摘要:目的:探讨复方灵芝口服液对睡眠剥夺大鼠睡眠的影响。方法:利用腹腔注射氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)制造睡眠剥夺模型,参照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范实施手册》(2003版)中的标准检测复方灵芝口服液是否具有改善睡眠的作用。结果:复方灵芝口服液可延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的睡眠时间(P<0.05),但对增加睡眠剥夺大鼠的入睡动物数和缩短巴比妥钠诱导的潜伏期无明显作用(P>0.05),且无直接睡眠作用。结论:复方灵芝口服液可明显延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的睡眠时间。  相似文献

目的:评价中药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索关于中药治疗甲亢的人体临床试验研究文献,选择从1980年1月至2014年1月符合要求的随机对照试验(RCT)和临床对照试验(CCT)的文章,并按排除原则进行筛选,利用Cochrane手册进行文献质量评价,利用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入16篇随机对照试验,所有文献入组患者合计702例,有效661例,对照组合计590例,有效462例。Meta分析结果显示,中药治疗亚急性甲状腺炎与单纯西药治疗比较总有效率(治愈率+好转率)的差异有统计学意义[OR=0.22,95%CI(0.15,0.33),P<0.01]。结论:采用中药治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的总有效率和治愈率明显优于单纯使用西药。  相似文献

甲状腺机能亢进症(以下简称甲亢),是一种常见疾病,目前最好的治疗方法仍是行甲状腺次全切除,但术前必须充分做好服药准备,这样才能避免术后甲状腺危象的发生。我院自1992年1月~1993年12月收治45例甲亢患者,术前同时用心得安复方碘溶液西药口服准备,无1例甲状腺危象发生。现作如下分析讨论。 一、临床资料 1.一般资料:本组收治45例患者,男8例,女37例,男与女之比为1∶4.6。年龄最小15岁,最大46岁,平均年龄27.8岁,其中20~30岁37例,占本组病例82.2%。病程最短2个月,最长  相似文献

目的观察甲状腺大部分切除术治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果。方法对2003年1月至2010年1月在我院行大部分切除术治疗甲状腺功能亢进症270例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组无手术死亡病例,术后发生并发症5例,发生率为1.85%。其中伤口出血1例,低钙抽搐2例,甲状腺功能低下2例,发生率分别为0.37%、0.74%、0.74%。术后石蜡病理证实原发性甲亢并甲状腺乳头状癌2例,发生率为0.74%。随访2.5个月~3年,无病情复发。结论甲状腺大部分切除术术式操作简单,并发症的发生率低.是临床治疗甲状腺疾病重要方法之一。  相似文献

《中国药典》是我国药品监管的法定技术标准,作为保障药品质量的法典,具有科学性、规范性和权威性.然而,历版药典一直未对收录的动物药材基原物种的中文名和拉丁学名进行审查和修订,《中国药典》中一些遗留的基原物种名称引证不规范现象不断积累.作者根据《中国动物志》、《动物学中适用名称目录》以及国际权威动物名录数据库进行比较,并核对原始文献,统计分析了2015年版《中国药典》一部和四部收录的动物药材基原物种学名和中文名引证不规范的现象,并提出修正建议,旨在引起中药研究者的重视,维护药典的权威性和规范性.  相似文献

目的:探讨在战争或自然灾害等野战条件下,使用综合手术介入方舱,现场对脾脏实施快速微创介入栓塞的可行性及效果,对比分析综合手术救治方舱内采用不同栓塞材料介入救治脾破裂的适应症及有效性、安全性。方法:采用Seldinger技术,经股动脉插管至脾动脉,行数字减影血管造影术(DSA),显示出血动脉,然后超选择插管至该动脉,经导管注入不同类型栓塞剂以栓塞出血动脉。术后观察不同栓塞剂成功封堵受损血管所用时间,封堵时造影剂用量,封堵效果。结果:手术均成功,止血效果确切,无严重并发症。术后观察2周动物无死亡。结论:综合手术救治方舱具有良好的机动性和较强的自然环境适应能力,灾难现场应用综合手术救治方舱开展血管损伤应急介入救治具有可行性。根据血管损伤的不同类型,恰当选择不同类型的栓塞剂,可以取得很好的疗效。  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Summary Embryogenic tissues of sugi (Cryptomeria japonica) were induced on a modified Campbell and Durzan (CD) medium containing 1 μM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 600 mg l−1 glutamine, and subcultured in the medium of the same composition for over 1 yr. This resulted in a mixed culture of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells. When embryogenic cells were isolated and cultured independently, their capacity to form embryogenic aggregates was lost. Thus, the non-embryogenic cells present within a mixed culture system were essential to the formation of embryogenic aggregates. When embryogenic tissues were isolated and cultured independently on a high glutamine-containing (2400 mg l−1) medium, dry weights and endogenous levels of glutamine increased, and the tissue could generate a large number of embryogenic aggregates. Amino acid analysis of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells from the maintenance culture indicated a higher level of glutamine was present in the latter. The high endogenous level of glutamine in the non-embryogenic portion of mixed cell masses may be the supplier of glutamine for maintaining the embryogenic property of the tissues.  相似文献

The review deals with study of enzymologic properties of a novel highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate, N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium iodomethylate (“piperidylcholine”), and its 30 derivatives that were tested as effectors of cholinesterases of mammals and various species of Pacific squids. It was proven for the first time that responsible for specificity of action was structure of cyclic ammonium grouping of the alcohol part of molecule of the ester substrate. Analysis of specificity is performed based on enzymatic hydrolysis parameters—activity of catalytic center of cholinesterases and bimolecular constant of the reaction rate that are determined at optimal and low substrate concentrations. Among the specially synthesized group of thioester compounds there is revealed one more highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate—N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium.  相似文献
