马先蒿属(Pedicularis)是被子植物中最大的属之一,在云南植物区系中占有重要地位.按照钟补求系统,该属植物在云南有151种分属于13个群72个系.马先蒿属在云南的地理分布体现了下列特点:(1)种类十分丰富,占整个属总种数的25%,占中国的42.6%.(2)包括了该属全部花冠类型,即无齿、有齿的原始类型各为24种、短管具喙的中间过渡类型87种,较进化的长管类型16种.(3)马先蒿属植物分布在云南的11个地理分布区域中,但该属植物在康藏高原区最为丰富,有108个种在本区有分布,占云南种数的71.5%;横断山植物区和东喜马拉雅植物区是本属的现代分布中心和多样化中心.(4)特有现象十分明显,其中8个系、52个种为云南特有,横断山和东喜马拉雅的特有种最为丰富,也是本属的特有中心.(5)云南马先蒿植物与邻近的四川(西南部)和西藏(东南部)在区系上联系密切,与缅甸和不丹有一定的联系.  相似文献

多孔菌目(AphylloPhorales)中诸如粉孢革菌科(Coniophoraceae),伏革菌科 ,刺单菌科(Hymenochaetaceae),齿菌科(Hydnaceae) 和多孔菌科 resupinate form)。在国内,此目中的平伙类型被专门系统地研究过的除卧孔属(Poria)外尚不多。戴芳澜(1934)对伏苓(Poria cocos (Fr.)Wolf.)作了研究;凌立(1933)报道卧孔菌11种;赵继鼎)(1964)报告37种卧孔菌;邓叔群在《中国的真菌》(1964)中记叙了多孔菌目平伏类型57种,隶属于17属。戴芳澜《中国真菌总汇》(1979)记载了原来散载于真菌志略或真菌名录中的平伙多孔菌类约18属110种。  相似文献

AIMS: To evaluate the virulence gene nec1 as a reliable marker for the detection of pathogenic Streptomyces species on potato tubers and in soil samples using conventional and real-time quantitative PCR assays. Methods AND RESULTS: Two pairs of conventional primers (outer and nested) and one set of primers/probe for use in real-time PCR were designed to detect the necrogenic protein encoding nec1 gene of Streptomyces scabiei strain ATCC 49173(T). The conventional PCR primers were also incorporated into a multiplex PCR assay to simultaneously detect the nec1 gene in conjunction with the potato pathogens Helminthosporium solani and Colletotrichum coccodes. The specificity of each PCR assay was confirmed by testing 32 pathogenic and nonpathogenic reference strains of Streptomyces representing 12 different species and 74 uncharacterized streptomycete strains isolated from diseased tubers. A clear correlation between pathogenicity and the detection of nec1 by PCR was demonstrated. The sensitivity and specificity of both the conventional and real-time PCR assays allowed the detection of nec1 on potato tubers in the absence of visible symptoms of common scab, and in seeded soil down to a level equivalent to three S. scabiei spores per gram soil. CONCLUSIONS: Reliable and quantitative PCR techniques were developed in this study for the specific detection of the virulence gene nec1 of pathogenic Streptomyces species on potato tubers and in soil samples, and the data demonstrated a clear correlation between pathogenicity in Streptomyces species and the presence of the nec1 gene. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: Together with the DNA extraction protocols, these diagnostic methods will allow a rapid and accurate assessment of tuber and soil contamination by pathogenic Streptomyces species.  相似文献

旌节花科(Stachyuraceae)最早由P.F.Siebold和 J.G.Zuccrini根据日本植物Stahyurus Praecox Sieb.et Zucc.(Fl.Jap.1:43. 1835)建立旌节花属(Stachyurus Sieb.et Zucc.),放在海桐花科(Pittosporaceae)中,G.Bentham于1861年将它移人山茶科Ternstroemiaceae中,但由于与这两个科的差别太大,E.Gilg于1893年又从山茶科Ternstroemiaceae中移出,建立了单属科旌节花科(Stachyuraceae),直到这次整理之前仅有14种4变种,经整理又增加2新种4变种,共计16种8变种。我国有11种7变种。  相似文献

Barley homolog of the Arabidopsis necrotic (disease lesion mimic) mutant HLM1 that encodes the cyclic nucleotide-gated ion channel 4 was cloned. Barley gene was mapped genetically to the known necrotic locus nec1 and subsequent sequence analysis identified mutations in five available nec1 alleles confirming barley homolog of Arabidopsis HLM1 as the NEC1 gene. Two fast neutron (FN) induced mutants had extensive deletions in the gene, while two previously described nec1 alleles had either a STOP codon in exon 1 or a MITE insertion in intron 2 which caused alternative splicing, frame shift and production of a predicted non-functional protein. The MITE insertion was consistent with the reported spontaneous origin of the nec1 Parkland allele. The third FN mutant had a point mutation in the coding sequence which resulted in an amino acid change in the conserved predicted cyclic nucleotide-gated ion channel pore region. The expression of two pathogenesis-related genes, HvPR-1a and β-1,3-glucanase, was elevated in two FN necrotic lines. Ten other members of the barley cyclic nucleotide-gated ion channel gene family were identified and their position on barley linkage map is reported. Polymerization of members of the serpin superfamily underlies diseases as diverse as cirrhosis, angioedema, thrombosis and dementia. The Drosophila serpin Necrotic controls the innate immune response and is homologous to human alpha(1)-antitrypsin. We show that necrotic mutations that are identical to the Z-deficiency variant of alpha(1)-antitrypsin form urea-stable polymers in vivo. These necrotic mutations are temperature sensitive, which is in keeping with the temperature-dependent polymerization of serpins in vitro and the role of childhood fevers in exacerbating liver disease in Z alpha-antitrypsin deficiency. In addition, we identify two nec mutations homologous to an antithrombin point mutation that is responsible for neonatal thrombosis. Transgenic flies carrying an S>F amino-acid substitution equivalent to that found in Siiyama-variant antitrypsin (nec(S>F.UAS)) fail to complement nec-null mutations and demonstrate a dominant temperature-dependent inactivation of the wild-type nec allele. Taken together, these data establish Drosophila as a powerful system to study serpin polymerization in vivo.  相似文献
