本文研究了检疫截获的楔天牛属7种楔天牛八点楔天牛、白桦楔天牛、斑点楔天牛、柳楔天牛、青杨楔天牛、山杨楔天牛、十星楔天牛雄性外生殖器的形态结构,并提供其解剖图。研究表明,楔天牛属雄性外生殖器由阳茎基、中茎和内囊3部分组成。阳茎基的阳基侧突具有相对遗传稳定性,且在属内均成近似矩形,并首次测量了7种楔天牛的成虫雄性外生殖器阳基侧突的长宽比。得出了雄性外生殖器形态特征在楔天牛属种内差异小、种间差异大,并能用雄性外生殖器特征有效区分楔天牛属近似种的结论。  相似文献

成虫 黄斑星天牛A.nobilis G.与光肩星天牛A.globripennis M.除鞘翅的颜色深浅,光泽有无,小盾片和鞘翅上绒毛斑呈乳黄色或白色疏而大或密而小外,还可从雄性外生殖器上明显区别开来:黄斑星天牛的中茎长厚比为7.5,弯度较大,两侧向端部均匀渐狭,末端较圆。中茎突较狭。阳基侧突端部狭长,基部弯度不深。光肩星天牛的中茎长厚比为5.9,弯度较小,两边平行,直至近端部渐光圆。中茎突较宽阔。阳基侧突端部呈脚板状,基部弯度较深(图1—4)。  相似文献

对中国土天牛属13种雄性外生殖器进行了解剖研究,总结了土天牛属的雄性外生殖器特征。在所研究的5个亚属中,仅Dorysthenes(Prionomimus)亚属内各种类具有很多共同的特征,其中包括与其他种不同的雄性外生殖器特征。所研究的13种雄性外生殖器在形态上存在差异,利用交配孔背缘中央是否低于两侧、交配孔腹缘肩部的倾斜程度、阳基侧突的长度和中茎的弯曲程度等雄性外生殖器特征能够很好地对土天牛属的种类进行鉴定,尤其是鉴定外部形态十分相似的种类。  相似文献

记述星斑天牛属 1新种 :黑星斑天牛 Psacothea nigrostigma,sp.nov.。模式标本保存于天津自然博物馆动物研究室。黑星斑天牛 Psacothea nigrostigma,新种 (图 1~ 4)正模♂ ,云南西双版纳勐啊勐康 ,1 0 0 0 m,1 958- -1 9,朱志彬。本新种与黄星斑天牛 Psacothea hilaris ( Pascoe,1 857)的主要区别为鞘翅具许多不规则的黑色星斑而非蜡黄色圆斑 ,头顶中央淡色带有 1黑色纵脊 ,雄性外生殖器阳基侧突端刚毛仅限于端部 1 /4而非几达 1 /2 ,交配孔腹缘狭圆而非略宽圆 ,以及内囊中部具粗密微刺而非内囊具均匀一致细微刺等  相似文献

描述并比较了中国椎天牛亚科4族7属的雄性外生殖器结构特点。结果表明:椎天牛亚科内有18个雄性外生殖器结构特征存在差异,其中阳基侧突的形状、阳基侧突的长宽比,腹部第8节背板的形状等5个特征在椎天牛亚科内族级水平具有重要分类学意义;阳基侧突占阳茎的比例,腹部第8节背板的被毛情况等6个特征在幽天牛族内属级水平具有重要分类学意义;同时阳基侧突的长宽比,腹部第8节背板的被毛情况可用于塞幽天牛属中近似种的区分。基于雄性外生殖器的结构,编制了椎天牛亚科分族及幽天牛族分属的检索表。  相似文献

比较研究了白条天牛属10种的外部形态特征.结果表明:颊、触角、前胸背板斑纹、鞘翅斑纹、鞘翅基部瘤突、中胸后侧片、前足第1跗节等外部形态特征在白条天牛属中具有种间分类学意义.上颚基部、腹部第7节腹板形状、触角长度可用于雌雄鉴别.通过比较云斑白条天牛Batocera lineolata Chevrolat,1852与多斑白条天牛Batocera horsfieldi(Hope,1839)的外部形态与雄性外生殖器特征,结果表明上述两种均为有效种.  相似文献

纳天牛属 Nedine Thom son, 1864 隶属于棒角天牛族 Rhodopini,全球已知3种,分布于东南亚,我国尚无记录。该属的主要特征是触角显较体长,下沿有较密的缨毛,第2节与第4节近等长;体背相当拱隆略呈纺锤形;足较长,腿节呈棒状,后足腿节甚长,几伸达鞘翅末端,后足第1跗节近等长于第2、3节之和。新种模式标本保存于西南农业大学植物保护系昆虫标本馆。1. 刺翅纳天牛 Nedine subspinosa, 新种 (图1~4)新种与 Nedine longipes Thom son, 1864 较接近,主要区别为体红褐色而非灰褐色,鞘翅基部中央具1角状瘤突,鞘翅隐现3条灰白色绒毛横带而非被一色绒毛等。正模♂,云南付宁剥隘,1979- Ⅴ- 2,尹耀宜采;副模1♂,采集记录同正模。2. 麻斑纳天牛 Nedine sparatis, 新种 (图5~8)本新种与刺翅纳天牛 N. subspinosa sp. nov. 的主要区别为体被均匀一致的绒毛,鞘翅无基瘤及淡色横带,触角下沿具更密而长的缨毛;雄性外生殖器的阳基侧突较短,中茎侧面中部具横凹陷等。正模♂,云南墨江,1980- Ⅵ- 5,刘芬采。  相似文献

小无脊沫蝉属Ptyelinellus Lallemand,中国新记录 头冠宽大于长,前端宽圆。触角檐细。二单眼间距与单复眼间距略等。颜面稍隆出,具浅薄侧横脊。喙短,伸抵中足基部。颜面、头顶及前胸背板皆无中纵隆脊。前胸背板大,前缘阔圆,小盾片中央浅凹。复翅长约宽的三倍,翅尖狭。后足胫节二刺。雄性外生殖器:生殖板长,自基部至端部渐窄;生殖刺突细长,顶端内掘;阳茎简单,细长管状,外端部纵置。  相似文献

小腹茧蜂亚科的雄外生殖器及族级单元系统发育的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对分布在东洋区和古北区的小腹茧蜂亚科 (膜翅目: 茧蜂科)21个属的67个种及外群折脉茧蜂属 (膜翅目: 茧蜂科) 2个种的雄外生殖器的5个性状进行了比较研究。在形态学研究的基础上,通过选用头部、胸部和腹部(包括雌雄外生殖器的性状) 等34个性状,运用支序分析的方法探讨了分布在东洋区和古北区的小腹茧蜂亚科21个属以及它们所属的族间的系统发育关系,并对Mason (1981) 的分类系统进行了重新评价。雄外生殖器和支序分析基本上证实并恢复了由Mason (1981) 确定的2个主要分支,即绒茧蜂族Apantelini+小腹茧蜂族Microgastrini和拱茧蜂族Fornicini+盘绒茧蜂族Cotesiini+侧沟茧蜂族MicroplitinI。绒茧蜂族Apantelini、拱茧蜂族Fornicini和侧沟茧蜂族Microplitini为单系群也被支持,但小腹茧蜂族Microgastrini和盘绒茧蜂族Cotesiini是否为单系群尚难于在树形图中体现,而且族内各属间的分支关系有变动。因此,尽管Mason的族级分类单元有一些欠缺,但仍是可信、实用的,不同意Walker等 (1990) 认为不应再使用Mason分族系统的观点。  相似文献

作者对墨蚜蝇族中3属8种昆虫:东方墨蚜蝇Melanostoma orientale,方斑墨蚜蝇M.mellinum,梯斑墨蚜蝇M.scalare,天台墨蚜蝇M.tiantaiensis,黑腹宽跗蚜蝇Platycheirus albimanus,叉尾宽跗蚜蝇P.bidentatus,斜斑宽跗蚜蝇P.scutatus,圆斑宽扁蚜蝇Xanthandrus comtus进行了雄性外生殖器的比较研究,并分别予以绘图和描述。结果表明,雄性外生殖器在属内种间形态结构很相似,仅在尾器颜色、阳茎基部形状等方面有微小的区别;而在属间主要是背针突和上叶的形态和结构存在较大的不同。  相似文献

The morphology of the male genitalia of 46 Agathidinae species belonging to 20 genera has been investigated. Samples from various geographical regions were used to discover the evolution of the male genitalia within the subfamily Agathidinae. Those male genitalia may contain important phylogenetic information at least in certain groups of Braconidae. For the New World, three of four investigated species of Cremnops (C. haematodes, C. montrealensis and C. vulgaris) could suggest the form of the new genus with the other members of New World Cremnops, partly because of the deviating morphology of the male genitalia. Comparative morphology of the male genitalia of Bassus confirms that it is polyphyletic. The status of Lytopylus (L. erythrogaster) is again actualised. Once synonymised as Aerophilopsis, this species could be excluded from other Lytopylus species. The statistical analysis showed that smaller specimens (<6.67 mm) give less details on the morphology of the male genitalia comparing to larger.  相似文献

The morphology of male genitalia often suggests functions besidessperm transfer that may have evolved under natural or sexualselection. In several species of sexually cannibalistic spiders,males damage their paired genitalia during mating, limitingthem to one copulation per pedipalp. Using a triple-mating experiment,we tested if genital damage in the orb-web spider Argiope bruennichiincreases male fitness either through facilitating his escapefrom an aggressive female or by obstructing the female's inseminationducts against future copulation attempts from other males. Wefound no survival advantage for males damaging their pedipalps;however, copulations into a previously used insemination ductwere significantly shorter when the previous male had left partsof his genitalia inside the insemination duct. Because copulationduration determines paternity in this species, our result suggeststhat male genital damage in A. bruennichi is sexually selected.By breaking off parts of their intromittent organs inside avirgin female, males can reduce sperm competition and therebyincrease their paternity success.  相似文献

Wing polymorphism and asymmetric male genitalia are intriguing morphological phenomena occurring in insects. Among Emesinae, or thread‐legged bugs, the tribe Metapterini Stål exhibits these two interesting morphological attributes. Nonetheless, evolutionary interpretations of these phenomena cannot be put forward because phylogenetic hypotheses for Emesinae are lacking. Thread‐legged bugs are easily recognized among assassin bugs due to their elongated and seemingly delicate body. The tribe Metapterini has 28 genera and approximately 280 described species. The only available phylogenetic hypothesis among Emesinae tribes was proposed by Wygodzinsky (1966), and it hypothesized Deliastini Villiers as the sister group of Metapterini, although this hypothesis has never been tested with cladistic approaches. Recent analyses using character sets of genitalia and prolegs suggest that Metapterini might not be monophyletic. In order to test these ideas, we compiled a morphological dataset of 138 characters that includes external morphological characters, detailed features of prolegs and genitalia of both sexes for Metapterini, which were analysed cladistically including 55 terminals, comprising 24 genera (85.7% of the generic diversity), 43 species of Metapterini and 12 outgroups. Metapterini was recovered as paraphyletic by the inclusion of Bergemesa Wygodzinsky, Palacus Dohrn and Stalemesa Wygodzinsky, all currently assigned to Deliastini. Gardena Dohrn (Emesini) was recovered as the sister group of Metapterini + Deliastini as suggested by Wygodzinsky (1966). Based on these results, we synonymize Deliastini syn. n. with Metapterini sensu n. and propose two new genera: Bacata Castro‐Huertas & Forero gen. n. , for three Andean species previously placed in Liaghinella Wygodzinsky, and Valkyriella Castro‐Huertas & Forero gen. n. for Ghilianella borgmeieri Wygodzinsky. Ancestral state reconstruction of wing polymorphism indicates that males and females were fully winged in the ancestor of Metapterini sensu n. with two independent evolutionary transitions to the apterous and brachypterous conditions. The analysis of the symmetry of the male genitalia shows an ancestor with symmetric male genitalia and two independent emergences of asymmetrical male genitalia in Metapterini.  相似文献

Several insects exhibit strong asymmetry in male genital shape, but the functions of this asymmetry is unknown. In the four species of the family Mantidae belonging to the genera Tenodera, Statilia and Hierodula, male genitalia consist of a more complex left‐side lobe, with two well‐pointed sclerotized processes, the apical process (paa) and the distal process (pda). Female genitalia are symmetric, and the genital opening (gonopore) is concealed by placement of the ovipositor (ovi) into the subgenital plate (sgp). Mating with experimental males, in which either paa or pda was cut, demonstrated that paa is essential for successful copulation. By fluorescence detection of the surface of females mated with males in which the paa was coated with fine fluorescent beads, the paa attachment site was determined to be the left edge of the female sgp. This finding suggests that copulation begins with exposure of the female gonopore by the male hooking the paa to the sgp and unfastening the ovi from the sgp, as associated with other parts of the male genitalia. The extremely asymmetric male genitalia also determine their mating posture. The male, mounting the female, bends his abdomen from the right side of his mate to attach his paa to her sgp. We found no antisymmetry in male genitalia, and never observed reversal (leftward) abdominal bending by the males. This was the fixed mating posture, even in virgin males, suggesting its innateness.  相似文献

Eight genera and 16 species of the Korean Cidariini, a tribe of Larentiinae (Lepidoptera, Geometridae), were revised: Dysstroma Hübner, Paradysstroma Choi, Callabraxas Butler, Thera Stephens, Heterothera Inoue, Pennithera Viidalepp, Polythrena Guenée and Xenortholitha Inoue. Pennithera comis (Butler) was newly added to the Korean fauna. Diagnostic and phylogenetic characters supporting the monophyly of the genera and a key to the genera were provided. For the species, diagnoses with figures of male and female genitalia and distributional data with maps in Korea, and taxonomic remarks were provided.  相似文献
