该研究以2016年采自云南凤凰山的云南石蕊(Cladonia yunnan)为材料,在无菌条件下,采用微量微管吸法和直接法分离纯化培养云南石蕊共生藻,利用光学显微镜观察共生藻细胞的形态结构特征,并对该共生藻进行分子系统学分析。结果表明:(1)从云南石蕊中仅分离到1种共生藻,该藻细胞大小约2.5~6 μm,球形或椭球形,单细胞,不运动,色素体片状,无性繁殖,含有中央蛋白核和淀粉粒,且3~5个细胞包裹在粘液状的胶壳中,细胞核不可见。(2)该共生藻主要形态学特征与自由生活的胶球藻高度相似,根据采集地及形态特征将其命名为云南胶球藻(Coccomyxa sp. YN)。(3)基于对云南石蕊分子数据(rbcL, ITS)构建的云南石蕊共生藻的系统发育关系显示,云南胶球藻与胶球藻聚为一枝; ITS2 rRNA二级结构分析发现,云南胶球藻与胶球藻具有几乎一致的ITS2 rRNA二级结构。该研究首次揭示了胶球藻属(Coccomyxa)藻细胞与石蕊科地衣共生,且云南胶球藻与胶球藻具有高度一致的亲缘关系,而“地衣化”使两者细胞形态特征有明显差异,推测共生藻细胞可能是由自由生活的藻细胞进化而来。  相似文献

为了解广东省水库微囊藻的产毒特征和ITS 序列的遗传多样性,从广东省供水水库中分离得到28 株微囊藻(Microcystisspp.),对它们的产毒特征和15 株微囊藻的ITS 序列进行了分析.高效液相色谱(HPLC)和微囊藻毒素合成酶基因mcyE 的检测结果表明,广东省水库中的微囊藻以产毒藻株占优势,微囊藻毒素的主要类型为MC-RR.广东省15 株藻株的ITS 序列相似性大于93.2%,在用相邻法(NJ)构建的系统树上,不同形态的种和不同地理区域的藻株没有区分开,产毒和非产毒藻株没有形成独立分支.这说明微囊藻ITS 序列的遗传多样性较低,ITS 序列和mcyE 存在没有相关性,表型不能够反映藻株的进化关系.因此,有必要将藻类传统分类方法与分子方法结合起来对蓝藻进行重新分类.  相似文献

本文报道的微体化石产于北京延庆地区雾迷山组中的燧石相岩层中,共鉴定出10个属19个种,其中含1个新种,3个未定种,以及2个相似种。化石类型以蓝细菌中的颤藻科、念珠藻科和色球藻科属种为主,还保存有少量绿藻和大量分类位置未定的藻类。新的化石资料必将进一步丰富燕山雾迷山组的微化石群的内容,并为进一步评价雾迷山组微化石的生物演化和多样性的水平,及其生物地层意义提供更充分的依据。  相似文献

通过多年野外考查,在山西运城盐池湖区采集到蓝藻共17属35种(含变种),其中色球藻科9属19种,胶须藻科1属1种,颤藻科4属12种,念珠藻科3属3种.该区域的水体根据其含盐量的不同可分为4种类型:淡水水体(含盐量0.001%~0.05%)、混盐水体(含盐量0.05%~3%)、真盐水体(含盐量3%~4%)和高盐水体(含盐量4%~34.7%).受含盐量的影响,蓝藻在各类水体中的分布有明显差异,随含盐量增加,种类数减少,在高盐水体未见分布.与国内其它3个盐湖藻类的分布相比较,蓝藻在混盐水体比淡水水体具有更高的相似性.  相似文献

生境过滤和扩散限制是影响森林群落间物种组成差异(β多样性)的主要生态过程。为了探究生境过滤和扩散限制对亚热带马尾松(Pinus massoniana)群落物种和谱系β多样性的相对贡献,该文以浙江省遂昌县37个马尾松林样地为研究对象,结合物种和谱系β多样性分析,探讨了影响群落间物种组成差异主要生态机制; 通过计算群落内物种β多样性指数(Bray-Curtis指数)和谱系β多样性指数(Dnn指数和Dpw指数),分析土壤、地形等生境因子和地理距离与物种和谱系β多样性之间的相关性,并通过方差分解分析生境因子和地理距离对物种和谱系β多样性的相对作用大小; 此外,还进行了不同径级和生长型的上述相关性分析和方差分解。结果表明:(1)Bray-Curtis指数与土壤、地形因子和地理距离均显著正相关,Dnn指数仅与地理距离显著正相关,Dpw指数与土壤因子和地理距离均显著正相关。(2)环境因子对Bray-Curtis指数和Dpw指数的解释度均高于地理距离的解释度。(3)从物种多样性角度来说,生境因子对不同生长阶段Bray-Curtis指数的解释度均高于地理距离的解释度; 从谱系多样性角度来说,地理距离对幼树阶段的Dnn指数和Dpw指数的解释度更高,生境因子则对成树阶段的Dpw指数的解释度更高。由此可以推论,生境过滤是驱动该地区马尾松林物种和谱系β多样性的主要生态机制,扩散限制仅在幼树阶段对马尾松林谱系β多样性起主导作用。  相似文献

通过施用微生物菌肥研究寒地大豆根围土壤细菌多样性和群落组成,缓解因长期施用化肥和农药带来的土壤问题。以大豆合农69为研究对象,设置6个处理:施用大豆专用肥、颗粒肥、复合菌肥、减施15%化肥配施颗粒肥、减施15%化肥配施微生物复合颗粒肥和空白对照,采用高通量测序技术分析大豆荚期根围土壤细菌多样性和群落组成;采用传统统计学方法对株高、荚数、粒数和产量进行统计。门水平放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadetes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、Patescibacteria和WPS-2为优势菌门。其中减施15%化肥配施颗粒肥处理的优势菌门为变形菌门,其他几个处理的优势菌门为放线菌门;目、科和属水平Gaiellales/Other、酸杆菌目(Acidobacteriales/Other)、Frankiales/Other、鞘脂单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、嗜酸栖热菌属(Acidothermus)、芽单胞菌属(Gemmatimonas)、罗河杆菌属(Rhodanobacter)、根瘤菌属(Bradyrhizobium)、芽单胞菌科(Gemmatimonadaceae/Other)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、念珠菌固体杆菌属(Candidatus Solibacter)、黄杆菌科(Xanthobacteraceae/Other)、褚氏杆菌属(Chujaibacter)、AD3/Other、WPS-2/Other、Saccharimonadales/Other、IMCC26256/Other、Ellin6067、Jatrophihabitans、SC-I-84/Other、芽生球菌属(Blastococcus)、苔藓杆菌目(Bryobacter)、Haliangium、Micropepsaceae/Other、锥杆菌属(Conexibacter)和Elsterales/Other共26个优势属;其中褚氏杆菌属是减施15%化肥配施福尔太微生物颗粒剂处理的优势属,酸杆菌目(Acidobacteriales/other)是空白对照优势目,Gaiellales/Other是其他4种处理的优势属。减施化肥配施福尔太微生物颗粒剂可以有效保证大豆产量,比单施化肥产量提高了4.72%。微生物菌肥的不同施肥方式可以有效改善大豆根围土壤微生物群落构成,减施化肥配施微生物菌肥对寒地大豆具有保产增产作用。  相似文献

【目的】为了解施秉喀斯特地区林地土壤甲螨的分布和群落组成特点,明确中国西南喀斯特地区林地类型对土壤甲螨群落密度、组成和物种多样性的影响,对该区林地土壤甲螨的群落结构及多样性进行了的调查和分析。【方法】2012年8月选取了中国西南施秉喀斯特地区典型生境中的8个样地,每个样地9个取样点,用Berlese-Tullgren装置分离土样24 h。多样性分析采用常见的多样性指数;群落相似性分析采用Jaccard相似性系数(CJ);群落聚类分析分别采用Marczewski Steinhaus 距离(Cms)和Bray-Curtis距离,应用R 2.11程序进行类平均法聚类。【结果】结果显示,中国西南喀斯特8个样地中土壤甲螨由少数的优势属和数量众多的稀有属组成。其中全菌甲螨属 Perscheloribates (22.48%)和长单翼甲螨属 Protoribates (11.45%)个体数量最为丰富。长单翼甲螨属 Protoribate、上罗甲螨属Epilohmannia、小奥甲螨属 Oppiella、小盾珠甲螨属 Suctobelbella 和盖头甲螨属 Tectocepheus 分布广泛。本区的甲螨组成(属级水平)表现出明显热带和亚热带地区特点。在天然常绿落叶阔叶林中,甲螨的个体数量和种类数较多,但多样性不高,而在人工针叶林中甲螨多样性最高。甲螨群落组成和分布特征多样,异质性高,特别是在天然常绿落叶阔叶林中突出。【结论】研究表明,施秉喀斯特生态系统的不同林分影响甲螨的物种多样性和群落稳定性,天然常绿落叶阔叶混交林是甲螨的“避难所”。  相似文献

在南水北调中线干渠两个水工构筑物沙河渡槽与穿黄工程渠段分别设置沙河渡槽上游明渠、沙河渡槽入口、沙河渡槽出口、穿黄工程入口、穿黄工程出口、穿黄工程下游明渠和穿黄工程下游沁河倒虹吸7个监测位点, 对着生藻类群落与水质指标进行了原位同步监测。结果表明: 监测位点的蓝藻优势种有鞘丝藻(Leptolyngbya sp.)、聚球藻(Synechococcus sp.)、眉藻(Calothrix sp.)、席藻(Phormidium sp.)、集胞藻(Synechocystis sp.)和拟色球藻(Chroococcidiopsis sp.)等; 真核藻类优势种有链带藻(Desmodesmus sp.)、土佐牧野藻(Makinoella sp.)、芒球藻(Radiococcus sp.)、盘星藻(Monactinus sp.)、卵囊藻(Oocystella sp.)、菱形藻(Nitzschia sp.)、针杆藻(Synedra sp.)和肘形藻(Ulnaria sp.)等。经过渡槽后藻类生物量下降50%, 藻类种类数下降16%; 经过穿黄工程后藻类生物量下降80%, 藻类种类数下降18%。经过沙河渡槽后, 真核藻类中链带藻(Desmodesmus sp.)相对丰度由26.4%增至77.4%, 针杆藻(Synedra sp.)相对丰度由10.4%降至0.4%, 肘形藻(Ulnaria sp.)相对丰度由2.3%降至0.4%; 经过穿黄工程后, 鞘丝藻(Leptolyngbya sp.)相对丰度由82.6%降至56.5%, 胶须藻(Rivularia sp.)相对丰度由6.2%增至61.8%。水工构筑物通过影响水流条件和水质改变微生境从而对着生藻类群落结构产生显著影响, 研究有助于深入了解着生藻类群落特点及水工构筑物对其具体影响。  相似文献

从甘肃省张掖市黑河流域分离了一株不分枝的丝状绿藻,对其进行纯培养并保藏于中国科学院淡水藻种库,编号FACHB 2451。形态观察表明,该藻株具有相对较长的营养细胞 (细胞长为宽的3~8倍)、双叶形的片状叶绿体、末端细胞顶端钝圆或略尖细等特征。结合形态比较和基于18S rDNA 基因序列的系统发育分析,确定该藻株为中国淡水共球藻纲新记录属种——洪泛拟寇丽藻 (Koliellopsis inundata Lokhorst)。分子系统发育研究结果表明,所分离的藻株与分离自比利时与荷兰边境农地的洪泛拟寇丽藻模式藻株序列相似度极高,且拟寇丽藻属与寇丽藻属、针丝藻属和拟针丝藻属等不分枝丝状拟寇丽藻科成员亲缘关系密切,可以较好地聚成一个亚支。  相似文献

为研究柴胡(Bupleurum chinense DC.)根部可培养内生真菌的多样性,分析山西省不同地区柴胡根部可培养内生真菌多样性的差异性,建立柴胡根部内生真菌库。本文以山西省不同产地的柴胡根为材料,采用传统植物组织平板分离法对柴胡根部可培养内生真菌进行分离培养和分子鉴定。从25个不同产地的柴胡样品根部中共分离培养得到705株真菌,经分子生物学鉴定,其中695株真菌归属为4门14纲23目32科55属119种。晋南地区的优势菌属为镰刀菌属(Fusarium, 32.18%)、亚隔孢壳属(Didymella, 15.96%)、曲霉属(Aspergillus, 8.24%)、异茎点霉属(Paraphoma, 6.91%)、茎点球属(Phoma, 5.32%)、链格孢属(Alternaria, 5.05%),晋北地区的优势菌属为镰刀菌属(31.66%)、曲霉属(15.36%)、链格孢属(9.09%)、亚隔孢壳属(8.15%)、异茎点霉属(7.52%),亚隔孢壳属、曲霉属、链格孢属等优势属的相对丰度差异较大;晋南地区的优势物种为Didymella bellidis(11.44%)、三线镰刀菌(Fusarium tricinctum, 7.98%)、腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani, 7.45%)、锐顶镰孢菌(Fusarium acuminatum, 5.85%)、烟曲霉(Aspergillus fumigatus, 5.85%),晋北地区的优势物种为锐顶镰孢菌(14.11%)、烟曲霉(11.91%)、三线镰刀菌(9.40%)、菊异茎点霉(Paraphoma chrysanthemicola, 5.64%)、D. bellidis(5.64%)、链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata, 5.64%),D. bellidis、锐顶镰孢菌、烟曲霉等优势种的相对丰度差异较大。差异性分析表明晋南地区的生物多样性显著高于晋北地区,D. bellidis、锐顶镰孢菌、烟曲霉等优势种的相对丰度差异较大,为进一步研究柴胡根内生真菌相对丰度差异较大的物种及其不同菌株对柴胡皂苷积累的影响提供参考。  相似文献

世界自然遗产地是全球最具有保护价值的自然保护地,强调全球突出普遍价值的完整性和在全球的唯一性。世界自然遗产有助于更好地保护生态系统的完整性和原真性,促进人类与自然的可持续发展。该研究在大量文献资料的基础上,以海南潜在世界自然遗产地(海南热带雨林国家公园)原生动植物及植被群落(亚洲北缘热带雨林)为研究对象,从植被类型、物种多样性、区系组成、特有种等生物生态过程方面,评估海南潜在世界自然遗产地的全球突出普遍价值。结果表明:(1)海南潜在世界自然遗产地分布有3 653种野生维管植物,资源植物种类丰富。陆栖脊椎动物有540种,各类野生动物占全国的比例高达10%~30%,生物多样性极高。(2)植物区系独特,海南岛的热带雨林植被区划属于印度-马来雨林群系,属马来区的部分呈现出热带性和与中国华南大陆的共源性显示出明显的热带边缘性质,为中国华南植物区系与亚洲热带雨林的过渡类型。(3)植物区系中的植物物种特有性较低,特有属仅有7个,特有种仅约占岛内植物的1/10,较低的特有性表明了其大陆起源特征,是生物多样性不可替代的元素,具有鲜明的环境指示特色。该研究明确了海南潜在世界自然遗产地在全球背景下的突出普遍价值,为海南未来申遗提供科学依据和技术支撑。  相似文献

We assessed the diversity of terrestrial isopods according to habitat and altitude in the wadi of Moula‐Bouterfess catchment area. The most representative habitat types for the area were selected within altitudinal range from 6 to 550 m a.s.l. In total nine sites were sampled: four with maquis and garrigue vegetation, one at a meadow and four sites with forest vegetation. In each sampled habitat, individuals were collected by hand in April 2005 using 30 replicates of a quadrate of 0.5 × 0.5 m. During the study, 582 individuals belonging to 11 terrestrial isopod species from five families were collected. Among these, three species were newly mentioned in Tunisia. The genus Armadillidium was the most abundant genus (60% of the total number of collected specimens) and P. variabilis was the most common species as it was sampled in eight of the nine studied habitats. Terrestrial isopod community structure differs among the nine sampling habitats. Abundance and species richness values are low in the different studied habitats. The Shannon–Wiener H′ varied from 0.67 to 2.06. The Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) applied to our data showed that the majority of terrestrial isopod species seem to be more sensitive to vegetal associations than to altitude. No relationship was found between species richness/diversity (Shannon–Wiener index H’) and altitude. The studied sites were separated into open and closed areas based on the Bray–Curtis index for similarity.  相似文献

The algal floras of two limestone streams and two calcareous Tintenstrichen are described and compared. The most important factor governing the distribution and abundance of species was the availability of water. Permanently wet stands, dominated by filamentous blue-green algae (Schizothrix calcicola and Phormidium incrustatum) had a greater species diversity than stands subject to frequent drying which were dominated by coccoid blue-green algae (Gloeocapsa spp.).

Significant correlations were found between S. calcicola and water pH (+ve), total species numbers and pH (+ve), filamentous blue-green algae and aufwuchs thickness (+ve) and Calothrix numbers and rock mass colonized (+ve).

The algal flora of the Tintenstrichen and the streams differed, although both developed upon the same limestone formation. The results are discussed with reference to previous work, substratum stability, aufwuchs structure, water chemistry, light and temperature.  相似文献

Summary The ability of some unicellular blue-green algae to grow at the expense of N2 under aerobic conditions has been confirmed and the distribution of this property in the Chroococcaceae has been investigated. It appears to be confined to strains with spherical cells enclosed by the multilaminate sheaths characteristic of the genus Gloeocapsa. Only two unicellular blue-green algae of this type are now available in pure culture; and their properties are so similar that they may well be independent isolates of the same species.No differences in structure between cells grown with nitrate and N2 could be detected, either by light or by electron microscopy; under both conditions of growth, the population consists entirely of vegetative cells. These two Gloeocapsa strains can therefore maintain a functional nitrogenase system in vegetative cells that are freely exposed to air.  相似文献

Algae and the associated macrofauna in two Icelandic intertidal ecosystems under cold and warm influence, respectively, were studied with respect to algae-macrofauna relationships and a possible effect of temperature on community structure. Two sites in Iceland were selected, Sandgerdi ligthhouse (64°8′N 22°40′W) on the southwestern coast, and Grimsey Island (66°33′N 18°04′W), in the north, on the Arctic Circle, where sea temperature is considerably lower (5° approximately). The biomass of algae and the number of species of algae and macrofauna were higher in Sandgerdi than in Grimsey, and the patterns of diversity, evenness, biomass and abundance also differed between the sites. In the intertidal zone of Sandgerdi, a total of 28 species of algae and 45 species of macrofauna were identified whereas only 16 algal species and 27 macrofaunal species were found in Grimsey. Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) using algal biomass as the environmental variable were conducted, and revealed significant relationships between algae composition and the associated macrofauna; some macrofauna taxa showed specific trophic or refuge relationships with algal species. According to the CCA, Corallina officinalis showed the highest correlation with macrofaunal assemblages in both study sites. However, correlations between macrofauna and other algae differed between Grimsey and Sandgerdi. The present study, together with additional observations in Greenland waters, shows a general decrease of species richness and diversity towards the north which may primarily be due to the temperature regime.  相似文献

Algal turfs, or mats of interwoven multispecific algal 1–3 cm in height, play an important role in the reef community in Hawai'i, and yet they are often overlooked. Two sites on opposite coasts of the island (Richardson's Beach Park and Puako) were sampled from September 2000 to July 2002. The samples from quadrats along transect lines were analyzed to find percent abundance of each species. Specimens were examined microscopically to generate a species list. Over 50 different species of algae were identified, and red algae (Rhodophyta) dominated the samples at both sites. Several new records for the island of Hawai'i were found. Algal turf species diversity (H') varied between sites and among sampling dates. The most abundant species showed aggregated or patchy spatial patterns in the turf.  相似文献

Abstract. Several measures of biodiversity were calculated (species richness SR, species diversity H', species evenness J', mean similarity, mosaic diversity and factorial diversity) in vascular plant communities along a landscape gradient in the Seine valley, Normandy, France. For these communities, we also recorded environmental and management data. Species and environmental data were analysed simultaneously by Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) in order to study their relationships. CCA identifies one main landscape gradient linked to a set of highly linked ecological factors. Three community types were identified along this gradient: calcicolous communities on chalk slopes, mesophilous communities on colluvium and hydrophilous communities on alluviums. The measures of biodiversity between these groups and their variations along the landscape gradient indicate similar patterns for H', J' and SR. Between‐community biodiversity measures allow consideration of the distribution of species among communities in the landscape. Factorial diversity accounts for the organisation of the communities with reference to the basic mechanisms of species coexistence. Affinity analysis (similarity and mosaic diversity) measures the compositional pattern diversity, which is the function of the variation in species richness. We discuss the indicative versus the predictive value of these measures of biodiversity as regards ecological factors and processes and their application for conservation purposes.  相似文献

2000~2006年对黑龙江省两栖爬行动物的种类及分布进行大范围的调查,并结合历史资料及现代有关成果,应用3种物种多样性指数分析方法(丰富度、均匀度和G—F指数),对黑龙江省的两栖爬行动物物种多样性分布格局进行了探讨。结果表明,东部山地省和小兴安岭省的物种丰富度要高于其它地理省,松嫩平原省和三江平原省的物种均匀度高于其它地理省,而G指数与物种数分布规律相似,F指数和G-F指数相似,只有东部山地省物种才有一定的丰富度。  相似文献

MtDNAs from 2 protein coding regions comprising 576 base pairs were sequenced from 17 individual sea urchins of the species Strongylocentrotus pallidus collected from the north Pacific and north Atlantic oceans. Twelve of 17 individual sequences were identical. Two of these were further sequenced in a third, 441 base pair region, and were also found to be identical. We show how to interpret these results using a simplified Markov model of mtDNA evolution at silent sites. The model was calibrated using 3 urchin species with a published fossil record, and shows that identical S. pallidus mtDNAs in different oceans shared a common ancestor at most 90,000–150,000 years ago (95% confidence interval of upper limit of divergence). The Markov model, used to examine patterns of genetic distance within and between species, shows unexpected variation in the rate of base substitution. The rate of change of G's at fourfold sites is nearly 20 times greater than the rate of change of C's. At twofold sites, this range is less extreme, although purines consistently have a higher rate of change than pyrimidines. Striking genetic similarity and recent genetic exchange between oceans for these urchins is in marked contrast to most other trans-Arctic marine populations, which usually show morphological and genetic differentiation at the species or subspecies level. Recent fossil evidence shows that the north Atlantic and northeastern Pacific have been the scene of radical faunal changes during the Pliocene and Pleistocene. The genetic results presented here extend this conclusion to intraspecific patterns of genetic variability, and direct attention to the northwest Pacific where higher productivity and less environmental change may have left a heritage of greater marine genetic diversity.  相似文献

周丛藻类对水环境变化较为敏感,可迅速而灵敏的反映水质健康状况。本研究于2019年对额尔齐斯河周丛藻类群落结构和水环境特征进行了系统调查,并运用周丛藻类生物完整性指数(Periphytic algae index of biotic integrity, P-IBI)对生态健康进行了评价。结果表明:额尔齐斯河周丛藻类有6门41属102种,以硅藻门为主。周丛藻类密度和生物量的时间变化趋势为:9月>7月>5月,空间分布趋势为中下游>上游、支流>干流。主成分分析(PCA)与典范对应分析(CCA)显示,影响周丛藻类群落结构的主要环境因子有水温、溶解氧、高锰酸盐指数、氨氮、硝酸盐氮、pH、悬浮物,不同月份的环境影响因素有所差异。额尔齐斯河周丛藻类多样性指数(H′)、丰富度指数(D)、Pielou均匀度指数(J)的平均值分别为3.52、3.02、0.75,显示额尔齐斯河流域整体水质为寡污或无污。P-IBI分析结果显示:5个采样点为健康状态,1个采样点为亚健康状态,3个采样点为一般状况,1个采样点极差,表明额尔齐斯河整体生态健康状况趋于良好。本研究可为额尔齐斯河的水环境监测提供...  相似文献
