报道了产于新疆的驼绒藜(Krascheninnikovia ceratoides(L) Guedenst)2个新变种及昆仑山驼绒藜(K.compacta(Losinsk.)Grub.)1个新变种:叶城驼绒藜(K.compacta var.yechengensis A L Fu.f.nov.)。每一新分类群均有插图。荒漠驼绒藜(Krascheninnikovia ceraroides var. deserticola(Losinsk.)G.Yang comb.nova)主要生于平原荒漠或低山区,常在下部分枝,形成垫状灌丛,叶片狭窄,披针形、狭椭圆形、狭长圆形,两面均被细绒毛。因而两面同色;草原驼绒藜(K.ceratoides var. pratensis(Losinsk.)Z Li comb.nova)主要生在山地草原,分枝也多在上部,叶上面无毛,下面疏毛,因而两面不同色;叶城驼绒藜(K.compacta var. yechengensis A L Fu var.nov.)的叶片跟博乐驼绒藜(变型)很近似,但雌花苞片为淡绿色,分离部分远长于连合部分,而甚易区别,也仅见于叶城昆仑山。  相似文献

干旱胁迫下藜的光合特性研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
通过人工控制水分模拟干旱来研究生长期的藜对干旱胁迫的生理生化反应,以期望为干旱农业的高效生产提供理论依据。以盆栽的藜为材料,用称重控制浇水的方法,研究了干旱胁迫对藜叶片的光合特性。结果表明:干旱胁迫下藜的光合日变化呈双峰型,有“午休”现象(13:00)且受气孔限制;最大净光合速率出现在上午8:00。与正常条件下生长的藜相比,干旱胁迫下藜的光饱和点(LSP)、最大净光合速率(Pn)、表观量子效率(AQY)、二氧化碳饱和点(CSP)和羧化效率(CE)均降低,分别为1 200 μmolphoton·m-2·s-1、8.01 μmol CO2·m-2·s-1、0.016 1 μmol CO2·mol-1 photons、1 200 μmol CO2·mol-1、0.017 6 μmol CO2·m-2·s-1;光补偿点(LCP)、二氧化碳补偿点(CCP)升高,分别达到44.88 μmol photon·m-2·s-1、和46 μmol CO2·mol-1,干旱使藜的光合能力下降。干旱胁迫下藜的光合能力虽有所下降,但与其它C3植物相比仍具有较强的CO2同化能力。藜是一种耐旱力较强的植物。  相似文献

利用正交试验设计的方法,对北美驼绒藜ISSR-PCR反应的5因素(Taq酶、dNTP、引物、Mg2+和模板DNA)4水平进行试验,试验结果运用MINITAB软件进行分析,建立了适合北美驼绒藜的既稳定又谱带多的ISSR-PCR最佳反应体系,即20 μL的反应体系中含有1×buffer,1.5 U Taq酶,0.2 mmol·L-1 dNTP,0.5 μmol·L-1引物,2.5 mmol·L-1 Mg2+和10 ng模板DNA。这一优化的ISSR-PCR反应体系的建立,为今后利用ISSR技术进行驼绒藜属植物种质资源分类、遗传图谱构建和遗传变异奠定了技术基础。  相似文献

采用ISSR分子标记对分布于大连市周边的4个藜的天然种群100个个体进行了遗传多样性及遗传结构的研究。13个引物共检测了157个位点,多态位点比率为67.52%,Shannon信息指数在物种水平上为0.332 9。根据GST值,藜遗传变异有40.03%发生在种群间。遗传距离分析表明,DT种群与MLN种群遗传一致度最高,遗传距离与地理距离之间没有相关性。  相似文献

植物通过多种信号途径感知外界环境变化,从而引发一系列的信号级联反应,其中磷脂信号途径起着重要的作用。本研究从藜盐胁迫差减文库中获得了一个EST05序列,利用RT-PCR检测了其在非生物胁迫下表达趋势,显示EST05序列在非生物胁迫下的表达有升高。随后利用RACE技术获得其全长编码序列,测序结果显示其与蓖麻(Ricinus communis) 的磷酸肌醇5-磷酸酶基因(P5P)的同源性达56%,遂将其命名为CaP5P。最后过量表达CaP5P在拟南芥中初步验证了功能,转基因植株表现对盐胁迫耐受性降低的趋势,呈现负调控的特征。本研究对磷酸肌醇5-磷酸酶基因功能的初步研究为磷脂信号途径中负调控组分的分析提供了参考依据。  相似文献

采用ISSR分子标记对分布于山东省长岛县南部的北长山、南长山、大黑山和小黑山4个岛屿上的藜天然种群共81个个体进行了遗传多样性及遗传结构的研究。13个引物共检测到157个可重复的位点。遗传多样性研究结果表明:种内的多态位点比率为66.24%,具有较高的遗传多样性(Shannon(I)指数在物种水平上为0.332 0);种群间有一定的遗传分化,根据Gst值,种群间的遗传多样性占总群体的9.27%。遗传距离分析表明,XHS种群和NCS种群的遗传一致度最高,与地理距离无相关性。  相似文献

选择合适的内参基因是实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)研究的关键,目前对藜科耐盐(盐生)植物胁迫相关基因的表达分析中所用内参基因的报道较为有限.该研究利用GeNorm、NormFinder和BestKeeper 3个内参基因分析软件,对已选择过的β-TUBULIN、β-ACTIN、GAPDH 3个常用候选内参基因进行了比较分析,筛选出在NaCl和PEG胁迫下藜和灰绿藜中表达相对稳定的内参基因.结果表明:GeNorm、NormFinder内参软件分析在NaCl和PEG胁迫下,GAPDH是藜和灰绿藜中均共同稳定表达的内参基因,同时在藜和灰绿藜中也有各自表达较稳定的内参基因,β-ACTIN在藜中稳定表达,β-TUBULIN则在灰绿藜中稳定表达.对相同科不同种的植物内参基因表达差异进行比较,内参基因在相同科中具有相同稳定表达的内参;对相同胁迫下两种不同植物内参基因表达稳定性进行分析,内参基因的选择需根据实际的实验材料和实验条件而定.基于3个分析软件对以上3个常用内参基因的分析结果,初步确定了在藜科植物藜和灰绿藜中相对稳定的内参基因,为藜和灰绿藜胁迫相关基因的定量表达分析提供了参考依据.  相似文献

再生水资源可浇灌农田,但水中含有的阴离子可使土壤产生盐胁迫。为研究盐胁迫对藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa)种子萌发特性及胚根、胚芽生长的影响,该研究以6个藜麦品种(红藜麦、国红藜麦、台红藜麦、台紫红藜麦、黄藜麦、台黄红藜麦)为材料,分别以NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和对照(CK)处理6个藜麦品种种子,测定其发芽率、胚根、胚芽抑制率等指标,运用均方差决策法对不同藜麦品种耐盐性进行综合评价,初步筛选出不同盐胁迫下耐盐性较强的品种。结果表明:(1)三种盐胁迫中,Na2SO4对种子萌发指标抑制作用最明显,6个藜麦品种的发芽率均相对较低,一直保持在5%以下,除黄藜麦、台黄红藜麦,其余4个品种的活力指数和生长速率均为0,除黄藜麦外,Na2SO4 对其余5个藜麦品种的胚根、胚芽抑制率均达到100%; NaCl对种子萌发和生长的抑制作用较小,甚至可促进胚根和胚芽生长,国红藜麦和台黄红藜麦的生长速率在NaCl处理下始终高于对照,在9 h和21 h时国红藜麦胚根抑制率为-28.32%和-37.57%。(2)运用均方差决策法对6个藜麦品种的萌发指标和生长指标进行综合评价结果显示,国红藜麦对NaCl、NaHCO3抗性较高,黄藜麦对Na2SO4抗性较高。综合以上结果表明,盐胁迫不利于藜麦种子萌发及生长,但在不同盐分地区种植适宜生长的品种可提高藜麦成活率,提高其生长质量,以达到藜麦园林绿化及再生水资源灌溉的要求。  相似文献

Busseola fusca (Fuller) is one of the most important pest of cereals in sub-Saharan Africa. Cotesia sesamiae (Cameron) is the predominant parasitoid attacking B. fusca larvae in many parts of Africa. An exotic parasitoid, Cotesia flavipes Cameron, was introduced into Kenya in 1993 for the control of Chilo partellus (Swinhoe). Laboratory studies indicated that although C. flavipes would search for, and attack B. fusca , it was not able to complete its development in this host. The aim of the present study was to investigate the outcome of multiple parasitism of B. fusca by the two Cotesia species. The study showed that when both parasitoid species stung a B. fusca larva at the same time, both parasitoids emerged from more than half of the host larvae, C. flavipes alone emerged from 17%, and C. sesamiae alone emerged from 9%. When the larvae were parasitized by C. sesamiae first, and then 2 h later by C. flavipes , and vice versa, most of the progeny were C. flavipes . However, when B. fusca larvae were stung by C. sesamiae three days before oviposition by C. flavipes , significantly more C. sesamiae emerged from the larvae. When C. flavipes oviposited first, no larvae produced C. flavipes only. The interaction of parasitoids and the host immune system, and the implications of these results for the biological control of stem borers in East Africa are discussed.  相似文献

Microctonous aethiopoides Loan has been introduced into New Zealand to control the lucerne pest Sitona discoideus Gyllenhal (Coleoptera: Curculionidae). Sitona lepidus Gyllenhal (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) a pest of clover ( Trifolium spp.), has recently established in New Zealand. Laboratory experiments to test the potential of M. aethiopoides to parasitize S. lepidus has resulted in very low levels of parasitism. To investigate whether there were behavioural or physiological barriers to successful parasitism, two experiments were conducted using the insect pathogenic bacterium. Serratia marcescens Bizio as a marker for parasitoid ovipositor penetration. Firstly, M. aethiopoides 'treated' with S. marcescens were exposed to weevils and rapid weevil mortality was used to indicate ovipositor penetration. Up to 50% mortality of S. lepidus occurred, which was comparable with mortality observed in the permissive host Listronotus bonariensis . Dissection of S. lepidus exposed to parasitoids treated with distilled water showed that ca. 21% contained parasitoid eggs of which 98% were nonviable. In the second experiment, exposure periods of 24, 48 and 72 h to S. marcescens -treated parasitoids produced an increase in S. lepidus mortality of 14, 28 and 38%, respectively. There was 3% successful parasitoid development in weevils exposed for 72 h to parasitoids treated with distilled water. M. aethiopoides has been shown to develop successfully in a wide range of non-target weevil species both in the laboratory and field. Possible reasons for poor survival of M. aethiopoides immature stages in S. lepidus are discussed.  相似文献

This study presents data on the reproductive characteristics of Nerium oleander, an evergreen, sclerophyllous shrub inhabiting the banks of temporary streams in all countries around the Mediterranean seaboard. Two southern Spanish populations (El Garrobo and Grazalema) were selected to investigate flowering, dispersal and seed germination phenologies, together with morphological and functional traits of flowers, fruits and seeds. Observations on pollinator visitation, fruit set, and seedling survival were also carried out. Plants produce massive flower displays of showy, tubular flowers void of nectar that rely on insect cheating for pollination. Hand-pollinations and seed germination tests demonstrated full self-compatibility. Automatic selfing is prevented by spatial separation of stigma and anthers, and pollinators are thus necessary for reproduction. Low pollinator visitation rates are the rule, as indicated by the fact that observations spread over 2 years yielded only eight insect records. Percentage fruit set of open-pollinated flowers was found to be extremely low (0.1–4.9%), while hand-pollination increased fruiting levels to 34–50%. Direct and indirect evidence point to consistently pollen-limited reproduction in this species. If a large number of flowers within any inflorescence are pollinated artificially, however, resource limitations operate and pods from ovaries pollinated late in the season are aborted. On average, the maximum of ovaries developing into fruit within any inflorescence is 4. It is suggested that, in this nectarless species, about 80% of total are ‘excess’ flowers which contribute to increase pollinator attraction. Nerium oleander pollen is aggregated into a sticky substance, which allows the fertilization of many ovules after a single, probably rare, pollination event. Fruits are many seeded follicles (181 seeds per fruit on average), so that individual plants often liberate thousands of seeds in spite of the low percent fruit set. The hairy, water-dispersed seeds are released during the rainiest season in the year, and germination follows rapidly. All seedlings tracked died before completing 1 year of life, mostly because of desiccation during the first summer drought. Pollination by deceit in this Mediterranean species is discussed in terms of phylogenetic constraints within the mainly tropical family Apocynaceae.  相似文献

The effect of four microalgal chlorophytes, Chlorella vulgaris,Scenedesmus quadricauda, Chlorococcum sp. and Ankistrodesmus convolutus, on the survival, larval development and adultbody size of the mosquito Aedes aegypti was investigated. The percentage mortality of larvae fed with C. vulgaris, Chlorococcum sp.or S. quadricauda after six days was 100%, 84% and 88%,respectively. Delayed pupation and body size reduction of the mosquitoesfed with C. vulgaris, Chlorococcum sp. and S. quadricaudawere observed. In contrast, larvae fed with A. convolutus werebigger than those fed with normal insectory feed. The study showed thatC. vulgaris, S. quadricauda and Chlorococcum sp. have potentialto be used as larvicidal agents.  相似文献

Morphological and seed protein studies of selected species ofFestuca were performed to elucidate the relationships between species of sect.Ovinae and their affinity with other fescues.Festuca rubra andF. heterophylla (extravaginale group) had higher phenetic affinity with taxa of sect.Scariosae, Montanae andBovinae than with members of their own section. 5 species of the intravaginale group (F. ovina, F. capillata, F. valesiaca, F. sulcata, F. trachyphylla) were fairly uniform and well defined by protein and morphological data. In line with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization Code of Conduct for the import and release of biological control agents, and taking into consideration the recommendations in the draft IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources) Guidelines for the Prevention of Biodiversity Loss Due to Biological Invasion, a procedure was developed to assess the host range of Phymastichus coffea , an endoparasitoid of coffee berry borer, Hypothenemus hampei . Host specificity was tested by exposing a Kenyan biotype of P. coffea to a selection of Scolytidae under quarantine conditions. The results demonstrated that P. coffea can be considered as oligophagous, attacking and developing on other species of the genus of the target borer. In no-choice tests, three species, H. obscurus , H. seriatus and Araptus sp. yielded parasitism. The risk of attack to potential alternative hosts if P. coffea were to be released as a potential biological control agent of coffee berry borer in Colombia is discussed. A quarantine procedure was developed for the importation of P. coffea to Colombia to deal with specific problems of hyperparasitoids and fungal contamination.  相似文献
