苦杏仁精油的熏蒸杀虫活性研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用三角瓶密闭熏蒸法测定了苦杏仁精油对家蝇、白纹伊蚊、粘虫以及玉米象的熏蒸杀虫活性,结果显示:苦杏仁精油对各试虫均有较强的熏蒸杀虫活性,其中含HCN的精油对家蝇、白纹伊蚊、粘虫以及玉米象的LC50分别为3.09、0.63、4.63、12.03μL/L;除去HCN的精油对家蝇、白纹伊蚊、粘虫以及玉米象的LC50分别为3.53、0.52、4.08、23.46μL/L;熏蒸的时间效应试验结果表明,含有HCN的苦杏仁精油和不含HCN的苦杏仁精油对供试试虫的熏杀速度均较快,其中白纹伊蚊的反应最快,其次为家蝇、粘虫、玉米象.除玉米象外苦杏仁精油中所含的微量HCN对试虫的熏蒸活性影响不大,且2种处理的精油对同种试虫的致死中时差别范围不超过10 min.实验结果表明,苦杏仁精油可作为新型的杀虫活性物质,为苦杏仁精油作为植物源杀虫剂提供了依据.  相似文献

【目的】为探究Bt杀虫蛋白对次要靶标害虫粘虫Mythimna separata (Walker)(鳞翅目:夜蛾科)的杀虫活性及对其生长发育的影响。【方法】本文通过浸叶法饲喂初孵及2龄末粘虫不同剂量的Cry1Ac及Cry2Ab杀虫蛋白后,观察其死亡率,称量幼虫重,并统计了幼虫历期、化蛹率、蛹重、蛹期、蛹的羽化率、畸形率等指标。【结果】初孵幼虫取食浸泡含16、64、128μg/mLCry1Ac及Cry2Ab的玉米叶片后,随着时间的延长及浓度的增加,死亡率逐渐增加,且Cry1Ac杀虫蛋白对粘虫的生物活性高于Cry2Ab蛋白,在128μg/mL浓度下,取食Cry1Ac和Cry2Ab蛋白13d时的死亡率分别达到了65%及60%。取食两种蛋白后,初孵幼虫和2龄末幼虫重量均受到显著抑制,短期取食两种蛋白对幼虫历期、化蛹率、蛹重、蛹期、蛹的羽化率、畸形率没有影响。【结论】取食Cry1Ac和Cry2Ab杀虫蛋白后,对初孵幼虫有很好的杀虫活性,且Cry1Ac杀虫活性高于Cry2Ab杀虫蛋白;短期饲喂两种杀虫蛋白时,对2龄粘虫后期生长影响不大。本文结果为转Bt基因作物更好的应用于粘虫的防治提供了理论基础。  相似文献

玉米螟赤眼蜂是生物防治中一种重要的天敌昆虫,为探明艾叶精油对玉米螟赤眼蜂的影响及两者对米蛾的联合防治效果,本文研究了艾叶精油熏蒸、触杀、驱避活性对玉米螟赤眼蜂的影响及艾叶精油和玉米螟赤眼蜂对米蛾的联合作用。结果表明,艾叶精油熏蒸和触杀处理对玉米螟赤眼蜂卵具有明显影响,寄生在米蛾卵上的玉米螟赤眼蜂卵经0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6μg/cm~3艾叶精油熏蒸处理72 h后玉米螟赤眼蜂的羽化率分别为56.67%、49.33%、44.00%、33.33%、26.00%和14.67%;寄生在米蛾卵上的玉米螟赤眼蜂卵经100、200、300、400、500、600 mg/L艾叶精油触杀处理72 h后玉米螟赤眼蜂的羽化率分别为54.00%、45.33%、38.00%、28.67%、18.00%和6.00%,均与对照组表现出显著性差异。艾叶精油驱避活性对玉米螟赤眼蜂成蜂也有明显的影响,300 mg/L艾叶精油对玉米螟赤眼蜂的驱避率79.05%,随着时间间隔和距离间隔的增加,这种影响作用降低;联合应用艾叶精油与玉米螟赤眼蜂时先释放玉米螟赤眼蜂,24 h后再滴加艾叶精油的防治效果最佳,米蛾的死亡率可高达96%。  相似文献

【目的】研究不同光环境条件对粘虫Mythimna separata生长发育存活的影响,探讨影响粘虫生存的关键光环境因子,揭示昆虫对光环境的适应能力,为粘虫发生分布情况进行准确预测提供实验依据。【方法】选取特定波长和光强的LED灯作为供试光源,以不同发育阶段粘虫为供试昆虫,测定10种供试光源条件下粘虫各发育阶段的存活与发育情况。【结果】365nm波长光源照射能显著降低粘虫卵孵化率,比对照组卵孵化率降低了50.33%;420 nm波长光源照射能显著降低粘虫幼虫存活率、幼虫化蛹率和蛹羽化率,且能延长幼虫期和蛹期,比对照组幼虫存活率、化蛹率和蛹羽化率分别降低了72.00%、65.67%和72.87%,比对照组幼虫期和蛹期分别延长了12 d和11.4 d;420 nm和460 nm波长光源照射能显著降低粘虫成虫存活率,比对照组成虫存活率分别降低了44.44%%和40.00%。【结论】光强1000lx,波长365、420、460 nm的光环境能够抑制粘虫的生长发育,不利于粘虫生存。  相似文献

测定了杀虫植物砂地柏Sabina vulgaris Ant.的精油中主杀虫成分-松油烯-4-醇(terpinen 4.01)对粘虫Mythimna separata Walker幼虫的生物活性。结果表明,松油烯- 4-醇对粘虫主要表现为熏蒸作用,对粘虫3龄幼虫24 h的熏蒸LC50为5.3473 μL/L ;还具一定触杀作用,对粘虫4龄幼虫24 h的LD50为147.8 μg/虫。试虫的中毒症状可明显地分为兴奋、痉挛、麻痹和死亡4个阶段,而麻痹的部分试虫有复苏现象。可明显抑制Na+ ,K+ATP酶的活性,在兴奋期、痉挛期、麻痹期和复苏期,抑制率介于21.28%~34.92% 之间。离体条件下对Na+,K+ATP酶的I50为133.75 μg·mL-1;对AChE活性有一定的影响;对酯酶,在兴奋期,酶活力为对照的7.0%,在麻痹期则为对照的1.33倍,而复苏期试虫的酯酶活力与对照相当。  相似文献

分别采用点滴法、三角瓶熏蒸法和小叶碟添加法测定了藁本(Ligusticum sinense Oliv.)提取物对粘虫(Mythimna separata Walker)和小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)幼虫的触杀、熏蒸和拒食活性,同时也测定了对黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor L.)蛹的生长发育有抑制作用,并对其致毒症状、作用方式进行了初步探讨。结果表明,不同溶剂提取物中,丙酮冷浸提取物对粘虫毒杀活性较高;其丙酮提取物对粘虫和小菜蛾3龄幼虫均具有较高触杀及熏蒸活性,24h触杀LD50分别为0.062 3mg干样/头和0.150 2mg干样/头;12h熏蒸LC530分别为24.3422 mg干样/L和10.601 5mg干样/L;对黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor L)蛹的生长发育有抑制作用,ID50为6.5157mg干样/头;粘虫中毒后先后表现出兴奋、痉挛、麻痹等症状,最后死亡;对黄粉虫蛹生长发育的抑制作用类似于保幼激素活性。  相似文献

应用“Y”型嗅觉仪对家蝇进行了生物测定。结果表明,艾蒿(Artemisia vulgars L.)精油20μL和25μL剂量对家蝇Musca domestica rieina有很强的忌避活性,平均忌避活力分别为86%和88%,显著高于5和10μL剂量。植物精油对家蝇成虫具有很好的熏蒸活性。随着精油浓度的升高和熏蒸时间的延长,试虫的死亡率显著增加。艾蒿精油浓度为20μL/mL时,家蝇成虫的死亡率在24h后即达到100%;对照在24,48,72和96h时家蝇成虫的死亡率分别为0,0,5%和11%。  相似文献

水菖蒲(Acorus calamus L.)超临界CO2萃取物对德国小蠊Blattella germanica L.同时具有很好的触杀和驱避活性。采用药膜接触法和滤纸药膜选择法,分别研究水菖蒲超临界CO2萃取物对德国小蠊3龄若虫的触杀和驱避活性。结果表明:水菖蒲超临界CO2萃取物对德国小蠊的生物活性存在着明显的浓度-时间-效应。触杀作用中处理试虫12h后,最高浓度124.00μg/cm2的校正死亡率就达到98.33%,24h后达到100%。试虫在处理12h后的LC50为36.45μg/cm2。驱避活性中,最高浓度815.28μg/cm2的驱避率为67.73%,驱避等级达到了Ⅳ级。  相似文献

测定了土荆芥(Chenopodium ambrosioidesL.)4种溶剂(100%乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯和石油醚)提取物对玉米象Sitophilusz eamais Motschulsky的触杀和,蒸活性。4种溶剂提取物在6.494mg/cm2浓度下对玉米象的触杀效果:48h后100%乙醇提取物和石油醚提取物的校正死亡率均达100%;丙酮提取物次之,为92.31%;乙酸乙酯提取物最低,为64.10%,但72h后达94.17%。4种溶剂提取物对玉米象的,蒸活性:72h后0.50mg/mL浓度处理下校正死亡率为98.73%~100%。  相似文献

【目的】研究不同土壤湿度对粘虫Mythimna separata (Walker)入土化蛹和羽化出土的影响,并结合当地冬季地表温度分析,以期为粘虫越冬种群预测及其防控提供指导。【方法】在山东德州地区,通过设置室内和室外不同土壤相对含水量(梯度分别为0、10%、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%),并结合当地地表温度,观察并分析粘虫入土化蛹和羽化出土情况。【结果】土壤不同相对含水量对粘虫入土化蛹、羽化出土及土中历期的影响差异显著。2016-2017年,土壤相对含水量为0、10%、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的粘虫平均入土化蛹率分别为75.0%、82.5%、92.5%、90.0%、77.5%、65.0%和60.0%;2017-2018年,粘虫平均入士化蛹率分别为70.0%、75.0%、90.0%、87.5%、77.5%、60.0%和57.5%。粘虫化蛹的最适土壤相对含水量在20%-40%,0%和100%土壤相对含水量都不利于粘虫入土化蛹。2016-2017年,土壤相对含水量为0、10%、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的粘虫平均羽化出土率分别为12.5%、47.5%、42.5%、47.5%、77.5%、45.0%和7.5%;2017-2018年粘虫羽化出土率分别为20.0%、27.5%、40.0%、57.5%、67.5%、52.5%和25.0%。粘虫羽化为成虫的最适土壤相对含水量为60%,0%和100%土壤相对含水量都不利于粘虫正常的羽化出土。2016年11月和2017年11月份在室外大田埋蛹,发现相同土壤相对含水量处理下,第二年春天均未见有粘虫成虫羽化出土。【结论】研究结果表明,山东德州地区粘虫入土化蛹的适宜土壤相对含水量为20%-40%,而羽化出土的适宜土壤相对含水量为60%。可见,土壤相对含水量影响粘虫的入土化蛹和羽化出土,过高或过低的土壤相对含水量导致粘虫土中蛹大量死亡而不能羽化出土。结合当地冬季地表温度分析,山东德州宁津地区粘虫无法越冬存活。  相似文献

在室内测定了石蒜总生物碱对家蝇的生物活性,表明石蒜总生物碱对家蝇具有一定的触杀作用和生长发育抑制作用.石蒜总生物碱不同浓度(15、12、9、6、3 mg/mL)、不同作用时间(24 h、36 h、48 h、60 h、72 h)以及它们的交互作用分别对家蝇幼虫和成虫的触杀作用有显著影响.当石蒜总生物碱的浓度为15 mg/mL时,家蝇幼虫(3龄早期)和成虫(羽化3d)平均校正死亡率最高,分别为40.96%和38.25%,随着浓度的降低,触杀作用逐渐降低,随着作用时间的延长,触杀作用逐渐增强,72 h的平均校正死亡率分别达39.35%和37.55%,但总生物碱对家蝇幼虫和成虫的触杀作用间无显著差异.处理24、36、48、60、72 h后,石蒜总生物碱对家蝇幼虫的LC50值分别为57.42、36.48、21.92、13.13和10.95 mg/mL,对成虫的LC50值分别为86.66、37.86、23.91、14.15和11.51 mg/mL.老熟幼虫的平均重量除了在3 mg/mL时与对照差异不显著,其他各浓度下都显著低于对照,而在各浓度下的化蛹率、蛹的平均重量和羽化率均显著低于对照.  相似文献

为了确定水菖蒲(Acorus calamus)活性成分β-细辛醚对玉米象Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky的熏蒸活性,研究β-细辛醚对玉米象不同虫态的熏蒸作用。结果表明:β-细辛醚对玉米象4种虫态都有一定的熏蒸作用,其中对成虫的熏蒸效果最好,其次是卵,幼虫和蛹对β-细辛醚具有较高的耐药性。以质量浓度为200μL/L熏蒸卵120h后,卵的死亡率达到了99.09%。对幼虫和蛹的熏蒸作用不明显。对成虫熏蒸120h后,LC50为17.82μL/L。  相似文献

In the course of screening for novel naturally occurring insecticides from plants, the ethanol extract of the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f. was found to show insecticidal activity against larvae of Mythimna separata Walker. Three active compounds were isolated by bioassay-guided fractionation of the extract and characterized as triptolide (1), triptonide (2) and euonine (3) by IR, 1H and 13C NMR and mass spectral analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 showed strong contact activity against 3rd or 5th larvae of M. separata (LD50 1.6 microg/insect for 1, 2.9 microg/insect for 2, no contact activity for 3; LD50 is the lethal dose for 50% mortality). The antifeedant activity against the 3rd larvae of M. separata after a 24-h treatment was demonstrated; 1, 2 and 3 gave EC50 (effective concentration causing 50% antifeedance) values of 0.25, 0.35 and 0.02 mM, respectively. 1 and 2 were inferior to the positive control represented by toosendanin (12a-acetoxyamoorastatin), 3 was superior to toosendanin. For the ingested toxicity against M. separata, 1 had the more potent activity with an KD50 value of 13.5 microg/g (insect body weight) than toosendanin. This is the first report on insecticidal activity of these three compounds.  相似文献

采用MTT([3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基]四氮唑溴盐)比色法、中性红摄取法和台盼蓝拒染法,分别测定植物源杀虫活性成分苦皮藤素Ⅴ、白鲜碱和梣皮酮对中肠细胞的毒力。结果表明:急性分离的东方粘虫中肠细胞能在Grace’s昆虫细胞培养基中维持生长;3种供试药剂对中肠细胞均有明显的细胞毒性。MTT比色法、中性红摄取法和台盼蓝拒染法测得苦皮藤素Ⅴ对中肠细胞的LC50依次为9.0,7.79和10.94μg/mL;白鲜碱为27.85,31.77和36.42μg/mL;梣皮酮为186.66,164.00和192.34μg/mL。  相似文献

【目的】梣酮是从芸香科植物白鲜Diatamnus dasycarpus根皮中分离出的一种化合物, 对试虫表现出胃毒活性。本研究旨在检测梣酮对粘虫Mythimna separata 6龄幼虫中肠围食膜的影响, 从而进一步阐明梣酮的杀虫作用机理。【方法】经活体及离体处理, 通过生化分析和扫描电镜观察等方法, 研究了梣酮处理对粘虫幼虫中肠围食膜糖含量, 蛋白质含量和组分以及围食膜表面结构的影响。【结果】梣酮(20 mg/mL)活体处理降低了粘虫6龄幼虫围食膜的蛋白质含量, 却使糖含量升高。活体(20 mg/mL梣酮)及离体(8 mg/mL梣酮)处理条件下, 围食膜糖含量分别为对照组的1.75倍及2.17倍。SDS-PAGE结果显示, 离体及活体条件下经梣酮处理, 围食膜部分蛋白质降解。围食膜解剖扫描电镜观察表明, 梣酮处理可造成围食膜微纤丝排列紊乱。【结论】天然产物梣酮处理对粘虫中肠围食膜的糖含量及蛋白质含量和组分有影响,且改变了围食膜表面结构。本研究为深入地研究梣酮杀虫作用机理奠定了基础。  相似文献

Globally, human exposure to heavy metals has risen dramatically. Lead (Pb) is one of the most toxic heavy metals to human and other living organisms. Pb affects certain biochemical and physiological activities of the body. Many scientific investigations have documented the therapeutic and antioxidant properties of natural products which isolated from plant sources. The present study was therefore undertaken to evaluate the therapeutic influence of almond oil against Pb toxicity in male rats. The experimental rats were distributed into four groups. The first group was served as control. The second group was treated with 100 mg/kg body weight of Pb. The third group was subjected to almond oil (800 mg/kg body weight) and Pb. The fourth group was supplemented with almond oil. After six weeks, blood serum specimens were analyzed. In the second group, Pb produced a marked increase of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT), total bilirubin, glucose, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C), creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatinine, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, while the levels of total protein, albumin, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), glutathione (GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were significantly decreased. In contrast, the treatment with almond oil notably improved the biochemical changes and showed antioxidative effect. The present study disclosed the therapeutic influence of almond oil on the basis of its antioxidant effect against Pb toxicity. Moreover, these new findings indicated that the constituents of almond oil have a promising significant potential in biomedical and pharmacological studies.  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在明确保幼激素类似物苯氧威对天敌异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis的影响, 并探讨其作用机理, 以便进行安全性评价并为科学使用提供理论依据。【方法】应用连叶浸渍法、浸渍法、点滴法和药膜法分别处理异色瓢虫卵、2龄幼虫、蛹和成虫, 观察苯氧威对4个虫态的影响。【结果】用浓度为0.0001 μg/mL的药液处理初产卵, 能抑制胚胎的发育; 但用高达20 000 μg/mL的药液处理发育2 d的卵, 幼虫仍可正常孵化; 用浓度高达4 000 μg/mL的药液浸渍2龄幼虫, 对幼虫的致死作用极小; 用浓度为0.0001 μg/头的药液处理当天蛹, 形成蛹 成虫中间体, 羽化的成虫畸形; 用浓度为0.0125 μg/mL的药液处理成虫, 24 h后成虫的生命力受到明显影响。【结论】苯氧威对异色瓢虫初产卵有明显的毒杀作用, 严重阻碍蛹到成虫的变态和影响成虫的存活。在田间使用该杀虫剂时, 要避开异色瓢虫的敏感期。  相似文献

Atremisia sieberi Besser is a widely distributed plant that grows in many areas of Iran and has strong insecticidal activity against stored product pests, so an experiment was conducted to investigate fumigant toxicity of the A. sieberi oil collected from Karaj region of Iran. The oil was applied against one to seven day old adults of three major stored product insects including: Callosobruchus maculatus (Fab.), Sitophilus oryzae (L.), and Tribollium castaneum (Herbst). The potency of fumigant toxicity of A. sieberi on C. maculatus was higher (LC50: 1.64 μL per L) than S. oryzae (LC50: 4.41 μL per L) and T. castaneum (LC50: 20.31 μ.L per L). The relationships between the time exposure and oil concentration on mortality show that the mortality was increased as oil concentration and exposure time was increased. The concentration of 185 μL per L and exposure time of 24h was enough to obtain 100% kill of the insects. It was also found that the regions where A. sieberi grows affect essential oil components of the plant and can play an important role in properties of fumigant toxicity.  相似文献

The chemical composition of essential oil of leaves of Piper aduncum L., growing wild in a fragment of the Atlantic Rainforest biome in northeastern Brazil, was determined through gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The acaricidal activity and repellency of the essential oil and its components [dillapiole (0.28 g/ml), α-humulene (0.016 g/ml), (E)-nerolidol (0.0007 g/ml) and β-caryophyllene (0.0021 g/ml)] were evaluated in the laboratory against adults of Tetranychus urticae Koch. The mites were more susceptible to the oil in fumigation tests (LC(50) = 0.01 μl/l of air) than in contact test with closed Petri dish (LC(50) = 7.17 μl/ml); mortality was reduced by approximately 50 % in the latter test. The repellent action of the oil and toxicity by fumigation and contact did not differ significantly from the positive control (eugenol). The repellent activity was attributed to the components (E)-nerolidol, α-humulene and β-caryophyllene, whereas toxicity by fumigation and contact was attributed to β-caryophyllene. The effect of Piper oil and the role of its components regarding host plant preference with a two-choice leaf disk test are also discussed.  相似文献
