遮荫棉花转入强光后光合作用的光抑制及其恢复   总被引:16,自引:0,他引:16  
研究了遮荫棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.)突然由遮荫条件暴露在自然强光下时,叶绿素荧光发射、叶绿体色素组成、净光合速率(Pn)等在光照转移当天以及随后的适应过程中(光照转换后15d内)的变化。遮荫棉花突然转到强光下,叶片发生了严重的光合作用光抑制,叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm和φPSⅡ急剧降低,且明显低于自然光照下生长的叶片,而F。值却明显升高。这些参数即使在光照转换的次日清晨也不能完全恢复。Fv/Fm和Pn在光照转换以后的4d内持续降低,在第6天以后开始逐渐升高,在10-12d达到稳定值,表现出遮荫棉花叶片对光强变化的一定适应性,但Fv/Fm和Pn均未达到自然光照条件下生长的棉花叶片的相应值。最后的Pn值较遮荫下叶片增加60%,但同自然光照下生长的叶片相比只有后的40%。试验结果还表明,光照转换以后叶片内叶黄素循环库逐渐增大,在较短的时间内(3d)即可达到较高的水平。遮荫棉花突然转么自然强光下,叶片Fv/Fm及Pn的降低与PSⅡ反应中心的破坏有关,在对强光的适应过程中依赖叶黄素循环的热耗散等保护机制增强。光保护机制的逐渐完善有助于减轻叶片由遮荫转到强光下遭受的光破坏。  相似文献

用便携式光合测定仪和叶绿素荧光仪测定了不同遮荫条件下罗布麻叶片的光合参数和叶绿素荧光参数.结果显示:遮荫50%和70%处理较全光照的罗布麻叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和光饱和点(LSP)分别降低47%和65%、45%和68%、20.41%和37.45%,而表观量子效率(AQY)分别提高33%和36%;不同遮荫下罗布麻的叶绿素荧光参数PSⅡ原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)和PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均比全光照降低.研究表明,罗布麻虽对弱光有一定适应能力,但遮荫仍产生明显的弱光抑制而显著降低其光合效率,影响其正常生长.  相似文献

高温胁迫对柑橘光合速率和光系统Ⅱ活性的影响   总被引:47,自引:12,他引:35  
用红外CO2分析仪和叶绿素荧光仪测定了温州蜜柑和脐橙叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、初始荧光(Fo)、最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)及电子传递速率(ETR).结果表明,与常温(25℃)相比,高温胁迫(38~40℃)使温州蜜柑和脐橙叶片的Pn、Fv/Fm及ETR下降,Fo升高.胁迫25d后温州蜜柑和脐橙叶片的Pn分别下降55.6%和39.8%.Fv/Fm下降22.0%和6.7%,ETR下降55.0%和41.5%,Fo分别上升了113.8%和14.9%.柑橘经高温胁迫后,在25℃下处理10d,叶片的Pn、Fv/Fm、Fo及ETR恢复明显.这些结果说明柑橘的光合速率下降与PSⅡ反应中心失活有关.  相似文献

研究了低温对温州蜜柑叶片气体交换和叶绿素荧光的影响 ,结果表明 :(1) 8℃低温处理 18h对气体交换和叶绿素荧光影响不大。 (2 ) 2℃低温处理 15h后 ,净光合速率 (Pn)、气孔导度 (Gs)、羧化效率 (CE)下降 ,胞间CO2 浓度 (Ci)升高 ,表观量子效率 (AQY)和叶绿素荧光参数F0 及Fv/Fm没有显著变化。 (3)室外自然低温处理 2和 7d ,Pn、Gs、CE、饱和CO2 光合速率、AQY及Fv/Fm显著下降 ,Ci及F0 显著升高 ;在 2 0℃室内 ,Fv/Fm、F0 和AQY比CE和Pn恢复快。 (4 )低温胁迫使Jf(依据叶绿素荧光参数计算所得的电子传递速率 )和Jc(依据CO2 同化测定所得的电子传递速率 )下降 ,Jf/Jc 值升高。 (5 )低温处理降低了Pn和光呼吸速率 (Pr) ,但Pr下降的速率小于Pn下降的速率  相似文献

采用营养液培养的方法,对缺硫脐橙叶片的光合特性进行了研究。结果表明,在缺硫情况下,脐橙叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、光呼吸速率(Pr)、光合色素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、初始荧光(Fo)、光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、最大荧光(Fm)和电子传递速率(ETR)显著下降,而光呼吸/光合比(Pr/Pn)显著升高。缺硫脐橙植株的光合能力降低,可能是叶绿体发育不全或特性功能蛋白含量不足所致。  相似文献

绿豆离体叶片分别经25、30、35、40、45、50、55℃处理60 min后,发现净光合速率和光系统Ⅱ的最大量子效率(Fv/Fm)当温度分别高于35和40℃时明显下降;细胞间隙CO2浓度的变化趋势与净光合速率的基本相反.因此认为,Fv/Fm比净光合速率(Pn)更能耐受高温;气孔因素不是各种温度处理中净光合速率升高或降低的主要原因.  相似文献

干旱胁迫对丹参叶片气体交换和叶绿素荧光参数的影响   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:6  
研究了干旱处理15d后,大叶型丹参和小叶型丹参2个品种幼苗气体交换和叶绿素荧光参数的变化.结果表明:在干旱胁迫15d后,大叶型丹参叶片净光合速率(Pn)和PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)分别下降了66.42%和10.98%,而小叶型丹参的Pn和Fv/Fm分别下降了29.32%和5.47%,干旱胁迫对大叶型丹参Pn和Fv/Fm的影响明显大于小叶型丹参.小叶型丹参Pn下降主要由气孔因素造成,而大叶型则主要由非气孔因素所致.干旱胁迫使丹参叶片的气孔导度(Gs)下降,但明显诱导了水分利用效率(WUE)、非光化学猝灭系数(qN)和光呼吸速率与净光合速率比率(Pr/Pn)的增加,以提高干旱胁迫抗性.其中小叶型丹参的增幅明显大于大叶型丹参.表明小叶型丹参的抗干旱胁迫能力更强.  相似文献

本文系统研究了不同程度的遮荫(0%、43%、70%、97%)处理对连翘叶片光合特性和叶绿素a荧光参数的影响。结果表明:随着遮荫程度增加,最大净光合速率、光补偿点、光饱和点、暗呼吸速率降低;净光合速率日变化均呈单峰型,峰值和光能利用率增加;叶绿素a b、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量增加,叶绿素a/b降低;叶绿素a荧光参数Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo日变化呈单谷曲线,值均高于全光照的,且随着遮荫程度的提高其值均依次增加。这说明,连翘是一种耐荫性很强的植物,遮荫可使其降低光补偿点、光饱和点、净光合速率、暗呼吸速率以及叶绿素a/b,增加总叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量、光能利用率以及PSⅡ原初光能转化效率和潜在活性,从而增强其在弱光条件下的生长发育能力。  相似文献

夜间低温胁迫后外源SA对恢复中黄瓜幼苗光合特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为明确低温胁迫后恢复过程中水杨酸(SA)对植物光合特性的影响,以黄瓜品种‘津研四号’幼苗为材料,通过沙培试验,研究了外源SA对夜间5℃低温胁迫后常温(25℃)恢复中黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量、光合速率、叶绿素荧光参数、气体交换参数等的影响。结果显示:(1)与喷施清水处理相比,外源SA处理显著促进了夜间低温胁迫后的常温(25℃)恢复效果,显著提高了恢复速度和水平,表现在黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)显著升高,黄瓜幼苗净光合速率在恢复6h时达到对照水平的82.18%。(2)外源SA还明显加快了恢复过程中黄瓜幼苗叶片最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)及非循环电子传递速率(ETR)的恢复,提高了非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)值,增强了幼苗自身光保护能力。(3)外源SA也促进了黄瓜幼苗叶片表观量子效率(AQY)和羧化效率(CE)的恢复,它们在恢复2d时分别达到对照水平的92.59%和90.62%。研究表明,在夜间低温胁迫后的常温恢复过程中,外源SA可有效地促进黄瓜幼苗光合作用的恢复,增强其对低温环境的适应能力。  相似文献

为了解遮荫对裸花紫珠(Callicarpa nudiflora)幼苗生长和药材质量的影响,研究了遮荫处理(遮荫30%、50%、70%和对照0%)下2年生裸花紫珠苗的光合气体交换参数、叶绿素荧光参数、光合色素和总黄酮含量的变化。结果表明,无遮荫或遮荫30%下,裸花紫珠的叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化曲线呈典型的双峰型,而随遮荫程度的增加,Pn日变化曲线逐渐转变为单峰型。蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)日变化曲线呈单峰型,且峰值随着遮荫程度的增加而降低。PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和潜在活性(Fv/Fo)的日变化曲线呈"V"型,且两者均随遮荫程度的增加而升高。幼苗叶片的叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)、类胡萝卜素(Car)含量随遮荫程度的增加而显著增加(P0.05),而Chl a/b和Car/Chl却随遮荫程度的增加而下降。随遮荫程度的增加,叶片中总黄酮含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,以遮荫30%为最大。因此,裸花紫珠幼苗最适宜生长在无遮荫条件下,但为获得更高的总黄酮含量,可以选择30%遮荫处理。  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

Summary Embryogenic tissues of sugi (Cryptomeria japonica) were induced on a modified Campbell and Durzan (CD) medium containing 1 μM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 600 mg l−1 glutamine, and subcultured in the medium of the same composition for over 1 yr. This resulted in a mixed culture of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells. When embryogenic cells were isolated and cultured independently, their capacity to form embryogenic aggregates was lost. Thus, the non-embryogenic cells present within a mixed culture system were essential to the formation of embryogenic aggregates. When embryogenic tissues were isolated and cultured independently on a high glutamine-containing (2400 mg l−1) medium, dry weights and endogenous levels of glutamine increased, and the tissue could generate a large number of embryogenic aggregates. Amino acid analysis of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells from the maintenance culture indicated a higher level of glutamine was present in the latter. The high endogenous level of glutamine in the non-embryogenic portion of mixed cell masses may be the supplier of glutamine for maintaining the embryogenic property of the tissues.  相似文献

The review deals with study of enzymologic properties of a novel highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate, N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium iodomethylate (“piperidylcholine”), and its 30 derivatives that were tested as effectors of cholinesterases of mammals and various species of Pacific squids. It was proven for the first time that responsible for specificity of action was structure of cyclic ammonium grouping of the alcohol part of molecule of the ester substrate. Analysis of specificity is performed based on enzymatic hydrolysis parameters—activity of catalytic center of cholinesterases and bimolecular constant of the reaction rate that are determined at optimal and low substrate concentrations. Among the specially synthesized group of thioester compounds there is revealed one more highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate—N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献
