茚虫威在豇豆中残留动态及安全使用技术研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用气相色谱(GC-ECD)分析法,研究15%茚虫威(安打)乳油在豇豆中的残留消解动态和安全使用技术.该方法最小检出量为0.01ng,最低检出浓度为0.005mg/kg;添加回收率分别为84.7%~92.8%,RSD为3.43%~5.27%.残留消解动态表明,茚虫威在豇豆中的原始沉积量间隔7d连续施用2次>施用1次;残留消解动态均符合一级动力学方程,茚虫威施用1次的消解动态方程为C=2.7180·e-0.2500t,半衰期(DT50)为2.8d,消解99%所需时间T0.99为18.4d;施用2次的消解动态方程为C=2.3712·e-0.2404t,DT50为2.9d,T0.99为19.2d.在豇豆采收期施用茚虫威有效成分48.21g/hm2 1次,或间隔7d连续施用2次,在末次施药后11d采集豆荚样品检测,残留量均<0.2mg/kg,平均残留量分别为0.103mg/kg和0.111mg/kg,产品质量安全水平符合日本最高残留限量(MRL)的要求.  相似文献

对敌敌畏在毛豆、豌豆、豇豆等豆类蔬菜及在豌豆田土壤中的残留降解动态进行田间测定n结果表明,80%敌敌畏乳油500—2000倍液施用1d后的降解率均达93%以上;3d后残留量〈0.02mg/kg,降解率均迭99%以上;5d后未能检测到残留(检出限〈0.005mg/kg)。敌敌畏农药在豌豆田土壤中的降解规律符合一级动力学关系,半袁期(DT50)为4.3d。  相似文献

采用室内避光培养,研究了硫丹及其主要代谢产物(硫丹硫酸盐和硫丹二醇)在紫色土中的质量浓度变化及其对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,α-、β-硫丹在紫色土中的消解过程符合一级反应动力学方程,半衰期分别为32—99d和69—116 d。代谢产物硫丹硫酸盐浓度在前20 d增加较快,30 d后基本趋于稳定;硫丹二醇浓度先增加后减小,15 d时达到最大。5 mg/kg的硫丹处理5 d时对脲酶和硝酸还原酶活性起激活作用,随着培养时间的增加,硫丹处理对脲酶活性从无显著影响逐渐转向抑制,第60天时抑制作用达到最大;高浓度处理(100 mg/kg)强烈抑制脲酶活性,最大降幅达到94.5%。硫丹处理(除5 mg/kg外)对硝酸还原酶活性起抑制作用,浓度越大,抑制作用越强,最大降幅达到89.9%。5 mg/kg的处理抑制多酚氧化酶活性,10—20 mg/kg的处理30 d后由激活逐渐转向抑制;100 mg/kg的处理起激活作用,第15天时酶活性达到最大,随后持续下降,第60天时恢复到对照水平。偏相关分析表明,脲酶、硝酸还原酶活性与硫丹硫酸盐浓度呈显著负相关,硫丹硫酸盐抑制这两种酶的活性;多酚氧化酶活性与α-、β-硫丹、硫丹硫酸盐和硫丹二醇浓度的偏相关性不显著。  相似文献

【目的】红火蚁Solenopsis invicta目前的主要防治方法为化学防治,了解红火蚁防治常用的药剂在绿地环境中的残留动态将有助于我们合理使用药剂。【方法】应用气相色谱建立了红火蚁常用药剂残留的测定方法,并测定了不同施用类型药剂防治草坪上的红火蚁种群后,药剂在土壤和草样中的残留动态。【结果】结果表明4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油2 000倍液在土壤中的原始沉积量分别是1.903 mg/kg,草坪草上的沉积量为7.806 mg/kg。在土壤中的半衰期为6.31 d,在草样中的半衰期为4.86 d。0.096%氟虫腈粉剂30 g/巢在土壤中的原始沉积量分别是0.073 mg/kg,草坪草上的沉积量为0.135 mg/kg;在土壤中的半衰期为5.57 d,在草样中的半衰期为2.96 d。0.015%多杀菌素35 g/巢施用后,未检测出土壤中有多杀菌素的残留。【结论】残留测定结果表明高效氯氰菊酯乳油和0.096%氟虫腈粉剂在施用后,一段时间内会在草坪上有残留,从而导致对草坪上的非靶标节肢动物造成伤害,而施用0.015%多杀菌素饵剂则不会对节肢动物群落产生较大的影响。  相似文献

通过田间试验,采用气相色谱法检测水胺硫磷在香蕉及其土壤中的残留消解动态。结果表明,水胺硫磷在香蕉中的原始沉积量及残留量与施药剂量密切相关,施用加倍剂量处理的原始沉积量为推荐剂量的148%。水胺硫磷在香蕉及土壤中的消解规律符合一级动力学关系,在香蕉中的相关系数︱r︱=0.9465~0.9490(P<0.01),消解系数(︱k︱)=0.1606±0.0035,半衰期(T1/2)为4.3~4.5 d,消解99%所需要时间(T0.99)为28.1~29.4 d;在土壤上︱r︱=0.9552(P<0.01),︱k︱=0.2107,T1/2为3.3 d、T0.99为21.9 d。距末次施药后58~65d,在香蕉最终产品及蕉园土壤均未检出水胺硫磷残留。  相似文献

[目的] 明确吡唑醚菌酯在琯溪蜜柚上使用的安全性以及套袋对残留量的影响,对其残留消解动态进行研究。[方法] 通过田间试验,在蜜柚上进行施药,设置2种施药剂量,分套袋和无套袋2种处理,利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行残留检测。[结果] 吡唑醚菌酯在1~500 μg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9993),检出限为0.7 μg·kg-1。在2、50、1000 μg·kg-1添加水平下,吡唑醚菌酯的平均回收率为83.8%~105.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.9%~9.1%,该方法能够满足检测要求。吡唑醚菌酯在蜜柚中的残留消解动态符合一级动力学方程,套袋处理的半衰期(T1/2)为5.10~5.26 d,无套袋处理的T1/2为4.48~4.79 d。[结论] 吡唑醚菌酯套袋处理的半衰期略长于无套袋处理的半衰期,但施药后65 d在蜜柚中均没有检出吡唑醚菌酯残留。  相似文献

按沙田柚园上桔实雷瘿蚊的防治期适期喷施40%辛硫磷乳油(3.75kg/hm2),其在不同果园土壤中的原始沉积量为81.65~132.96mg/kg,半衰期为2.7~4.5d,药后7d各处理点辛硫磷的消解率均在90%以上.  相似文献

为了进一步评估苹果园施用噻虫嗪的生态风险,本研究利用QuEChERS技术改进前处理方法检测噻虫嗪在苹果园土壤中的残留,并监测了其对蜘蛛目、鞘翅目、双翅目和弹尾目等节肢动物种群数量及多样性特征的影响。结果表明,噻虫嗪在土壤中的添加回收率为90.11%~95.03%,变异系数为3.4%~6.63%,最小检出量均为0.1 ng,最低检出质量浓度均为0.02 mg/L。该方法缩小取样体积、节约试剂,提高了工作效率,适用于苹果园土壤噻虫嗪残留分析。噻虫嗪施用后在苹果园土壤中能够快速消解,消解动态满足一级动力学方程C=2.3421e-0.11t,其半衰期为6.36 d。苹果园施用噻虫嗪防治苹果蚜虫类害虫,表土节肢动物代表类群的生物多样性指数短期内会受到影响而降低,28 d后趋于恢复;对土壤蜘蛛类、甲虫的种群数量在5 d内有显著抑制作用,对地表双翅目、弹尾目的种群数量抑制作用较小。  相似文献

为了解啶虫脒在葡萄上使用的安全性,采用高效液相色谱的方法,研究了啶虫脒于葡萄不同物候期防治斑叶蝉时,在果实与叶片上的残留动态。结果表明:3%啶虫脒微乳剂在葡萄开花期至硬核期叶片上的半衰期为3.55~3.93d,在葡萄着色期至成熟期果实上的半衰期为4.14~5.60d,虽然在果实中降解稍慢,但最终残留量相差较小。按推荐剂量22.5g·hm-2(a.i.)和加倍剂量45g·hm-2(a.i.)各施3%啶虫脒微乳剂3次,间隔期7d,末次施药后7d葡萄果实中的残留量均小于0.2mg·kg-1,14d残留量均小于0.1mg·kg-1,本方法的最低检出量为0.5ng,最低检出浓度为0.01mg·kg-1。参照美国、韩国与日本的最大残留限量(MRL),药后7d葡萄果实是安全的。建议用3%啶虫脒微乳剂在葡萄开花期防治斑叶蝉的第1代若虫、成虫,硬核期至着色期防治第2代若虫、成虫,最多使用3次,用量为22.5g·hm-2(a.i.),安全间隔期为7d。  相似文献

施甲基对硫磷7.5、15和22.5kg·hm^-2(a.i.)时,韭菜中最终平均农药残留量为0.633、1.270和1.901mg·kg^-1,自然降解率分别为98.94%、96.44%和96.04%.施用高效农药残留降解菌剂能显著地降低农药残留的含量,施用75kg·hm^-2降解菌剂时,韭菜与土壤中平均农药残留量分别为0.269、0.099mg·kg^-1,与不施菌对照相比,能使农药进一步降低78.82%和98.68%.降解率随着菌剂用量增加而升高,当用量超过75kg·hm^-2时降解率不再提高.菌剂施用时间以施药后3d为最好.  相似文献

Oxidants have been shown to be involved in alcohol-induced liver injury. This study was designed to test the hypothesis that the antioxidant polyphenolic extract of green tea, comprised predominantly of epigallocatechin gallate, protects against early alcohol-induced liver injury in rats. Male Wistar rats were fed high-fat liquid diets with or without ethanol (10-14 g kg(-1) day(-1)) and green tea (300 mg kg(-1) day(-1)) continuously for 4 weeks using an intragastric enteral feeding protocol. Mean body weight gains (approximately 4 g/day) were not significantly different between treatment groups, and green tea extract did not the affect average concentration or the cycling of urine ethanol concentrations (0-550 mg dl(-1) day(-1)). After 4 weeks, serum ALT levels were increased significantly about 4-fold over control values (35+/-3 IU/l) by enteral ethanol (114+/-18); inclusion of green tea extract in the diet significantly blunted this increase (65+/-10). Enteral ethanol also caused severe fatty accumulation, mild inflammation, and necrosis in the liver. While not affecting fat accumulation or inflammation, green tea extract significantly blunted increases in necrosis caused by ethanol. Furthermore, ethanol significantly increased the accumulation of protein adducts of 4-hydroxynonenal, a product of lipid peroxidation and an index of oxidative stress; green tea extract blocked this effect almost completely. TNFalpha protein levels were increased in liver by alcohol; this phenomenon was also blunted by green tea extract. These results indicate that simple dietary antioxidants, such as those found in green tea, prevent early alcohol-induced liver injury, most likely by preventing oxidative stress.  相似文献

Many constituents present in the human diet may inhibit endogenous formation of N-nitroso compounds (NOC). Studies with human volunteers showed inhibiting effects of intake of ascorbic acid and green tea consumption on nitrosation using the N-nitrosoproline test. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of ascorbic acid and green tea on urinary excretion of carcinogenic N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) and N-nitrosopiperidine (NPIP) in humans. Twenty-five healthy female volunteers consumed a fish meal rich in amines as nitrosatable precursors in combination with intake of nitrate-containing drinking water at the Acceptable Daily Intake level during 7 consecutive days. During 1 week before and after nitrate intake a diet low in nitrate was consumed. Using the same protocol, the effect of two different doses of ascorbic acid (250 mg and 1 g/day) and two different doses of green tea (2 g and 4 g/day) on formation of NDMA and NPIP was studied. Mean nitrate excretion in urine significantly increased from control (76+/-24) to 167+/-25 mg/24 h. Intake of nitrate and fish resulted in a significant increase in mean urinary excretion of NDMA compared with the control weeks: 871+/-430 and 640+/-277 ng/24 h during days 1-3 and 4-7, respectively, compared with 385+/-196 ng/24 h (p<0.0002). Excretion of NPIP in urine was not related to nitrate intake and composition of the diet. Intake of 250 mg and 1 g of ascorbic acid per day resulted in a significant decrease in urinary NDMA excretion during days 4-7 (p=0.0001), but not during days 1-3. Also, consumption of four cups of green tea per day (2 g) significantly decreased excretion of NDMA during days 4-7 (p=0.0035), but not during days 1-3. Surprisingly, consumption of eight cups of green tea per day (4 g) significantly increased NDMA excretion during days 4-7 (p=0.0001), again not during days 1-3. This increase is probably a result of catalytic effects of tea polyphenols on nitrosation, or of another, yet unknown, mechanism. These results suggest that intake of ascorbic acid and moderate consumption of green tea can reduce endogenous NDMA formation.  相似文献

Responses to oxidative stress contribute to damage caused by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion, which is characteristic of certain neurodegenerative diseases. We used a rat model of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion to determine whether green tea polyphenols, which are potent antioxidants and free radical scavengers, can reduce vascular cognitive impairment and to investigate their underlying mechanisms of action. Different doses of green tea polyphenols were administered orally to model rats from 4 to 8 weeks after experimentally induced cerebral hypoperfusion, and spatial learning and memory were assessed using the Morris water maze. Following behavioral testing, oxygen free radical levels and antioxidative capability in the cortex and hippocampus were measured biochemically. The levels of lipid peroxidation and oxidative DNA damage were assessed by immunohistochemical staining for 4-hydroxynonenal and 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine, respectively. Rats that received green tea polyphenols 400 mg/kg per day had better spatial learning and memory than saline-treated rats. Green tea polyphenols 400 mg/kg per day were found to scavenge oxygen free radicals, enhance antioxidant potential, decrease lipid peroxide production and reduce oxidative DNA damage. However, green tea polyphenols 100 mg/kg per day had no significant effects, particularly in the cortex. This study suggests that green tea polyphenols 400 mg/kg per day improve spatial cognitive abilities following chronic cerebral hypoperfusion and that these effects may be related to the antioxidant effects of these compounds.  相似文献

The present study was designed to investigate the possible potential protective role of coenzymeQ10 (CoQ10; 10 mg/kg/day, ip) and/or green tea (GT; 25mg/kg/day, po) against gentamicin (GM) nephrotoxicity. Marked increase in the level of serum urea. creatinine and lipid peroxidation (LPO) content was found after administration of gentamicin (80 mg/kg/day, ip) for eight days along with significant decrease in the antioxidant enzymes, superoxide dismutase (SOD), reduced glutathione (GSH), catalase (CAT) as well as brush border enzymes (Na+/K+ ATPase, Mg(+2)ATPase and Ca2+ ATPase).Treatment with CoQ10 or green tea alone with GM showed significant decrease in serum urea, creatinine and tissue LPO content and significant increase in antioxidant and membrane bound enzymes. Combined treatment with CoQ10 and green tea was more effective in mitigating adverse effect of GM nephrotoxicity. The present work indicated that CoQ10 and green tea due to their antioxidant activity modified the biochemical changes occurred during gentamicin nephrotoxicity and thus had a potential protective effect.  相似文献

对广东省5个大型茶场中不同土壤背景值的8个茶园进行了土壤及茶(CamelliasinensisL.)树各部位的铜含量分析调查。地处我国南方的广东省茶园,土壤中铜含量在2.39~53.05mg kg之间。有效态铜含量相对较低,仅在0.45~3.17mg kg之间。茶树中各部位铜含量大小依次为枝条>幼叶>根>成熟叶。茶树枝条和幼叶铜含量较高,平均分别达14.5和14.3mg kg,远高于成熟叶铜含量水平(9.7mg kg)。而同时期相应茶场的茶叶制成品铜含量则较幼叶(一芽两叶)铜的含量高。土壤中的总钾、有效磷和总铜等都对茶树各部位铜的累积产生较大影响,但只有土壤有效磷含量对铜在茶树体内向枝条部分的转移和累积影响达显著程度,枝条铜含量与土壤有效磷之间的相关系数r=-0.74,呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。  相似文献

We investigated the effect of time after pulse exposure to 1.0 microg l(-1) endosulfan (applied as Thiodan) on endosulfan residues in the liver and ultrastructural changes in the hepatocytes of the freshwater catfish Tandanus tandanus. Time after exposure did not affect the mean residue level in the liver. After exposure to endosulfan, residues in the liver were 227.47 microg kg(-1) after 1 d and 282.83 microg kg(-1) after 28 d; residues in the bile were 313.97 microg kg(-1) after 1 d and 334.53 microg kg(-1) after 28 d. At the end of 28 d exposure, lipofuscin was present in up to 69% of hepatocytes of fish containing residues of endosulfan, but absent from control fish. There was a statistically significant increase in the percentage of pyknotic nuclei and altered rough endoplasmic reticulum 28 d after exposure. The mean percentage of cells with altered endoplasmic reticulum ranged from 12.93% (Day 1) to 7.50% (Day 28) for control fish, while for exposed fish it increased from 14.30% (Day 1) to 35.00% (Day 28). The mean percentage of cells with pyknotic nuclei increased from 1.1 to 2.1% in control fish and from 3.8 to 9.6% in exposed fish. Other ultrastructural changes included increased ultrastructural heterogeneity, progressive vacuolation and fractionation of rough endoplasmic reticulum, accumulation of lysosomes and residual bodies, intranuclear inclusions and pseudoinclusions, membrane whorls and myelinated bodies. Protracted senescence was one of the main features of endosulfan toxicity to T. tandanus hepatocytes.  相似文献

研究华北冬绿肥二月兰对不同供氮水平的响应特征,确定实现绿肥高产高效的土壤适宜供氮量,可为华北集约化农田最大化发挥绿肥生态效应和优化春玉米/冬绿肥轮作体系氮素管理提供理论依据和技术参考.选取多年不施肥试验地设置供氮梯度试验,研究了不同供氮水平对冬绿肥二月兰翻压前地上部生物量累积、氮素吸收、土壤无机氮残留和冬绿肥季土壤氮素平衡的影响.结果表明: 在土壤无机氮含量较低(0~90 cm土层15 kg·hm-2)条件下,施氮显著提高二月兰生物量和吸氮量.其中,施氮90 kg·hm-2处理表现最高,绿肥生物量(干质量)和吸氮量分别为2031.0和42.0 kg·hm-2;土壤无机氮残留量随施氮量增加而增加,且在施氮量高于60 kg·hm-2后呈现快速增加趋势;随施氮量增加二月兰生长季的表观氮平衡表现出由亏缺到盈余的变化特征,在施氮量为60~90 kg·hm-2条件下氮收支基本平衡.土壤供氮量(绿肥播前0~90 cm土壤无机氮含量与施氮量之和)与二月兰生物量、吸氮量和绿肥翻压前土壤无机氮含量的关系可以分别用二次、线性加平台和指数方程进行模拟,依据模型计算二月兰生物量最高值(2010 kg·hm-2)时的播前土壤供氮量和绿肥翻压前土壤无机氮残留量分别是136和78 kg·hm-2;而在二月兰吸氮量最高值40 kg·hm-2时,二月兰生物量为1919 kg·hm-2,相当于最高生物量的95%,绿肥翻压前土壤残留无机氮降低至57 kg·hm-2,与之对应的播前土壤供氮量为105 kg·hm-2,该值与目前华北地区优化施氮下玉米收获后土壤残留无机氮推荐含量(100 kg·hm-2)基本相当.综合考虑绿肥的农学和环境效应,春玉米/冬绿肥轮作体系中二月兰播前土壤供氮量应控制在100~105 kg·hm-2.  相似文献

Although, several health benefits were associated with green tea, these effects may be beneficial up to a certain dose. Higher doses of green tea may cause several adverse effects. So, there is a need to test the potential negative effects of green tea during pregnancy. This study was designated to evaluate the effect of prenatal exposure of green tea extract on the development of the central nervous system of 20-day old rat fetuses. The pregnant rats were divided into 4 groups; the control group (received distal water) and the other 3 groups received green tea extract at different doses (200, 600 & 1000 mg/kg/day, respectively) from the 6th to 15th day of gestation i.e., during the organogenesis phase of development. Cerebral cortex, cerebellum and spinal cord specimens were subjected to histological, immunohistochemical and ultrastructure investigations. The body weight of both mothers and fetuses was significantly decreased in the groups that received 600 and 1000 mg green tea extract. Also, the neuronal tissues displayed various signs of degeneration which were evident with the 600 and 1000 mg doses. Green tea extract also increases the glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and decreases the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) which were directly proportional with increasing the dose. Administration of green tea extract during rat organogenesis period induced various histological, immunohistochemical and ultrastructural degenerative changes in the cerebral cortex, cerebellum and spinal cord of 20-day old rat fetuses. These deleterious changes were directly proportional to increasing the green tea extract dose. Thus, it should be stressed that the effect of green tea is dose-dependent and therefore it can be either beneficial or adverse.  相似文献

Pesticide residues, both natural and synthetic, can be found in most of the things we eat, for example, fruits, vegetables, bread, meat, poultry, fish, and the processed foods made from them. Some of this pesticide contamination is legal, but does this mean it is safe? Much of it is illegal, with residues found in excess of regulatory safe levels. Identifying and determining the level of trace contaminants in our food and environment is critical in protecting and improving human health and the environment. This study evaluates the residue levels of select pesticides used on tomato crops in Ghana that are likely to have accumulated in the tomatoes during application. The results obtained confirm that pesticide residues were indeed present in the tomatoes and further analysis quantified the amount present. Analysis of some organochlorine and organophosphorus residue levels in the fruits indicated that chlorpyrifos, which is an active ingredient of pesticides registered in Ghana under the trade name dursban 4E or terminus 480 EC for use on vegetables, has the greatest residue level of 10.76 mg/kg. The lowest residue level observed was that of pirimiphos-methyl with 0.03 mg/kg. Human health risk assessment was performed on the results obtained from the analysis using Human Health Evaluation computerized software-RISC 4.02. The risk assessment showed cancer risk for adults and children due to the presence of endosulfan and chlopyrifos. Endosulfan is not registered in Ghana as a pesticide for use on vegetables, therefore the detection of endosulfan in several samples indicates misuse of agrochemicals among Ghanaian farmers.  相似文献

为了探讨有机氯农药硫丹对小鼠(Mus musculus)红细胞免疫功能的影响,设计了体内、外两组实验。体内实验:将40只小鼠随机分成4组,灌胃硫丹的量依次为:0、0.4、1.6、6.4mg/(kg·d)。灌胃25d后,取血测定红细胞的免疫功能。体外实验:将9只小鼠的红细胞分别与不同浓度的硫丹在体外培养,实验设空白对照组、溶剂丙酮组和4个不同浓度硫丹组,其6组实验所用硫丹的量依次为:0、0、5、10、20、40μg/ml。体外培养2h后,测定红细胞免疫粘附能力。结果表明,在活体实验中,随着硫丹浓度的增加,小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率(ratio of C3b rosetting,C3bRR)明显下降,依硫丹灌胃浓度由低到高,其C3bRR依次为7.78%、6.80%、4.96%、4.33%;而循环免疫复合物花环率(ratio of immune complexes rosetting,ICRR)随着硫丹浓度升高而升高,分别为6.69%、6.31%、7.86%、9.42%。红细胞促NK细胞活性的功能在各组间没有显著差异。硫丹6.4mg/(kg·d)组小鼠红细胞对T淋巴细胞免疫粘附促进能力较其他3组明显降低。血浆中红细胞天然免疫促进因子活性在1.6mg/(kg·d)组和6.4mg/(kg·d)组较0mg/(kg·d)组明显降低。与溶剂丙酮组相比,血浆中红细胞天然免疫抑制因子活性在0.4mg/(kg·d)组明显下降,而在6.4mg/(kg·d)组却明显升高。离体红细胞经硫丹处理后其C3bRR显著降低,4个硫丹处理组依其浓度由低到高,C3bRR依次为:6.14%、5.56%、5.06%、4.44%;而ICRR却显著升高,分别为6.69%、6.31%、7.86%、9.42%。这表明,硫丹能抑制小鼠红细胞免疫粘附能力和红细胞对T淋巴细胞的正向调节功能,降低血浆中红细胞天然免疫促进因子活性,而对抑制因子活性影响比较复杂,低剂量时起抑制作用,而高剂量时能促进其活性。  相似文献
