生态系统健康评价方法初探   总被引:143,自引:13,他引:130  
生态系统是维持人类环境的最基本单元,生态系统功能主要体现在两个方面:一是生态服务功能(service);二是价值功能(goods)这两种功能是人类生态和发展的基础,生态系统健康是保证生态系统功能正常发挥的前提,结构和功能的完整性,具有抵抗干扰和恢复能力(resilience)、稳定和可持续性是生态系统健康的特征,生态系统健康评价需要基于生态系统的结构、功能过程来确定指标,包括生态系统的完整性,适应性和效率,生态系统健康评价主要有两种方法:一是指示物种评价,二是结构功能指标评价,结构功能指标评价包括单指标评价,复合指标评价和指标体系评价,指标体系评价中又包括自然指标体系评价,社会-经济-自然复合生态系统指标体系评价,本文针对生态系统健康的不同评价方法进行了对比研究,同时,针对不同的生态系统类型应选择其健康评价方法方面进行了简要的阐述。  相似文献

生态系统完整性是资源管理和环境保护中一个重要的概念.它主要反映生态系统在外来干扰下维持自然状态、稳定性和自组织能力的程度.评价生态系统完整性对于保护敏感自然生态系统免受人类干扰的影响有着重要的意义.耗散结构理论表明,外界压力和反映系统自组织能力的生物、物理、化学完整性和生态系统功能等对生态系统的完整性有良好的指示作用.本文综述了水生生态系统和陆地生态系统完整性及其所承受的压力评价指标,并探讨了优先评价指标的筛选及综合评价方法,最后根据存在的一些问题提出今后的研究展望.  相似文献

从生态系统健康的概念出发,明确了森林生态系统健康的实质.我国对森林生态系统健康的研究主要在森林生态系统和森林群落2个水平上.森林生态系统水平的健康评价指标包括群落结构、生物多样性等结构指标,涵养水源和水土保持等功能指标,以及社会经济方面的指标,指标庞杂,有些指标难以测度.而森林群落水平的健康评价指标主要以结构指标为主,指标相对简单.因此,建立系统、有效且统一的评价指标体系和科学合理的健康标准是未来开展森林生态系统健康评价的重点,而简洁的指标测度方法和量化的测度结果也将是森林生态系统健康评价的趋势.  相似文献

城市生态系统健康是城市生态学界近年来的研究热点和前沿.采用能值评价方法,结合城市生态系统作为复合系统所具有的生态服务功能,明确提出基于能值进行城市生态系统健康评价的理论框架和技术路线,得出表征城市健康程度随时间的变化走向和比较意义.针对城市生态系统健康表征特性,采用4个要素,即活力(V)、组织结构(O)、恢复力(R)和服务功能维持(F), 构建了评价城市生态系统健康的新的能值指标--城市健康能值指标(EUEHI),并将EUEHI应用于包头城市生态系统健康评价中,并比较了其他5个城市的EUEHI.结果显示2000~2004年包头健康程度总体呈现上升状态,健康等级不断提高,但同中国其他城市之间尚有距离,健康程度仍处于较低水平.这说明近几年包头重视改变资源结构和利用效率,使得城市生态系统在生态系统服务功能维持方面得到不断改善.同时,包头作为老工业城市组织结构尚不完善,环境负荷大,生态系统承载力逐年降低,因此仍需从降低环境胁迫入手,逐步降低城市生态系统干扰,使其恢复力得以提高,增加系统反弹恢复的容量,使之恢复维持结构与格局的能力,实现城市健康和谐发展.  相似文献

农业生态系统是人类生存的最基本系统,对其结构和功能进行分析是破解农业生态环境问题的关键.本文应用能值分析理论并借助数据包络分析法、协整检验、误差修正模型等经济计量方法,对1997-2009年四川省及其21个地级市农业生态系统的运行动态、环境承载情况、运行效率、投入产出关系进行定量分析.结果表明:研究期间,四川省处在由传统农业向现代农业过渡阶段,农业机械化水平不断提高,资源利用效率不断加强,结构优势度总体情况较好,而过度依赖经济能值的投入使系统可持续性能力逐年减弱;区域间农业生态系统发展状况的差异较大,成都平原区和川西高原区要么资源开发过度,要么资源利用不足,而四川丘陵地区农业生态系统富有活力和发展潜力,属于四川农业未来发展的重点区域;四川省农业生态系统总体运行效率较低,各地状况不一,既包括技术效率较低因素,也有规模不当的原因;四川省农业生态系统经济能值指标与产出能值之间存在长期均衡动态关系,但短期内的能值投入远未达到理想的产出状态.  相似文献

生态系统为人类提供了自然资源和生存环境两个方面的多种服务功能。生态系统服务功能是人类生存和发展的基础。同时,一个生态系统只有保持了结构和功能的完整性,并具有抵抗干扰和恢复能力,才能长期为人类社会提供服务,因此,生态系统健康是人类社会可持续发展的根本保证。生态系统健康是指一个生态系统所具有的稳定性和可持续性,即在时间上具有维持其组织结构、自我调节和对胁迫的恢复能力。它可以通过活力、组织结构和恢复力等3个特征进行定义。影响生态系统健康的原因有很多,多为人类活动所致。例如,污染物排放、非点源污染、过度捕捞、围湖造田、水土流失、外来种入侵和水资源不合理利用等是影响水生态系统健康的主要原因。评价生态系统健康需要基于功能过程来确定指标,特别是评价其受干扰后的恢复能力。包括其完整性、适应性和效率。生态系统健康评价方法尚处于实验和发展阶段,有必要对现有成果进行及时总结,提出方向,以促进生态系统健康研究的发展。生态系统健康评价主要包括指示物种和指标体系两种方法。在生态系统健康研究中,指示物种的选择应该谨慎,要综合考虑到它们的敏感性和可靠性,即要明确它们对生态系统健康指示作用的强弱。在水生态系统研究中,己被选择的指示物种有,浮游生物、底栖无脊椎动物、鱼类和不同水平生物的综合。建立生态系统健康评价指标体系大可以从两方面选择指标,即生态系统内部指标,包括生态毒理学、流行病学、生态系统医学等方面和不同尺度指标的综合;以及生态系统外部指标,比如社会经济指标。但是,其它指标可能也适于进行生态系统健康评价,如景观格局、土地利用变化。到目前为止,对几乎所有的生态系统类型都进行过健康评价。但是,由于生态系统健康研究是一个新领域,有关它的概念、评价的指示物处和指标体系等方面存在各种争论,生态系统健康评价正在不断的争论中走向成熟。其未来发展方向是结合经济学、社会学和健康科学煌定量化生物学途径。生态系统健康评价的目的不是为生态系统诊断疾病,而定义生态系统的一个期望状态,确定生态系统破坏的阈限,并在文化、道德、政策、法律、法规的约束下,实施有效的生态系统管理。  相似文献

生态功能分区是生态系统管理的重要环节,有助于维持生态可持续性.目前生态功能分区的框架复杂多样,但对多重生态系统服务之间关系的理解还不够深刻.生态系统服务簇可以识别多重生态系统服务间的交互作用,并依据簇的特征对区域进行生态功能分区,从而更好地进行社会-生态系统管理.本文以内蒙古自治区为例,定量评估了供给服务、调节服务和支持服务,以旗县(区)为基本空间单元,运用自组织特征映射网络(SOFM)得到生态系统服务簇、划分生态功能区.结果表明: 研究区各项生态系统服务分布整体上呈现从东北向西南递减的格局;供给服务和调节服务存在权衡关系,支持服务和调节服务存在协同关系;依据聚类结果将内蒙古自治区划分为4个生态功能区,分别为西部荒漠生态脆弱区、中部草原水土保持区、东部草原牧业盈余区、东部森林生态均衡区.本研究基于生态系统服务簇的概念,分析了内蒙古自治区多重生态系统服务的权衡与协同关系,为生态功能分区提供了新的视角和方法.  相似文献

生态系统维持物质与能量的动态平衡是地球系统孕育与维持生物多样性的重要基础。自工业革命以来, 人类活动导致陆地生态系统的碳循环转变为动态非平衡,进而使陆地生态系统的结构与功能出现许多难以预测的变化动态。本文阐释了陆地生态系统碳循环的动态非平衡假说。该假说构建于陆地碳循环内部过程的四点基本特征和五类外部驱动因素。基于这些内部特征与外部因素, 本文归纳了陆地生态系统碳循环动态非平衡在不同时间与空间尺度的表达现象, 并从观测、实验与模型的角度讨论了其检测方法。陆地生态系统碳循环的动态非平衡假说不仅有助于我们理解复杂的陆地碳循环现象, 也为预测未来陆地碳汇动态提供了新的理论框架。  相似文献

湿地生态系统健康是一个新的研究领域。主要从湿地生态系统指标的概念出发,阐述了选择生态系统指标的基本理论,分析了湿地生态特征指标体系,湿地功能整合性指标体系和湿地社会政治环境指标体系所包含的基本内涵,特别强调了生态系统结构和内在功能是生态特征的主要表现。功能整合性是湿地生态系统健康的外在表现,同时,社会政治环境因素中,政策法规,总体规划,政策保障,公众参与程度,代际周期的社会公平性,个人接受能力,团体接受能力等是影响湿地生态系统健康的重要因素。  相似文献

This paper presents a brief outline of the theoretical and conceptual fundamentals for the derivation of an ecosystem oriented indicator system to demonstrate the state of ecological entities on a holistic basis. There are two branches of argumentation: on a normative level, the sustainability principle is interpreted from an anthropocentric point-of-view; sustainability in this context means to provide ecosystem services on a broad scale and a long-term basis, including the attempt to avoid unspecific ecological risks. A second line-of-argumentation bases on the principles of ecosystem analysis and the theory of ecological orientation. Consequently, the aspired indicandum is the self-organising capacity of ecosystems, and the indicator sets represents an aggregate of structural and functional ecosystem features in a developing environment. The indicator set is demonstrated by one case study from the Bornhoeved Lakes ecosystem research project.  相似文献

The paper has its focus on water's key functions behind ecosystem dynamics and the water-related balancing involved in a catchment-based ecosystem approach. A conceptual framework is being developed to address fundamental trade-offs between humans and ecosystems. This is done by paying attention to society's unavoidable landscape modifications and their unavoidable ecological effects mediated by water processes. Because the coevolution of societal and environmental processes indicates resonance rather than a cause-effect relationship, humanity will have to learn to live with change while securing ecosystem resilience. In view of the partial incompatibility of the social imperative of the millennium goals and its environmental sustainability goal, human activities and ecosystems have to be orchestrated for compatibility. To this end a catchment-based approach has to be taken by integrating water, land use and ecosystems. It is being suggested that ecosystem protection has to be thought of in two scales: site-specific biotic landscape components to be protected for their social value, and a catchment-based ecosystem approach to secure sustainable supply of crucial ecosystem goods and services on which social and economic development depends.  相似文献

The ‘Wild Seafood’ Provisioning Service (WSPS), on which commercial fisheries rely, is probably one of the best studied marine ecosystem services due to its economic relevance and because extensive information sources exist for assessment purposes. Yet, the indicators often proposed are not suitable to describe the capacity of the ecosystem to deliver the WSPS. Therefore this study proposes surplus production (SP), a well-established concept in fisheries science, as the basis to calculate the capacity of marine ecosystems to provide the WSPS. SP is defined as the difference between stock production (through recruitment and body growth) and losses through natural mortality. This is, therefore, the production of the stock that could be harvested sustainably without decreasing the biomass. To assess the sustainability of the exploitation of the WSPS we also developed an indicator for this based on SP and compared it to existing fisheries management indicators. When both SP-based indicators showed a decreasing trend, contrasting with an increasing trend in the existing fisheries management indicators, the calculation of the SP-based indicators was scrutinized revealing that the weighting of the stocks into an aggregated indicator, strongly determines the indicator values, even up to the point that the trend is reversed. The aggregated indicators based on SP-weighted stocks can be considered complementary to existing fisheries management indicators as the former accurately reflect the capacity of the commercial fish to provide the WSPS and the sustainability of the exploitation of this service. In contrast the existing fisheries management indicators primarily reflect the performance of management towards achieving fisheries-specific policy goals.  相似文献

Attributive recognition model of coalmining-based cities ecosystem classification is developed in terms of attributive mathematical theory. Based on the analysis of main causes of coalmining-based cities ecosystem, the city vitality, city structure strength, city resilience ability, service functions and health status are chosen as the criterion indicators of coalmining-based cities ecosystem classification; the attributive measurement functions are constructed to compute the attributive measurement of single indicator and multi-indicator; and the synthetic attributive measurement is calculated by the AHP; the health classification of cities ecosystem are recognized by the confidence criterion. An empirical analysis is made by the proposed model and method, the synthetic evaluation results are better than fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which validates the proposed model feasible, effective and reliable in coalmining-based cities ecosystem classification. As attributive recognition theory can success fully resolve certain issues with a number of fuzzy attribution in comprehensive evaluation, its confidence criterion is established on the basis of the ordered evaluation sets, consequently it will make the evaluation results more reliable.  相似文献

This paper introduces an indicator system to evaluate sustainability in established coastal tourism destinations, applying the recommendations and definitions of the World Tourism Organization (WTO). We also develop a new synthetic indicator to simplify the measurement of sustainability and facilitate the comparative analysis of destination ranking. This measurement was obtained by applying a procedure to reduce the number of subjective decisions made by the analyst, using a novel two-stage aggregation methodology based on principal component analysis and on the distance to a reference point. The synthetic indicator obtained was applied to Spanish coastal destinations, and the results serve as a guideline for tourism planning. The conclusions of this research can be extrapolated to the study of other tourism destinations.  相似文献

城市绿地的科学评价为绿地的规划和管理提供了参考,对人们正确认识和改造绿地建设起着重要的作用,为城市绿地生态功能的发挥提供了重要的依据和保障。以绿地结构的评价为基础,总结了城市绿地生态功能、服务评价、健康评价的方法和研究进展;提出了城市绿地生态风险评价的基本方法并概括了城市绿地可持续评价的研究方向。结果显示:当前城市绿地的生态评价在范围上逐渐从微观尺度发展到宏观尺度,日益强调绿地的生态服务功能,重点关注于绿地的碳储量与降温增湿功能与效益评价以及价值化研究;城市绿地的健康评价和可持续性评价均尚处于初级的探索阶段。指出了城市绿地生态评价的关键在于评价结果在管理和规划中的应用,在评价内容上必须关注各部分的结合,在评价方法上应该借助基础研究的长期监测、评价的量化以及多学科交叉的渗透。  相似文献

Rapid biodiversity assessment (RBA) is proposed as an affordable indicator for monitoring local species richness of arthropods and sustainability of related ecosystem services. The indicator is based on strictly standardised sampling procedures and the identification of parataxonomic units (morphospecies) instead of species identification. The collection of arthropods was optimized with regard to trap types, time and length of collecting period, selection of four out of seven weekly samples, and choice of counted taxa and trophic guilds. By measuring arthropod activity, RBA is an indicator for functional diversity. Over a period of 8 years, average yearly numbers of morphospecies were assessed in Switzerland in 15 agricultural habitats, 15 managed forests, and in 12 unmanaged habitats ranging from protected lowland wetlands to Alpine meadows. The yearly RBA-trend in unmanaged habitats is used for assessing the influence of climate and weather on biodiversity, and as a reference for measuring the relative influences of recent management changes in agriculture and forestry. The average number of morphospecies per sampling station per year depends on temperature, and was only marginally significantly increasing over time in agriculture, but not in forestry or unmanaged areas. Three RBA indices considered to be relevant for maintaining ecosystem services were calculated from the average number of morphospecies per location per year: (1) indicator for ecological resilience and sustainability (all morphospecies); (2) indicator for pollinator diversity (taxa with a majority of pollinators) and (3) indicator for biocontrol diversity (ratio between carnivore and herbivore guilds).  相似文献

Nature is most often valued in terms of its provision of ecosystem goods and services to meet human needs. However, such instrumental valuations, informed by ecological economics, are limited by the mainly anthropocentric orientation. We present a framework to assess anthropocentric and nonanthropocentric instrumental values of nature in a balanced way, in association with sustainability science. Particular attention is paid to ecosystem functions, to be valued both for their benefits to human beings and for their importance to the ecological and evolutionary functioning of the global ecosystem.  相似文献
