龙眼树干、枝、叶、果实空间分布格局研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
选择6年生早结丰产龙眼植株,采用分层调查法对名优品种储良龙眼树体结构特别是树冠上枝、叶、果实的分布格局及其相互关系进行了分析研究。结果表明,主干较矮、树冠为自然半圆头形,冠幅略大于冠厚,主枝4或5条,主枝与各级分枝在树冠空间上分布较均匀,枝梢、结果母枝和果实比较均匀地分布在平行于主干的纵向各行上,在垂直于主干方向上,则以中部各层所占比重较大,绿叶层较厚,且和果实均匀分布于树冠表层,果实主要集中在中部距冠底60-150cm的冠层上,占总产量的78.9%,各冠层中的枝梢、结果枝、果实粒数、果实产量之间存在显著线性相关关系。  相似文献

辽东栎林内不同小生境下幼树植冠构型分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以黄土高原黄龙山林区辽东栎林内3个小生境(林下、林隙、林缘)下辽东栎天然更新幼树为研究对象,采用典型抽样法对辽东栎幼树侧枝、叶片和树冠的空间分布状况以及生物量分配状况进行调查分析,探讨微生境与幼树植冠构型特征的关系,明确辽东栎幼树对不同小生境的适应策略,为栎林经营和林分结构优化提供理论依据。结果显示:(1)3种生境下辽东栎幼树构型发生了可塑性变化,林下幼树树冠层次比较单一,林隙与林缘的幼树树冠层次更加丰富。(2)由林下至林缘,幼树的树高、枝下高呈逐渐减小的趋势,而地径变化趋势与之相反;幼树的冠幅、树冠面积、树冠率呈先增加后减小的趋势,并且林下与林隙、林缘的差异显著;幼树的总体分枝率、逐步分枝率、枝径比呈先增加后减小的趋势。(3)3种生境下,幼树的一级枝的枝长、直径与倾角随着树高的增加而呈减小的趋势,但3种生境的差异不显著;林下一级枝主要分布在冠层中上部,而林隙与林缘一级枝主要分布在冠层中下、中上部。(4)由林下至林缘幼树叶长、叶宽、单叶面积和比叶面积逐渐降低,而单株叶数、叶总面积、叶面积指数呈先增大后减小趋势;与其他2种生境相比林下叶片分布趋于冠层上部。(5)幼树地上部分生物量中林下主干生物量占83%,枝和叶生物量只占17%;而林隙与林缘虽然各部位生物量有所差异但比例基本一致,其中主干占66%左右,枝和叶生物量占34%左右。研究表明,林隙生境下幼树的构型优于林缘和林下生境,在今后栎林的经营中,可以通过适当间伐来增加林隙数量,为森林更新和结构的优化提供有利条件。  相似文献

对桂林雁山迁地保护的金花茶(Camellia nitidissima)开花物候和生殖构件特征进行了研究.结果表明:(1)单花开放过程可分为蕾松、初开、盛开、落花4个阶段,单花寿命约2~8 d;(2)个体花期长,始花时间变异大,单株花期平均为37 d,始花时间可相差2个多月,种群始花时间为1月上旬,3月上旬达到开花高峰期,花期持续近3个月;(3)生殖构件的数量与个体径级和树冠层次有一定关系,地径大于6 cm的个体,其单株花数、生殖枝数、生殖枝比率显著高于地径小于4 cm和4~6 cm个体,而每生殖枝花数则无显著差异;不同树冠层次之间,平均生殖枝数和生殖枝比率,以中、下层显著高于上层,而每生殖枝花数以上层最高,花数在不同冠层之间无显著差异;(4)花芽期败育率为16.33%,花期败育率为63.05%,果期败育率为44.09%,败育率在不同径级个体和不同冠层之间有一定差异;败育率高,结实率低,种子产量少,是金花茶濒危的一个主要原因;(5)开花数目与花期长度呈正相关,个体始花时间与花期长度、座果率之间存在显著的负相关关系.  相似文献

野外调查发现太白红杉 (L arix chinensis)枝条顶芽死亡比例较高 ,顶芽死亡对分枝格局产生较大影响 ,可形成 3种分枝类型 : 型、 型和 型。对 3种分枝类型枝条的芽数量、计盒维数以及植冠不同部位的分枝类型比例、顶芽死亡比例、主侧枝平均枝长和主侧枝总数量分别进行了统计分析。结果显示 ,芽数量 : 型 (115 .3) < 型 (15 4 .8) < 型 (2 0 9.9) ;计盒维数 : 型(1.30 5 ) < 型 (1.4 0 0 ) < 型 (1.5 37) ;顶芽死亡比例由树冠上层至下层逐渐提高 ,而冠层东南西北 4个方向的顶芽死亡比例无显著差异 ;主侧枝平均枝长由树冠上层至下层逐渐增加 ,而主侧枝总数量则逐渐降低 ;由于风、光照、坡度和坡向的影响 ,冠层4个方向间的主侧枝平均枝长和总数量均存在显著差异 ; 型分枝使植冠半径扩大 , 型分枝快速扩展植冠的横向空间 , 型分枝在扩展空间的基础上并实现对空间的有效占据。研究表明太白红杉枝条中一定比例的顶芽死亡增加了分枝形态的多样性 ,表现出顶芽和分枝格局的环境适应性 ,有利于提高树冠的空间占据能力  相似文献

大豆植株不同冠层种子活力及其萌发中抗氧化酶活性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以吉农15号和吉农24号大豆(Glycine max)品种为材料,根据植株高度平均分为下部、中下部、中部、中上部和上部5个冠层,分析不同冠层种子百粒重、种子活力及萌发7天子叶中抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛含量的变化。结果表明,随着植株冠层的升高,大豆百粒重呈先略上升后逐渐下降的趋势,上部冠层种子的百粒重最小。大豆植株下部与中下部冠层种子的发芽率和发芽势较高;并且该两层的种子活力指数显著高于中上部与上部冠层,种子萌发后幼苗的茎粗也显著大于中上部及上部冠层幼苗。下部与中下部冠层种子萌发时子叶中的抗氧化酶活性高于上部,而丙二醛含量低于上部,说明该两层的大豆种子活力高,萌发后幼苗健壮且子叶新陈代谢旺盛,是优选良种的最佳冠层。  相似文献

研究了兴安落叶松的长短枝习性及火灾对其影响.结果表明,短枝在春季发叶迅速,而长枝的生长对兴安落叶松的枝条及树冠结构的形成起决定性作用,且在1个长枝上能形成10.5个短枝.中度火烧使兴安落叶松的树冠及枝条受到很大伤害,火烧可刺激1级侧枝上37%的短枝芽变成长枝,加速了火烧后兴安落叶松树冠结构的恢复,火后第3年兴安落叶松的短枝总量达到火前水平的98.46%.  相似文献

三峡库区需要大量植株用于三峡工程所涉及的诸多建设(如铁路、公路、建筑)之后的植被恢复和绿化.由于具有优美树冠和耐瘠薄土壤的能力,榕(Ficus microcarpa L.)和黄桷树(Fvirens Ait.var.sublanceolata(Miq.)Cornor) 在三峡库区作为绿化和行道树木大量栽植.在三峡库区,这两种树种苗木的培育主要通过切枝扦插的方式进行.大量切枝损伤植株植冠并且使叶组织数量减少,对植株生长有很大影响.植株生长与植株的枝发生格局有很大关系,为明确植冠损伤对植株生长的可能影响,对榕和黄桷树植冠损伤后的枝发生进行了研究.实验发现,切枝造成的植冠损伤对榕和黄桷树植株侧枝上的枝发生没有影响,不同损伤强度之间和不同损伤发生时间之间都不存在明显的差异.但是,植冠损伤后,榕和黄桷树植株主茎上的枝发生是位置依赖性的.植冠损伤不影响榕和黄桷树植株损伤处理后新生主茎段和具侧枝主茎段上的枝发生,却促进了损伤处理后裸露主茎段上的枝发生,并且裸露主茎段上枝发生的数量和密度随植冠损伤强度的升高而增大.此外,实验结果表明,秋季植冠损伤植株裸露主茎段上的枝发生要高于春季植冠损伤植株裸露主茎段上的枝发生;在榕和黄桷树的枝发生中,仅有裸露主茎段上增强的枝发生会促进植冠损伤植株对叶组织的生物量投资并有利于受损植株的恢复和生长.  相似文献

非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)是树木存活和生长的重要能源物质。冠层NSC不但是全树NSC的来源,也是全树NSC的重要储存库。然而,冠层NSC空间变异的研究较少,因而影响了树木NSC分配的估算精度。以红松(Pinus koraiensis)、兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)、水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)、蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)和白桦(Betula platyphylla)5个温带树种为研究对象,测定了不同高度冠层叶和细枝(直径≤3 cm)NSC浓度,分析了粗枝(一级侧枝)枝皮、边材和心材NSC浓度轴向变化及其与枝径的关系。结果表明:(1)除了5月末兴安落叶松树冠中层叶淀粉浓度显著高于树冠下层,以及8月中旬树冠上层叶可溶性糖浓度显著高于树冠中层之外,其他树种冠层叶NSC浓度的垂直变化不显著。常绿树种红松叶龄对NSC浓度的影响在生长季中期显著,但在生长季末期和休眠季节的影响不显著。(2)除了5月末红松树冠上层细枝可溶性糖浓度显著高于树冠中层之外,其他树种不同高度冠层间细枝NSC浓度差异不显著。(3)在纵向上,阔叶树种蒙古栎、水曲柳和白桦粗枝的枝皮、边材和心材NSC浓度多随着距树枝基部距离的增加而升高;在径向上,NSC浓度(除了水曲柳边材淀粉和白桦枝皮淀粉之外)多随着枝径增加而降低,表明树枝中的NSC浓度随着远离碳源而降低。总体上,5个温带树种冠层叶、细枝NSC浓度的空间变异不显著,但枝径和叶龄对NSC浓度的影响因树种、组织和季节而异,这在未来研究中应予考虑。  相似文献

采用在美国育成的几个株系,并以常见的本地栽培品种‘桂花香’作对照,对刚进入结果幼树的枝梢开花习性,枝梢生长情况与开花坐果关系,以及树冠不同部位的枝梢开花与坐果进行调查分析。结果表明:对全部参试材料而言,末级梢的长、粗度区间分别以20.0~59.9cm和0.5~1.49cm的雌花量和坐果数较高;株系95—1—26和95—1-9雌花着生部位较其它3个株系或品种的节位高出一倍以上,其平均着生节位与末级梢平均节位基本上相等;从树冠立体分布上看,其外围和树冠上部水平方向中膛结果数较多,但对于每个株系来说,又存在一定的差异。以上研究结果对幼年结果树的枝梢培养、树体的整形修剪,以及达到早期丰产具有实践指导意义。  相似文献

Changes in the size and age structure of the canopy of the leguminous shrub Retama sphaerocarpa in semi-arid south-eastern Spain were investigated by monitoring growth and survivorship of cladodes (photosynthetic stems) on marked shoots over a period of 26 months. Three basic morphological types of cladodes – long shoots, short shoots, and secondary short shoots – were distinguished.The canopy of the shrubs contained three annual cohorts of cladodes in spring and summer. The number and size of shoots produced each year was highly variable and was apparently related to the amount of rainfall during the preceding cool season. The spring cohort of 1994 produced only 37% of cladodes compared with 1993. Two cohorts of shoots were actually initiated in spring and late summer of each year, but the second cohort produced only 2–12% of the number of cladodes compared with the spring cohort. The proportions of the different cohorts in the canopy changed rapidly from April to August, but only slowly during the remainder of the year when only two annual cohorts remained after extensive litterfall in late summer. This late summer litterfall caused a substantial reduction in green canopy area (40–50%) which was achieved mainly be shedding of one year old cladodes. The life expectancy of cladodes decreased with increasing order of their morphological type from 850 ± 25 days in long shoots to 563 ± 4 days and 546 ± 9 days in short shoots and second order short shoots, respectively.Flowering and fruiting took place from May to July, almost exclusively on one year old cladodes, and coincided with the maximum development of the canopy. Flowering intensity was high in 1994, when individual shoots supported a mean number of approximately 150 flowers. Shoots produced an average of 12.6 ± 0.6 and 5.3 ± 1.0 fruits per shoot in 1993 and 1994, respectively. Most of the annual fruit crop (80–90%) was shed during litterfall in late summer. A proportion of 10–20% was retained in the canopy for up to 12 months, however, with some fruits persisting for more than 22 months.  相似文献

为了阐明抚育间伐强度对辽东栎生殖构件的影响,以黄土高原南部黄龙和桥山林区辽东栎中龄林为研究对象,对不同间伐强度(对照、10%、20%、30%)下近自然经营抚育间伐5年后的辽东栎平均单株个体大小、生殖构件产量、比率及空间分布格局特征等进行研究.结果表明: 间伐强度对辽东栎林分平均树高、胸径影响不显著,而与冠幅面积、冠幅体积呈显著正相关;辽东栎标准株的生殖枝、幼果、成熟果实产量随间伐强度的增大而增大,而营养枝、雄花序、雄花、雌花的产量变化不大.当间伐强度达到20%时,生殖枝、幼果、成熟果实产量显著提高,30%间伐下达到最大.生殖枝比例和座果率随间伐强度增大而增大,在20%、30%间伐强度时与对照的差异达到显著水平.约3/4的生殖枝、雌花、雄花集中分布于树冠上层,1/4分布于下层;树冠阳面生殖构件数量占65%,树冠阴面占35%.树冠下层、阴面生殖枝、雌花、雄花序的空间分布比例随着间伐强度的增大而增大;树冠上层、阳面生殖枝、雌花、雄花序分布比例随间伐强度的增大呈递减趋势.因此,选择30%间伐强度(保留郁闭度0.6)最佳,可以大幅提高辽东栎的座果率和成熟率,有效提高结实量和品质,为辽东栎林的采种及天然更新提供保证.  相似文献

Obligate subterranean cleistogamy, observed in a natural population of Vigna minima , is associated with the production of one or two negatively geotropic, leafy shoots and several positively geotropic, highly pigmented, leafless shoots. The latter branch profusely after penetrating the soil and produce much reduced, cleistogamous flowers. The undehisced anthers contain germinated pollen grains. The seeds developing from the cleistogamous flowers differ in size, weight and surface features from those produced by the chasmogamous flowers of other natural populations within the species.  相似文献

Decapitation induced an additional formation of secondary shoots and anomalous spikes in all the species. The moan numbers of nodes, spikelets per spike, seeds per spikelet and spike, and the mean length of the stem and spike were reduced on secondary shoots of decapitated plants, while the mean and peak numbers of flowers per spikelet and the peak number of seeds per spikelet increased. The increase in the number of flowers per spikelet was the most striking on spike base; the seeds regularly occurred even in spikelets with an expressively increased number of flowers. The post-decapitation changes of the spike could be well expressed quantitatively according to the increased mean number of the flowers per one seed. Morphological ohanges in anomalous spikes of all the wheat species resemble phylogenetic reversions described in literature. Moreover, the peak numbers of flowers and seeds per spikelet were recorded in 52 varieties belonging to 21 wheat species. As compared with the decapitation trial, the greatest variability and the greatest differences between the speoies were also reoorded in the tetraploid group, and the smallest variability and differences between the species in the diploid group. We suppose that the striking morphological differences in post-decapitation spikes take place because the apical dominance was interrupted before differentiation of the recent form had been controlled in meristems on the decapitated stem base. 本文研究红芽大戟花的形态,发现存在花柱异长现象。具有长花柱型花和短花柱型花两种类型。还研究了红芽大戟种子萌发的过程及幼苗生长情况。用25ppm赤霉酸(GA3)浸种处理长花柱型花结的种子,用50ppmGA3浸种处理短花柱型花结的种子,可以较好地提高种子的萌发率,其种子萌发率分别达70.2%和64.1%。幼苗的生长以弱酸性的砂壤土更为适宜  相似文献

Understory herbs are an essential part of tropical rain forests, but little is known about factors limiting their reproduction. Many of these herbs are clonal, patchily distributed, and produce large floral displays of nectar‐rich 1‐d flowers to attract hummingbird pollinators that may transport pollen over long distances. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of clonality, cross‐proximity, and patchy distribution on the reproduction of the hummingbird‐pollinated Amazonian herb Heliconia metallica. We experimentally pollinated flowers within populations with self‐pollen and with pollen of different diversity, crossed flowers between populations, and added supplemental pollen to ramets growing solitarily or in conspecific patches. Only flowers pollinated early in the morning produced seeds. Selfed flowers produced seeds, but seed number and mass were strongly reduced, suggesting partial sterility and inbreeding depression after selfing. Because of pollen competition, flowers produced more seeds after crosses with several than with single donor plants. Crosses between populations mostly resulted in lower seed production than those within populations, suggesting outbreeding depression. Ramets in patches produced fewer seeds than solitary ramets and were more pollen‐limited, possibly due to geitonogamy and biparental inbreeding in patches. We conclude that high rates of geitonogamy due to clonality and pollen limitation due to the short receptivity of flowers and patchy distribution constrain the reproduction of this clonal herb. Even in unfragmented rain forests with highly mobile pollinators, outbreeding depression may be a widespread phenomenon in plant reproduction.  相似文献

植冠种子库由成熟的种子宿存在植冠上形成。种子可在植物植冠中存留1~30年或者更长时间。40属木本植物中有1200种植物具有植冠种子库,它们大多分布在火灾易发区和干旱区。植冠种子库是植物繁殖对策的一个方面,具有延缓繁殖体传播、使繁殖体免受捕食、调节萌发时间、将种子降落在适宜位置等生态功能。本文对植冠种子库的概念、分类、具有植冠种子库物种的地理分布、植冠种子库的研究现状及植冠种子库研究中存在的问题进行了论述。应加强对干旱区植冠种子库种子脱落机制和沙漠地区植冠种子库生态意义的研究。  相似文献

Amphicarpaea bracteata, an annual legume common in woodland communities in the eastern United States, produces three distinct types of flower: subterranean cleistogamous (SCL), aerial cleistogamous (ACL), and aerial chasmogamous (ACH). We sought to quantitatively describe the growth and reproduction of four diverse A. bracteata populations in an effort to explain the adaptive significance of this species’ variable reproductive modes. Virtually all plants develop 1 to 3 SCL seeds on subterranean cotyledonary shoots, starting in late July. Larger plants produce additional SCL seeds later from the tips of axillary shoots which bury. Seeds produced by SCL flowers are large (39 to 134 mg), have restricted dispersal, lack dormancy, have high germination , and produce relatively vigorous seedlings. ACL flowers develop from early August through plant senescence in early October, while ACH flowers appear in a pulse in late August. The number of each aerial flower type was positively correlated with plant size. The ACL flowers take significantly less time to develop mature fruits than do ACH flowers. Both aerial seeds are smaller than the subterranean (mean weights: ACL 12.1, ACH 8.7 mg), have lower germination (ACL 20.2%, ACH 15.3%), appear relatively resistant to environmental extremes, and have the potential for more widespread dispersal. Plants derived from subterranean seeds are much larger than plants derived from aerial seeds, which makes them more likely to produce axillary SCL and aerial seeds. Only larger plants derived from subterranean seeds and growing in favored sites produce ACH flowers. This imposes an alternation of selfing with outcrossing generations. This pattern of reproductive behavior in A. bracteata is similar to that found in several other amphicarpic species.  相似文献

Tumorous tobacco shoots have been derived from callus tissues produced by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-induced transformation of tobacco protoplasts and by fusion of normal protoplasts with those from crown gall tumors. The continued presence of T-DNA sequences in shoots is directly demonstrated by Southern blotting and is also revealed by the presence of the tumor markers octopine and nopaline. When grafted onto normal tobacco plants, both octopine- and nopaline-type shoots (including those from somatic hybrids) produced flowers and set seed. Germination of these seeds gave F1 progeny that showed retention of morphological markers of their parental shoots, and one seedling retained the ability to synthesize nopaline. The data demonstrate that T-DNA markers can be retained during meiosis and are expressed in F1 plants.  相似文献
