植物学野外实习改革与实践

植物学野外实习是植物学教学的一个重要环节。从实习基地建设、创立以植物学实习为主的生物学综合实习,采用多样化的实习教学方式以及改革实习考核内容等4个方面,总结了近几年植物学野外实习的改革与实践经验,为进一步改进和提高植物学野外实习的效果提供参考。

野外实习是师范院校生物科学专业实践教学中的重要环节,在巩固学生所学理论知识、培养学生实际动手能力和创新思维能力等方面具有重要意义。作者针对植物学野外实习中存在的主要问题与困难,结合所在高校的实际,在实习基地建设、学生能力培养、综合素质考核评价等方面进行了改革探索,取得了初步成效。     

UNLAWFUL practice

Hemiarthroplasty of the hip is a simplification of the Smith-Petersen cup arthroplasty in which half of the joint or femoral head is reshaped to fit the vitallium cup. This procedure shortens hospitalization to 10 to 14 days and has been successful in the relief of hip pain and in increasing hip motions. It is indicated when the disease is localized for the most part to the femoral head.     

脊椎动物学野外实习教学改革与实践

随着人们对自然资源保护意识的提高以及高校课程改革的发展,传统的脊椎动物学野外实习模式已经不能适应新形势下的教学要求。如何在不破坏自然资源和有限的实习时间内取得令人满意的野外实习效果,是很多高校生物学教师面临的挑战。基于作者自身的教学实践,对山地脊椎动物学野外实习教学方式、教学内容以及考核方式的改革进行了探讨。     

General practice observed. Child abuse and general practice.

In a general practice of 9250 patients with 1841 children under 10 there were 12 cases of actual abuse during 1973-6. In March 1976 30 children were at risk. A preventive scheme was set up and the short-term outcome was good. There were no cases of serious abuse among the children at risk.     

Medical practice opinion

To provide an effective continuum of the relief of severe carcinomatous pain with minimal side reactions, we initiated treatment with piroxicam (60 to 120 mg per day) and doxepin hydrochloride (25 to 225 mg per day). Of 30 patients presenting with severe pain of cancer of various origins, 7 continued to death with piroxicam and doxepin therapy. An additional 17 were successfully treated for 6 to 66 weeks with therapy reported here but, as disease progressed, required supplemental narcotics. The remaining six abandoned the use of piroxicam due to complications of therapy, which ranged from diarrhea to gastric perforation; serious complications were associated with patients'' failure to adhere to a prescribed regimen of sucralfate. Therapy with piroxicam and doxepin proved to be safe and efficacious.
