柰树桃一点叶蝉Brythroneura sudra (Distant)在福建古田一年发生六代,7—9月温度较高,发生育较快,时虫口密度大,产卵量多,是主要的危害世代,本文对桃一点叶蝉的生活史与习性、繁殖特征(性比、产卵量)、1—4代的世代历期,发育起点与有效积温、种群空间分布型进行研究。同时进行了氧化乐果防治实验。  相似文献

目的 监测稀有鮈鲫野生型封闭群(Ihb:IHB)建群过程中的生长、繁殖性能,为品种管理和应用提供基础资料.方法 对原代(P0)至F4代各50对传代亲鱼的产卵量、产卵间隔、卵膜径、受精率、孵化率进行监测,并对封闭群建群过程中各代(F1~F4)初孵仔鱼全长、7日龄仔鱼全长以及30、60、90日龄时的个体大小进行了监测.结果 建群过程中各代间生长呈现一定的差异,F1代初孵仔鱼全长、7日龄全长较F2至F4代大,但30日龄后F2至F4代的生长指标高于F1代.培育封闭群过程中各代的受精率、孵化率有一定波动,但均维持在较高水平;各代间的产卵间隔差异并无显著性,P0代的产卵量和卵膜径大于F1至F4代.结论 各代的生长差异可能与饲养条件有关,原代产卵量较大与其亲本个体较大有关;世代更替过程中封闭群保持了较高的生长和繁殖性能,未发现随世代更替而出现逐渐增大或者减小的现象,符合实验动物封闭群的要求.  相似文献

六种寄主植物对二点叶蝉生长发育和繁殖的影响   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
在25℃恒温条件下,以盆栽玉米、小麦、高粱、水稻、谷子、大麦及虮子草为食料,研究了食物对二点叶蝉实验种群生长发育及繁殖的影响.结果表明,二点叶蝉在虮子草上不能完成世代发育.在其余6种寄主植物上各虫态的发育历期、存活率、雌成虫寿命及单雌平均产卵量存在显著差异.从卵到若虫期的发育历期在高粱上最短(24.1d),玉米上次之(24.2d),小麦上最长(25.5d);取食水稻时。若虫的存活率(40.8%)最低,成虫寿命最短(12.2d),单雌平均产卵量(12.3粒)也显著低于其它5种寄主植物.用生命表参数综合评价表明,6种寄主植物中,谷子和玉米最适合二点叶蝉生长发育及繁殖。其次分别为高粱、大麦、小麦、水稻。  相似文献

稻纵卷叶螟地理种群的比较研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
本文应用实验种群生命表技术,比较了三个地区不同世代(南宁五代、衡阳四代、南京三代,三地各相距4—6个纬度)和同是第二世代稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee)种群的发育、存活、繁殖、内禀增长力等参数的差异.结果表明,三个地区不同世代的种群,除个别温度外,南京种群的存活率、平均产卵量、内禀增长力、繁殖价大于衡阳种群;衡阳种群大于南宁种群,形成明显的纬度梯度.而同是第二世代,则三个地区种群这些参数差异不显著.对发育历期进行裂区试验的方差分析,种群间均无显著差异.可以用一个公共的发育速率模型.文中分析和讨论了形成种群间这些差异的原因,可能是种群的同型交配效应或迁飞的自然选择效应.  相似文献

温度对抗性朱砂叶螨发育和繁殖的影响   总被引:17,自引:3,他引:14  
比较了朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boiduval)敏感品系(S)、阿维菌素抗性品系(AR)和甲氰菊酯抗性品系(FR)在不同温度下的发育和繁殖情况,用王-兰-丁模型拟合了各品系发育速率与温度的关系。结果表明,在36℃下,S品系和FR品系卵均不能孵化,而AR品系却能完成世代发育。15℃下,AR和FR品系的世代历期分别比S品系延长8.0和6.2天,产卵前期均比S品系缩短约2.0天。在20~28℃下,S品系繁殖力大于抗性品系; 在34℃下, AR品系的产卵量显著大于S和FR品系。S、FR和AR品系发育临界高温分别为36.0℃、36.1℃和42.4℃。结果提示AR品系对高温的适应能力较S和FR品系明显增强。  相似文献

【目的】近年来巨膜长蝽Jakowleffia setulosa (Jakovlev)由稳定种群的荒漠昆虫上升为暴发性发生并迁移至农区危害的农业害虫。由于缺乏巨膜长蝽生物学基础研究,给监测预警及综合防治带来许多困难。本研究旨在探明温度对巨膜长蝽发育和繁殖的影响。【方法】本实验以白茎盐生草Halogeton arachnoideus Moq.为寄主植物,分别在7个恒温(13,18,23,28,33,35和37℃)下研究了温度对巨膜长蝽各虫态平均发育历期、发育速率、成活率、产卵量和种群参数的影响。【结果】在13~37℃范围内,各虫态的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,13℃完成一个世代发育需要82.63 d,37℃只需要14.61 d。各虫态的发育速率(V)与温度(T)的关系均符合多项式回归模型,且极显著相关。采用直接最优法分析,巨膜长蝽世代的发育起点温度为8.30℃,有效积温为555.77日·度,在宁夏一年可发生2代。巨膜长蝽世代存活率均在33℃时最高,为35.44%。28~37℃之间单雌产卵量较多,达到10粒以上,通过方程拟合得到理论上雌虫产卵最适温度为34.59℃,产卵量最高可达到16.73粒/雌;种群趋势指数在13℃为零,18~23℃小于1,种群呈负增长;28~37℃大于1,且33℃时最高,为2.77;净增殖率、内禀增长率及周限增长率均在37℃时最高,分别为7.24, 0.3912和1.4787;种群世代周期以13℃时最长,为45.8936 d,37℃时最短,为5.0608。【结论】巨膜长蝽在28~35℃下存活率、增长指数和繁殖力较高,说明该温度范围是巨膜长蝽生长发育和繁殖的适宜温度。本研究为有效开展巨膜长蝽的监测预报及综合防控提供了科学依据。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.
