在各种类型的培养神经元网络、哺乳动物中枢神经系统和切片中,都可以观察到爆发。爆发是空间-时间放电模式的重要特征,它由一系列高频率发放的连续动作电位组成,由于在时间尺度上的复杂性,使其辨识和探测存在许多困难。自适应算法利用爆发外部锋电位间隔超过爆发内部锋电位间隔的累加和识别爆发本身。基于该算法原理,以爆发内部最大锋电位间隔参数作为确定爆发的约束条件,改进爆发检测自适应算法。实验结果表明,改进算法可以有效地避免爆发的漏检和错检,较准确地检测出神经元的爆发活动,确定爆发活动的数目和持续时间等,爆发检测的平均准确率为93.8%,比原自适应算法提高了35.3%。  相似文献

湖泊生态环境对区域气候变化和流域人类活动十分敏感。随着流域的持续开发,洱海作为云贵高原第二大淡水湖泊面临着严重的生态与环境问题,主要包括水质恶化和生态功能的衰退,其中蓝藻水华问题尤为突出。针对湖泊现代监测数据存在时间序列较短、连续监测记录缺乏、监测位点不完全一致等问题,应用沉积物记录开展色素等多指标分析和环境变化重建研究,并对洱海湖区南、中、北3个湖盆的沉积物记录进行对比分析,从而探讨洱海富营养化与蓝藻爆发的历史与变化特征,并识别藻类响应模式的空间异同。沉积物色素记录结果表明,洱海蓝藻生物量变化具有明显的时空差异性,呈现由南至北,先后增加、最后呈现蓝藻水华全湖性持续爆发的模式。进一步的简约模型方差分解结果表明气候变暖和营养盐富集是洱海蓝藻生物量变化的主要驱动因子,此外相对较浅的南部湖盆还受到水位波动、水动力减弱、水生植物演化的综合影响。因此,在气候变暖的背景下,控制水体营养盐输入、合理调控湖泊水位、提高水体透明度并恢复水生植物是控制洱海蓝藻水华爆发和进行生态恢复的重要措施。  相似文献

本文利用多光子激发激光扫描显微镜的部分光路和探测器.建立了双光子荧光相关谱系统(Two-Photo Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy.简称TP-FCS)。利用TP-FCS系统观察到了“光子爆发”现象.实现了染料分子的双光子激发,测量出若丹明B染料分子在蔗糖溶液中的扩散系数。实验证明该系统具有操作简便、可靠性高,费用低廉等等点,可实现单分子检测。  相似文献

eil是新发现的高温诱导叶片出斑的拟南芥突变体,遗传分析表明该突变体是核遗传单基因隐性突变的纯合体。对野生型和突变体H2O2含量和组织染色的分析结果表明,在突变体表型出现前就有H2O2的积累;突变体幼苗生长在含有DPI[NAD(P)H氧化酶抑制剂]的培养基中,高温条件下没有观察到突变体叶片出斑。实验结果表明拟南芥EIL基因功能与氧爆发有关,氧爆发引起了eil细胞死亡,EIL是负调氧爆发的基因。  相似文献

为探究授乳大鼠双侧下丘脑巨细胞催产素神经元同步化射乳反射爆发放电的中枢所中,我们采用双微电极细胞外记录技术,观察了选择性脑切割损毁后的大鼠双侧视上核内催们素神经元在仔鼠吸吮刺激下射乳反射爆发放电。结果显示:在腹侧这画以上横向民单侧中脑中部,不同能阻断双侧催产素神经元的同步化爆发放 单侧下丘脑中间内侧部横切则可阻断这种经爆发放电。这些结果表明;中脑中部至一丘脑中部这一脑区在双侧视上核内催产素神经元的  相似文献

本文利用辣根过氧化物酶作为生理pH条件下PMN-鲁米诺化学发光催化系统。借以提高测定活细胞发光灵敏度。选用不同自由基清除剂对爆发反应中活性氧的生成影响进行了初步探讨。超氧化物歧化酶对细胞发光抑制较过氧化氢酶显著,Con A诱导的发光亦较其他刺激物为低,提示超氧化物阴离子系细胞爆发反应中含量水平较高,且对发光影响较大的活性氧。  相似文献

绿潮是在特殊环境条件下,海水中某些大型绿藻爆发性增殖或高度聚集而引发的海洋生态异常现象。自2007年起,黄海已连续15年爆发绿潮,对沿岸生态环境、社会发展、经济建设造成极其严重的危害,解决绿潮问题刻不容缓。绿潮的形成是外因和内因综合作用的结果。目前,国内外学者对绿潮爆发的外因,即环境因子已具有科学的认知,并围绕绿潮藻类对某些环境因子的生理响应展开系列研究,且取得了一定成果。然而,针对绿潮爆发的内因,即绿潮藻类为应对大幅波动的环境因子而产生的极强的生理生态适应性尚未进行深入探讨。本文从藻类生理生态学角度入手,综述绿潮成因种对多种生态因子波动的响应机制,包括光照强度、二氧化碳、温度、盐度与干出、营养盐、重金属及生物因素,归纳了绿潮藻类的光合生长生理、营养生理和繁殖生理对环境因子波动的适应性调节机制,揭示了绿潮藻类爆发的内因。  相似文献

All higher order central nervous systems exhibit spontaneous neural activity, though the purpose and mechanistic origin of such activity remains poorly understood. We quantitatively analyzed the ignition and spread of collective spontaneous electrophysiological activity in networks of cultured cortical neurons growing on microelectrode arrays. Leader neurons, which form a mono-synaptically connected primary circuit, and initiate a majority of network bursts were found to be a small subset of recorded neurons. Leader/follower firing delay times formed temporally stable positively skewed distributions. Blocking inhibitory synapses usually resulted in shorter delay times with reduced variance. These distributions are characterizations of general aspects of internal network dynamics and provide estimates of pair-wise synaptic distances. The resulting analysis produced specific quantitative constraints and insights into the activation patterns of collective neuronal activity in self-organized cortical networks, which may prove useful for models emulating spontaneously active systems.  相似文献

This paper is an electrophysiological study of the directionality of the tuberous electroreceptors of weakly electric fish. We recorded from two classes of tuberous electroreceptors known for pulse gymnotiforms: Burst Duration Coders (BDCs), and Pulse Markers (PMs). Both code for stimulus amplitude, although the dynamic range for BDCs is greater, and both exhibit strong directional preferences. Polar plots of spike number (for BDCs) or spike threshold (for PMs) versus electric field azimuth, are figure-8 shaped with two asymmetrical, elliptical lobes separated by 180°. The best azimuth of these two types of receptors from a given body region correlate with each other and with measures of best azimuth for transepidermal current flow. The shape and asymmetry of the directionality profiles appear to be caused by filter dynamics of the receptors. Pulse Markers are located on the anterior part of the body surface while Burst Duration Coders are located all over. The best directions of receptors in the anterior third of the body vary systematically with location from 0° to 180°. This region is probably critical for determining the direction of local electric fields. Streptococcus iniae has become one of the most serious aquatic pathogens in the last decade, causing large losses in wild and farmed fish worldwide. There is clear evidence that this pathogen is capable not only of causing serious disease in fish but also of being transferred to and infecting humans. In this study, we investigate the interaction of S. iniae with two murine macrophage cell lines, J774-A1 and RAW 264.7. Cytotoxicity assay demonstrated significant differences between live and UV-light killed IUSA-1 strains. The burst respiratory activity decreased to baseline after 1 and 4 h of exposure for J774-A1 and RAW 264.7, respectively. Immunofluorescent and ultrastructural study of infected cells confirmed the intracellular localization of bacteria at 1 h and 24 h post-infection. Using qRT-PCR arrays, we investigated the changes in the gene expression of immune relevant genes associated with macrophage activation. In this screening, we identified 11 of 84 genes up-regulated, we observed over-expression of pro-inflammatory response as IL-1α, IL-1β, and TNF-α, without a good anti-inflammatory response. Present findings suggest a capacity of S. iniae to modulate a mammalian macrophages cell lines to their survival and replication intracellular, which makes this cell type as a reservoir for continued infection.  相似文献

Recent studies report that leptin may be able to modulate some functions of cells involved in non-specific immune response. We recently found that a functional leptin receptor is present on polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) and may be able to influence their oxidative capacities. We demonstrate here for the first time that leptin is also able to stimulate chemotaxis of PMNs and exerts by itself a chemoattractive effect comparable to that of well-known formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine, and a stimulating effect on intracellular hydrogen peroxide production, without modification of phagocytosis  相似文献

The relationship between burst swimming performance and muscle metabolic capacities was examined in juvenile and adult threespine sticklebacks (Gasterosteus aculeatus). The absolute burst speed measured during startle responses increased markedly with growth of juveniles, but this positive allometry did not continue in adults. The allometry of phosphofructokinase (PFK), lactate dehydrogenase, creatine phosphokinase activities and protein concentrations was positive in juveniles and became negative in adults. The lower activities in adults may reflect the mobilization of muscle proteins for reproduction. In juveniles, absolute burst swimming and muscle glycolytic capacity show a similar allometry. However, when the influence of factors such as size and age was removed by calculating residuals from multiple regressions, variation in muscle enzyme activities in juveniles did not explain variation in their swimming capacity. In adults, interindividual variation in PFK and cytochrome C oxidase activities was correlated with variation in the burst swimming capacity. Apparently, mobilization of muscle proteins in support of reproduction may lead muscle enzyme levels to limit burst performance. Accepted: 9 November 1998  相似文献

We are interested in characterization of synchronization transitions of bursting neurons in the frequency domain. Instantaneous population firing rate (IPFR) R(t), which is directly obtained from the raster plot of neural spikes, is often used as a realistic collective quantity describing population activities in both the computational and the experimental neuroscience. For the case of spiking neurons, a realistic time-domain order parameter, based on R(t), was introduced in our recent work to characterize the spike synchronization transition. Unlike the case of spiking neurons, the IPFR R(t) of bursting neurons exhibits population behaviors with both the slow bursting and the fast spiking timescales. For our aim, we decompose the IPFR R(t) into the instantaneous population bursting rate Rb(t) (describing the bursting behavior) and the instantaneous population spike rate Rs(t) (describing the spiking behavior) via frequency filtering, and extend the realistic order parameter to the case of bursting neurons. Thus, we develop the frequency-domain bursting and spiking order parameters which are just the bursting and spiking “coherence factors” βb and βs of the bursting and spiking peaks in the power spectral densities of Rb and Rs (i.e., “signal to noise” ratio of the spectral peak height and its relative width). Through calculation of βb and βs, we obtain the bursting and spiking thresholds beyond which the burst and spike synchronizations break up, respectively. Consequently, it is shown in explicit examples that the frequency-domain bursting and spiking order parameters may be usefully used for characterization of the bursting and the spiking transitions, respectively.  相似文献
