目的 观察蕲蛇酶对急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法 对80例急性脑梗死随机分成两组,治疗级48例,给予蕲蛇酶1.0u静滴,每日1次,治疗10天,对照组32例,给予脉要20ml加入低分子右旋9糖酐250ml静滴,每日1次,治疗14天。结果 治疗组显效率72.9%,对照组显效率37%,(X^2=9.49,P〈0.01)。结论 蕲蛇酶对急性脑梗死的治疗能显著改善临床症状,降低致残率,疗效明显优于对照组。  相似文献

目的 探讨治疗急性脑梗死有效的方案。方法 观察发病在48h内的急性脑梗死患者78例,随机分为蕲蛇酶配以高压氧治疗组(高压氧组)和蕲蛇酶治疗组(蕲蛇酶组)。结果 治疗前后两组总有效率分别为94.7%和92.5%。基本治愈、显著进步百分比是高压氧组高于蕲蛇酶组,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。神经功能缺损程度总分数治疗前后比较,蕲蛇酶配以高压氧组第1个疗程后,差异显著(P〈0.05),第2个疗程后,差异  相似文献

蕲蛇酶治疗脑梗死的临床研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的评价蕲蛇酶(Acutase)治疗脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法选择符合AcutaseⅢ期临床试验方案的要求的脑梗死患者应用Acutase0.75u加人生理盐水250ml中,静脉滴注3h以上,每日1次,连用2周为1个疗程。在试验过程中,观察和如实记录各种不良反应及出现时间,严重程度及处理方法、效果。结果 Acutase治疗脑梗死的显效率为83.80%,总有效率为99.30%,不良反应少而短暂;同时,Acutase具有改善患者日常生活能力的作用。结论Acutase治疗脑梗死安全有效。  相似文献

目的:观察蕲蛇酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法:治疗组100例,用蕲蛇酶治疗,对照组50例,用常规药物治疗,观察两组临床疗效及副作用。结果:蕲蛇酶治疗组治疗14天后疗效明显优于对照组,蕲蛇酶组纤维蛋白原明显下降,有2例有出血现象,结论:蕲蛇酶是治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,安全性高的蛇毒酶药物。  相似文献

目的 观察蕲蛇酶治疗急性血栓性小腿深部静脉炎的临床疗效。方法 将162例急性血栓性小腿深部静脉炎患者分为治疗组110例,对照组52例 ;治疗组用蕲蛇酶治疗,对照组用丹参粉治疗。治疗前后分别检查血液流变学指标。结果 治疗组总有效率98.2%,对照组总有效率78.8%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后纤维蛋白原含量、全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血沉、血小板聚集率与治疗前比较均有下降,差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。对照组除血沉外,其余各项血液流变学指标治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 蕲蛇酶是溶栓和预防血栓形成的理想药物。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
