模拟生境中胎生蜥蜴的日活动节律和活动时间分配   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4

2007年5—7月,采用瞬时扫描取样法和全事件观察法,对黑龙江省小兴安岭地区模拟生境中胎生蜥蜴(Lacerta vivipara)的日活动时间分配和日活动节律进行研究。结果表明:胎生蜥蜴的日活动内容以休息和晒太阳为主,取食、社会活动和其他活动所占时间较少;与晴天相比,阴天取食和其他活动所占时间显著降低,休息和社会活动所占时间没有显著变化,而晒太阳所占时间显著增加。不同性别、年龄和天气条件下胎生蜥蜴的日活动节律均为双峰型,但各种活动开始和持续的时间、活动高峰出现和持续时间以及峰值方面存在差异,晴天时胎生蜥蜴开始活动的时间早,2次活动高峰的持续时间及间隔时间长,而阴天时胎生蜥蜴的活动时间短且集中,在活动高峰时的个体出现率高;雄性比雌性的活动时间长,出现率高,幼体开始活动的时间比成体晚,出现率低。气温、地表温度和光照因子对胎生蜥蜴日活动节律均有影响,其中光照为控制活动节律的主要因子,当相对光照强度达到40%左右时,胎生蜥蜴开始出来活动,而温度主要影响胎生蜥蜴的活动数量,当达到最适温度(地表温度23 ℃~32 ℃,气温21 ℃~29 ℃)时出现活动高峰。  相似文献

尾自切是蜥蜴为了降低被捕食危险而采取的一种反捕食适应策略,但断尾可导致体重减轻、热量收支平衡改变,并影响蜥蜴的运动能力和体温调节.为检验断尾对蜥蜴运动能力和选择体温的影响,于2006年5月选取黑龙江省小兴安岭地区的一个胎生蜥蜴种群进行实验.结果表明:在30 ℃和24℃两个实验温度下,断尾后胎生蜥蜴的运动能力均明显下降,表现在停顿次数增多、最大可持续距离和最大疾跑速度减少等方面;断尾、温度和性别对胎生蜥蝎运动能力的影响在一定程度上是相互独立的,断尾是影响胎生蜥蜴运动能力的主要因素;断尾对胎生蜥蝎的选择体温没有显著影响.  相似文献

2014年5~8月,采用直接观察的方法,在实验室条件下,对胎生蜥蜴(Zootoca vivipara)的蜕皮行为进行了观察和研究。结果表明,胎生蜥蜴成体在繁殖期间(6~7月份)的蜕皮次数为0~3次,不同性别之间的蜕皮次数没有显著差异,且蜕皮次数与个体的体长、体重无关。成体的蜕皮周期不恒定,最短为8 d左右,与仔蜥的蜕皮周期基本相同。仔蜥的蜕皮行为与其异速生长有关,且随着蜕皮行为次数的增加,蜕皮过程的持续时间逐渐减少。胎生蜥蜴成体的蜕皮一般较为完整,除一小部分外,均可翻转后完成蜕皮,而仔蜥不翻转,这种特殊的蜕皮方式可能与人工饲养条件有关,也可能与胎生蜥蜴栖息地的气候条件、行为策略等因素相关。  相似文献

2006-2009年的3月中上旬,利用样方法、因子测定法、卡方检验等方法对内蒙古红花尔基樟子松林国家级自然保护区的黑琴鸡越冬末期的生境选择进行了调查分析.结果表明:越冬末期,红花尔基保护区黑琴鸡栖息生境包括食物和隐蔽2个要素;栖息生境选择分为2个层次(大生境层次和小生境层次)和2个过程(栖息生境类型选择和栖息区域选择);栖息生境类型选择具有普遍性与特殊性,以樟子松林或樟子松混交林为主(80.3%);栖息区域选择通过地形因子和人为干扰因子来实现,倾向于选择低海拔(800~900 m)、低坡度(<20°)、中下坡位、远离村镇(>12 km)和公路(1~2 km)及林缘(>600 m)的区域.  相似文献

对胎生蜥Lacerta vivipara的排泄和生殖系统进行了解剖观察.胎生蜥的排泄系统由肾脏、输尿管和泄殖腔组成,左肾较右肾稍大,但在位置上没有明显差别;雄性生殖系统由精巢、输精管、附睾和半阴茎组成,左侧精巢位置较右侧稍接近身体前部且稍大;雌性生殖系统南卵巢和输卯管组成,左右卵巢在大小上无明显差别,但左侧卵巢比右侧卵巢略接近身体前部.对繁殖期和繁殖期后的生殖系统比较显示,生殖腺在繁殖期明显增大.胎生蜥的生殖系统与其他卵生和卵胎生类蜥蜴无明显差别.  相似文献

2007年12月~2008年1月和2008年4~5月,在贺兰山利用痕迹检验法和直接观察法对马鹿阿拉善亚种冬春季生境选择进行研究.通过在选定的15条沟段里进行调查,冬春季各测定了131个和181个样方的18种生态因子.结果表明,冬春季贺兰山马鹿在植被类型、优势乔木、灌木密度、灌木高度、灌木距离、坡向、坡位、海拔高度、距裸岩距离和隐蔽级10种生态因子上差异极显著(P < 0.001),其余生态因子无显著差异(P < 0.05),相对于冬季生境而言,马鹿春季更偏爱选择以油松和青海云杉为优势乔木的山地针叶林带,灌木密度大、高度高、距离近,半阴半阳坡的中坡位,海拔较高,距裸岩较近,隐蔽程度高的生境.典则判别系数显示冬春季马鹿在生境选择上存在一定程度的重叠,但春季马鹿的分布范围要比冬季更广一些,Wilk's λ值显示冬春季马鹿的生境选择具有较高的差异性(Wilk's λ = 0.683,x2 = 116.995,df = 13,P < 0.001).逐步判别分析表明在区分冬春季马鹿生境方面有一系列生态因子发挥作用,依照贡献值的大小依次为:乔木密度、灌木距离、坡度、海拔高度、距水源距离、距裸岩距离和隐蔽级,由这7个变量构成的方程对冬春季马鹿生境的正确区分率达到79.9%,其中对春季的误判率为22.1%,对冬季的误判率为20.6%.  相似文献

采用骨髓细胞制片法对分布在新疆阿勒泰地区的胎生蜥蜴Lacerta vivipara种群的染色体进行研究。结果表明,胎生蜥蜴的染色体全部为端着丝点,性别决定机制为Z1Z1Z2Z2/Z1Z2W型,雌雄染色体数目不同,雄性胎生蜥蜴二倍体染色体的数目为36,性染色体为Z1Z1Z2Z2型,染色体组型为2n=32+Z1Z1Z2Z2;雌性胎生蜥蜴二倍体染色体的数目为35,染色体组型为2n=32+Z1Z2W,性染色体为Z1Z2W型。从组型特征来看,新疆的胎生蜥蜴种群与欧洲中北部和俄罗斯地区的种群为同一大类群。  相似文献

于2006年3月和2007年4月,采用样线样带结合调查法,在甘肃兴隆山自然保护区对野生马麝(Moschus Sifanicus)的春季生境选择和栖息地利用格局进行了研究,共布设280个空白对照样地和52个利用样地,对海拔和郁闭度等17个生境变量进行了计测和比较,结果表明,与对照的非利用样地相比,兴隆山马麝春季利用样地的海拔相对较低(2280.94±17.06)m、乔木平均高度较高(9.36±1.21)m、乔木胸径较大(102.44±14.25)cm及地表植被盖度较好(26.67±3.27)%,上述差异均达显著程度(P0.05);此外,马麝春季趋于利用南坡(44.23%)和西坡(36.54%)的中下坡位(86.54%)的坡度适中(30°—60°,55.77%)的生境,其避风性(63.46%)和隐蔽度(76.92%)均较差,距离水源(1000m,80.77%)和人为干扰距离(1000m,76.92%)也较近(P0.05)。马麝春季生境变量的主成分分析结果表明,前4个主成分可以解释76.08%的数据差异,灌木因子(由灌木盖度组成)、乔木因子(由乔郁闭度和乔木密度组成)、食物因子(由坡位、乔木高度、食物多度组成)和隐蔽因子(由植被类型、隐蔽度组成)是影响马麝春季生境选择的重要因素。兴隆山马麝的生境选择是多维度进行的,是对其春季生境的食物可得性、隐蔽性、水资源及栖息基底等生态需求的综合适应。  相似文献

栖息地改变往往对动物群落及其物种多样性有重要影响,但是目前关于栖息地荒漠化如何影响蜥蜴的群落组成鲜有研究。在内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市准格尔旗和达拉特旗地区通过样线法调查了三类不同荒漠化程度样地上的蜥蜴群落组成差异,用典范对应分析探究了关键的影响因素。结果表明,栖息地荒漠化使蜥蜴的群落组成发生显著变化,从固定沙丘、半固定沙丘到流动沙丘,草原沙蜥均是蜥蜴群落的优势物种,密点麻蜥逐渐减少,丽斑麻蜥则消失于荒漠化严重的半固定沙丘和流动沙丘中。随栖息地荒漠化程度的增加,蜥蜴的数量显著减少,密度显著降低,蜥蜴物种的丰富度、香农-威纳(Shannon-Weaver)多样性指数和皮洛(Pielou)均匀性指数均逐次显著下降,而辛普森(Simpson)优势度指数则逐次显著升高。这说明荒漠化不仅使蜥蜴群落组成变得简单,同时造成了蜥蜴物种多样性的下降甚至丧失。荒漠化也使蜥蜴的栖息条件发生显著变化。植被高度、油蒿比例、裸地比例、隐蔽度、表层土壤含水量和表层土壤孔隙度在三类栖息样地之间均存在极显著差异。典范对应分析结果表明,这些环境因子与蜥蜴群落组成的变化密切相关。总体而言,草原沙蜥偏好裸地,密点麻蜥偏好隐蔽性好且土壤湿润又疏松的区域,而丽斑麻蜥则偏好植被高的区域。  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Pseudovivipary is an asexual reproductive strategy. Leiothrix spiralis and L. vivipara (Eriocaulaceae) are pseudoviviparous and occur in rupestrian grasslands, a habitat that has a predominance of sandy and shallow soil, with low water retention. This study aims to investigate the seasonal variation effect of moisture availability on L. spiralis and L. vivipara pseudoviviparous reproduction, and to compare their life history attributes, on rupestrian grasslands in Southeastern Brazil. METHODS: A field study was conducted, including observations concerning pseudoviviparous reproduction and measurement of demographic variables in both L. spiralis and L. vivipara. Soil moisture measurements were also performed to study its effect on the pseudoviviparous reproduction of L. spiralis and L. vivipara. KEY RESULTS: Flower head and plantlet production in L. spiralis were highly correlated with soil moisture. All scapes split off in the drier period, indicating that this is a splitter ramet species. Plantlet mortality was positively correlated with scapes splitting off. The L. vivipara phenophases were not synchronized to the variation in soil moisture, since flower heads and plantlets were produced throughout the year. Moreover, the splitting off of scapes was not observed. In addition, plantlets were formed early, as soon as the flower heads appeared, and remained suspended. Therefore, this species was called 'canopy forming'. CONCLUSIONS: Seasonal timing of pseudoviviparous reproduction can be a vital component of the successful establishment of plantlets in L. spiralis, considering that in this species the plantlets are formed only after the flower head touches the ground. In contrast, in L. vivipara, the plantlets are formed early, without touching the ground. Moreover, L. spiralis is a splitter ramet species, while L. vivipara is a canopy-forming species. The pseudoviviparous canopy-forming strategy appears to be more advantageous than the splitter ramet strategy, because even under similar soil moisture conditions, the survival of L. vivipara plantlets was greater than that of L. spiralis.  相似文献

通过直接观察和胃容物分析对胎生蜥蜴(lacerta vivipara)的捕食行为和食性进行了研究。结果表明,胎生蜥蜴的捕食过程包括觅食、攻击前行为、攻击行为、猎物处死、吞食、食后清洁共6个主要步骤。在6~10月间,胎生蜥蜴的食谱中以昆虫和蜘蛛最多;不同月份的食物种类和数量不同;食物中以个体长为1~10mm食物数量频率最高;食物组成与生活环境中的无脊椎动物种类有极显著的相关。雌、雄体的食物生态位重叠度较高,而幼体和成体的食物生态位重叠度较低。  相似文献

Viviparous Festuca especially from the North Atlantic area have been examined. Based on especially the chromosome numbers they are divided into three subspecies and a number of hybrids: 1) F. vivipara (L.) Sm. ssp. vivipara , 2) F. vivipara ssp. hirsuta (Schol.) Frederiksen stat. nov., 3) F. vivipara ssp. glabra Frederiksen ssp. nov. Hybrids between F. vivipara on the one hand and F. rubra L. or F. ovina L. on the other were found to be common.  相似文献

Results of the author's long-term study of the karyotype of Lacerta (Zootoca) vivipara (family Lacertidae, Sauria) have been generalized and supplemented with relevant literature data. Within the species an interpopular karyotype variability was established, and several chromosomal forms were described. Karyotypes of L. (Z.) vivipara from four new, previously not examined populations have been first presented in this paper, and cytogenetical features of their chromosomes are given. Finally, cytogenetical analysis of particular specimens from different localities enabled the author to reveal a new chromosomal form and to define the limits of distribution of other forms of the species. The complex L. (Z.) vivipara has appeared to be more complicated than earlier believed. This complex includes several chromosomal forms of unclear taxonomic status, and some subspecies characterized by various modes of reproduction and distinct distribution ranges. It has been confirmed that in the complex L. (Z.) vivipara intensive chromosomal changes accompany the processes of form-formation and subspeciation. Some cytogenetical regularities of these processes have been demonstrated and compared with hybridogeneous form-formation and speciation. Based on the critical analysis of the available karyological data, some mechanisms of chromosomal changes were described, and their tendencies were determined. In addition, intraspecific relationships were analysed. The proposed scheme was compared with the pattern of intraspecific phylogeny of L. (Z.) vivipara based on molecular data. It has been shown that a high cytogenetical differentiation of the found chromosomal forms and subspecies is correlated with their low morphological differentiation and with a rather low genetical differentiation. The results of the combined analysis suggest the leading role of cytogenetical data for understanding the processes of form-formation and subspeciation. The importance of chromosomal rearrangements in these processes is emphasized, with special reference to their role in the evolution and phylogeny of the complex L. (Z.) vivipara. Some modes of form-formation and subspeciation in this complex are discussed.  相似文献

The contribution of phenotypic plasticity to adaptation in Lacerta vivipara   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Correlation between intraspecific phenotypic variability and variation of environmental conditions could reflect adaptation. Different phenotypes may result from differential expression of a genotype in different environments (phenotypic plasticity) or from expression of different genotypes (genetic diversity). Populations of Lacerta vivipara exhibit larger adult body length, lower age at maturity, higher fecundity, and smaller neonatal size in humid habitats compared to dry habitats. We conducted reciprocal transplants of juvenile L. vivipara to test for the genetic or plastic origin of this variation. We captured gravid females from four populations that differed in the relative humidity of their habitats, and during the last 2 to 4 weeks of gestation, we manipulated heat and water availability under laboratory conditions. Juveniles were released into the different populations and families were divided to compare growth rate and survival of half-sibs in two environments. Growth rate and survival were assessed using capture-recapture techniques. Growth rate was plastic in response to postnatal conditions and did not differ between populations of origin. Survival differed between populations of origin, partially because of differences in neonatal body length. The response of juvenile body length and body condition to selection in the different habitats was affected by the population of origin. This result cannot be simply interpreted in terms of adaptation; however, phenotypic plasticity of fecundity or juvenile size most probably resulted in adaptive reproductive strategies. Adaptation to the habitat by means of genetic specialization was not detected. Further investigation is needed to discriminate between genetic and long-term maternal effects.  相似文献

The early life history of the small yellow croaker Larimichthys polyactis was studied using the otolith microchemistry of juvenile fish and a recruitment survey in the sandy ridges of the South Yellow Sea. The otolith Sr/Ca ratio regime shifted markedly at the age of 5–7 days (early April) and 37–41 days (around early May). Subsequently, the Sr/Ca ratio was almost constant until late June, indicating an aggregation of L. polyactis juveniles in the relatively stable habitat of the sandy ridges, which was supported by a recruitment survey that showed a rapid increase in the number of juveniles in the same area between early May and the end of June. Variations in the Sr/Ca ratio between early April and early May might reflect a habitat adaptive strategy of L. polyactis in the pelagic stage to hydrodynamic processes of the sandy ridges. Based on the aforementioned habitat shifts and recruitment phenology, it was hypothesised that L. polyactis juveniles disperse between early April and early May, inhabit sandy ridges to feed, and migrate offshore in late June.  相似文献

Geometric shape analyses were used to study body shape and size variation among populations of the livebearing fish Poecilia vivipara inhabiting the recently formed coastal lagoons of Grussaí and Iquipari in Northern Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil. The largest components of morphological variation among females were between different habitats in the same lagoon, whereas for males there were larger differences between lagoons than between habitats. The shape differences were mostly localized in the head region and midbody, which indicated different patterns of locomotion and foraging behaviour optimized for the habitat experienced by each population. The lizard Lacerta vivipara has allopatric oviparous and viviparous populations. The cold hardiness strategy of L. vivipara has previously been studied in viviparous populations, but never in oviparous ones. The present study reveals that both the oviparous and viviparous individuals of this species are able to survive in a supercooled state at -3 degrees C for at least one week when kept on dry substrates. The mean crystallisation temperatures of the body, around -4 degrees C on dry substrata and -2 degrees C on wet substrata, do not differ between oviparous and viviparous individuals. All the individuals are able to tolerate up to 48-50% of their body fluid converted into ice, but only viviparous individuals were able to stabilize their body ice content at 48%, and hence were able to survive even when frozen at -3 degrees C for times of up 24 hours. Ice contents higher than 51% have been constantly found lethal for oviparous individuals. This suggests that, in L. vivipara, the evolution towards a higher degree of freezing tolerance could parallel the evolution of the viviparous reproductive mode, a feature believed to be strongly selected under cold climatic conditions. This is the first report, among reptiles, of an intraspecific variation regarding the freeze tolerance capacities.  相似文献
