以湖北当阳柑橘园杂草群落为对象,研究绿肥种植(自然生草和间种光叶苕子)下配施减量氮肥处理(当地推荐施氮肥量的0%、70%、85%、100%)对橘园杂草群落组成和多样性的影响,并运用Pearson相关分析和典范对应分析探究土壤因子对不同处理下杂草多样性和物种组成的影响。结果显示:(1)经样方调查,试验区共记录杂草植物21科29属30种,以禾本科和菊科为主,稗(Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv.)、酢浆草(Oxalis corniculata L.)、野老鹳草(Geranium carolinianum L.)等是所有处理中的共有种,自然生草下以匙叶鼠麴草(Gnaphalium pensylvanicum Willd.)和稗为优势种,间种光叶苕子(Vicia villosa Roth.var.glabrescens Koch.)下以酢浆草为优势种;(2)不同氮肥施入量下柑橘园草本物种Margalef指数、Patrick指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数均无显著差异;相同施肥量下,间种光叶苕子能显著降低柑橘园杂草群落的物种多样性指数;(3)速效磷是显著影响柑橘园草本植物多样性指数的土壤因子;(4)不同处理下影响杂草物种分布的主要土壤因子是速效磷、pH值、含水率和温度。本研究认为无论减施氮肥与否,间种光叶苕子比自然生草更能显著降低杂草群落的物种多样性,从而避免恶性杂草与果树争肥。  相似文献

Water deficits affect citrus physiology, yield, fruit size and quality. Citrus can respond to drought stress conditions through endogenous hormonal regulation of water status and leaf abscission. In this work, we assayed the efficiency of an amendment to soilless media in delaying the drought stress effect in young citrus seedlings and trees. Substrate amendment promoted plant survival of citrus seedlings subjected to several cycles of drought stress and rehydration. In budded trees, the amendment increased substrate water content, leaf water potential, leaf number, root biomass, CO2 assimilation and stomatal conductance over that of control plants growing in non-amended substrates. We conclude that the substrate amendment reduced the damaging effects of drought stress in citrus plants. The longer survival of seedlings in the amended treatment together with the reduction in leaf abscission and the improvement of physiological parameters, can account for a higher vigour of citrus grown under water stress conditions.  相似文献

果园生草是提高果园生产力、促进果园可持续生产的有效措施。为探究自然生草制苹果园行间草耕翻还田对土壤生物学性状和养分含量的影响,本试验以清耕(CK)为对照,设置草被刈割还田(NG)和草被刈割耕翻还田处理(NGR),研究不同草被还田方式对行间0~20 cm土层土壤微生物数量、酶活性以及不同形态氮、钾含量的影响。结果表明: 苹果园土壤中微生物以细菌占绝对优势,放线菌次之,真菌数量最少;与CK相比,NG和NGR处理均显著提高了土壤细菌和真菌数量,以NGR处理提升效果最显著,显著提高了土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性,增幅分别为59.0%、20.7%、38.3%和73.5%、45.9%、67.8%。NGR处理显著提高了土壤氮、钾养分含量,铵态氮、硝态氮、颗粒有机态氮、微生物生物量氮及速效钾和水溶性钾含量分别为CK的1.5、1.8、1.6、2.0、1.3和1.4倍,显著提高了果实可溶性糖含量和糖酸比,进而提高了果实品质。综上,NGR可提高苹果园土壤微生物数量、酶活性、氮钾养分含量和果实品质,是生草制苹果园一种可行的行间草被还田方式。  相似文献

Chlorosis-susceptible fruit trees growing on calcareous soils have been observed to recover in the presence of grass cover species. However, the physiological mechanisms behind this phenomenon are only scarcely understood. An investigation was carried out to verify whether citrus plants can use 59Fe solubilized from a sparingly soluble source by the phytosiderophores (PS) released from graminaceous species. Experiments were performed in hydroponics, using two citrus rootstocks differing in their sensitivity to Fe-deficiency in the field (Poncirus trifoliata × Citrus paradisi, citrumelo “Swingle”, highly susceptible, and Citrus aurantium L., moderately tolerant). Barley (Hordeum vulgare L., cv Europa) was used as a model species for PS-releasing graminaceous plants. Fe-deficient citrus plants increased 59Fe-uptake from 59Fe-hydroxide supplied inside a dialysis tube, when Fe-deficient barley plants or PS-containing barley root exudates were present in the uptake solution, this effect being particularly evident for the susceptible rootstock. 59Fe-uptake from 59Fe-hydroxide was also enhanced in Fe-deficient citrumelo “Swingle” in the presence of Fe-deficient Poa pratensis L. and Festuca rubra L., two perennial grasses normally grown in association with fruit trees; no effect was found when Fe-sufficient grasses were employed. The uptake of 59Fe by the susceptible citrus rootstock increased in proportion to the amount of 2′-deoxymugineic acid (DMA), the major PS released by Fe-deficient F. rubra, present in the uptake solution. The beneficial effect of F. rubra or P. pratensis was evident from the leaf re-greening observed when Fe-deficient citrumelo “Swingle” plants were grown in association with the grasses in pots filled with a calcareous soil. Leaf re-greening was not observed when citrumelo “Swingle” plants and yellow stripe 3 (ys3) maize (Zea mays L.) mutant plants, unable to release PS, were co-cultivated in pots filled with calcareous soil, unless exogenous PS were added to the soil. Results indicate that graminaceous cover species can improve the Fe-nutrition of fruit trees grown on calcareous soils by enhancing Fe-availability.  相似文献

对奉节脐橙果、叶、干、根中的必需大量元素 (N、K、Ca、Mg、P、S)、微量元素 (Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B、Mo)、有益元素 (Si、Co、F、Se、Ni、Sr)、有毒有害元素 (Hg、As、Cr、Cd、Pb、Sb、Bi)的分布特征进行分析 ,结果表明 :果、叶、干、根对各元素的吸收与富集特征具有明显的规律性 ,如叶、干、根中大量元素含量次序均为 Ca>N>K>Mg,叶、干、根中微量元素含量均有 Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>Mo的规律 ,根、干、叶中有益微量元素含量次序均为 Si>Sr>F>Ni>Co>Se,叶、干、根中有毒有害元素含量次序均有 Pb>As>Sb >Hg的规律 ;在脐橙各器官中 ,叶是大量元素与有毒有害元素最富集的器官 ,根则是有益元素最富集的器官 ,有毒有害元素的 Cr、微量元素的 Mn、Fe、Mo也以根最为富集 ,干则是上述元素最不富集的器官 ,所有元素中 ,仅 Zn在干中最富集 ;大量元素 (除 N外 )、微量元素、有益元素在脐橙各器官的分配含量与地壳土壤背景值的分异含量趋势基本一致 ,土壤背景是这三类元素的主要控制因素。但有毒有害元素的分配形式则明显受人类活动的影响  相似文献

Legumes as ground cover are regularly planted to increase nitrogen economy of crops and to improve soil. In the present study various clover species were evaluated as vegetative ground cover in nursery field production of micropropagated red birch (Betula pubescensEhrh. f. rubraUlvinen f. nova) in two 2-year experiments. The clover species and cultivars, Trifolium pratenseL. ‘Bjursele’, T. repens L. ‘Jogeva’, T. repens L. ‘Sonja’, T. hybridum L. ‘Frida’, T. incarnatum L. ‘Opolska’, T. resupinatum L. and T. subterraneum L. were compared to grass sod Festuca rubra L. ‘Ensylva’ and to a coverless ground (control). The last one was kept weed free by hand hoeing. Birch (leaves, stems, branches and roots) and soil nutrient concentrations (N, P, K, Ca, Mg and Fe) were analysed and nutrient ratios in birch determined. The annual clovers, T. incarnatumL., T. resupinatumL. and T. subterraneumL., provided about the same nutrient status in birch as did the control. Perennial clovers and grass were strong competitors with trees. High levels of P and Mg in birch leaves relative to N concentration were typical for poorly growing seedlings. Neither annual nor perennial clovers did generally improve soil nutrient status. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
