入侵植物繁殖性状的研究可为揭示植物入侵机制提供重要的科学依据。为研究土壤养分对入侵植物和本地植物繁殖性状的影响, 并进一步研究养分添加是否更能促进入侵植物的繁殖能力, 我们设置了低、高两个养分水平, 通过同质园实验比较了不同土壤养分对假臭草(Praxelis clematidea)、胜红蓟(Ageratum conyzoides)、三叶鬼针草(Bidens pilosa) 3种菊科一年生入侵种和夜香牛(Vernonia cinerea)、一点红(Emilia sonchifolia)、墨旱莲(Eclipta prostrata) 3种本地种繁殖性状的影响。研究结果显示, 养分添加提高了6种菊科植物的开花株高、株高、地上生物量、单粒种子重量、总花序数、每花序种子数、总种子数量、总种子重量, 并使开花时间提前、花期延长。养分添加对入侵种的开花株高和单粒种子重量的提高幅度要比本地种更显著。相对于部分本地植物(夜香牛、墨旱莲), 养分添加更能促进部分入侵植物(假臭草、胜红蓟)的繁殖能力。三叶鬼针草和一点红的总种子数量和总种子重量在两种土壤养分水平下均较小。本地种墨旱莲的总种子数量和总种子重量在低养分条件下高于3个入侵种。这些结果表明, 高土壤养分仅能促进部分入侵植物相对于部分本地植物的繁殖能力。  相似文献

黄顶菊入侵对土壤养分和酶活性的影响   总被引:13,自引:1,他引:12  
比较了外来植物黄顶菊不同入侵程度土壤养分和土壤酶活性变化规律,探讨了外来植物入侵对土壤生态的影响机制。结果表明,与裸土和本地植物土壤相比,黄顶菊入侵显著提高了有机质、全氮、硝态氮和铵态氮的含量,而全磷和速效磷的含量有所下降,且随着入侵程度增强趋势更为明显。重度入侵土壤有机质较本地植物土壤提高5.7%,全氮提高23.4%;而重度入侵土壤全磷含量只有本地植物的85%,土壤速效磷含量则下降了50%。黄顶菊重度入侵土壤和轻度入侵土壤脲酶含量分别为0.04和0.03mg.g-1.24h-1,均显著高于裸土和本地植物土壤,土壤磷酸酶活性变化规律与之类似,而多酚氧化酶无明显的变化。黄顶菊入侵可以改变土壤养分和土壤酶活性,创造对自身生长有利的土壤环境,并借此增强其竞争能力,实现种群的进一步扩张。  相似文献

不同入侵程度下飞机草对喀斯特地区土壤理化性质的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
外来生物入侵威胁着全球的生物多样性和生态系统的功能,研究外来入侵植物对土壤理化性质的影响有助于理解外来入侵植物的入侵机制。以广西喀斯特地区飞机草(Chromolaena odorata)入侵生境为研究对象,比较分析了不同飞机草入侵程度下(对照、轻度入侵、中度入侵、重度入侵)土壤物理和化学指标变化特征。结果表明:随着飞机草的入侵程度加重,土壤容重显著增加,轻度入侵、中度入侵和重度入侵生境下土壤容重分别比对照增加了10.3%、16.7%、22.3%,土壤非毛管孔隙度、总孔隙度和土壤含水量显著降低,土壤毛管孔隙度无显著变化;飞机草入侵对土壤pH值无显著影响,随着入侵程度加重,土壤速效磷和速效钾的含量显著升高,在重度入侵生境下土壤速效磷和速效钾含量分别比对照增加了4.3倍、3.8倍,土壤全氮和有机质含量显著降低。飞机草入侵显著改变了土壤理化性状,导致喀斯特地区土壤物理结构退化,生态系统水土保持能力下降,同时飞机草通过改变土壤养分循环提高了土壤可直接利用养分的水平,创造对自身有利的土壤环境,进而促进其生长和扩散。  相似文献

为揭示丘陵沟壑区刺槐的养分重吸收特征及其驱动因素,研究该区不同林龄刺槐叶片全氮和全磷的浓度,以及土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷、铵态氮、硝态氮和速效磷浓度及其化学计量,分析了叶片氮磷重吸收效率与土壤养分特性之间的关系。结果表明: 植物和土壤的养分随林龄增长发生显著变化,而土壤总磷和速效磷浓度较低。氮重吸收效率随林分生长先增加后降低,范围为48.2%~54.0%,平均为48.5%;磷重吸收效率则显著增加,范围为45.2%~49.4%,平均为46.9%。氮重吸收效率与土壤氮素和氮磷比呈负向响应,而磷重吸收效率与氮磷比呈显著正相关,与土壤速效磷呈负相关。表明土壤养分有效性的变化负向驱动养分重吸收效率。由于该生境中刺槐林的固氮效应及磷限制,叶片养分重吸收策略对土壤氮磷比响应强烈。  相似文献

【目的】黄顶菊、三叶鬼针草和豚草是我国危害较严重的3种菊科入侵植物。了解3种菊科植物生长过程中土壤养分和酶活性的变化,可以为研究其入侵机制提供依据。【方法】在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所廊坊中试基地开展同质园实验,比较分析了黄顶菊、三叶鬼针草和豚草3种菊科入侵植物在幼苗期、旺盛生长期和生殖生长期根际土壤养分和酶活性的变化。【结果】3种外来菊科植物的生长时期对土壤养分和酶活性存在显著影响。3种外来植物入侵域的土壤速效磷、硝态氮含量以及磷酸酶活性随生长时期变化都表现出先升高后降低的趋势,均在旺盛生长期达到最大值。入侵域土壤速效磷和硝态氮含量的变化趋势与狗尾草明显不同。3种外来植物入侵降低了土壤速效钾含量,提高了土壤脲酶、磷酸酶活性。【结论】3种外来菊科植物的入侵改变了土壤养分和酶活性,创造出更有利于自身生长和繁殖的条件,以利于其进一步扩张。  相似文献

通过温室控制试验,研究了氮碳素添加及丛枝菌根(AM)对外来入侵植物豚草生长的影响.结果表明:氮素添加对豚草的形态指标、生物量及其分配特征和生长速率均没有显著影响,却使豚草地上器官和根的氮含量显著增加;碳素添加增加了土壤中的有效氮含量,促使豚草增加营养吸收器官的生物量分配以缓解养分(氮素)胁迫,导致分枝数、总叶面积、比叶面积和叶生物量比明显降低,总生物量显著减少.豚草与AM真菌共生增强了其适应土壤氮素变化的能力,增加了比叶面积,提高了豚草的资源获取能力,其作用在土壤有效氮含量低时更加明显.AM真菌对豚草适应低氮生境有着重要意义.  相似文献

外来入侵植物与入侵地土壤微生物群落的互作关系是影响外来植物入侵力和生态系统可入侵性的一个重要领域。因此,研究外来植物入侵对入侵地土壤微生物群落及其理化性质的影响不仅可以全面地评估入侵植物对生态系统的影响,而且对于探索外来植物入侵的土壤微生物学机制尤为重要。采用磷脂脂肪酸(PLFAs)和传统培养相结合的方法研究了外来入侵植物紫茎泽兰对入侵地土壤微生物群落结构的影响;同时研究了紫茎泽兰入侵对11种土壤理化因子的影响。结果表明紫茎泽兰入侵改变了土壤微生物群落结构,提高了土壤自生固氮菌、氨氧化细菌和真菌的数量;同时,显著地提高了土壤的有效磷、速效钾、硝态氮、氨态氮和土壤有机碳含量,降低了土壤总钾含量和pH值。土壤微生物不同生理类群的变化与土壤中植物可直接吸收利用养分的变化显著相关。紫茎泽兰在入侵地成功定殖后,可能通过改变土壤微生物群落结构,特别是增加了与土壤养分循环相关的微生物功能类群数量,进而提高了土壤可利用的养分水平,创造对自身生长有利的土壤环境。紫茎泽兰改变土壤微生物群落是其入侵的一部分,这种改变进而加速了土壤养分循环,可能增强了紫茎泽兰的养分吸收,进而促进其生长、竞争和扩张。  相似文献

水淹和土壤养分是影响三峡库区消落带植物生长的主要环境因子。消落带不同高程的植物长期经历不同的淹水强度和土壤养分条件。该研究假设同一物种来自于消落带不同高程的植株可能产生性状分化, 从而对根部淹水和土壤养分变化具有不同的生长和繁殖响应策略。为了验证以上假设, 选取在三峡库区消落带高低高程均广泛分布的物种水蓼(Polygonum hydropiper)为研究对象, 采集自然种群的种子。在温室同质园条件下, 研究了根部水淹和土壤养分提升对高低高程水蓼植株生长和繁殖特性的影响。研究结果表明根部水淹显著或趋于显著降低了水蓼植株功能叶的叶长、叶宽、总分枝数、叶生物量、花生物量和总生物量; 低养分处理显著或趋于显著降低了水蓼植株的总节数、总分枝数、根生物量、花生物量和总生物量, 表明根部水淹和低土壤养分对水蓼的生长和繁殖能力具有抑制作用。同时, 根部水淹和土壤养分的交互作用显著影响植株的根生物量, 表明根部水淹条件下高土壤养分更有利于植株根生物量的积累。高高程植株的根生物量和叶生物量显著或趋于显著高于低高程植株, 而低高程植株的始花时间早于高高程植株, 且繁殖分配也显著高于高高程植株, 表明高低高程水蓼植株对资源的分配策略不同。该研究结果表明水蓼的生长和繁殖特性受根部水淹和土壤养分共同限制, 但对根部水淹条件下高土壤养分生境具有较好的适应性; 同时, 低高程植株可以通过调整其生长和繁殖特性以提高对所处生境胁迫的适应性。  相似文献

通过田间定位试验从生态系统的角度比较研究了中亚热带红壤低丘岗地几种主要旱坡地农田生态系统的水土流失、养分循环和平衡特征、土壤养分消长动态及空间分异,结果表明:水土流失是红壤旱坡地生态系统养分损失的重要途径之一,固体径流具有养分富集现象,速效养分损失以地表径流为主,水土流失养分损失量大小顺序为:有机碳>全钾>速效钾>全氮>全磷>水解氮>速效磷;免耕覆盖和垄作能显著减少水土流失及养分损失量;红壤旱地淋溶也是养分,尤其是氮素损失的重要途径;在养分平衡有盈余状况下,土壤养分水平是可以逐步提高的,其中,土壤速效磷、速效钾提高的速度较快,土壤全氮、有机质和全磷也有所提高,但仍处于较低水平;复合农林系统中,土壤养分存在明显的空间分异,农作物区域由于养分投入较高,土壤养分水平明显高于林木区域。  相似文献

Pre-planting irrigation and planting patterns are important factors in weed management that effect on seed bank. Additionally, the nitrogen is the most important factor in plant growth that affects weed-crop competition and ultimately, seed rain into the soil. A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of nitrogen application rates, pre-planting irrigation and maize planting patterns on weed seed bank population. Experimental factors were nitrogen rates at 4 levels (200, 300, 400 and 500 kg per hectare) as main plot; and pre-planting irrigation at 2 levels (irrigation before planting plus weeding emerged seedlings and, irrigation after sowing), and maize planting patterns (one-row and two-row planting of maize with same density per square of row length) that were assigned in a factorial arrangement to the sub plots. Soil samples were taken at the beginning of the season (before planting of maize) and at the end of the season (after harvest) at depth of 0-5 cm in the fixed quadrates (60 cm x 60 cm). The weed seeds were extracted from the soil samples and were identified using standard methods. The majority of weed seed bank populations included 6 weed species: Portulaca oleracea, Chenopodium album, Amaranthus retroflexus, Sorghum halepense, Daturea stramonium, Xanthium strumarium. Results showed that population of weed seed bank increased significantly with increasing nitrogen rate. The increasing rate was different between one-row and two-row planting patterns. The parameters indicated that seed bank population was much higher in a one row planting pattern of maize. With two-row planting, seed bank was decreased by 34, 26, 20 and 5% at 200, 300, 400 and 500 kg N/ha, respectively. Pre-planting irrigation was also found an effective implement to reduce the weed seed bank. When pre-planting irrigation was applied, seed bank was decreased by 57, 43, 34 and 9% at 200, 300, 400 and 500 kg N/ha. Increasing nitrogen because of weed's better growth and higher seed production neutralized the decreasing effect of pre-planting irrigation and two-row planting of maize on weed seed bank population.  相似文献

Legume‐containing leys are commonly used to improve soil fertility in the 2‐year conversion period from conventional to organic production. While in‐conversion land may be grazed, in stockless farming systems, land is effectively out of production, leading to a reduction in income and pressure on cash flow. The impacts of seven organic conversion strategies on the first organic crop (winter wheat) were previously reported. This study investigates the effect of the conversion strategies on the second (winter beans) and third (winter oats) organic crops, thereby extending the analysis throughout the first complete rotation. The strategies were (a) 2‐years’ red clover–ryegrass green manure, (b) 2‐years’ hairy vetch green manure, (c) red clover for seed production then a red clover–ryegrass green manure, (d) spring wheat undersown with red clover, then a red clover green manure, (e) spring oats, then winter beans, (f) spring wheat, then winter beans and (g) spring wheat undersown with red clover, then a barley–pea intercrop. Conversion strategy had a significant impact on organic bean yield, which ranged from 2.78 to 3.62 t ha?1, and organic oat yield, which ranged from 3.24 to 4.17 t ha?1. In the organic bean crop, weed abundance prior to harvest, along with soil texture, accounted for 70% of yield variation. For the oats, soil mineral nitrogen in November together with weed abundance in April accounted for 72% of the variation in yield. The impacts of conversion strategies on soil mineral nitrogen levels were still detectable 3 years after conversion. The results from this study indicate that the choice of conversion crop has important long‐term implications. More exploitative conversion strategies, that is those with a higher proportion of cash cropping, had an increased weed burden and decreased levels of soil mineral nitrogen, leading to reduced yields of beans and oats, 2 and 3 years after conversion.  相似文献

以开发利用程度较高的浙江德清排溪冲小流域为研究范例,采用网格化样框取样的调查方法和GIS技术,研究了南主丘陵区小流域生态系统的杂草生物多样性的分布格局,结果表明小流域内杂草多样性呈现明显的空间分布特征,稻田杂草多样性最低,坡地次之,稻田与坡地的交错带杂草物种最丰富,坡地中开发利用程度高的茶园和竹园杂草多样性较高,新开发的果园和旱地作杂草物种较少。  相似文献

以湖北当阳柑橘园杂草群落为对象,研究绿肥种植(自然生草和间种光叶苕子)下配施减量氮肥处理(当地推荐施氮肥量的0%、70%、85%、100%)对橘园杂草群落组成和多样性的影响,并运用Pearson相关分析和典范对应分析探究土壤因子对不同处理下杂草多样性和物种组成的影响。结果显示:(1)经样方调查,试验区共记录杂草植物21科29属30种,以禾本科和菊科为主,稗(Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv.)、酢浆草(Oxalis corniculata L.)、野老鹳草(Geranium carolinianum L.)等是所有处理中的共有种,自然生草下以匙叶鼠麴草(Gnaphalium pensylvanicum Willd.)和稗为优势种,间种光叶苕子(Vicia villosa Roth.var.glabrescens Koch.)下以酢浆草为优势种;(2)不同氮肥施入量下柑橘园草本物种Margalef指数、Patrick指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数均无显著差异;相同施肥量下,间种光叶苕子能显著降低柑橘园杂草群落的物种多样性指数;(3)速效磷是显著影响柑橘园草本植物多样性指数的土壤因子;(4)不同处理下影响杂草物种分布的主要土壤因子是速效磷、pH值、含水率和温度。本研究认为无论减施氮肥与否,间种光叶苕子比自然生草更能显著降低杂草群落的物种多样性,从而避免恶性杂草与果树争肥。  相似文献

Reconstruction of crop sowing time and cultivation intensity, based on arable weed ecology, can resolve archaeological questions surrounding land use and cycles of routine activity, but crop processing may introduce systematic ecological biases in the arable weeds represented in products and by-products. Based on previous ethnoarchaeological work, there is a predicted bias against indicators of spring sowing and intensive cultivation in fine sieve products (and a corresponding over-representation of such species in by-products). Recent work on modern weed floras using functional weed ecology has identified distinctive functional attributes associated with different sowing regimes and cultivation intensity levels. Evaluation of the predicted biases using functional attribute data for modern weed survey studies of different sowing regimes (in Germany) and cultivation intensity levels (in Greece) suggests that there is a likely bias against spring sowing indicators in fine sieve products but not (apparently) against intensive cultivation indicators. An archaeological case study is presented in order to illustrate how bias relating to crop sowing time may be identified and interpreted.  相似文献

在大田条件下对两个不同抗旱特性的冬小麦品种全生育期叶片光合气体交换参数、光合色素含量和呼吸值及其对氮素水平的响应进行了研究.结果表明,施氮180 kg·hm-2处理旱地品种叶片气孔导度、总光合色素含量、光合速率较不施氮处理在全生育期分别提高了43.75%、18.54%和49.66%,水地品种分别提高了12.12%、20.88%和29.25%;而旱地品种总呼吸速率降低了4.8%,水地品种降低了4.5%.适量施氮,增强了小麦叶片的气体交换能力,提高了光合色素含量,并降低了呼吸速率,从而提高了小麦叶片光合碳同化能力.小麦品种间光合的差异主要由非气孔因素引起.旱地品种呼吸速率较低,吸收的光能较多地用于光合碳同化作用.不施氮处理叶片光合速率较高的生育时期其呼吸速率也高,而施氮处理叶片光合速率高的生育时期呼吸值较低.施氮增加了光能向光合碳同化方向的分配.施氮对提高冬小麦抗旱能力有积极作用,其机理在于氮素改善了叶片气体交换状况,提高了光合色素含量,并优化了叶片对光能吸收的分配.  相似文献

Invasive weed impact estimates are needed to determine whether or not weeds warrant costly control measures. Typically, land managers seek local weed impact estimates (e.g. ranches, parks) and policy-makers want to know how weeds are impacting entire regions. Our goal was to provide local and regional impact estimates for a ubiquitous invasive weed: leafy spurge (Euphorbia esula L.). The specific impacts we looked at related to desired species biomass production, livestock carrying capacities, and grazing land values. Our basic approach was to use an empirical model that characterizes weed biomass across the landscape in combination with another empirical model that predicts weed impact from weed biomass. Our investigation revealed that, without on-site plant biomass data, site-specific leafy spurge impacts are highly uncertain. Supplementing our general predictive model with small quantities of on-site data increased precision considerably. For the 17-state region we considered, 95% Bayesian credibility intervals indicated leafy spurge reduces cattle carrying capacities by 50–217 thousand animals a year and reduces grazing land values by 8–34 million dollars a year. Additional plant biomass data from randomly selected, leafy spurge-infested sites would shrink these fairly wide intervals.  相似文献

Summary The Top End region of the Northern Territory, Australia, is noted for its relatively unmodified natural state. To gain some insight into the potential for maintaining ecosystem health in this region we undertook a study that assessed the distribution of weeds across very extensive transects. This weed survey was distinct from other studies in that many of the sample sites were distant from tracks or other infrastructure. Twenty‐one weed species were recorded along 2000 km of transects. Weeds were reported from 18.7% of the 718 sample points. The incidence of weeds was found to be significantly associated with land tenure, being highest on pastoral lands and peri‐urban areas, and very low on Aboriginal lands. The incidence of weeds increased significantly with increasing levels of infrastructure and with increasing proximity to watercourses. There are three main conclusions from this study. First, much of the Top End, particularly remote Aboriginal lands, has exceptionally low levels of weed infestation. Secondly, in such areas, given the relatively small extent of vegetation change through weed invasion, maintenance or re‐imposition of traditional fire regimes should be achievable. Thirdly, there is substantial potential for spread of weeds to remote areas, with such spread most likely to occur through increased penetration by infrastructure. Importantly this study indicates that there is still opportunity to prevent widespread weed invasion across the Top End, which is timely given the current Government consideration of the potential for the region to support future agricultural expansion and the fast‐paced development of mining, oil and gas resources.  相似文献

为探讨化感水稻在不同氮素水平下的生物干扰现象,提出了一种新的测试方法——化感 竞争分离法(allelopathy and competition separation-based bioassay,ACS),成功地区分了在稻/稗共生系统中水稻化感作用与资源竞争及其在不同N条件下的反应特性.结果表明,水稻PI312777具有较强的生物干扰能力.在不同N水平下,其资源竞争能力较强且表现稳定,但化感作用潜力则随供N水平的下降而明显增强.水稻Lemont不具化感作用潜力,在供N水平正常或充足条件下,其资源竞争能力减弱,但在N胁迫下却明显增强.这是在环境资源贫乏时,稻/稗共生系统中生态位竞争加剧的结果.  相似文献

Weed populations were studied from a 26-year-old field experiment in southern Sweden with three different 6-year crop rotations, each with four rates of nitrogen application. The rotations differed in that one had a two-year legume-grass ley, another had a two-year grass ley, and that the third had spring wheat followed by a repeatedly harrowed fallow. The leys and the fallow were followed by turnip rape, winter wheat, oats and barley which was undersown in the two ley rotations. Data on weed biomass, collected in one season, were subjected to multivariate analysis.
Winter turnip rape had the highest weed biomass. However, of the several weed species, only Matricaria perforata Merat was important in wheat (the crop following turnip rape in the rotation). The weed flora did not differ consistently between rotations. We conclude that none of the three rotations had developed any major weed problems under the past weed management regime (herbicides applied to cereal crops).
There was no consistent effect of nitrogen fertilisation on total weed biomass in any of the three rotations. However, when comparing the weed floras in winter wheat, turnip rape and oats, the unfertilised plots differed from the plots receiving nitrogen. In the two latter crops, the abundant, low-growing annual Stellaria media (L.) Vil. performed best in fertilised plots with dense stands. Equisetum arvense L., the most abundant perennial weed, was important only in unfertilised plots.  相似文献
