云南昭通北部地区种子植物区系   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
基于2006年实地采集的4500余号标本,从科、属、种水平对昭通北部地区种子植物区系特征和性质进行了分析.结果表明:(1)该地区种子植物种类丰富,成分复杂,有159科640属1864种.(2)种子植物区系表现出明显的温带性质.北温带分布属127属,泛热带分布属99属,东亚分布属93属,热带亚洲分布属54属,4种类型共占总属数的60,94%,是该区种子植物区系主要来源.(3)该区植物区系较之滇中高原的小百草岭更近于华中植物区系的梵净山,应隶属于中国-日本植物亚区之华中区系,而与云南的大部分地区明显不同.(4)该区有中国特有科1科珙桐科,东亚特有科10科、中国特有属27属、中国特有种1063种,特有种的比例高达57%.丰富的特有成分,表明该区植物区系的古老性和独特性.该区植物区系具有深刻的热带亚洲的历史背景,而现代植物区系总体上已经是东亚植物区系中的华中植物区系性质.  相似文献

四川地区被子植物区系188科1493属8 711种及1 252变种,全球50%以上的科都有代表,与毗邻地区及世界植物区系有着广泛而密切的联系.区系古老而原始,珍稀孑遗类群丰富;单型或少种的科属众多,含100种以上的大科和大属也十分繁茂;含5种以下的属占76.89%,但占总属数约22.64%的多种属和大属是区系的主体,包含区系总种数的63.28%.科的分布类型有明显热带性质,属、种的分布类型反映出典型的亚热带属性.优势现象明显,特有类群和表征类群丰富.该地区被子植物区系对中国乃至东亚都有代表性.  相似文献

指麦蛾属DactylethrelaFletcher世界上已知10种,分布于古北区、东洋区和非洲区,但中国尚无记载。本文报道指麦蛾属分布中国的3个种:其中刀瓣指麦蛾D.catarinaPonomarenko(分布:陕西杨陵、凤县辛家山、甘肃康县豆坝及俄罗斯远东地区)和青冈指麦蛾D.tegulifera(Meyrick)(分布:陕西杨陵、凤县辛家山、甘肃康县阳坝和朝鲜、日本、俄罗斯远东地区;寄主:栎树、青冈和麻栎)为中国新记录种;新种沈氏指麦蛾D.shenae,sp.nov.分布于江西婺源县珍珠山,它与D.subteguliferaPonomarenko外形相似,但体小,前翅斑纹赭黄色至赭褐色,中部及外缘无明显斑纹;雄性外生殖器抱器小瓣大而直。文中提供了中国种分种检索表和外生殖器特征图。模式标本保存于南开大学生物系。  相似文献

蕨类植物是森林植被中草本层的重要组成部分,对森林的生长发育有重大影响。本研究在搜集文献、野外调查和采集标本的基础上,对湖北恩施地区蕨类植物区系成分及特点进行研究。结果显示:(1)恩施地区蕨类植物共有39科96属380种,其中中国特有种106种;该地区蕨类植物起源古老,物种分化水平较高,优势科属明显、物种丰富、组成多样,是蕨类植物物种多样性的典型代表地区之一。(2)该地区稀子蕨属、荚果蕨属、黔蕨属和骨牌蕨属种类齐全、分布广泛,是这些属的分化和分布中心。(3)该地区蕨类植物生活类型齐全,以土生为主(占81.36%)。(4)恩施地区在中国蕨类植物地理区系中占有重要地位,该地区蕨类植物科属以泛热带区系成分相对较多,总体偏热带区系成分;物种以温带亚洲、东亚和中国特有分布型为主(占60.79%),具有显著的亚热带性质。(5)恩施蕨类植物区系与其他地区联系广泛,过渡性比较明显,尤其与四川地区联系紧密。  相似文献

在野外调查和已有资料的基础上,对巴山地区蕨类植物的区系和分布进行了系统的分析。结果表明,该区具有蕨类植物34科,79属,289种(包括变种和变型)。区系地理成分复杂,在属的水平上以热带、亚热带成分为主,约占总属数的60.87%,温带成分占39.13%,而在种的水平上,热带、亚热带成分仅占总数的8.77%,温带成分处于优势地位,为91.23%,在温带成分中,东亚成分突出,加上中国特有成分共占总数的86.67%,显然应是东亚区系的一部分,因此巴山蕨类植物区系应属于中国—日本蕨类植物亚区。垂直分布可以划分3个带,蕨类植物主要分布在海拔1000~1800m。  相似文献

通过野外调查和资料整理分析,哀牢山国家级自然保护区共有蕨类植物48科,118属,446种(包括变种和变型)。优势科为鳞毛蕨科、水龙骨科和蹄盖蕨科,优势属为耳蕨属、蹄盖蕨属、鳞毛蕨属和卷柏属。区系分析结果表明:该蕨类区系是亚热带性质的区系;热带亚洲成分随着海拔的升高,比例逐渐降低,而中国-喜马拉雅成分随着海拔的升高逐渐增加;地理成分的东西坡差异不明显;该蕨类区系与喜马拉雅地区和热带亚洲的关系较密切,而与日本的关系较疏远;该蕨类区系具有较丰富的中国特有成分;哀牢山明显处于滇西北、滇东南这两大中国特有多样性中心之间,成为联系的纽带。  相似文献

在标本采集、鉴定的基础上,结合相关文献资料,研究了大方福建柏自然保护区种子植物区系组成及地理成分.结果表明:该地区属华中植物省,是中国-日本森林植物区系的核心部分,区内有野生种子植物132 科,476属,1 060 种;区系基本特征为种类组成丰富;各级地理成分复杂多变,科级成分热带性质较强(61.11%),属级成分温带性质较强(55.61%);区系起源古老,单型属、寡种属较多;具典型的钙生植物.  相似文献

回顾了世界蜉蝣目化石研究简史,列出已发表的化石种类名录、分布及年代,共40科、124属、218种,其中包括中国的8属13种;描述了不同地质时期主要蜉蝣化石的分类单元和分布地区.简要介绍了蜉蝣分类系统及系统发育、稚虫食性、与其它昆虫的关系和古生态等方面的研究成果.在本文的第2部分,初步分析了目前该类群所存在的一些问题,并对今后的研究工作进行了展望.  相似文献

经对河北大学博物馆保存的台湾拟步甲定名标本和相关资料整理,共计得到6亚科28族125属476种(亚种)。通过在属级水平上对台湾与中国大陆各省份拟步甲区系的相似程度和历史渊源分析,得到如下初步结论:(1)在种类组成上,台湾拟步甲的物种数量从多到少依次是:树甲亚科Stenochiinae 177种(37.2%)拟步甲亚科Tenebrioninae 136种(28.6%)菌甲亚科Diaperinae 73种(15.3%)朽木甲亚科Alleculinae 45种(9.5%)伪叶甲亚科Lagriinae 43种(9.0%)心甲亚科Phrenapatinae 2种(0.4%);(2)台湾拟步甲与福建的相似性最大,表明两地的区系分布有密切的历史渊源,而与大陆其他省份的关系较远;(3)构成台湾拟步甲区系的主体是东洋界华南区成分,属数高达125属(100%),其与华中区和西南区的分布联系紧密,与前者共同分布的属达到66属(52.8%),与后者共同分布的属达到61属(48.8%),与华北区、青藏区、蒙新区和东北区的联系比较疏远,共有属分别为30属(24%)、22属(17.6%)、19属(15.2%)和19属(15.2%);(4)台湾拟步甲的特有属较少,已知6属(4.8%),而特有种显多,高达236种(47.6%)。  相似文献

湘黔桂地区与邻近地区种子植物区系各分类等级相似系数为:科的相似系数由大到小依次是南岭、华中、华东、滇黔桂、岭南;属的相似系数依次是华东、南岭、滇黔桂、岭南、华中;种的相似系数依次是岭南、滇黔桂、华中、华东、南岭。科、属、种的相似系数次序不一致的原因可能有三个方面:(1)各比较地区的面积大小不一,在计算相似系数时又没有进行等效面积转换;(2)对各个地区植物资源调查的深浅程度不一;(3)不同分类等级的相似系数在说明区系关系时,其重要性不一样,这可能是重要的原因。在一定范围内的区系比较研究中,种的相似系数能够较好地说明植物区系之间的关系。湘黔桂交界地区与邻近地区种子植物属的地理成分的定量关系是:华中与华东区系以及岭南与滇黔桂区系有密切的关系,而湘黔桂与南岭区系亦密切相关、属的地理成分的树状图表明:湘黔桂与南岭区系有密切的关系,而月,岭南和滇黔桂区系与湘黔桂区系的关系比华巾和华东区系与湘黔桂区系的关系要密切得多,达2倍以上。这些结果与上述各分类等级的相似系数,尤其是种的相似系数的结果相差较大,主要是因为这里指的是属的地理成分之间的定量关系,而非其他等级的相似性。  相似文献

Genetic diversity within the northern subspecies group of musk deer Moschus moschiferus L, 1758 was examined based on the mtDNA control region hypervariable fragment (300-bp) sequence polymorphism. Nucleotide diversity, constituting 2.6% for the whole sample (n = 34), varied in the range from 0.6 to 1.9% for individual subspecies. Maximum values of this index were observed for Siberian subspecies (M. m. moschiferus), which had the widest range. Genetic similarity between the haplotypes of the musk deer from the Far East (Russia) and Sakhalin Island, which grouped in one cluster in a phylogenetic tree, was demonstrated. The data obtained indicate that the distribution of musk deer along the territory of Russia occurred from Eastern Siberia to the Far East, and from there to the Sakhalin Island. A currently observed decrease of the musk deer population number along with the increased habitat fragmentation can result in a decrease of the total genetic diversity and in inbreeding depression in the local isolated groups.  相似文献

This review presents the results of long-term study of the species diversity of plant viruses on the Asian territory of Russia. The known and new viruses were revealed in agro- and biocenoses and identified not only for the Far East and Siberia but also for Russia. Based on the criteria of traditional and molecular-genetic taxonomy, 50 viruses were referred to 8 families and 18 genera of the currently known 17 families and 78 genera of plant viruses. The taxonomic status of new phytopathogenic viruses revealed on the Asian territory of Russia was defined.  相似文献

东方白鹳(Ciconia boyciana)主要在俄罗斯远东和中国东北繁殖, 在中国主要有两个越冬群体(长江越冬群体, 迁徙距离约2,600 km; 渤海湾越冬群体, 迁徙距离约1,500 km)。本文基于2016-2018年的卫星追踪数据(N = 14), 分析了渤海湾越冬群体幼鸟春季和秋季的迁徙策略和利用风的方式, 总结了850 mb压力下风速和风向对日迁徙飞行速度的影响。该群体春秋两季迁徙距离相似, 但春季的顺风条件(2.2 ± 6.3 m/s)显著优于秋季的逆风条件(-2.4 ± 4.1 m/s, P < 0.05), 这使得春季迁徙飞行速度(280.4 ± 62.0 km/d)显著快于秋季(185.5 ± 72.0 km/d, P < 0.05), 春季迁徙飞行时间(5.9 ± 2.5 d)显著短于秋季(10.3 ± 6.5 d, P < 0.05); 同时, 春季停歇时间(5.4 ± 9.7 d)短于秋季(17.8 ± 18.2 d, P = 0.05)。基于以上原因, 东方白鹳春季迁徙持续时间(11.2 ± 8.7 d)显著短于秋季(28.0 ± 21.2 d, P < 0.05)。渤海湾越冬群体幼鸟迁徙时, 春季利用顺风更快到达度夏地, 秋季逆风迁徙, 迁徙飞行速度慢, 迁徙飞行时间和停歇时间长。因此, 东方白鹳迁徙时虽然主要利用上升热气流翱翔, 但顺风也是其成功迁徙的有利因素。  相似文献

Study of several marine Santonian-Campanian successions from Sakhalin Island, Far East Russia, has revealed that evolution of the ammonites and inoceramid bivalves proceeded at different rates after the major faunal turnover at the (locally defined) Santonian-Campanian boundary. Sometimes changes in the inoceramid assemblages were more frequent and rapid than changes in the ammonite assemblages, and sometimes vice versa. Significant levels of inoceramid turnover and radiation events have been identified at the (locally defined) Santonian-Campanian and lower-upper Campanian boundaries. Changes in ammonite and inoceramid diversity, and in the proportions of endemic and cosmopolitan species, were investigated in the context of the local relative sea-level curve and inferred environmental changes. In Far East Russia, the main ammonite and inoceramid radiation after the local Santonian-Campanian faunal turnover occurred in the early Late Campanian Pachydiscus (P.) aff. egertoni ammonite Zone and the coeval Schmidticeramus schmidti inoceramid Zone. This condensed interval of ammonite and inoceramid maximum diversity provides a perfect stratigraphic marker that is recognizable in Sakhalin, North-East Russia and Japan. The succession of Santonian-Campanian assemblages identified in Sakhalin enabled the establishment of seven ammonite and six inoceramid zones, which correlate relatively well with those of North-East Russia and Japan. The problems of placing the Santonian-Campanian boundary in Sakhalin and in the adjacent Japanese island of Hokkaido are reviewed.  相似文献

A total of 107 forms of 88 eumenine wasp species occurring in the Far East were used to produce a more comprehensive picture of the geographical pattern of wasps in the Far East. All forms occurring in the Far East were biogeographically classified into 22 types in four larger categories, and a summarized table and discussion are presented. The eumenine wasp fauna of the Far East was characterized as a mixture of a fair number of endemic elements, a moderate number of transpalearctic elements, and some Oriental elements. The endemism of the Far East reached 0.71 at the species/subspecies level when the calculation was based on true Palearctic elements occurring in Far Eastern Russia, the Korean peninsula and Japan proper. The relationship between the Far Eastern fauna and the Central/Western Palearctic faunas was also analyzed and discussed. The species occurring in each treated district was counted, and provides evidence for the importance of the Korean fauna in biodiversity evaluation/estimation of Far Eastern fauna. The similarity index between the Korean Peninsula and Japan proper, the Korean Peninsula and the Russian Far East, and the Russian Far East and Japan proper was calculated to explain possible factors for faunal formation in the Far East. The genetic variability of the greater long-tailed hamster Tscherskia triton of the peripheral population of the southern Russian Far East is evaluated compared to the central populations of China based on the nucleotide sequences of the control region of mitochondrial DNA. The high genetic diversity of the population of the southern part of Russian Far East is established, which does not confirm a hypothesis on reduction of the diversity in the peripheral populations. The presence of three phylogroups is discovered: one within Russia (“northern”) and two within China (“central” and “southern”). A deletion, absent in other taxonomically distant groups of the Old and New World and acquired by the greater long-tailed hamster over the course of its evolutionary history, is present in certain populations of this species. A preliminary hypothesis, according to which the contemporary structure of this species is determined not only by topographical and climatic events, but by human activity as well, is formulated.  相似文献
