墨西哥国立自治大学(UNAM)以胡列塔·拉姆斯·E.(JulietaRamosE.)女博士为首的食用昆虫研究课题组,自60年代以来,一直致力于食用昆虫的研究,特别是在营养成分分析方面,已引起世界注目。到目前为止,他们对100多种民间食用昆虫的3大营养要素,即能值、蛋白质、脂肪以及矿物质、粗纤维、游离氮素,蛋白质中的氨基酸组分等进行了测定和分析,结果表明,许多昆虫种类不仅蛋白质含量高于鸡、鱼、蛋和猪肉等高等动物的蛋白质含量,而且蛋白质中的氨基酸组分分布比例非常合理,接近于联合国粮农组织(FAO)制订的蛋白质中氨基酸比例…  相似文献

【目的】了解金银花尺蠖Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu幼虫、蛹和成虫的主要营养成分,评价其营养价值,为金银花尺蠖的食用开发提供理论依据。【方法】采用国家标准检测方法,测定金银花尺蠖幼虫、蛹和成虫的水分、蛋白质、脂肪、总糖、氨基酸、脂肪酸、微量元素和维生素的含量,分析金银花尺蠖幼虫、蛹和成虫的氨基酸分、必需氨基酸指数、必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值、不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸的比值,并与常见食物进行比较分析。【结果】结果表明,金银花尺蠖幼虫、蛹和成虫的水分含量分别为72.93%、64.92%和56.16%;蛋白质含量分别为50.64%、60.12%和48.38%;脂肪含量分别为21.98%、23.84%和20.60%;总糖含量分别为3.32%、5.35%和2.79%;总氨基酸含量分别为394.31、413.54和356.09 mg/g;必需氨基酸总含量分别为158.80、166.83、132.67 mg/g;必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的比例分别为40.27%、40.34%和37.26%;必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值分别为67.43%、67.62%和59.38%;必需氨基酸指数分别为1.02、1.07和0.87;不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为68.45%、69.09%和66.29%,其P/S值分别为2.17、2.24和1.95;必需脂肪酸含量分别为34.35%、34.77%和32.71%;微量元素Zen的含量分别为11.29、98.42、66.98 mg/100 g,Fe的含量分别为32.31、19.84、13.04 mg/100 g,幼虫中Cu的含量为18.54 mg/100 g,蛹和成虫中均不含Cu;维生素以B6的含量最高,分别为7.93、25.82、26.21 mg/100 g。【结论】金银花尺蠖具有较高的营养价值和食用价值,具有极大的开发潜力。  相似文献

分析了长须水龟虫HydrousacuminatusMotsch的虫体粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖、粗灰分、矿物质元素等营养成分的含量 ,评价了其蛋白氨基酸的质量。结果表明 :长须水龟虫是一种高蛋白 (含 5 1 60 %干重 )、高脂肪 ( 1 7 96%干重 )、富含矿物质和微量元素 (粗灰分 3 1 0 % ,干重 )的优质蛋白质食品。  相似文献

由于具有较好的营养价值以及较高的食物转化效率,食用昆虫特别是蟋蟀受到普遍关注。在双斑蟋(Gryllus bimaculatus,GB)营养成分测定的基础上,对比家蟋(Acheta domesticus,AD)和黑蟋(Gryllus testaceus,GT)的营养及含量,分析评价了双斑蟋的使用价值。结果显示:双斑蟋水分含量71.0%、粗蛋白含量58.60%(干重)、粗脂肪含量28.90%(干重)、粗纤维含量7.23%(干重)、灰分4.93%(干重);蛋白含量与黑蟋相当而高于家蟋,粗脂肪和灰分含量要高于家蟋和黑蟋;双斑蟋含有17种氨基酸,总氨基酸含量51.03%(干重),必需氨基酸含量24.76%(干重)、占总氨基酸的48.3%,氨基酸含量低于其他两种蟋蟀;双斑蟋中常量元素含量最高的为钾(6 416 mg/kg,干重)、含量最低的是钙(92 mg/kg,干重),微量元素中锌含量较高(241 mg/kg,干重);双斑蟋油脂中不饱和脂肪酸的相对含量为65.33%,以亚油酸(37.05%)和油酸(25.86%)为主、饱和脂肪酸以棕榈酸(25.44%)和硬脂酸(8.74%)为主。双斑蟋的脂肪酸组成、含量与家蟋相近,而与黑蟋的脂肪酸组成差别较大,三种蟋蟀中含量最高的饱和脂肪酸为棕榈酸,而含量最高的不饱和酸为亚油酸。结果表明,双斑蟋的必需氨基酸组成符合FAO/WHO推荐的氨基酸构成比例的蛋白条件,具有较高的营养价值和食用价值。  相似文献

本文主要对金边地鳖Opisthoplata orientalis Buron的一般营养成分,氨基酸、脂肪酸的组成及含量和矿物质元素进行了分析测试。结果表明:粗蛋白、粗脂肪、水分和灰分的含量分别是:80%、112%、377%、493%;含有18种氨基酸,总氨基酸含量39378861mg/100g,其中8种必需氨基酸和2种半必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的471%,必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸的比值为062,符合FAO推荐的理想蛋白模式;脂肪酸有11种,其中7种不饱和脂肪酸占总油脂的7478%,不饱和脂肪酸中的油酸含量高达613%;检测的5种常量元素和5种微量元素中K、P、Mg、Ca、Na、Zn、Mn、Cu 8种元素含量较为丰富,Fe含量较少,含有有益元素Se。作为传统的中药昆虫,金边地鳖同时还具有丰富的营养成分,是具有深入开发和利用价值的药用及食用昆虫。  相似文献

通过对黄斑蕉弄蝶蛹的部分营养分析表明,黄斑蕉弄蝶蛹具有高蛋白、低脂肪的特点,蛋白质含量丰富为76.3%、脂肪含量为15.8%;矿质元素种类多且含量丰富;总氨基酸含量较高为628.2 mg/g干重,其中必需氨基酸含量占45.1%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值为0.82,各种必需氨基酸含量均衡,第一限制性氨基酸为含硫氨酸(蛋氨酸和胱氨酸)含量为24.4 mg/g蛋白质,占FAO模式参考值的70.0%。黄斑蕉弄蝶蛹具有较高营养价值,它的食用开发具有巨大的潜力和广阔的市场前景。  相似文献

本研究旨在确定油葫芦Gryllus testaceus Walker的主要营养成分和营养价值。研究发现油葫芦体内主要含有蛋白质、脂类和几丁质三类物质,它们的含量(干重比)分别是58.3%,10.3%和8.7%。其中必需氨基酸的含量除了半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸外,非常符合FAO/WHO所确定的人体对氨基酸需求标准。脂肪酸分析显示,不饱和脂肪酸的含量很高,仅油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量就占总脂肪含量的77.51%。油葫芦的甲壳素含量为8.7%,而且从该虫提取甲壳素/壳聚糖的品质在甲壳素色泽及残留灰分含量、壳聚糖粘度等方面比常规甲壳素原料虾蟹壳的好。因此,油葫芦可以作为很好的食品或饲料添加剂,或医药原料。  相似文献

分析贵州产九香虫Aspongopus chinensis Dallas体内的营养成分。结果表明:从江和习水产九香虫都具有丰富的营养,其中粗蛋白分别为350.9mg·g-1和356.5mg·g-1、粗脂肪432.6mg·g-1和436.2mg·g-1、粗灰分22.9mg·g-1和22.8mg·g-1;总氨基酸含量为334.3mg·g-1和253mg·g-1,其中必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的41.22%和33.34%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸之比分别为0.70和0.50;九香虫体内脂肪酸多以油酸和软脂酸为主,其中油酸占总脂肪酸的49.48%和41.54%;含有丰富的矿物质和微量元素,尤其是Mg的含量达到1.26mg·g-1和1.32mg·g-1,且不含有对人体有害的Hg、Pb和As;含有多种维生素,其中维生素C含量最为丰富,为0.78mg·g-1和0.79mg·g-1。作为具有保健功能的中药昆虫,同时具有丰富的营养成分,九香虫是极具潜力的药食两用食品。  相似文献

用孚尔根及甲基绿 -派洛宁组织化学染色法了解北京油葫芦Teleogryllusmitratus(Burmeister)卵子发生各时期阶段中卵内DNA及RNA动态变化规律。在卵子发生的最初阶段 ,核中DNA的合成和复制最活跃 ,以后便慢慢减弱 ;而RNA则在第 2阶段合成最旺盛。在卵子发生各个阶段 ,滤泡细胞中DNA ,RNA均为阳性反应 ,并在卵细胞的卵黄形成期活动旺盛 ,为卵母细胞卵黄蛋白形成提供物质基础。卵子发生第 4~ 6阶段 ,滤泡细胞开放时期 ,血淋巴内一些物质可能直接或间接通过滤泡细胞间隙进入卵母细胞内 ,参与卵母细胞的发育和构建。研究表明卵子发生初期卵母细胞的发育和物质构建主要以内源性合成积累为主 ,中后期则有外源性物质的参与。  相似文献

对自然贮存条件下分别贮存了 2个月、4个月及 6个月的秦冠、红富士、新红星、北斗及黄元帅苹果果实的硬度以及主要营养成分 (果胶质、总糖、粗蛋白 )进行了统计分析和对比研究 ,结果表明 :在自然贮存条件下 ,苹果果实的硬度、果胶质、总糖及粗蛋白的含量均随贮存时间的延长而下降 ,不同的品种间及同一品种或不同品种在不同贮存时期的差异均极显著( P<0 .0 1 ) ;3种不同营养成分彼此间密切相关 ( R>0 .80 ) ,因此可以任取其中之一作为测试这些营养成分的指标。对于不同的品种而言 ,红富士、秦冠果实的硬度较大 ,其果胶质、总糖及粗蛋白含量也较高 ,说明秦冠和红富士为较好的耐贮品种。  相似文献

采用随机区组试验设计,对引进的8个冷季型牧草品种进行产草量和营养成分的比较分析.结果表明:4次刈割的总鲜重和总干重在品种间差异极显著,且以蓝天堂黑麦草(7号)最高.品种间的粗蛋白含量差异显著,其中第1次刈割以奇可利(3号)最高,蓝天堂黑麦草(7号)居第2位;第2次仍以奇可利(3号)最高,特高黑麦草(1号)和蓝天堂黑麦草(7号)居其次;第3次以紫花苜蓿(8号)最高,其次是多年生黑麦草(4号);第4次以奇可利(3号)最高,多年生黑麦草(4号)居第2位;粗纤维、粗脂肪和粗灰分在品种间的差别较小.综合产草量和品质两方面考虑,蓝天堂黑麦草(7号)可作为本地首选推广的冷季型牧草品种,奇可利(3号)和多年生黑麦草(4号)可作为备选推广的牧草品种.  相似文献

The cotton aphid is one of the most serious pests of greenhouse vegetable crops worldwide. It is difficult to control because field populations usually include simultaneously several insect developmental stages. The current research evaluated an isolate (CS625) of Lecanicillium attenuatum, a fungal pathogen of aphids, as to its virulence against different developmental stages of cotton aphid, Aphis gossypii. The influence on mortality of several other factors also was examined: (a) insect moulting, (b) the number of conidia attached to insect cuticles and (c) germination rates of conidia on cuticles of aphids at various developmental stages. Mortality of cotton aphids treated with L. attenuatum conidia varied according to the developmental stage of the host, i.e. the LT50s with third-instar nymphs and adults was shorter than with first-instar nymphs. The number of spores attached to the surface of first-instar nymphs was approximately one-half of that on third-instar nymphs and adults. Also, the level of spore germination on the surface of first-instar nymphs was lower than on the surface of other stages of the aphid. After moulting, the numbers of conidia attached to new insect cuticles were less than on exuviae. These results suggest that early nymphal stages of cotton aphids may escape fungal disease due, at least in part, to a combination of three factors: low numbers of conidia attached to their cuticles; low levels of conidial germination and rapid ecdyses, which removed conidia before their germ tubes penetrated the host hemolymph.  相似文献

Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms, Pistia stratiotes (L.), and Lemna minor (L.) were cultured at four different densities each and analyzed for cell-wall fraction, crude protein, total available carbohydrate and ash. Cell-wall fraction increased and crude protein content decreased as density increased in Eichhornia and Pistia cultures. The cell-wall and crude protein content of Lemna did not change with increasing culture density. Differences in the trends of cell-wall and crude protein content of the three plants at increasing culture densities appear to be related to differences in growth form. There was no difference in the total available carbohydrate or ash content of the three species at different culture densities.  相似文献

本文分析评价了鼻优草螽Euconocephalus nasutus Thunberg的资源成分。结果表明:采于牧草地和采于水稻田的鼻优草螽都具有丰富的营养,其粗蛋白含量分别为18.39%和9.34%、粗脂肪含量分别为5.93%和13.22%、灰分含量分别为0.65%和0.52%、总糖含量分别为0.27%和0.28%;总氨基酸含量分别为19.832mg/g和10.957mg/g,其中必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的45.185%和49.557%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值分别为0.824和0.982;其脂肪酸分别占总脂肪的59.66%和69.72%,多不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸含量的比值为0.44和0.29;此外,鼻优草螽还含有丰富Ca、Fe、Zn、Na、Cu、Mn、P等矿质元素和微量元素。在分析了鼻优草螽的资源成分基础上,对其开发利用价值进行了评价。  相似文献

In this study, we explore the interplay of seasonal insect assemblages and carcass weight change to refine the estimation of minimum post-mortem interval (PMImin), a key variable in forensic investigations. By integrating these parameters, we shed light on their combined influence on decomposition stages, thus paving the way for a more robust method of PMImin estimation. Our approach relies on rigorous field studies examining pig carcasses across spring, summer and autumn, with comprehensive measurements of carcass weight and detailed documentation of insect succession. We observed distinct insect assemblages and weight-change trends characteristic of each season, underlining the influence of seasonal variability on decomposition dynamics. To further enhance the reliability of our model, we combined the novel parameter of carcass weight change with the conventional total body score (TBS) method, ensuring a more objective assessment of decomposition stages. Although our study indicates promising advancements, it also acknowledges the limitations of using a single pig carcass per season, suggesting future research should incorporate larger sample sizes.  相似文献

Abstract

Retama raetam essential oils (EOs) composition and biological activities were assessed during three developmental periods. The essential oil yield varied significantly among the developmental stages and the optimal was detected at the fresh fruiting stage (0.34%). In addition, EOs composition varied significantly (p < 0.05) according to the different developmental stages. In fact, 2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol, linalool, and 1-octen-3-ol were the main compounds in the vegetative, flowering, and the fresh fruiting stages, respectively. Developmental stage had also a strong effect on EOs antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. In fact, during the fresh fruiting stage, IC50 and EC50 values of the antioxidant assays were 2 to 3 times inferior to all others stages. Concerning the determination of the diameter of inhibition, a slight to high antimicrobial activity was revealed against 12 bacteria and 4 yeasts. Once again, EOs from the fresh fruiting stage had higher bactericidal effect than those from the flowering and vegetative ones (IZ varied from 10 to 13 mm). The results of this investigation showed for the first time the high accumulation of EOs at the early stages of fruit development making the fresh fruiting optimal stage for the extraction of powerful antioxidant and antimicrobial EOs.  相似文献

The relationship between developmental stability and morphological asymmetry is derived under the standard view that structures on each side of an individual develop independently and are normally distributed. I use developmental variance of sizes of parts, VD, as the converse of developmental stability, and assume that VD follows a gamma distribution. Repeatability of asymmetry, a measure of how informative asymmetry is about VD, is quite insensitive to the variance in VD, for example only reaching 20% when the coefficient of variation of VD is 100%. The coefficient of variation of asymmetry, CVFA, also increases very slowly with increasing population variation in VD. CVFA values from empirical data are sometimes over 100%, implying that developmental stability is sometimes more variable than any previously studied type of trait. This result suggests that alternatives to this model may be needed.  相似文献
