 红桦(Betula albo-sinensis)广布于我国太白山中高海拔地区, 普遍存在着更新障碍。为了给红桦林的自然更新提供新的解释与证据, 我们对2 400粒红桦种子进行了去果皮观察并计数发芽率, 观察了红桦种子在不同光合有效辐射(Photosynthetically active radiation, PAR) 和不同光照时间(强光照: PAR为 464.7 μmol photons·m-2·s-1, 12 h·d-1; 中光照: PAR为233.8 μmol photons·m-2·s-1, 12 h·d-1; 弱光 照: PAR为233.8 μmol photons·m-2·s-1, 0.5 h·d-1)、不同昼夜温差(25/20 ℃、20/15 ℃、15/10 ℃)和去果皮处理下的发芽率, 以及无光 照处理下的发芽率。此外, 还观察了种子在不同覆盖物(阔叶、针叶、针阔混合)和不同基质(土、沙)中以及在落叶(阔叶、针阔混合)中的发芽 率。红桦种子成熟时, 大约54.29%为饱满具活力的种子。种子在25/20 ℃的昼夜温差下发芽率最高, 而在15/10 ℃的昼夜温差下极少萌发。中 光照下, 种子发芽率略高于其它两种光照, 无光照则完全抑制了种子萌发。去果皮处理可促进其萌发, 各种覆盖物会导致种子发芽率下降。不 同的萌发基质对萌发无影响。以上结果暗示, 自然条件下太白山红桦种子的萌发将依赖于自然的扰动。  相似文献

青海云杉是我国沙区通过种子育苗引种成功的物种。通过对不同储藏时间青海云杉和沙地云杉种子生活力测定、种子萌发对温度、光照、水盐胁迫以及幼苗生长对水盐胁迫和沙埋的响应实验,比较两种种子萌发和幼苗生长对环境因子适应性,为沙地云杉在我国沙区广泛引种提供参考。结果表明:1)在2年的储藏过程中,沙地云杉和青海云杉种子生活力分别由79%和72%下降了19%和5%;2)沙地云杉和青海云杉种子适宜萌发温度分别为15—30℃和10—30℃,最适萌发温度分别为25℃(72%)和25/15℃(69%),除10℃和10/30℃外,两种种子萌发率在各温度下没有显著差异;3)沙地云杉种子萌发光照条件为14h光照/8h黑暗交替(67%),青海云杉为24 h光照(61%)或24 h黑暗(61%);4)水势在-2.7—0 MPa时,2种云杉的IGR(初始萌发率)、RGR(恢复萌发率)、ISL(初始幼苗长度)和RSL(恢复幼苗长度)均没有显著差异;5) NaCl浓度在200 mmol/L和250 mmol/L,青海云杉种子IGR显著大于沙地云杉,NaCl浓度在0—450 mmol/L,青海云杉和沙地云杉种子RGR没有显著差异,当NaCl浓度为50 mmol/L和100 mmol/L,青海云杉ISL显著大于沙地云杉;6)在0.5—2.0 cm沙埋深度时,青海云杉出苗率显著高于沙地云杉,沙地云杉最适沙埋深度0.5 cm,青海云杉为0.5—1.5 cm。因此,青海云杉种子萌发和幼苗生长比沙地云杉有更强的环境适应性,但只要采取合理的播种时间、播种深度和水分管理等措施,沙地云杉会和青海云杉一样在我国沙区大面积引种育苗。  相似文献

测定青葙种子吸水和温度、光、暗、不同浓度GA,和0.2%KNO,影响其种子发芽的结果表明:青葙种子于25℃恒温下浸种8h后吸水达到饱和,其适宜发芽温度为30-35℃,萌发受光照抑制。10、50和100mg·L^-1GA3浸种的发芽率分别为61%、66%和72%,0.2%KNO3处理的发芽率达到81%。  相似文献

通过种子萌发试验,研究常温和低温储藏方式及赤霉素、光照、温度等不同处理对滇海水仙花种子萌发的影响。结果表明,光照及清水浸泡处理有利于滇海水仙花种子的萌发;在光照条件下滇海水仙花种子萌发的最适温度为20 ℃,发芽率可达94%,温度的升高或降低均会降低种子发芽率;5 ℃低温储藏方式能较好保持滇海水仙花种子的活力,但贮藏时间不宜超过4个月,最好随采随播。  相似文献

研究沙葱种子的萌发和贮藏物质含量变化的结果表明:(1)沙葱种子萌发的温度范围为5~30℃,最适温度为19℃;(2)浸种8~24h可提高沙葱种子的发芽率,最佳浸种时间为12h,浸种超过24h,发芽率下降;(3)每天0h光照下的种子发芽势和发芽率比每天光照24h的高65.6%和74.5%,显示沙葱种子萌发有嫌光性。(4)在萌发过程中的种子蛋白质含量下降,可溶性糖含量增加,淀粉含量先降低后升高,脂肪含量在萌发的2d内急剧下降,6d后呈缓慢升高的趋势。  相似文献

从种子活力和抗氧化酶活性两个方面研究了温度和光照对孑遗植物水杉 (Metasequoiaglyptostroboides)种子萌发的生理生态特性的影响。实验结果表明 ,萌发温度对水杉种子的活力和抗氧化酶活性有较大影响 ,在 19-2 8℃范围内 ,种子的发芽率、发芽速率、活力指数、脱氢酶及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)等抗氧化酶活性均较高 ,其中在 2 4℃条件下最高 ;当温度低于 15℃或者高于 32℃时 ,种子活力很低 ;10℃条件下种子几乎不萌发。可以认为 ,水杉种子萌发的适宜温度范围为 19- 2 8℃ ,最适温度为 2 4℃。光照萌发试验表明 ,6 5 μmol·m-2 ·s-1(12h/d)光照对水杉种子的萌发有较大的抑制作用 ,黑暗条件更适于水杉种子的萌发。自然状态下水杉种子质量很差 ,空瘪率超过 90 % ,加之产地春季温度不适于水杉种子的萌发 ,这两者可能是限制水杉种群更新的重要因素。这也许是水杉种群中缺乏幼苗和幼树的原因之一。  相似文献

采集毛茛铁线莲(Clematis ranunculoides)野生植株种子,观察其外观形态,检测种子千粒重,研究光照和温度对种子萌发的影响。通过室内发芽试验,测定不同光照和温度条件下毛茛铁线莲种子发芽率和发芽势。结果表明,毛茛铁线莲种子的千粒重为(1.6624±0.0006)g;种子萌发最适温度为20~25℃,在此温度下,8 d开始萌发,3~4周萌发完全,萌发率达90.33%,温度升高或降低都会导致毛茛铁线莲种子萌发率降低;光照和黑暗对毛茛铁线莲种子萌发无显著影响。  相似文献

丽色画眉(Eragrostis spectabilis)在中国作为一种观赏草引种栽培,但有研究报道丽色画眉具有潜在的杂草入侵风险.通常成功的外来杂草有很强的繁殖能力,而丽色画眉种子的萌发特性如何,目前尚无人研究.本文通过培养皿和盆栽实验研究温度、光照、水分、土层深度对丽色画眉种子萌发的影响.以发芽率和发芽指数为评价指标的结果显示,丽色画眉种子最适萌发温度为35℃.应用种子萌发温度模型得出种子萌发温度范围为17.7 ~43.2℃,其中最适萌发温度为39.2℃.光照有利于种子萌发,与连续黑暗相比连续光照显著提高种子发芽率.PEG6000模拟的水分胁迫对丽色画眉种子的萌发有显著的抑制作用,水势降低到-0.8 Mpa时,种子已经不能完成萌发.0.5 cm是种子萌发的理想深度,0~1 cm的土层适宜色画眉种子的萌发,发芽率不低于60%,在土层1~4 cm范围内,随着土层深度的增加其萌发率显著降低.  相似文献

研究了多毛坡垒(Hopea mollissima)种子在自然条件下的寿命及成熟度、温度、光照、土壤水分条件对多毛坡垒种子萌发的影响,结果表明:多毛坡垒种子适宜萌发的温度范围是20~30℃,最适宜温度为25℃;光照对多毛坡垒种子的萌发没有显著性影响,但在周期性光照条件下以25~30℃萌发结果最好,全黑暗条件下以20~25℃萌发结果最好;种子适宜萌发的土壤含水量为20%~60%,最适含水量为50%~60%;种子成熟后在树上长时间宿存明显降低了种子的发芽率和活力;在室内自然摊放条件下,10天后发芽率减半,16天后完全丧失发芽能力。研究认为,该物种对热带湿性季节性雨林原生境有很强的依赖性,目前多毛坡牟的濒危状态主要是由于滥砍乱伐和森林破坏造成的,由于其种子具有顽拗性种子的一些特点,日前该物种宜采取活体保仔的方法,以就地保护为主,活植物迁地保护为辅。  相似文献

以青藏高原东缘亚高山针叶林群落演替后期种岷江冷杉、演替中后期种粗枝云杉和青榨槭、及先锋树种红桦为材料,研究了不同光强下生长的4种树苗生长、生物量分配、叶片形态和光合特性,探讨植物幼苗的形态和生理特征的表型可塑性与光适应的关系。结果表明:(1)弱光环境中生长的4种植物的基茎、相对生长速率、叶片厚度、根重比、最大净光合速率、光饱和点、光补偿点、暗呼吸速率较低,而比叶面积、地上/地下生物量、茎长/茎重、叶重比和茎重比较高。(2)大部分光环境下岷江冷杉幼苗的最大净光合速率和暗呼吸速率低于粗枝云杉,青榨槭幼苗的最大净光合速率和暗呼吸速率略低于红桦。(3)高光强下生长的粗枝云杉和红桦幼苗的相对生长速率分别大于岷江冷杉和青榨槭,但在低光强下则与之相反。(4)粗枝云杉和红桦幼苗的11种可塑性指数平均值则分别大于岷江冷杉和青榨槭。岷江冷杉适应弱光环境的能力略强于粗枝云杉和红桦,但适应强光的能力较差。生理适应的可塑性指数大于形态适应的可塑性指数,表明前者在4种植物幼苗光适应方面起到了重要的作用。研究结果支持树种的生理生态特性决定了其演替状况和生境选择的假说。  相似文献

The morphological and physiological plasticity to 6 light conditions was investigated for seedlings of 4 tree species dominating at different successional serals in subalpine coniferous forests in eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China. Abies faxoniana is a late successional species, while Betula albo-sinensis is a pioneer tree species, with Picea asperata and Acer davidii among other mid-late successional species. To compare the responses of photosynthetic characters to different growth light conditions, the seedlings were potted and placed in artificially shaded chambers with gradients of 100%, 55%, 40%, 25%, 15% and 7% of the full sunlight, respectively. During two and a half years' cultivation, various morphological and photosynthetic parameters were measured and analyzed. The results were: 1) all seedlings of the four species under the low growth light conditions showed decrease in root collar diameter, relative growth rate, leaf thickness, root mass ratio, leaf area-based photosynthetic capacity, dark respiration rate, light saturation point and light compensation point, while showed increase in specific leaf area, above-ground to under-ground mass ratio, specific stem length, leaf mass ratio and stem mass ratio; 2) under most light conditions, A. faxoniana of the two conifers revealed lower values in both leaf area-based photosynthetic capacity and respiration rates than P. asperata; the same fact held true for the two broad-leaved trees with lower values observed in B. albo-sinensis; 3) under higher light conditions, relative growth rates of P. asperata and B. albo-sinensis got higher values than those of A. faxoniana and A. davidii, while contrary results were obtained under lower light regimes; 4) the means of phenotypic plastic indices of the eleven morphological and physiological parameters of P. asperata and B. albo-sinensis were higher than those of A. faxoniana and A. davidii, respectively. The findings indicate that A. faxoniana has better adaptation to low light regimes, but as a shade-tolerant species, it is not so adapted to low light regimes as the trees of earlier successional serals, especially P. asperata and B. albo-sinensis. Of the four tree species, physiological plastic indices were higher than morphological plastic indices, suggesting that morphological plasticity plays an important role in their adaptation to different growth light conditions. The results also support the hypothesis that ecophysiological traits of tree species determine their successional status and associate habitats of their seedlings.  相似文献

在川西亚高山米亚罗林区海拔3 100—3 600 m阴坡、半阴坡,以立地条件基本一致的箭竹和藓类林型不同恢复阶段(20—40年生的箭竹-阔叶林、藓类-阔叶林,50年生的箭竹-针阔混交林、藓类-针阔混交林、160—200年生的箭竹-暗针叶老龄林、藓类暗针叶老龄林)的群落为研究对象,于种子成熟散落前(8月)采集土壤样品,应用网筛分选法结合体视显微镜挑选种子,实验室发芽试验法和四唑染色法对种子生活力进行测定,分析了土壤内先锋树种红桦(Betula albo-sinensis)和顶极树种岷江冷杉(Abiesfaxoniana)的残余种子总数、组分及其分布格局;采用样方法调查了红桦和岷江冷杉的1年生幼苗密度。结果表明:1)随着森林的恢复,红桦的残余种子总数、外形完整种子数、发育不全种子数、空粒种子数和腐烂种子数呈减少的趋势,而岷江冷杉则相反。箭竹林型不同恢复阶段红桦的残余种子总数、外形完整种子数、发育不全种子数、空粒种子数和腐烂种子数总体上大于藓类林型相应恢复阶段。岷江冷杉的残余种子总数、外形完整种子数、发育不全种子数、空粒种子数、腐烂种子数的最大值均出现在藓类-暗针叶老林龄;2)在阔叶林和针阔混交林阶段,红桦和岷江冷杉的种子组分所占比例最高的分别为腐烂种子和发育不全种子,在暗针叶老龄林阶段,红桦的腐烂种子和空粒种子的比例位居前列,而岷江冷杉的外形完整种子比例最大;3)随着土层深度的增加,红桦和岷江冷杉的外形完整种子数、发育不全种子数、空粒种子数和腐烂种子数均呈减少的趋势。红桦和岷江冷杉不同组分的种子在枯枝落叶层所占地比例在72.85%—94.28%;4)红桦的1年生幼苗密度随着森林的恢复逐渐减小,而岷江冷杉的1年生幼苗密度随着森林的恢复逐渐增大。在8月份,土壤中已经不存在红桦和岷江冷杉有生活力的种子,两种植物的种子只能形成短暂土壤种子库。  相似文献

Abstract

Dragon spruce (Picea asperata Mast.) is widely planted on clear-cuts from natural subalpine coniferous forests in western Sichuan. To assess the natural regeneration potential of this species in spruce plantations of different ages, field studies on the seed rain, seed bank, and seedling recruitment were conducted in 20-year, 30-year, and 60-year plantations, and in a retained natural forest ca. 150 years old for comparison. Moreover, a series of temperature and light regimes were also designed in March 2003 to test germination/dormancy responses of the P. asperata seeds to different conditions. In the plantations considered, both the densities of seed rain and soil seed bank increased with increasing stand age, whereas they were both low beneath the natural forest partially due to low adult density of P. asperata adult trees. P. asperata has a transient seed bank, and ca. 60% of seeds were found in the litter layer. Seed decay and seed predation were the two most important factors affecting soil seed bank dynamics, which caused a number of seed losses from the soil. Only a small fraction germinated and produced seedlings, and the indices of the losses from the seed bank via germination in the 30-year plantation, 60-year plantation and natural forest were 4.75, 5.10, and 2.80%, respectively. High seedling mortality was observed after seedling emergence, and most of the germinated seedlings died out within one growing season. The P. asperata seeds showed a high percent germination and no significant differences under most light and temperature regimes except for full sunlight or temperature below 5°C. In conclusion, despite a substantial number of seed produced, the high depletion of soil seed, the low seedling output, and high seedling mortality may obscure the natural regeneration potential of this tree species.  相似文献

 对川西米亚罗亚高山20、30、60年人工云杉(Picea asperata)林及天然林的种子雨和土壤种子库进行了研究。结果表明:该区云杉种子雨一般从每年的10月初开始下落,一直到翌年的1月底结束,但不同林龄的云杉种子雨强度不同,60年人工林种子雨量最大,然后依次为30年人工林、天然林、20年人工林,其大小分别为(1 088.16±52.34)粒•m-2、(973.45±63.12)粒•m-2、(579.99±28.93)粒•m-2、(66.73±5.71)粒•m-2。云杉降雨历程与其林龄大小也有一定的关系,表现在种子雨发生时间和降雨高峰期的不同。30、60年人工云杉林及天然林下土壤种子库存在显著差异,两次取样(2003年3月26日和2003年8月21日)土壤种子库大小分别为(507.2±40.32)粒•m-2和(267.6±25.14)粒•m-2、(1 065.6±88.06)粒•m-2和(872.8±77.12)粒•m-2、(472.8±20.82)粒•m-2和(185.5±22.48)粒•m-2。土壤种子库中云杉种子主要都集中在枯枝落叶层,占66%左右,0~2 cm层占24%左右,2~5 cm层占10%左右。到8月21日,土壤中所有云杉种子都失去活力,腐烂死亡和动物取食是种子库损耗的主要因素。云杉种子库属于Thompson和Grime定义的第Ⅱ类。该区云杉幼苗一般在6月初开始出现,6月中旬左右达到出苗高峰,3种云杉林下幼苗密度差异很大,60年人工林下幼苗最多,其次为30年人工林和天然林。由于生境适合度低,死亡的幼苗数量较多,特别是自然死亡数。综合种子雨、种子库和转换的幼苗数量几个方面来看,在一定龄级范围内,人工林结实能力和更新潜力随林龄增加而增加,且人工林在更新潜力方面比天然林(约150年)要好。虽然该区云杉林下有大量种子下落,但由于种子大量损耗和幼苗死亡,种子萌发为幼苗再通过环境筛作用而最终补充到云杉种群的个体数量非常有限。  相似文献

本研究以龙血树柴胡(Bupleurum dracaenoides Huan C.Wang,Z.R.He&H.Sun)的种子为材料,采用不同温度、不同浓度赤霉素、不同化学试剂以及紫外线照射和微波辐射等方式处理后,统计其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和发芽时间等指标。结果表明:龙血树柴胡种子萌发最适温度为20℃;100 mg/L的GA3、0.5%的KMnO4和3%的H2O2处理均能促进其种子萌发,但不能使种子萌发和出苗时间提前;25 s微波辐射处理可大幅提高种子发芽率;紫外线照射处理种子0.5 h,萌发效果最佳,但随照射时间的延长对种子萌发则有不同程度的抑制。  相似文献

The tropical conifer Widdringtonia whytei Rendle is an endangered species endemic to Mulanje Mountain in Malawi. A study was conducted for the first time under controlled conditions in order to assess the effects of temperature and light on germination and viability of W. whytei seeds. Seeds incubated at a constant temperature of 20 °C attained the highest cumulative germination percentage (100%) followed by 87% germination under fluctuating temperatures of 15 °C night/25 °C day. No seed germination occurred at temperatures below 15 °C. Seeds that failed to germinate at temperatures below 15 °C showed the highest (> 90%) viability compared to the seeds incubated at 25 °C (60%). Across temperature regimes, germination was significantly higher under light (44.7%) than dark (35.6%) conditions. It is concluded that temperature is one of the critical factors for germination of W. whytei seed. The ability of W. whytei seeds to germinate both in light and darkness implies that the species would unlikely form a persistent soil seed bank, an attribute which is common in species that survive in habitats frequently disturbed by fires.  相似文献

Crisp lettuce plants cv. Saladin were grown from the time they started flowering, at 20/10°C (16 h day, 8 h night), 25/15°C and 30/20°C in glasshouses on two occasions in 1985. Yields of seed increased from, on average, 15 g to 27 g and then fell to 20 g per plant with progressive increases in temperature. The number of mature florets per plant increased with temperature but the number of seeds per mature floret was lower at 20/10°C and 30/20°C than at 25/15°C. An increase in temperature reduced mean seed weight by up to 45%, seed volume by 15%, cell numerical volume density (Nv) by 27% and the number of cells per seed by 39%. Percentage seed germination reached a maximum early in seed development at the stage when the pappus appeared through the involucral bracts. Differences in percentage germination and vigour of seeds (slope test) from different temperatures were accounted for largely by the effects on mean seed weight. However, when germinated at 30°C seeds produced at 30/20°C germinated more readily than those produced at 25/15°C or 20/10°C. Seed vigour gradually increased with an increase in the length of storage after harvest, reaching a maximum after 260 days. In general, seeds produced at 25/15°C exhibited a greater variation in numbers of seeds per floret, Nv, seed weight, times of seedling emergence, seedling and mature head weight than seeds produced at lower or higher temperatures.  相似文献

研究了采集于植株上的和收集于土壤种子库的狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)种子在不同温度、光照和5种预处理(即破裂种皮、去除种皮、98%H2SO4浸种5min、0.2%KNO3浸种24h、10℃低温保存1周)条件下的萌发力。结果表明,狼毒种子萌发率较低,25℃恒温、黑暗条件下萌发率为13%,较适宜的萌发温度为30℃恒温或10~30℃变温,破裂种皮和去除种皮萌发率显著提高,25℃恒温、光暗交替条件下萌发率分别为49%和47%,浓硫酸浸种5min处理萌发率可达到32%,KON3浸种和10℃低温保存两个处理对促进狼毒种子萌发效果不明显,狼毒种子萌发对光照条件不敏感,种子硬实性是导致狼毒种子萌发率较低的主要原因,取自土壤种子库内的狼毒种子萌发率高于当年采集的种子,在自然条件下,并非每年都有狼毒种子萌发长成幼苗,种群更新时机是随机的或周期性的。  相似文献
