马2龄若虫和朱砂叶螨成螨均表现为正喜好性,其喜好性Ci值无显著差异,刚蜕皮后的5龄若虫和新羽化雌成虫对西花蓟马2龄若虫和桃蚜低龄若虫均表现为正喜好性,2者对西花蓟马的喜好性Ci值均显著大于对桃蚜。【结论】微小花蝽日捕食量最大的猎物是朱砂叶螨,其次是西花蓟马,而其最喜好的猎物则是西花蓟马。  相似文献

室内用棉蚜,花蓟马及棉花花粉饲养南方小花蝽,通过对南方小花蝽捕食两种猎物及取食棉花花粉后的体重的增长以及同时段内对棉蚜,花蓟马及棉花花粉减少的量的测定,得到南方小花蝽取食不同食物后的生长速率及其对食物的利用效率,同时还研究了南方小花蝽成虫和若虫对混合猎物(棉蚜,棉铃虫卵,红铃虫卵)中各猎物的捕食作用及其在多猎物(红铃虫卵,棉叶螨成螨,花蓟马若虫)不同密度水平下的捕食效应。结果表明,棉蚜与花蓟马可以较好地满足南方小花蝽正常生长发育所需的营养,南方小花蝽对两种猎物的利用效率显著高于棉花花粉,在混合猎物中南方小花蝽成虫和若虫均嗜食棉蚜,其次为红铃虫卵和棉铃虫卵;对于同一种猎物,南方小花蝽成虫和若虫在高密度下的日平均捕食量均显著高于低猎物密度下的日平均捕食量,而对于同一密度的不同猎物,南方小花蝽在低猎物密度时对供试的3种猎物无明显的选择性,在中,高密度时对供试的3种猎物则表现出明显的嗜食性差异。其嗜好程度依次为红铃虫卵,花蓟马若虫,棉叶螨成螨,通过研究有助于更好地了解与掌握南方小花蝽对不同食物的需求及其在田间的食物转换规律,从而更好地进行南方小花蝽的室内人工大量饲养,使南方小花蝽更好地成为棉田害虫种群综合治理中的重要组成部分并发挥其应有的作用。  相似文献

【目的】为明确东亚小花蝽Orius sauteri对黄胸蓟马Thrips hawaiiensis的捕食作用及生物防治潜能。【方法】室内系统研究了东亚小花蝽不同虫态对黄胸蓟马不同虫态的捕食功能反应、寻找效应、自身密度的干扰反应与捕食选择性。【结果】东亚小花蝽对黄胸蓟马的捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ型,东亚小花蝽5龄若虫与成虫分别对黄胸蓟马2龄若虫和成虫的捕食能力(a'/Th)最强,分别为126.64头和64.30头,捕食上限(1/Th)最大,分别为149.25头/d和84.75头/d。东亚小花蝽对黄胸蓟马的捕食量与黄胸蓟马猎物密度正相关,但寻找效应与猎物密度呈负相关,东亚小花蝽高龄若虫与成虫对黄胸蓟马表现出较高的寻找效应。东亚小花蝽对黄胸蓟马的捕食作用同时受自身密度的影响,随着天敌密度的增大,平均捕食率随之降低,表明东亚小花蝽对黄胸蓟马的捕食作用存在较强的种内干扰反应,该反应符合Hassell模型方程。捕食选择性试验表明,东亚小花蝽对黄胸蓟马2龄若虫的捕食偏好性最强,其次为成虫,对伪蛹喜好性较弱。【结论】东亚小花蝽对黄胸蓟马具有较强的捕食能力,所获研究结果为正确评价东亚小花蝽对黄胸蓟马的生防潜能提供了理论依据。  相似文献

利用小花蝽控制外来害虫西花蓟马越来越受到人们的重视。本文在室内研究了5种空间异质条件下南方小花蝽对西花蓟马的捕食作用,并研究了笼罩条件下4种比例释放南方小花蝽对西花蓟马的控制效果。结果表明,不同空间异质下,南方小花蝽对西花蓟马的功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ圆盘方程;以瞬时攻击率和寻找效应为评价指标,发现南方小花蝽在小容器中的瞬时攻击率(a')最高,为0.9204,寻找效应最好;在大容器且空间异质最复杂的处理中的瞬时攻击率(a')最低,为0.6303,寻找效应最差。在笼罩条件下,以3:120和6:120比例释放南方小花蝽和西花蓟马,其控制效果差;以9:120的比例释放,5周后对西花蓟马成虫和若虫的控制效果分别达到74.70%和81.01%;以15:120比例释放,5周后对西花蓟马成虫和若虫的控制效果分别达到95.71%和89.02%。结果显示空间越小或异质性越简单,越利于南方小花蝽捕食西花蓟马。若实际生产中采用9:120的益害比例释放南方小花蝽,既可以达到对西花蓟马较好的控制效果,又相对节约成本。  相似文献

南方小花蝽Orius strigicollis作为一种广食性捕食性天敌昆虫,可高效控制蓟马、蚜虫及螨类等多种害虫,极具生防潜能.但目前国内南方小花蝽商业化进程相对滞后,其中未找到适合的饲料来源是主要的限制因素之一.本研究以新鲜麦蛾Sitotroga cerealella卵和紫外线处理的麦蛾卵作为饲养南方小花蝽的替代猎物,以南方小花蝽的天然猎物西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis为对照,通过比较其发育历期、存活率及寿命等生物学指标,组建生命表来评价麦蛾卵对南方小花蝽的饲喂效果.结果发现:以新鲜麦蛾卵、紫外处理麦蛾卵和西花蓟马饲喂的南方小花蝽若虫发育历期均无显著性差异,但取食新鲜麦蛾卵的南方小花蝽若虫存活率(60.5%)高于其他两种猎物;同时,饲喂新鲜麦蛾卵的南方小花蝽雌虫寿命(37.3 d)和雄成虫寿命(23.0 d)以及产卵量(74.0粒)均最高,其次是紫外处理麦蛾卵,而西花蓟马最低;饲喂新鲜麦蛾卵的南方小花蝽存活率、净增殖率(47.91)、内禀增长率(0.10)、周限增长率(1.11)和世代平均周期(36.5 d)均大于饲喂紫外处理麦蛾卵和饲喂西花蓟马,且种群加倍时间也以饲喂新鲜麦蛾卵的南方小花蝽最短(6.57 d).本研究结果表明麦蛾卵可作为南方小花蝽饲养的替代猎物,且以新鲜麦蛾卵为最佳.  相似文献

多食性天敌对猎物的捕食选择性及猎物密度对天敌捕食的干扰作用直接影响到天敌对不同猎物的控制作用.在实验室条件下研究了东亚小花蝽对西方花蓟马和/或二斑叶螨不同虫态的捕食选择性,以及两猎物中一种猎物的密度变化对小花蝽取食另一种猎物的影响.结果如下:东亚小花蝽5龄若虫和成虫对西方花蓟马2龄若虫的捕食选择性均强于对其成虫,对二斑叶螨的选择性为雌成螨>若螨>幼螨.实验中西方花蓟马2龄若虫是东亚小花蝽最喜好的虫态.二斑叶螨雌成螨密度固定为60头/19.63cm2,西方花蓟马若虫密度从10增加到60时显著地减少了东亚小花蝽对二斑叶螨的取食.反之,固定西方花蓟马同样密度,增加二斑叶螨密度却没有显著改变小花蝽对西方花蓟马的取食.此结果进一步表明,西方花蓟马是东亚小花蝽更喜好的猎物.  相似文献

Alternative feeding strategies are important in determining the lifestyle of polyphagous spider mite prodators, and could play a key role in their use for biocontrol of prey such as thrips. The small size of Amblyseius cucumeris relative to western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis, limits its survival and development when this prey is the only food available. We show that when A. cucumeris nymphs were reared either alone or with a gravid female on live larvae of F. occidentalis as the only source of food, survival was increased and development was accelerated by the presence of the adult. Similar performance by predator nymphs reared alone on freshly killed thrips larvae indicated that those nymphs reared on live prey with an adult were benefiting from feeding on prey killed by the adult. Variation of the period when an adult female was present with the nymph showed that food provided as a result of the adult's preying activities was beneficial until approximately one third through nymphal development, after which protonymphs became independent predators, with good survival and rapid development when provided only with live F. occidentalis larvae. The results are discussed in relation to adult dispersal in specialist as opposed to generalist phytoseiids, and its potential manipulation in using A. cucumeris for thrips biocontrol.  相似文献

菜豆是西花蓟马的重要寄主,但西花蓟马对豆荚的嗜食性高于叶片。为探讨西花蓟马在适应菜豆植株过程中P450基因的应答反应,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测了西花蓟马从菜豆豆荚转换到菜豆植株后F 1、F 2和F 3三个世代2龄若虫和成虫体内9个P450基因相对表达量的变化。结果表明,西花蓟马2龄若虫体内CYP4-1、CYP4-2、CYP4-3和CYP6-4的表达量在转换到菜豆植株后F 1代显著升高,然后下降;而CYP4-4和CYP6-2的表达量到F 3代才显著上升;CYP6-1的表达量只有在F 2代显著下降,仅为对照的42.21%,其余世代下和对照均无显著差异;CYP4-5和CYP6-3的表达量在不同世代均显著低于对照。对于成虫而言,CYP4-4、CYP4-5和CYP6-4的表达量在转换到菜豆植株F 1后显著上升,分别是对照的2.28倍、1.40倍和1.31倍;CYP6-1、CYP6-2、CYP6-3的表达量在F 1代开始下降,而CYP4-1、CYP4-2、CYP4-3的表达量在F 2代才开始下降。在同一个世代下,西花蓟马2龄若虫与成虫体内P450基因表达量不完全相同,除CYP4-2的表达量在F 1和F 3代,以及CYP4-4、CYP4-5和CYP6-3的表达量在F 1代两个虫态间差异不显著外,其余情况下均是2龄若虫的表达量高于成虫的。结果说明西花蓟马通过调节P450基因适应菜豆植株,其表达量与其取食的世代和虫态相关。  相似文献

The generalist predator, Orius insidiosus (Say), is an important natural enemy of the soybean aphid, Aphis glycines Matsumura. Soybean thrips, Neohydatothrips variabilis (Beach), serve as an important prey resource for O. insidiosus in soybeans, sustaining the predator's population before the arrival of the soybean aphid. Although generalist predators can forage on a broad range of prey, they may show distinct preferences for particular prey, attacking prey at levels disproportionate to their relative numbers. To assess the preference of O. insidiosus for soybean aphid and soybean thrips, attack rates of nymphal and adult O. insidiosus were measured in the laboratory. For both adults and nymphs, the number of prey attacked increased as more prey were provided. For nymphs, the total number of prey attacked increased as the predator matured. In general, the number of prey attacked by adult predators was relatively constant as the predator aged. Both O. insidiosus nymphs and adults displayed a preference for soybean thrips, by disproportionately attacking soybean thrips over soybean aphid regardless of the relative densities of the two prey. We discuss implications of this preference on O. insidiosus life history characteristics and the potential impact on O. insidiosus-prey dynamics in the field.  相似文献

Low, medium and high densities of western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande), were established in three greenhouses at the Greenhouse and Processing Crops Research Centre, Ontario, Canada, in 1996 and 1998 to develop economic injury levels for thrips on greenhouse cucumber. Thrips densities were monitored weekly using yellow sticky traps and flower counts. Fruit was harvested twice a week, graded for size, weighed, and rated for thrips damage using three damage categories. Significant yield reduction was detected 4 wk after severe fruit damage was observed in the high and medium thrips density treatments in 1996 and 7 wk in 1998. Percentage of severe damaged fruit (P(F3)) has significant linear relationships with the adult thrips density (x) that was sampled by sticky traps 1 wk before harvest (P(F3) = -0.2533 + 0.0828x) and that was sampled by flower counts 2 wk before harvest (P(F3) = -0.2025 + 0.5490x). Based on the regression equations, economic injury levels, expressed as adult thrips per sticky trap per day or adult thrips per flower, were calculated for various combinations of control costs, yield potential and fruit prices. The economic injury levels for F. occidentalis ranged from 20 to 50 adults per sticky trap per day or 3 to 7.5 per flower as determined under average greenhouse production conditions in Ontario, Canada.  相似文献

【背景】外来入侵害虫西花蓟马于2003年首次在北京郊区被发现,并逐渐扩散蔓延,目前已在我国局部地区暴发成灾。【方法】于2008~2009年通过定点调查的方法对山东省115个地区258个样点的主要花卉上的蓟马种类进行了分析。【结果】山东省主要花卉上发生的蓟马有11种,包括花蓟马、黄胸蓟马、黄蓟马、西花蓟马、棕榈蓟马、烟蓟马、禾花蓟马、横纹蓟马、腹小头蓟马、黑白纹蓟马、油加律带蓟马等,其优势种为花蓟马。外来入侵害虫西花蓟马在山东省18个地区的花卉上被发现。其中,荣成市区发生最重,占蓟马采集总量的51.86%;德州市区和青岛市区发生次之,分别占蓟马采集总量的34.21%和33.88%;其他地区西花蓟马发生量占采集总量的1.39%~18.75%。【结论与意义】西花蓟马已在山东省定殖并广泛分布,相关部门应做好西花蓟马的预防与控制工作。  相似文献

The predatory bug Orius albidipennis (Hemiptera: Anthocoridae) overwinters in Israel as adults. Oviposition continues irrespective of day length, but stops almost completely when the mean temperature drops below 15 C (beginning in December). During winter months, the outdoor females enter reproductive diapause, and resume oviposition in during March and April. All first instar nymphs die at low temperatures, whereas approximately 20% of the nymphs of later instars may survive and mature. Dense populations of the western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis, develop outdoors in Israel about a month before the peak in population of O. albidipennis, and have the opportunity to cause much damage. Since the Israeli O. albidipennis does not enter diapause under short day photophase, it might be an efficient predator of F. occidentalis in greenhouses in countries of northern latitude.  相似文献

In greenhouse agroecosystems, a guild of spider mite predators may consist of the oligophagous predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis Athias-Henriot, the polyphagous predatory mite Neoseiulus californicus McGregor (both Acari: Phytoseiidae) and the primarily herbivorous but facultatively predatory western flower thrips Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande (Thysanoptera: Thripidae). Diet-specialization and the predator body size relative to prey are crucial factors in predation on F. occidentalis by P. persimilis and N. californicus. Here, it was tested whether the relevance of these factors changes during predator ontogeny. First, the predator (protonymphs and adult females of P. persimilis and N. californicus): prey (F. occidentalis first instars) body size ratios were measured. Second, the aggressiveness of P. persimilis and N. californicus towards F. occidentalis was assessed. Third, survival, development and oviposition of P. persimilis and N. californicus with F. occidentalis prey was determined. The body size ranking was P. persimilis females > N. californicus females > P. persimilis protonymphs > N. californicus protonymphs. Neoseiulus californicus females were the most aggressive predators, followed by highly aggressive N. californicus protonymphs and moderately aggressive P. persimilis protonymphs. Phytoseiulus persimilis females did not attack thrips. Frankliniella occidentalis larvae are an alternative prey for juvenile N. californicus and P. persimilis, enabling them to reach adulthood. Females of N. californicus but not P. persimilis sustained egg production with thrips prey. Within the guild studied here, N. californicus females are the most harmful predators for F. occidentalis larvae, followed by N. californicus and P. persimilis juveniles. Phytoseiulus persimilis females are harmless to F. occidentalis.  相似文献

【背景】西花蓟马是我国重要的一种入侵性害虫,已对多种化学农药产生了抗性。【方法】采用孢子悬浮液喷雾处理生测法,研究了8个球孢白僵菌菌株BbKM030716、BbCG051229、BbJS080625、BbQJ031121、BbXW060615、BbSM090521、BbYY090613和BbMZ051230对西花蓟马成虫的毒力,并用"时间—剂量—死亡率"模型进行了分析。【结果】供试球孢白僵菌各菌株对西花蓟马成虫侵染致病的剂量效应参数值分别为1.43、0.87、0.93、0.98、1.23、0.92、1.07和0.86。用1.25×104~1.25×108个·mL-1孢子悬浮液接种后,连续10d内西花蓟马的校正死亡率分别为44.13%~98.49%、12.63%~78.90%、30.36%~96.92%、51.36%~98.74%、26.14%~98.59%、7.27%~78.71%、49.06%~98.74%和27.67%~87.36%。球孢白僵菌对西花蓟马成虫的致死剂量是时间的函数,各菌株对西花蓟马成虫的致死中时随孢子浓度的增大而逐渐减小。【结论与意义】球孢白僵菌菌株BbKM030716、BbJS080625、BbQJ031121和BbXW060615对西花蓟马成虫具有较强毒力,可作为西花蓟马生防制剂开发的潜力菌株。  相似文献
