在室内温度控制条件下 ,空心莲子草叶甲卵、幼虫、蛹的生长发育历期与温度呈函数关系 ,在 2 2、2 5、2 8、30和 32℃下 ,随着温度的提高 ,发育历期呈明显下降 .幼虫有 3龄 ,幼虫期 8.8d .成虫寿命长短与温度和性别有关 ,雌虫寿命比雄虫长 ,成虫产卵前期 1 .5~5.0d之间 ,产卵期 1 1 .5~ 1 1 6.0d之间 .卵、幼虫、蛹的起始温度分别是 1 2 .4、1 2℃ ,有效积温分别是 69.1 92、1 2 5日度 .  相似文献

在恒温15,20,25,30和35℃下,对美洲斑潜蝇在菜豆上的发育和繁殖做了研究。结果表明,在15 ̄35℃范围内,未成熟期各虫态(卵、幼虫和蛹)的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,发育速率呈逻辑斯蒂曲线变化;卵期孵化率在25℃中最高;各温度下幼虫期存活率最高,低温15℃和高温35℃对蛹的存活有显示抑制作用,15℃时蛹的死亡率达39.6%。成虫寿命一般在20d以内,与温度呈直线负相关;繁殖力最高可达281  相似文献

为了全面掌握意大利蝗Calliptamus italicus(L.)生长发育规律,明确该虫的越冬和适宜生长区域,为该虫预测预报和合理防治提供科学依据。本文研究了恒温条件下意大利蝗蝗卵越冬低温、各虫态发育起点温度和有效积温。研究结果表明意大利蝗蝗卵越冬低温高于-20℃;发育速率与温度呈线性正相关:卵、幼虫、雌成虫、雄成虫和雌成虫世代和雄成虫世代发育起点温度为8.62、16.12、17.07、17.82、15.02、16.27℃,有效积温为249.84、397.46、377.9、323.78、1053.82、931.53日·度;发育速率随着温度的升高而加快,同时通过测量发现33℃意大利蝗雌虫和雄虫体重均最大。  相似文献

【目的】本文旨在明确营养状况不同造成的梨小食心虫Grapholitha molesta(Busck)雌、雄蛹重量差异对其羽化的成虫产卵量、产卵期、寿命及下一代(F1)幼虫发育的影响。【方法】室内条件下,通过不同的饲养方法,获得个体重量不同的梨小食心虫雌、雄蛹,待其羽化交配后,记录其产卵量、产卵时间和成虫寿命;卵孵化前后,分别测量卵和初孵幼虫大小,计算卵孵化率,统计幼虫发育历期。【结果】雌蛹重量对梨小食心虫的成虫产卵量影响显著,其重量与产卵量呈正相关(y=15.505x-59.292);同一条件下,雌蛹与雄蛹重量也呈正相关(y=0.823x-0.538)。同时,雌蛹重量对成虫产卵期影响也较大,蛹重大的个体羽化的雌虫比蛹重小的个体羽化的雌虫产卵高峰期提前1 d;较重、中等和较轻蛹羽化出的雌虫个体每天产卵量高于10粒/雌的时间分别为9~10,7和5~6 d;产卵量高于5粒/雌的时间分别为12~13,9和6~7 d。而雄蛹重量对产卵量、雄成虫寿命影响没有明显影响。较轻的蛹羽化的雌成虫寿命比较重蛹羽化的雌成虫短2~3 d;而雄蛹重量对其羽化的雄成虫寿命影响没有明显规律。雌、雄蛹重量对其羽化成虫的卵孵化率、卵和初孵幼虫的大小影响均不显著,对F_1幼虫发育历期影响也不显著。【结论】梨小食心虫雌蛹重对羽化成虫的产卵量和产卵期等影响显著,田间防治时应注意在不同条件下完成发育的个体,尤其是雌虫,由于营养差异引起的个体大小对随后种群增长的影响。  相似文献

组建了韭菜迟眼蕈蚊Bradysia odoriphaga 在15℃、20℃、25℃和30℃温度下的实验种群生命表。结果表明,韭菜迟眼蕈蚊各虫态的发育速率随温度的升高而加快,在15℃下卵-成虫的发育历期最长(72.4天),而30℃时仅为21.2天,20℃和25℃时分别为27.3天和23.9天;韭菜迟眼蕈蚊卵、幼虫,蛹和卵-成虫的发育起点温度分别为5.9℃、8.7℃,3.3℃和7.8℃,有效积温分别为77.7、267.2、75.7和418.2日·度;韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫寿命随温度升高而逐渐缩短,雌虫寿命在20℃时最长,为11.7天,在30℃下最短,仅存活4.1天,除30℃外在其它温度下雌蚊寿命均长于雄蚊;单雌产卵量在20℃时最高,平均为159.9粒,30℃时最低,为114.7粒。20℃~25℃是韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的最适生长温度,成虫寿命长、繁殖力强、种群趋势指数大,温度过高或过低均不利于种群的繁衍。  相似文献

【目的】随着全球气候变暖,夏季短时极端高温发生的频率逐渐增加。本研究旨在探明二点委夜蛾Athetis lepigone幼虫期对高温的适应性。【方法】将二点委夜蛾不同日龄(1,6,12和18日龄)幼虫在不同高温(35,38和41℃)条件下暴露不同时间(0.5,1,2,4和6 h)后转移至适温(26℃)继续饲养,观察短时高温对其存活率、发育历期、化蛹率、羽化率、雌虫寿命、单雌产卵量及次代卵孵化率的影响。【结果】幼虫期短时高温暴露的温度和时间对二点委夜蛾幼虫的存活率和发育历期有显著影响,而对化蛹率、成虫羽化率、雌虫寿命、单雌产卵量以及次代卵孵化率影响不显著。随着温度的升高和处理时间的延长,幼虫存活率逐渐降低,发育历期逐渐延长。其中,18日龄的幼虫最为敏感,38℃和41℃暴露6 h后存活率分别为58.3%和17.7%,显著低于对照,发育历期分别为25.5 d和29.2 d,较对照显著延长。【结论】幼虫期经历短时高温暴露仅对幼虫的存活和发育历期有影响,而对后续蛹和成虫的生长发育及成虫繁殖力没有影响。  相似文献

在室内7个恒温(16、19、22、25、28、31和34℃)条件下研究了温度对金银花尺蠖Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu生长发育、存活、成虫寿命及繁殖等生物学特性的影响。结果表明,温度对其有显著的影响,金银花尺蠖各虫态的发育历期随温度升高而明显缩短,当温度继续升高到34℃,发育历期反而延长,各虫态发育历期同温度之间呈抛物线变化;25℃时金银花尺蠖各虫态的存活率最高,均达到90%以上,在高温和低温下,存活率则明显下降;低温条件下,金银花尺蠖的雌性比率大于雄性的比率,随着温度的升高,雌性比率在不断的下降;成虫寿命与温度成负相关,随着温度的升高而缩短;平均单雌产卵量在25℃时最高,为232.34粒,高温和低温下,则明显下降。  相似文献

【目的】为明确短时高温对绿豆象Callosobruchus chinensis (L.)各虫态及其后虫态生长发育与繁殖能力的影响。【方法】以27℃饲养的绿豆象为对照,在30、33、36、39、42和45℃条件下分别对绿豆象卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫进行3 h的短时高温处理。【结果】短时高温对绿豆象卵的孵化率、幼虫的化蛹率和蛹的羽化率均有显著影响,但对卵和幼虫的后续发育影响不显著;幼虫耐高温的能力最强,经短时高温处理后化蛹率均在90%以上;蛹经45℃短时高温处理后虽表现出较高的羽化率,但羽化后成虫的寿命和产卵量均显著降低。卵期、幼虫期和成虫期绿豆象对短时高温的耐受性均有性别差异,其中,卵期和蛹期雄虫耐热性强于雌虫,成虫期雌虫强于雄虫。短时高温处理对绿豆象成虫的繁殖能力影响显著,经45℃处理后成虫的产卵量为32.30粒/头,显著低于对照。【结论】39℃以上的短时高温对绿豆象处理虫态及雌雄性别比有明显的影响,对其后虫态发育的影响仅见高温处理蛹后导致成虫繁殖能力下降。  相似文献

【目的】为明确温度对军配盲蝽Stethoconus japonicus生长发育及繁殖的影响。【方法】以悬铃木方翅网蝽Corythucha ciliata为猎物,置于15、20、25、30和35℃的人工气候箱恒温条件下饲养军配盲蝽,统计恒温处理下军配盲蝽发育历期、存活率和成虫繁殖力等指标,计算其发育起点温度与有效积温。【结果】在15-35℃内,军配盲蝽各虫态发育历期均随温度升高而缩短。军配盲蝽卵、若虫、卵-成虫、产卵前期及世代存活率随温度升高均先增加后降低,在25℃下的存活率最高。军配盲蝽全世代的发育起点温度为10.59℃,有效积温550.22日·度。随着温度升高,成虫寿命和雌虫产卵期逐渐缩短,雌虫寿命较雄虫长,25℃时单雌平均产卵量最大,为218.36粒,35℃时最低,为47.62粒。25℃下军配盲蝽实验种群趋势指数值最大,为I=18.01,是20℃的2.05倍,30℃的7.97倍。【结论】25-30℃最有利于军配盲蝽实验种群的增长。研究结果为室内人工繁殖军配盲蝽提供基础参考数据。  相似文献

Studies on the seeds of Annona squamosa yielded a novel lipoxygenase inhibitor fatty acid ester, (+) - annonlipoxy (1). Compound 1 was screened for its enzyme inhibitory activity against lipoxygenase (E.C.1.14.18.1), exhibiting activity with IC(50) 69.05 +/- 5.06 microm. Baicalein (IC(50) 22.6 +/- 0.5 microm) was used as a positive control. Crude extracts of Annona squamosa fruit pulp and seeds were screened for its enzyme inhibitory activity against lipoxygenase and acetylcholinesterase. The crude ethanolic extract of fruit pulp and seeds of Annona squamosa also exhibited lipoxygenase activity with 22.2 and 26.7% inhibition, while the pet.ether extract of seeds of A. squamosa exhibited 52.7% inhibition at a concentration of 40 microg/200 ml. The crude ethanolic extract of seeds of Annona squamosa was also bioassayed for acetylcholinesterase inhibition and it was found inactive.  相似文献

Small beetles, usually species of Nitidulidae, are the natural pollinators of atemoya (Annona squamosa L. x A. cherimola Mill. hybrids; custard apple) flowers but commercial atemoya growers often need to carry out labor-intensive hand pollination to produce enough high-quality fruit. Because Australian rain forest has plant species in the same family as atemoya (Annonaceae) and because many rain forest plants are beetle pollinated, we set out to discover whether tropical rain forest in far north Queensland harbors beetles that could provide this ecosystem service for atemoya crops. Orchards were chosen along a gradient of increasing distance from tropical rain forest (0.1-24 km). We sampled 100 flowers from each of nine atemoya orchards and determined the identity and abundance of insects within each flower. To assess the amount of pollination due to insects, we bagged six flowers per tree and left another six flowers per tree accessible to insects on 10 trees at an orchard near rain forest. Results indicated that atemoya orchards < or = 0.5 km from rain forest were predominantly visited by five previously unrecognized native beetle pollinators that are likely to originate in tropical rain forest. These native beetles occurred reliably enough in crops near rain forest to have a positive effect on the quantity of fruit produced but their contribution was not great enough to satisfy commercial production needs. Management changes, aimed at increasing native beetle abundance in crops, are required before these beetles could eliminate the need for growers to hand pollinate atemoya flowers. Appreciation of the value of this resource is necessary if we are to develop landscapes that both conserve native biodiversity and support agricultural production.  相似文献

The common intertidal barnacle Tetraclita squamosa occurs in two morphologically and genetically distinct forms in East Asia. The north-western Pacific form (Japan, Okinawa and Taiwan) has green parietes and the tergo-scutal flaps are black without any patterns. The south China form (Xiamen, Hong Kong) also has green parietes but the tergo-scutal flaps are black with two white spots on the tergal and scutal margin. Compared to the NW Pacific form, the south China form has a beaked tergum, a sharper tergal spur and cirrus I lacks serrulate type setae that have four rows of setules. The two forms differ by 15–16% in COI divergence, which is comparable to values for other congeneric barnacle species. The 12S rRNA and ITS1 sequences are also distinct between the two forms. Our results support the conclusion that the two forms are genetically differentiated species. We describe the NW Pacific form as a new species, Tetraclita pacifica . We are treating the other species as Tetraclita squamosa based on the fact that Pilsbry, in 1916, redescribed T. squamosa squamosa using samples collected from south China and the Philippines. Further studies are needed to confirm the identity and geographical distribution of the 'widely distributed' T. squamosa in the Indo-West Pacific.  相似文献

Methanolic extract of leaves of A. squamosa was tested for mosquitocidal effect against C. quinquefasciatus. A liquid mosquito insecticide formulation was prepared with the extract (1, 3 and 5 %w/w) using deodorized kerosene as solvent and investigated for its knock-down and 24 hr mortality. The extract formulation produced dose dependent activity, exhibited significantly shorter knock down KD50 and KD90 values and produced significant mortality. The results suggest the potential mosquitocidal effect of A. squamosa on C. quinquefasciatus.  相似文献

The plant, Annona squamosa traditionally known as custard apple possesses potent bioactive principles in all its parts. The effect of aqueous and organic extracts from defatted seeds of A. squamosa was studied on a rat histiocytic tumour cell line, AK-5. Both the extracts caused significant apoptotic tumour cell death with enhanced caspase-3 activity, down regulation of antiapoptotic genes Bcl-2 and Bcl(XL), and enhanced the generation of intracellular ROS, which correlated well with the decreased levels of intracellular GSH. In addition, DNA fragmentation and annexin-V staining confirmed that the extracts induced apoptosis in tumour cells through the oxidative stress. Aqueous extracts of A. squamosa seeds possessed significant antitumor activity in vivo against AK-5 tumor.  相似文献

Annona squamosa Linn., family Annonaceae, is said to show varied medicinal effects, including insecticide, antiovulatory and abortifacient. The purpose of present study was to investigate if A. squamosa seed aqueous extract, in doses higher than that popularly used to provoke abortion, interferes with reproductive performance, and to correlate the ingestion of this extract with possible alterations in rat embryonic implantation. Doses of 300 mg/kg (Treated Group I, n = 17) and 600 mg/kg (Treated Group II, n = 12) body wt. were administered by gavage, during days 1 to 5 of pregnancy (preimplantation period). The control group (n = 13) received water in the same manner, during the same period for comparison with experimental groups. The animals were euthanized on day 10 of pregnancy. Treatment of dams during the preimplantation period showed no signs of toxicity, and no alteration in the corpora lutea, implantations and embryo in terms of development numbers. The percentage of preimplantation and postimplantation losses in treated groups I and II did not differ from those of control. Treatment with aqueous extract of A. squamosa seeds caused no morphological change in the endometrium. The absence of morphological alterations in uterine epithelial cells in treated groups I and II permitted a viable embryonic implantation, as verified by the number of embryos in development at day 10 of pregnancy. Thus, A. squamosa seed aqueous extract did not interfere with the reproductive performance of pregnant rats.  相似文献

Antioxidant potential of leaves of three different species of Annona was studied by using different in vitro models eg., 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH), 2,2-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothizoline-6-sulphonate) (ABTS), nitric oxide, superoxide, hydroxy radical and lipid peroxidation. The ethanolic extract of A. muricata at 500 microg/ml showed maximum scavenging activity (90.05%) of ABTS radical cation followed by the scavenging of hydroxyl radical (85.88%) and nitric oxide (72.60%) at the same concentration. However, the extract showed only moderate lipid peroxidation inhibition activity. In contrast, the extract of A. reticulata showed better activity in quenching DPPH (89.37%) and superoxide radical (80.88%) respectively. A.squamosa extract exhibited least inhibition in all in vitro antioxidant models excepting hydroxyl radical (79.79%). These findings suggest that the extracts of A. muricata possess potent in vitro antioxidant activity as compared to leaves of A. squamosa and A. reticulata suggesting its role as an effective free radical scavenger, augmenting its therapeutic  相似文献

Present investigation was made to reveal the involvement of a quercetin in the antidiabetic and antiperoxidative effects of Annona squamosa leaf extract. Quercetin-3-O-glucoside (characterized by UV, IR, MS and NMR analyses) was isolated from Annona squamosa leaves and examined for its potential to regulate alloxan-induced hyperglycemia and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in rats. While in alloxan treated animals, an increase in the concentration of serum glucose with a parallel decrease in insulin level was observed, administration of 15 mg/kg/day of isolated quercetin-3-O-glucoside for 10 consecutive days to the hyperglycemic animals reversed these effects and simultaneously inhibited the activity of hepatic glucose-6-phosphatase. It further decreased the hepatic and renal LPO with a concomitant increase in the activities of antioxidative enzymes, such as catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and in glutathione (GSH) content, indicating its safe and antiperoxidative effects. These findings suggest the potential of quercetin-3-O-glucoside in the amelioration of diabetes mellitus and tissue lipid peroxidation. It also appears that the antidiabetic effects of A. squamosa leaf extract is possibly mediated through the insulin stimulating and/or free radical scavenging properties of its active constituent, quercetin-3-O-glucoside.  相似文献

Aims Little study has been conducted to quantify plant water sources for Myricaria squamosa, which is a dominant alpine riparian shrub in the Qinghai Lake basin and plays a key role in maintaining riverine wetland system. The objective of this study was to quantify water sources for M. squamosa growing under different hydrological conditions.
Methods We collected the water samples from the xylem of M. squamosa, groundwater, river, and soils in the Qinghai Lake basin from June through September, and analyzed the seasonal variation of hydrogen stable isotope ratio (δD) in the xylem and potential water sources using stable hydrogen isotope tracer method. We then compared the differences in water sources for M. squamosa growing under two contrasting hydrological conditions.
Important findings Myricaria squamosa plants growing on the river bank mainly used groundwater and water from the river stream in June and July, with groundwater contributing up to 89% of water use in June and 55% in July and river stream contributing up to 86% in June and 65% in July, respectively; whilst in August, they used water mainly from the 0–20 cm soil layer; the water source in September was identifiable. In contrast, Myricaria squamosa plants growing approximately about 100 m away from the river bank mainly accessed the groundwater and river water in June (91% and 70%, respectively), and used water from the 0–60 cm soil layer during the rainy months July, August and September. Results suggest that M. squamosa plants on the river bank use mainly groundwater and river water; soil water was more important for those far away from the river bank. These are resulted from the responses of this shrub species to specific water conditions when growing under contrasting water regimes.  相似文献
