放牧干扰下高原鼢鼠栖息地选择因素   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
以祁连山东段高寒草甸栖息的高原鼢鼠(Myospalax baileyi)为研究对象,探讨放牧干扰下高原鼢鼠适合栖息地选择的影响因素,为合理控制草原鼠害和保护生物多样性提供科学依据。在5个不同放牧强度小区中,连续3年监测高原鼢鼠相对种群密度变化,同时获取植被和土壤的变化数据。分析高原鼢鼠相对种群密度、植被(盖度、高度、频度、植被生物量、植被均匀度、丰富度、多样性和地下根系生物量)和土壤(紧实度、容重、水分)之间的关系。中度放牧干扰下,高原鼢鼠相对种群密度最低,不利于对栖息地的选择,轻度、次轻度放牧区的高原鼢鼠相对种群密度高于重度、次重度放牧区的;轻度放牧干扰的草地有利于高原鼢鼠种群数量的增加。高原鼢鼠相对种群密度与土壤紧实度、容重呈显著负相关(R=﹣0.921、﹣0.883,P0.05);与土壤水分呈显著正相关(R=0.879,P0.05);高原鼢鼠相对种群密度与地下根系生物量呈极显著正相关(R=0.982,P0.01),与植被丰富度呈显著正相关(R=0.921,P0.05),与地上植被总盖度呈显著正相关(R=0.909,P0.05),与地上生物量、均匀度、多样性呈不显著正相关(P0.05)。在草地放牧干扰系统中,非生物因素土壤紧实度、水分可能是高原鼢鼠栖息地选择的首要选择因素,食物资源也许是次要选择因素。  相似文献

为明确野生寄主植物对马铃薯甲虫种群繁殖及生长发育方面的影响,本研究比较了天仙子、刺萼龙葵2种野生寄主对马铃薯甲虫产卵量、孵化率、发育历期以及种群生命参数的影响.结果表明:取食不同寄主植物的马铃薯甲虫产卵量和孵化率均有显著差异(P<0.05),卵期无显著差异(P>0.05),取食天仙子的雌虫产卵量显著低于取食马铃薯和刺萼龙葵雌虫产卵量;1龄幼虫的存活率有显著性差异(P<0.05),取食天仙子的雌虫的下一代1龄幼虫存活率显著低于其他寄主植物1龄幼虫;取食不同寄主植物的下一代马铃薯甲虫种群净增值率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)、周限增长率(λ)都有显著差异(P<0.05),世代平均周期(T)无显著性差异(P>0.05);取食天仙子的马铃薯甲虫下一代种群净增值率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)、周限增长率(λ)显著小于取食马铃薯、刺萼龙葵的下一代种群.由此可知,天仙子作为马铃薯甲虫野生过渡寄主植物,对马铃薯甲虫种群繁殖策略的作用弱于马铃薯和刺萼龙葵.在马铃薯甲虫前沿分布区,应进一步加强对刺萼龙葵野生寄主的铲除,防止马铃薯甲虫种群进一步扩散,保障马铃薯产业健康发展和粮食安全.  相似文献

本研究采用浸渍饲喂法测得吡虫啉对西花蓟马(Frankliniella occidentalis)和花蓟马(Frankliniella intonsa)的LC50浓度,并选取花蓟马2龄若虫的LC50浓度11.00 mg·L-1作为本试验用浓度,在此浓度胁迫下将2种蓟马以1∶1的种群数量比例用菜豆在同一养虫笼中饲养,进行室内种间竞争试验,测定2种蓟马的生长发育和繁殖力等参数。结果表明:在吡虫啉胁迫下,从25~150 d内西花蓟马与花蓟马种群数量比值不断升高,2种蓟马种内雌性种群数量所占比例均高于雄性种群,且西花蓟马种群中雌性种群所占比例(斜率为6.22)高于花蓟马种群中雌性种群所占比例(斜率为2.68)(P0.05);两种蓟马的未成熟虫期各虫态的发育历期在吡虫啉胁迫下均显著缩短,且西花蓟马的发育历期缩短更为明显(P0.05);在吡虫啉胁迫下西花蓟马种群的存活率、雌雄成虫寿命稍高于花蓟马种群但差异不显著(P0.05),西花蓟马的净生殖率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)、周限增长率(λ)的值均要高于花蓟马的值;2种蓟马种群内雌雄成虫寿命、平均世代周期(T)和种群加倍时间(DT)与对照相比均显著缩短(P0.05);吡虫啉处理下西花蓟马的平均产卵量、R0、rm、λ值均显著高于对照(P0.05),而花蓟马的平均产卵量、R0、T和DT却显著低于对照。研究表明,在吡虫啉浓度11.00 mg·L-1胁迫下,西花蓟马种群的竞争能力和对吡虫啉胁迫的适应性强于花蓟马种群,蓟马种群内雌性种群的竞争力强于雄性种群,吡虫啉胁迫是加速西花蓟马对花蓟马种群种间取代的重要因子。  相似文献

马麝(Moschus sifanicus)分布于我国青藏高原及周边区域,雄麝可分泌麝香。因历史上的过度利用及生境丧失等原因,马麝已极度濒危。马麝驯养是保育野生马麝资源及可持续生产麝香的有效方式。我国于1990年在甘肃兴隆山保护区开始马麝驯养,并于1996年实现了可持续的活体取香。分析了兴隆山麝场1996—2006年间的麝香生产及与泌香雄麝种群增长和种群结构的关系,结果表明:兴隆山麝场11a间共取香430头次,麝香总产量达3846.6 g,年均麝香产量为(349.69±84.69)g(n=11)。泌香雄麝的种群数与麝香年产量存在极显著的相关(R=0.638,P0.01),增长模型y=e(6.4285-3.6578/t)(R2=0.735,df=9,F=24.94,P=0.0010.01)和y=e(4.2049-3.4523/t)(R2=0.700,df=9,F=21.02,P=0.0010.01)可分别模拟该麝场的麝香年产量及泌香雄麝种群的增长。泌香雄麝的平均泌香量为(8.93±0.56)g/头(n=68),各年度的雄麝平均泌香量与麝香年产量相关极显著(R=0.442,P0.01),其增长模式呈指数式增长(y=7.5126e0.0244t)(R2=0.373,df=9,F=5.36,P=0.0460.05)。各年龄组雄麝间的平均泌香量差异显著(ANOVA,F7,59=2.522,P=0.0240.05),1.5岁马麝的泌香(2.00±1.82)g,(n=10)显著高于其他各年龄组马麝(P0.05),其余年龄组间的平均泌香量无显著差异(P0.05)。雄麝的年龄组与麝香年产量呈极显著的负相关(R=-0.936,P=0.0010.01),1.5—6.5岁雄麝占种群比例91.16%,生产麝香(3560.1g)占总产量的92.55%。以麝香生产为主的麝场,其驯养雄麝种群配置应以6.5岁龄以下雄麝为主。  相似文献

本文对我国俗称"草兔"的147号标本,基于其头骨64个性状的线性量度数据,运用生物统计学的方法进行了形态学分析。结果表明,我国"草兔"多数性状显著区别于非洲的草兔(Lepus capensis),因此,将其归为L.capensis尚不能得到形态学方面的支持。罗泽珣(1981)所划分的原草兔西域亚种(L.capensislehmanni)实际可能包含2个形态各异的种,但因本文研究材料限制无法与蒙古兔、藏兔模式产地标本进行比较,暂且保留Hoffmann和Smith(2005)的观点将其中天山以北的种群归入蒙古兔(L.tolai),而天山以南的新疆西南部种群归入藏兔(L.tibetanus)。此外,原草兔湟水河谷亚种(L.c.huangshuiensis)和中亚亚种(L.c.centrasiaticus)对应的种群与划为内蒙古亚种(L.c.tolai)的种群之间分化不明显,支持将这2个"亚种"并入蒙古兔的观点。而吉林延边种群的头骨形态与蒙古兔也很相似,基于本文的形态研究结果,不支持将其归入高丽兔(L.coreanus)的观点。  相似文献

赤松纯林林分特征对昆嵛山鳃扁叶蜂发生量的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
为探讨昆嵛山鳃扁叶蜂的发生与天然赤松纯林的林分特征及其自然分布的关系,依托昆嵛山森林生态定位研究站所设立的40块永久性样地,比较了群落自然演替13 a的赤松种群特征以及林内灌草多样性指数,并分析了虫口密度与赤松林分特征的关系。结果表明,13 a自然生长,赤松种群的径级分布和高度结构出现显著变化。赤松种群中占总数60%的林木径级为5 cmDBH≤25 cm,比1996年高51%;而约占67%的赤松个体高度在2 m到10 m之间,比1996年高57%。同时种群密度从1996年的平均超过13000株/hm2降到了2008年的平均2377株/hm2。赤松林内灌草Shannon多样性指数(H)和均匀度指数(JS)分别为2.50和0.79,分别低于1996年的(H)2.69和(JS)0.85,暗示赤松纯林生物多样性有降低的趋势。昆嵛山鳃扁叶蜂的虫口密度与赤松林分的郁闭度和赤松分布的海拔高度呈极显著相关关系、相关系数分别为R=0.931、P=0.002和R=0.924、P=0.003;与林分密度(R=0.780,P=0.038)、林木胸径(R=0.816,P=0.025)呈显著相关关系,而与树高以及树龄关系不显著。昆嵛山鳃扁叶蜂虫口密度的分布格局似乎非常符合"资源集中"假说。  相似文献

以一个对甲氧虫酰肼具有18.5倍抗性的棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner)种群(R)和其同源对照种群(S)为对象,研究了甲氧虫酰肼对棉铃虫生长发育的亚致死效应。结果表明,甲氧虫酰肼亚致死剂量(LC25)处理R和S种群的3龄初幼虫,对S种群幼虫的生长抑制率(37.30%)显著大于R种群(21.20%)。与空白对照处理相比,致死剂量处理R和S种群后,均表现出生长发育延缓,蛹期延长,化蛹率、羽化率、卵孵化率降低,且对S种群的影响更明显。研究结果表明亚致死剂量的甲氧虫酰肼对棉铃虫存在一定的不利影响,但对甲氧虫酰肼具有一定抗性的棉铃虫种群能够减轻这种不利影响。  相似文献

采用异速生长方法,建立树干基部多分枝型秋茄生物量与分枝直径的函数模型,根据该模型计算了浙江鳌江河口人工秋茄林生物量,并比较了我国不同地区秋茄林生物量差异。结果表明,秋茄生物量(W)与分枝直径(D)之间存在极显著的回归关系,叶片(WL)、树干(WS)、根系和分枝基部(WB)及植株总生物量(WT)与分枝直径(D)的异速生长方程分别为:WL=0.187D1.855(R2=0.612,P<0.0001);WS=0.267D1.906(R2=0.821,P<0.0001);WB=4.6D1.136(R2=0.644,P<0.0001);WT=3.614D1.446(R2=0.801,P<0.0001)。我国不同地区秋茄林地上生物量与林龄和纬度之间存在显著的回归关系:lg(地上生物量)=3.123+0.84×lg(林龄)-2.019×lg(纬度),(R2=0.431,F2,11=4.161,P=0.045)。秋茄种群生物量随着林龄的增加而增加,随着纬度的升高呈现降低趋势。浙江鳌江河口3年、5年和10年龄人工秋茄林生物量分别为7.13、11.32和24.35 t/hm2,其中5年龄秋茄林生物量仅为广东湛江同龄秋茄林(自然湿地生境)生物量的18%。然而,广东深圳的3年龄秋茄林(人工湿地生境)生物量仅为该研究中同龄秋茄林生物量的9.3%。此外,以≤11年龄的人工秋茄纯林为对象,建立了种群密度与种群植株平均生物量的关系:lg(平均单株地上生物量)=8.468-2.1×lg(种群密度),(R2=0.961,F=99.764,P=0.001),秋茄种群密度越小,平均植株生物量越大,平均单株生物量较符合Yoda提出的-3/2自疏定律为快,自疏指数为-2.1。因此,纬度和林龄是秋茄种群生物量的主要影响因子,生境类型、种群密度等因素对红树林种群或群落生物量的积累也至关重要。  相似文献

研究了3种微生态制剂(复合微生态制剂Ⅰ、复合微生态制剂Ⅱ和芽孢杆菌)对大型溞的急、慢性毒性影响,分析比较了3种微生态制剂的安全使用剂量以及对大型溞生殖和种群增长的影响.试验结果表明,3种微生态制剂对大型溞死亡率影响均显著(P < 0.05),从安全浓度来看,对大型溞的毒性作用依次为:复合微生态制剂Ⅱ>复合微生态制剂Ⅰ>芽孢杆菌;在安全浓度范围内,3种微生态制剂对大型溞亲代(P)的生殖和种群增长均有明显的促进作用,表现在随微生态制剂浓度的升高,P代的净生殖率(R0)和内禀增长率(rm)均显著增加(P < 0.05),其中以复合微生态制剂Ⅰ的效果最好,R0最高值为对照组的7倍,rm最高值为对照组的1.7倍;3种微生态制剂对大型溞子一代(F1)和子二代(F2)的生殖和种群增长均没有促进作用.  相似文献

Abstract: Hippocampal slices were prepared under three conditions: (1) in medium containing glucose and oxygen at 4°C; (2) as in (1), but at 37°C; (3) in medium devoid of glucose and oxygen at 37°C. The rates of recovery to roughly steady-state levels and through 8 h of incubation were monitored for energy metabolite levels and related parameters. In vitro stable values are compared with in situ hippocampal levels. Regardless of the conditions under which slices were prepared, metabolite levels required up to 3 h to stabilize, and these levels were maintained or improved through 8 h of incubation. Further, the maximal concentrations of metabolites were independent of the conditions of slice preparation. Total adenylates and total creatine levels reached 55% of those in vivo. Lactate decreased from the decapitation-induced high levels, but stabilized at concentrations about twice those in rapidly frozen brain. Cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP exhibited peak levels at 30 min of incubation, and cyclic GMP remained elevated for 3 h. Although all three methods of slice preparation resulted in similar metabolite profiles on incubation, the initial decreases in high energy phosphates were delayed by chilling. Most striking, the slices prepared in the absence of glucose and oxygen exhibited much smaller orthodromic evoked potentials in the dentate gyrus. The presence of glucose and oxygen during preparation of the slices appears to be critical to the electrophysiological response of the tissue.  相似文献

During a field expedition on the southern slope of Himalayas, we photographed a golden jackal at the Alpine meadow and scrubland (85°24’27″E, 28°23’32″N, elevation 3400 m) in Jilong County, Tibet, on July 7, 2018. This is the first confirmed field record of golden jackal (Canis aureus) in China, and also a new occurrence record to its global distribution. Further research is needed to determine its population and distribution status along the China-Nepal borders and the adjacent areas.  相似文献

Growth studies of mouse L cells have been concluded at elevated temperatures. The energy of activation is −90 425 cal for the range 37 ° to 40 °C as compared with 16 799 cal for that immediately below the optimal 37 °C. 以目前大面积栽培的甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus) ‘秦优10号’和其田间常见的8种杂草播娘蒿(Descurainia sophia)、泽漆(Euphorbia helioscopia)、野燕麦(Avena fatua)、棒头草(Polypogon fugax)、婆婆纳(Veronica didyma)、看麦娘(Alopecurus aequalis)、灰绿藜(Chenopodium glaucum)、反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus)为试验材料, 利用人工气候培养箱控温, 研究了10 ℃/5 ℃ (昼/夜)、18 ℃/10 ℃、25 ℃/20 ℃、35 ℃/30 ℃、40 ℃/35 ℃不同温度幅度处理对它们的发芽势、发芽率、幼苗形态及生理指标的影响, 旨在为预测气候变化环境下油菜田恶性靶标杂草的演替趋势提供参考依据。试验结果表明: 不同供试杂草对温度变化表现出明显的适应性差异, 看麦娘、灰绿藜和反枝苋的最适萌发温度偏高, 如反枝苋在高温处理(40 ℃/35 ℃)下种子的发芽率达到最高(91%); 而播娘蒿、泽漆、野燕麦、棒头草、婆婆纳种子的最适萌发温度主要集中于10-18 ℃范围内。进一步测试研究表明, 高温处理(40 ℃/35 ℃)下, 反枝苋幼苗生长旺盛, 体内丙二醛的积累也明显低于低温(10 ℃/5 ℃)处理, 可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量以及保护酶活性也较高, 表明反枝苋对高温胁迫有较好的适应性, 灰绿藜对高温的响应与反枝苋相似, 在高温气候年份, 要严防这2种草害加重; 而在低温处理(10 ℃/5 ℃)下, 野燕麦的种子萌发率达到100%, 其幼苗生长旺盛, 体内可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量及保护酶活性较高, 播娘蒿对低温胁迫的响应类似于野燕麦, 因此在寒冷年份需加强对野燕麦和播娘蒿草害的预防。供试油菜品种相对于所有供试杂草对温度变化的适应性更好, 其种子在不同温度处理下均保持较稳定的高发芽率, 且幼苗长势良好, 表明‘秦优10号’是一个对温度变化适应性很好的油菜品种。  相似文献

继作者(1984)初步探讨了高寒草甸生态系统中牦牛种群的能流动态以后,本文深入探讨了牦牛种群的能流动态及其在生态系统能流过程中的地位和作用。从测定牦牛的日摄入能、消化能着手,估算了由于瘤胃微生物发酵而产生的甲烷能量损失和代谢能,研究了高寒草甸生态系统中,每公顷面积上通过绿色植被和牦牛种群的能量流密度之物候期动态。比较了次级营养层上3种优势草食动物的种群密度、现存生物量以及每公斤体重、每公斤代谢体重的物质和能量消耗,分析了牦牛种群在高寒草甸生态系统中的地位和作用。  相似文献

Abstract: To elucidate whether the high sensitivity of gerbil compared with rat hippocampus to metabolic stress results from tissue-specific or hemodynamic factors, ischemia-induced metabolic disturbances [energy metabolism and protein synthesis rate (PSR)] were studied using the in vitro model of the hippocampal slice preparation. At the end of in vitro ischemia, ATP content was measured in individual slices with HPLC. In other groups of slices, PSR was measured after 120 min of recovery after in vitro ischemia. ATP breakdown was almost identical in rat and gerbil slices at all temperatures (37°C, 34°C, or 31°C) and periods of ischemia (5, 10, or 15 min) studied. In contrast to the identical rate of ATP depletion during ischemia, however, postischemic disturbances in PSR were significantly increased in gerbil slices compared with rat slices and this relationship was stable after different periods of ischemia and at different incubation temperatures. The results illustrate that the pattern of ischemia-induced disturbances observed in vivo can also be reproduced using the in vitro model of hippocampal slice preparation, as evidenced by the postischemic disturbance in PSR. It is concluded that comparison of the extent of metabolic disturbances in gerbil and rat hippocampal slices after transient in vitro ischemia may help to elucidate the mechanisms of ischemic cell damage.  相似文献

A reappraisal of oxygen uptake by Sarotherodon mossambicus was undertaken using a continuous flow respirometer. Measurements were obtained over the temperature range 16°C–37°C for fish weighing between 10 g and 150 g. The Hsp100/ClpB heat shock protein family is ancient and required for high temperature survival, but natural variation in expression and its phenotypic effects is unexplored in plants. In controlled environment experiments, we examined the effects of variation in the Arabidopsis cytosolic AtHsp101 (hereafter Hsp101). Ten wild-collected ecotypes differed in Hsp101 expression responses across a 22 to 40 °C gradient. Genotypes from low latitudes expressed the least Hsp101. We tested fitness and pleiotropic consequences of varying Hsp101 expression in 'control' vs. mild thermal stress treatments (15/25 °C D/N vs. 15/25° D/N plus 3 h at 35 °C 3 days/week). Comparing wild type and null mutants, wt Columbia (Col) produced ~33% more fruits compared to its Hsp101 homozygous null mutant. There was no difference between Landsberg erecta null mutant NIL (Ler) and wt Ler; wt Ler showed very low Hsp101 expression. In an assay of six genotypes, fecundity was a saturating function of Hsp101 content, in both experimental treatments. Thus, in addition to its essential role in acquired thermal tolerance, Hsp101 provides a substantial fitness benefit under normal growth conditions. Knocking out Hsp101 decreased fruit production, days to germination and days to bolting, total dry mass, and number of inflorescences; it increased transpiration rate and allocation to root mass. Root : total mass ratio decayed exponentially with Hsp101 content. This study shows that Hsp101 expression is evolvable in natural populations. Our results further suggest that Hsp101 is primarily an emergency high-temperature tolerance mechanism, since expression levels are lower in low-latitude populations from warmer climates. Hsp101 expression appears to carry an important trade-off in reduced root growth. This trade-off may select for suppressed expression under chronically high temperatures.  相似文献

COLI-AEROGENES BACTERIA IN FARM WATER SUPPLIES   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
SUMMARY: A series of 825 cultures of coli-aerogenes bacteria isolated at 30° and a series of 735 cultures isolated at 37° from 645 samples of farm water supplies were classified according to the recommendations of the Coliform Sub-Committee of the Society for Applied Bacteriology (Report, 1949). Klebsiella constituted 50% of the cultures isolated at 30°, whereas Escherichia coli I was the dominant type, forming 57%, among the cultures isolated at 37°. It would thus appear that isolation at 30° is as selective for Klebsiella as isolation at 37° is for Escherichia . Coli-aerogenes organisms, mainly 37° negative strains of Citrobacter freundii I and K. cloacae , were found in waters of high sanitary quality derived from protected springs and wells; but the coli-aerogenes microflora of polluted water was dominated by E. coli I, which formed 43% of the isolates at 30° and 76% of those at 37°. The results for a series of fortnightly samples from 11 farm water supplies showed a marked seasonal variation in the incidence of different types isolated at 30°; E. coli I formed a higher proportion in summer than in winter, while 37° negative strains of Klebsiella and Citrobacter formed a higher proportion in winter than in summer.  相似文献
