用性信息素诱剂防治烟青虫的效果   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:10  
本文研究了两个烟青虫性信息素诱剂配方对烟青虫Helicoverpaassulta (Guen e)成虫的诱杀效果及诱杀成虫后田间烟青虫幼虫的虫口减退率和有虫株减退率。 1型诱芯配比为Z9 1 6 :Ald与Z1 1 1 6 :Ald 1 0 0∶9 5 ;Ⅱ型诱芯配比为 1 6 :Ald和Z9 1 6 :Ald与Z1 1 1 6 :Ald( 1 9 3∶1 0 0∶70 )。结果表明 :烟青虫性信息素诱剂Ⅰ ,Ⅱ型诱芯对烟青虫成虫都有很强的诱杀效果 ,在长达 85d的时间内 ,5个Ⅰ型诱芯共诱杀了4 0 4头雄性成虫 ,5个Ⅱ型诱芯共诱杀 4 1 9头 ,二者没有明显的差异。诱蛾地烟青虫幼虫的虫口密度和有虫株率都有明显的降低 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ型诱芯使虫口密度和有虫株率的降低幅度均在 6 6 6 7%~ 90 91 %之间。性信息素诱剂使用方便、无毒、不污染环境 ,对烟叶不产生药害 ,防治效果良好 ,具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

嗜虫书虱性信息素的提取方法和生物活性测定方法   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3

首次利用嗜虫书虱Liposcelis entomophila雄虫分别爬向雌、雄虫的时间确定了嗜虫书虱是雌虫分泌的性信息素,而不是雄虫分泌的聚集信息素。首次在国内外对微小个体的啮齿目昆虫嗜虫书虱L.entomophila性信息素的提取方法和生物活性测定方法进行了研究。在自制圆盘诱捕器的生物活性测定试验中,雄虫爬向雌虫平均只需要(20.00±2.44)min(N=10),而雄虫爬向雄虫的时间平均需要(70.50±6.56)min,两者差异极显著(p<0.01),说明了是雌虫分泌的性信息素。采用有机溶剂(正己烷和二氯甲烷)浸泡法和顶空气体收集方法并用两种溶剂(正己烷和二氯甲烷)进行淋洗收集嗜虫书虱未交尾雌成虫性信息素,分别用自制的圆盘诱捕器和模拟仓诱捕器和“Y”型嗅觉仪三种方法对不同方法提取的性信息素粗提物进行了生物活性测定,结果表明:顶空气体收集法得到的正己烷淋洗液在自制的圆盘诱捕器诱捕法中对雄虫的引诱活性最强,其诱集系数和诱虫数分别是46.3%±4.2%和14.0±1.0,与未交配的雌虫的相当,两者差异不显著(p>0.05),与顶空气体收集法得到的二氯甲烷淋洗液及正己烷浸泡液和二氯甲烷浸泡液的差异均显著(p<0.05)。说明顶空气体收集法用正己烷淋洗方法可以用来收集嗜虫书虱雌成虫性信息素。不同生物活性测定方法研究表明“Y”型嗅觉仪是在理想的状态下进行的选择性试验,其对正己烷淋洗液的诱集系数和诱虫数均较高,分别为55.3%±6.3%和15.0±1.8,与圆盘诱捕法相比差异不显著(p>0.05),和模拟仓诱捕法相比差异显著(p<0.05)。因此在实际应用中主要考虑利用圆盘诱捕法对嗜虫书虱进行诱捕。  相似文献

对合成的日本松干蚧Matscoccus matsumurse(kuwana)性信息素4、6、10、12-四甲基-反2、反4-十三碳二烯-7-酮1所有四个光学活性异构体,进行了诱虫活性测定和林间诱捕试验。结果表明,只有6R、10R-4、6、10、12-四甲基-反2 反4-十三碳二烯-7-酮对日本松干蚧雄成虫具有强烈引诱活性,被确定为该虫天然性信息素的绝对构型。  相似文献

小菜蛾对合成植物挥发物的活性反应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在室内检验了小菜蛾已交配和未交配雌、雄成虫对3种合成植物挥发物乙酸顺-3-己烯酯(Z-3-hexenyl acetate,ACTE)、异硫氰酸丙烯酯(allyl isothiocyanate,NCS)和顺-3-己烯醇(Z-3-hexen-1-ol,OH)的触角电位(EAG)反应。不同浓度(0.008 μg/μL、0.08 μg/μL、0.2 μg/μL、0.8 μg/μL、8 μg/μL、20 μg/μL和40 μg/μL)实验表明,随着刺激化合物浓度的提高,小菜蛾反应活性增强。但小菜蛾的性别及其交配状态可能影响其对3种化合物的反应强度:不同性别及交配状态的小菜蛾对ACTE的反应差异不大;未交配雌、雄虫对OH的反应强于已交配雌、雄虫;未交配雌虫对低浓度的NCS反应较强,NCS超过一定浓度时已交配雌虫的反应强于未交配雌虫,雄虫对NCS反应较小且与交配状态无关。以小菜蛾性信息素作为对照,在湖北长阳和越南河内试验了这3种植物挥发物诱芯(6 μL/诱芯)对小菜蛾的引诱作用。结果表明,在湖北,第1天时 ACTE、NCS对雄虫具有很强的引诱作用,引诱量显著大于性诱剂的引诱量,但随着诱芯放置时间延长,NCS引诱作用迅速下降,第2天时引诱作用已经很小;ACTE的引诱作用下降缓慢,第4天的诱蛾量才显著小于性信息素的诱蛾量,OH的引诱力较弱。在河内,ACTE、NCS、OH第1天对小菜蛾引诱作用很强,引诱量大于性信息素,但差异不显著;随着诱芯放置时间延长,3种挥发物对小菜蛾的引诱量均下降很快,第4天的引诱力就很弱。3种植物挥发物的混合物(体积比1∶1∶1)对小菜蛾的引诱作用与性信息素相似,且诱蛾活性持效期相对较长。无论在越南或湖北,植物挥发物或其混合物均很少引诱到雌虫。  相似文献

为了探明竹横锥大象Cyrtotrachelus buqueti Guerin-Meneville是否存在两性间的引诱作用,以及寄主植物慈竹Neosinocalamus affinis笋对两性行为的影响,采用Y型嗅觉仪测定了竹横锥大象雌、雄成虫对4种虫体及寄主挥发物不同处理(雌、雄成虫,慈竹笋与雌、雄成虫的复合体)的行为反应,测定了触角不同部位对雌雄成虫3种虫体的提取物(整体、鞘翅、后肠)及其与寄主植物挥发物质联合作用的触角电位反应(EAG)。结果表明:雌成虫挥发物对雄虫有较高的引诱活性,对雌虫有驱避作用;雄成虫挥发物对雌虫有一定的引诱作用。雌、雄成虫对虫体与竹笋复合体气味的行为和电生理反应均显著或极显著高于对相应虫体挥发物的反应。经EAG测定,触角各部位对虫体不同部位挥发物的EAG值差异明显,触角端部对虫体与植物挥发性物质的联合作用EAG反应差异极其显著(P<0.01)。竹横锥大象对沾染雌雄成虫虫体提取物的玻璃棒有一定的兴奋表现,雌虫兴奋率为6.67%,雄虫为26.67%。结果提示,竹横锥大象种内存在信息素,雌虫释放的信息素对同类雄虫有很强的引诱作用,而雄虫所释放的信息素对同类雌虫有引诱作用,添加寄主植物能够增强两性间的引诱效果。  相似文献

沙柳木蠹蛾性行为及其性信息素滴度的动态节律   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
沙柳木蠹蛾Holcocerus arenicola是为害沙柳Salix psammophila的主要钻蛀性害虫之一。在进入暗期后的6 h内,对其求偶行为和交配行为进行观察和记录,调查该虫求偶和交配的活动规律。通过触角电位技术(EAG)和毛细管气相色谱(GC)对性腺体内信息素的滴度进行了分析,以揭示性信息素产生的昼夜节律和雌虫日龄对性信息素合成的影响。结果表明:该虫在暗期0.5~1 h内即开始有求偶行为,最大求偶高峰出现在羽化后的第2晚。交配行为主要发生在暗期的1~2 h内。在各日龄的成虫中,1日龄成虫的交配百分率最高。交配平均时间为24.16±2.64 min,随着日龄的增加,交配时间前移。在实验中,未观察到5~6日龄成虫的交配行为。沙柳木蠹蛾性信息素的体内合成早于求偶行为1~2 h,并在暗期的前2 h内达到峰值。性信息素的滴度随着雌虫日龄的增减而减少,最高值为当日羽化雌虫的腺体提取物。林间诱蛾实验中,处女雌蛾和性腺体提取物对雄蛾均有较好的诱捕效果。本研究表明,在沙柳木蠹蛾的性信息素滴度和性活动之间具有同步关系,同时为进一步利用长距离性信息素防治该虫提供了参考。  相似文献

【背景】在中国,苹果蠹蛾和梨小食心虫经常混合发生,但有关苹果蠹蛾迷向设置对梨小食心虫影响的研究却较少。【方法】在苹果蠹蛾和梨小食心虫同时发生的果园中设置2种迷向发散器,使用三角胶粘式信息素诱捕器监测2种昆虫的发生动态,以观察苹果蠹蛾性信息素是否会对梨小食心虫产生诱捕效果或类似的迷向作用。【结果】无论是否设置性信息素迷向发散器,苹果蠹蛾性信息素诱捕器均能诱集到梨小食心虫的雄性成虫。在2009~2011年的田间试验中,苹果蠹蛾性信息素诱捕器对梨小食心虫雄性成虫的诱集量最多能达梨小食心虫性信息素诱捕器的1.1倍,占2种诱捕器诱集总量的51.7%。在设置性信息素迷向发散器的果园中,梨小食心虫雄性成虫的诱集量受苹果蠹蛾性信息素迷向发散器的影响而下降:相比无迷向设置的对照果园,同时设置2种昆虫迷向发散器的果园中,苹果蠹蛾性信息素诱捕器内的梨小食心虫雄性成虫诱集总量最高下降了90.9%,梨小食心虫自身性信息素诱捕器内的梨小食心虫雄性成虫诱集总量最高下降了92.4%;在仅设置苹果蠹蛾性信息素迷向发散器的果园中,苹果蠹蛾性信息素诱捕器内的梨小食心虫雄性成虫诱集总量最高下降了87.5%,梨小食心虫性信息素诱捕器内的梨小食心虫雄性成虫诱集总量最高下降了60.6%。【结论与意义】苹果蠹蛾迷向发散器对于梨小食心虫雄性成虫存在"迷向"作用。在2种害虫同时发生的情况下使用2种迷向发散器,对于2种害虫能够达到比较好的防治效果。  相似文献

本文报道用定量生测方法发现在成虫期短、无多次生殖循环、成虫不取食的鳞翅目昆虫中存在内分泌对性信息素的控制.大袋蛾Clania variegata雌虫的信息素腺体含量表现每日双峰的时辰节律.将雌虫饲养于两种光暗条件下,不同雌虫的峰期被错开,将恰在峰期前的雌虫中抽取的血淋巴注射于处于低含量期的雌虫中能诱导被注射的雌虫显著增加信息素的分泌.除头、摘除咽侧体或切断心侧体与咽侧体之间的神经均有效地消除信息素的分泌,但对摘除咽侧体的雌虫重植咽侧体却未能恢复其信息素的分泌.然而对低含量期的雌虫注射保幼激素类似物738,能诱导其显著增加信息索的分泌,而江射却未能恢复交配后雌虫的信息素分泌能力.根据本文结果讨论了Barth(1965)的假说.  相似文献

1997年在南疆棉区 3个地点研究了性信息素、黑光灯和杨树枝把对棉铃虫成虫的诱捕效果。试验结果表明 ,性信息素笼罩诱捕器的诱蛾量分别是黑光灯和杨枝把的 9 5和 2 5 4倍 ,性信息素水盆诱捕器的诱蛾量是杨枝把的 1 4 4倍。经统计分析 ,以上倍数随发蛾量的增大有上升趋势 ,即在发蛾量大时性信息素的诱捕效果进一步提高。考虑到笼罩诱捕器的高效、稳定和简易 ,作者希望在我国尽快将其用于进行棉铃虫成虫的标准化监测。  相似文献

Seven essential oils namely clove, cedar wood, lemongrass, peppermint, eucalyptus, citronella and neem oils were tested for their inhibitory effect on spore germination, growth of germ tube and mycelial growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides isolated from diseased Murraya koenigii. All essential oils inhibited the germination and growth of germ tube at different concentrations. However, significant reduction in colony growth was observed with citrus, lemongrass and peppermint oils at 1000, 1500 and 2000 ppm concentrations, respectively. Citrus oil at 1360 ppm inhibited the maximum growth of the fungus followed by lemongrass oil at 1720 ppm and peppermint at 2260 ppm, respectively. The effect of essential oils on mycelial dry weight also showed antifungal activity on the growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. The study revealed the possible utilisation of these essential oils for foliar spray for the management of leaf spot disease of Murraya koenigii.  相似文献

The content of vitamin E in wheat germ oil produced by different manufacturers was determined with a microcalorimetry approach. The maximum amount of tocopherols was shown to be contained in the wheat germ oil produced by mechanical processing of the initial raw material according to Prof. A.B. Vishnyakov’s sparing technology. Eight samples of wheat germ oil produced in different processing cycles by OOO SibTar in the years 2011–2015 were analyzed. The synergistic oil components provided the high content of antioxidants, corresponding to the total content of tocopherols ranging from 240 to 420 mg%, which exceeds the reference data. The key elements for obtaining oil with a high content of vitamins are the use of high quality raw materials and pressing without heating or using any solvents. The content of tocopherols for oils produced from crops of different years was found to vary by 40%, depending mostly on growth and storage conditions of the grain. The content of tocopherols in an oil kind could serve as the oil quality criterion. For example, the values of vitamin E content obtained for two of the wheat germ oil samples tested were three times lower than the reference values, which indicates that these oil samples had been diluted with others kinds of oil.  相似文献

Four wheat germ oil alternatives (corn oil, vegetable oil, canola oil with 10% vitamin E, and canola oil with 20% vitamin E), purchased from a local supermarket in Hawaii, were added to a fruit fly liquid larval diet as a replacement for wheat germ oil in the rearing of fruit fly larvae. The oils were tested on three species of fruit flies in Hawaii, Ceratitis capitata (TSL strain), Bactrocera dorsalis, and Bactrocera cucurbitae. They were evaluated for their efficacy in replacing WGO, based on: pupal recovery (%), larval duration (d), pupal weight (mg), adult emergence (%), adult fliers (%), mating (%), egg production per female per day, egg hatch (%), and peak egging period (d). Diets with WGO and without any oil were used as controls. The objective of the study was to select the most cost effective alternative oils with the best performance to replace the currently used WGO, which is pricey and hard to find. The results showed that there was no significant difference in performance among the tested oils in B. cucurbitae and B. dorsalis as regards the above mentioned parameters. Lower mating rate was observed in B. cucurbitae from those reared in vegetable oil and canola oil (10% vitamin E) diet. Lower egg production and egg hatch were obtained with B. dorsalis whose larvae were reared in vegetable and canola oil (both 10% and 20% vitamin E). Vegetable oil diet seemed to reduce pupal weight, shorten larval duration, and increase pupal recovery of C. capitata. The results suggest that WGO can be substituted with corn oil, vegetable oil, or canola oils for B. cucurbitae, while corn oil is a better alternative for B. dorsalis, and vegetable oil is best for C. capitata.  相似文献

Liquid larval diets have been developed for several tephritid fruit flies including Queensland fruit fly, Bactrocera tryoni (Frogatt) (Q‐fly). In liquid diets, wheat germ oil (WGO) is usually added to improve performance in some quality parameters of reared flies, especially flight ability. However, for some flies, other plant oils may be more readily available, cheaper or produce flies of superior performance. In the present study, four alternative types of plant oils – rice bran, canola, vegetable, and sesame – were incorporated into a fruit fly liquid larval diet to replace the currently used wheat germ oil and their efficacy on the quality parameters of reared Q‐fly was compared to diets containing wheat germ oil or no oil. The quality parameters included: total pupal yield (N), pupal recovery (%), larval duration (days), pupal weight (mg), adult emergence (%), adult fliers (%), rate of fliers (%), sex ratio (%), F1 egg/female/day and egg hatching (%). There were significant differences among treatments in performance of Q‐fly. Vegetable oil appeared better in terms of total pupal yield, percentage of pupal recovery, percentage of adult emergence, percentage of fliers, mean egg/female/day and % F1 egg hatch compared with other oil treatments, especially from that of WGO treated diet. The result suggests that WGO can be substituted with rice bran and vegetable oil to improve the liquid larval diet for rearing of B. tryoni, with vegetable oil being the best replacement.  相似文献

Severity of peanut rust caused by Puccinia arachidis was reduced by 15 edible oils tested. Flaxseed oil was the best suppressing the disease completely. Peanut oil, wheat germ oil, brown rice oil, aloe oil, olive oil and corn germ oil also caused more than 75% reduction in disease incidence. Flaxseed oil reduced the rust to a negligible level in the greenhouse and was nearly as effective as the fungicide chlorothalonil in peanut field trials. The control of peanut rust by flaxseed oil did not result from activation of the host defence mechanisms. Flaxseed oil did not affect urediniospore germination, but reduced the germ tube length and completely suppressed appressorium formation which is essential for the pathogen to form an infection peg to pass through the stomatal aperture and infect the host tissue. Although the pathogen had penetrated, flaxseed oil still exerted some inhibitory effect against the growth of the pathogen. The advantages of using flaxseed oil to control peanut rust are that it is relatively inexpensive, easy to prepare, and friendly to the environment and human health.  相似文献

The alfalfa leafcutting bee (Megachile rotundata) is solitary and managed on a large scale for pollination of alfalfa seed crops. The bees nest in holes drilled in wood or polystyrene blocks, and their larvae are highly prone to a fungal disease called chalkbrood. The most prevalent form of chalkbrood is caused by Ascosphaera aggregata, but this ascomycete is difficult to culture. Hyphae will grow on standard fungal media, but spore germination is difficult to achieve and highly variable. We found that germination can be enhanced with oils. Lipids derived from plants and bee larvae increased germination from 50% (without oil) to 75–85% (with oil). Percent germination was significantly greater in the presence of lipids but germination was not significantly different when different oils, including mineral oil, were used. A. aggregata spores oriented along the oil--aqueous interface in the broth in a polar fashion, with swelling and germ tube formation always occurring into the aqueous portion of the broth. The other half of the spore tended to attach to a lipid droplet, where it remained, without swelling, during germ tube formation. The physical attachment of spores to the oil--aqueous interface is what most probably stimulates spore germination, as opposed to some nutritional stimulation. However, further research is needed to determine if and where the spores encounter such an interface when germinating in the host gut, where germination normally occurs.  相似文献

Tocotrienols, members of the vitamin E family, are natural compounds found in a number of vegetable oils, wheat germ, barley and certain types of nuts and grains. Vegetable oils provide the best sources of these vitamin E forms, particularly palm oil and rice bran oil contain higher amounts of tocotrienols. Other sources of tocotrienols include grape fruit seed oil, oats, hazelnuts, maize, olive oil, buckthorn berry, rye, flax seed oil, poppy seed oil and sunflower oil. Tocotrienols are of four types, viz. alpha (α), beta (β), gamma (γ) and delta (δ). Unlike tocopherols, tocotrienols are unsaturated and possess an isoprenoid side chain. A number of researchers have developed methods for the extraction, analysis, identification and quantification of different types of vitamin E compounds. This article constitutes an in-depth review of the chemistry and extraction of the unsaturated vitamin E derivatives, tocotrienols, from various sources using different methods. This review article lists the different techniques that are used in the characterization and purification of tocotrienols such as soxhlet and solid–liquid extractions, saponification method, chromatography (thin layer, column chromatography, gas chromatography, supercritical fluid, high performance), capillary electrochromatography and mass spectrometry. Some of the methods described were able to identify one form or type while others could analyse all the analogues of tocotrienol molecules. Hence, this article will be helpful in understanding the various methods used in the characterization of this lesser known vitamin E variant.  相似文献

【目的】植物精油萃取自天然植物, 因具有抗菌活性, 近年来受到广泛关注。论文的目的是分析植物精油的化学成分, 测试其抗菌活性, 并研究其化学成分与抗菌活性之间的联系。【方法】实验选取了肉桂、山苍子、丁香、香茅、迷迭香和大蒜精油等6种典型植物精油, 通过气质联用分析方法研究了其化学组分, 并通过污染食物技术研究了其对黑曲霉和绳状青霉的抗真菌活性, 以及对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗细菌活性。【结果】气质联用分析结果表明, 肉桂、山苍子、香茅和迷迭香等4种植物精油的化学成分主要是醛类和醇类, 丁香精油的主要化学成分是丁香油酚, 大蒜精油化学成分基本上都是含硫的醚类, 其中二烯丙基三硫醚(大蒜素)含量最高。抗菌活性结果显示, 不同植物精油的抗菌活性不同, 6种植物精油的抗真菌活性由强到弱依次为: 肉桂>大蒜>丁香>山苍子=香茅>迷迭香, 抗细菌活性由强到弱依次为: 肉桂>山苍子>丁香>香茅=迷迭香>大蒜。【结论】植物精油的抗真菌、细菌活性与其化学组分密切相关, 肉桂、山苍子、香茅和迷迭香等4种精油的抗菌活性可能主要与其化学成分中的醛类和醇类有关, 丁香精油较高的抗菌活性可能主要源于丁香油酚; 大蒜精油具有高效的抗真菌活性主要源于其化学成分中的含硫醚。不同植物精油化学成分不同, 抗真菌、细菌活性也不同, 表明其可能有不同的抗真菌与抗细菌机制。  相似文献

Adhesion to a variety of host cells and the surface of biomaterials is a critical step in successful colonization and infection by Candida spp. Several essential oils are known to possess antifungal properties and are potentially used as antifungal agents. By studying the efficacy of essential oils against different pathogenic fungi in the genus Candida, we have evaluated the in vitro antifungal effects of eight essential oils used in aromatherapy, namely holy basil (Ocimum sactum L), lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus DC), citronella grass (Cymbopogon winterianus Jowitt), kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix DC), sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum Linn), Plai (Zingiber cassumunar Roxb), Curcuma (Curcuma longa Linn), and ginger (Zingiber officinale Rose), against Candida albicans and Candida krusei in both planktonic and biofilm form. The results revealed that among the tested essential oils, lemongrass oil exhibited the most effective killing activity and possessed the strongest inhibitory effect on Candida biofilm formation. In addition, lemongrass oil and its major constituents can inhibit germ tube formation, which might affect adherence. The data in this study indicates that lemongrass oil possessed antibiofilm activity and could modulate candidal colonization. Therefore, it is a promising essential oil to combat candidal colonization and infection.  相似文献
