慈姑属 ( Sagittaria L.)是泽泻科 ( Alismataceae)中一个很重要的属 ,世界广布 ,共约30个种 ,数量仅次于美洲分布的刺果泽泻属 ( Echinodorus Rich.) 泽泻科(Alismataceae)是现存最原始的单子叶植物类群之一,慈姑属(Sagittaria)是泽泻科相对进化的分类群,地域分布广泛,其物种大多集中分布于北温带,且有种间同域分布现象。为了探究同域分布物种之间的杂交可能性,我们通过选取同域分布且在系统进化树上具有代表性的冠果草(S.guayanensis subsp. lappula)、小慈姑(S. potamogetonifolia)、利川慈姑(S. lichuanensis)和野慈姑(S. trifolia)为研究对象,调研中国数字植物标本馆(CVH)的标本信息和已有文献,分析这4种慈姑的地理分布格局,并分别以这4种慈姑为母本进行人工授粉实验以检验种间杂交的可能性。基于对1 172份4种慈姑属腊叶标本的分析,表明这4种慈姑在福建省武夷山地区存在同域分布情况。通过对4种慈姑之间的人工授粉实验结果分析表明,冠果草、小慈姑、利川慈姑和野慈姑异种授粉后均出现心皮膨大现象,所有异种授粉产生的种子均不可育,败育胚种子比例各不相同,且该比例与父本和母本在系统进化树上的位置有关。  相似文献

用AP-PCR技术测定了中国慈姑属植物基因组DNA的多态性,以其为分子性状用UPGMA方 法聚类,结果表明:中国慈姑属植物可分为3大类,包括7种3变种或变型(未包括浮叶慈姑)。本文的结果与基于形态和核型分析的结果一致。  相似文献

主要研究了水环境中Cd2+污染对慈姑(Sagittaria sagittifolia L.)根的毒害影响.结果表明:在Cd2+胁迫下,慈姑根出现不同程度的褐变、发黑,生长受到限制;叶和根尖细胞超微结构受损,叶绿体膨大、类囊体排列紊乱、线粒体嵴减少、空泡化、染色质凝集等;根尖细胞在扫描电镜下呈细胞壁增厚、细胞形状扭曲和排列不规则现象.能谱分析结果表明随外界Cd2+浓度增大,单个慈姑根尖中的Cd2+含量升高,其他营养元素的吸收受到不同程度的影响.Cd2+对慈姑的毒害有明显的剂量效应和时间效应.  相似文献

慈姑种质资源表型性状多样性分析   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
对保存在国家种质武汉水生蔬菜资源圃内慈姑41份地方品种、26份野生资源的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明:各性状多样性指数均较大,数量性状遗传多样性指数(1.840~2.039)高于质量性状(1.033~1.382),说明这些慈姑种质资源具有广泛的遗传多样性,且数量性状遗传变异更丰富;与慈姑种质资源产品相关的性状变异系数较高(24.16%~62.01%),利用现有资源选育球茎大、产量高的品种成为可能。基于慈姑资源13个表型性状的聚类分析,将67份慈姑种质资源分为3类,第Ⅰ类为野生资源类群,该类可进一步分为3个亚类,第Ⅱ类为栽培黄慈姑类群,第Ⅲ类为栽培乌慈姑类群,该类亦可进一步分为2个亚类,大类或亚类间亲缘关系较远,在慈姑杂交育种时宜选择类群间或者亚类间的材料为亲本。  相似文献

汞对慈姑活性氧代谢和染色体的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
研究了不同浓度Hg2 以及处理时间对慈姑叶和根的活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)和染色体的影响。结果显示:汞能诱导慈姑叶和根大量产生ROS,其中H2O2的突发早于O2。0.5-5mg/L处理组染色体畸变率(Chromosomal aberrant frequency,CAF)和微核率(micronucleus frequency,MCNF)在72h内与处理浓度、时间呈正相关。CAF、MCNF所反映的细胞遗传毒性的大小主要取决于汞处理浓度,而ROS则起次要作用。H2O2很可能在慈姑抵御汞胁迫中起信号传导作用;慈姑通过促进根部部分细胞死亡提高抗汞能力。  相似文献

The arbitrarily primed polymerase chain reaction(AP-PCR) technique was applied to the analysis of the phylogenetic relationships among species of Chinese Sagittaria except S. natans which is not included in this study. One hundred and twenty-seven polymorphism DNA fragments were generated by ten arbitrarily primers and used to calculate the genetic distance. A phylogenetic dendrogram was constructed based on genetic distance by UP-GMA method. The results show that Chinese Sagittaria can be divided into three groups, which are composed of seven species and three varieties or forms except S. natans. Thethree groups are: group I ,with only one species S. guayanensis; group Ⅱ ,composed of S. tengtsungensis, S. wuyiensis, S. lichuanensis and Segittaria sp.; group Ⅲ, S. potamogetifolia, S. pygmaea, S. trifolia var. trifolia, S. trifolia var. sinensis, S. trifolia f. longiloba. Results of the present study are congruent with those based on morphologi-cal and karyotypical ones.  相似文献

Bacteriol. 90:1082-1095. 1965.-Observations by various methods of light microscopy (phase contrast, dark-field, and fluorescence) revealed the complex structure of the Bacillus anthracis capsule, which changes regularly during the growth cycle of the culture. Special cytological methods of staining the capsule made it possible to study its fine structure, which is not revealed by negative staining with India ink. For example, the capsule shows a membranelike outline, fine transverse lines, and interruptions and transverse septa traversing the entire capsule. By using cytochemical methods, it was found that the capsule has a stratified structure and that the various layers of the capsule differ as to the value of the isoelectric point, metachromatic ability, sensitivity to various enzymes, and, consequently, chemical composition. It was thus shown that the membranelike outline of the capsule consists of peptides and neutral mucopolysaccharides. The middle part of the capsule consists of a complex of substances of both polysaccharide and protein nature, and the inner part consists of acid mucopolysaccharides. Observation of the capsular forms of B. anthracis by means of an electron microscope revealed differences in the osmiophilia and submicroscopic structure of the membranelike outline and the middle and inner parts of the capsule. Immunochemical studies conducted by the fluorescent-antibody method revealed localization of antigens in different parts of the capsule, and made it possible to differentiate the capsular antigens according to their serum-staining ability and according of their relations to enzymes, i.e., their chemical composition. This paper concerns the possibility of studying the fine structure of bacterial capsules in fixed preparations, and the differences and similarities of the antigens of the capsule and cell wall of B. anthracis and of the related species, B. megaterium.  相似文献

An Ecosystem View of the Restoration of the Kissimmee River   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Restoration of the Kissimmee River and floodplain ultimately will involve restoring 70 km of river channel and riparian zone and 11,000 ha of wetland over a period of two decades. Restoring ecosystem integrity is a crucial goal of the project, and the evaluation program is designed to assess the success of this endeavor. Major components of the riverine and floodplain ecosystem will be evaluated, guided by conceptual models of their structure and function. These studies will be referenced to historic conditions of the past and to present-day conditions in the channelized system. Enhanced connectivity and interactions between the river and floodplain, the interplay of abiotic and biotic variables, and interactions between trophic levels will restructure the channelized river and the largely drained floodplain that now exist. The key to evaluating the success of this ambitious project will be selecting measurements of the structure and function of the river and floodplain ecosystems that are responsive to this large-scale manipulation. The timing and duration of floodplain inundation, improved dissolved oxygen conditions, germination and establishment of wetland vegetation, and enhancement and expansion of rheophilic benthic invertebrate populations are critical initial elements of restoration. Further expected outcomes are an increase in the primary productivity of the ecosystem, expansion of the fish community into the reopened channels and onto the reflooded floodplain, and improved visitation and use by waterbirds in the restored regions. We highlight predictions of some of these key linkages and primary structural and functional attributes of the restored river and floodplain that should be measured.  相似文献

基于红外线辐射增温与控水相结合的原位模拟试验资料,分析了克氏针茅(Stipa krylovii)枯黄期对水热变化响应的光合生理机制。结果表明: 增温背景下降水是枯黄期的主要影响因子,增水(减水)导致枯黄始期和枯黄盛期的发生时间均延迟(提前),枯黄期持续时间均延长,减水处理对枯黄期持续时间的延长作用更显著。增温背景下,降水变化显著影响枯黄期的生理生态特性,且在枯黄始期最为显著,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸(RuBP)羧化的最大速率(Vc max)、RuBP再生能力的最大速率(Jmax)均与降水量呈显著正相关。通径分析表明,克氏针茅枯黄期的光合生理机制因水热变化的不同而异。当前环境条件下,枯黄期物候变化的主要影响因子是Jmax,主要限制因子是Vc max。未来暖干和暖湿气候下枯黄期物候变化的主要影响因子均是Vc max;但在暖干气候下主要限制因子为Jmax,而在暖湿气候下则无限制因子。这表明克氏针茅枯黄期物候的变化取决于气候环境条件变化对其光合能力的影响。  相似文献

In this study the structures in the hindleg of the kangaroo which are potentially available for jumping were examined. Specimens of two species, Macropus giganteus and Aepyprymnus rufescens, were examined and are described and compared. The basic pattern of the jump of the two species is similar. This is reflected anatomically by the fact that in both species the extensors of the hip, knee and ankle as a percentage of the total weight of the hindleg are greater than the flexors of the same joints. An additional similarity is that the biceps femoris and adductor magnus have the greatest share in the weight of the hip extensors. Furthermore the estimated total force of the hip, knee and ankle extensors and total moment of the hip and ankle extensors are always greater than the flexors of the same joints. However, the percentage of the hip and knee extensors, the absolute forces and moments of both the extensors and flexors and the range of movement especially of the hip and knee are always greater in M. giganteus than in A. rufescens. As well as these differences, the long tibia and the position of the knee in view of the hip may be important factors for the longer jump achieved by M. giganteus. In comparison A. rufescens has a anatomical construction which seems to be a compromise between walking and jumping.  相似文献

We measured 14 rowers and divided them into two groups according to age and years of training. Our goal has been to establish the influence of several years of programmed training on the structure of the body, oxygen carrying capacity and oxidation capacity of muscle cells, the chemical composition of blood and characteristics of pulse and lactate curves in rowers. As to the structure of the body, the two groups did not differ if we equalised them according to body height. Differences existed in the determinants of oxygen carrying capacity and oxidation capacity of muscle cells. Older rowers had lower pulse at rest, higher step test index, lower pulse immediately after the step test and in the last minute of the test on a bicycle ergometer and higher maximal oxygen pulse. While at rest, no significant differences between the groups were observed in most of the analysed substances in the blood serum. With the increase of age and training period an increase of the concentration of creatinin and activity of creatine kinase and lessening of the activity of alkaline phosphatase was noted. Length of training period lowers the levels of cholesterol and free fatty acids and increases the level of triglycerides in blood serum. An increase of the activity of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase and the formation of a specific pattern of isoenzymes was observed. The pulse and lactate curve flattened and moved to the right.  相似文献

马铃薯转心乌块茎的内、外韧皮部和髓为淡黄色,周皮和木质部为紫色;木质部的紫色形成一个不规则的环",并向内韧皮部蔓延.系列特征颜色反应和紫外可见光谱分析表明:‘转心乌’块茎紫色素属于黄酮类化合物,可能含有酚性邻位二羟基,并被肉桂酸酰化,不含类胡萝卜素、查耳酮、噢哢、异黄酮、儿茶素;花色苷和/或其苷元花色素奠定了‘转心乌’块茎着色的基础,其它的非红色的黄酮类化合物发挥共色素的作用.块茎的皮"紫色最浓","环"其次,"肉"最淡,这与"皮"、"环"和"肉"的色价、花色苷含量和总黄酮类化合物含量的变化趋势呈正相关.  相似文献

Embryos of oviparous Reptilia (=turtles, lepidosaurs, crocodilians and birds) extract calcium for growth and development from reserves in the yolk and eggshell. Yolk provides most of the calcium to embryos of lizards and snakes. In contrast, the eggshell supplies most of the calcium for embryonic development of turtles, crocodilians and birds. The yolk sac and chorioallantoic membrane of birds recover and transport calcium from the yolk and eggshell and homologous membranes of squamates (lizards and snakes) probably transport calcium from these two sources as well. We studied calcium mobilization by embryos of the snake Pantherophis guttatus during the interval of greatest embryonic growth and found that the pattern of calcium transfer was similar to other snakes. Calcium recovery from the yolk is relatively low until the penultimate embryonic stage. Calcium removal from the eggshell begins during the same embryonic stage and total eggshell calcium drops in each of the final 2 weeks prior to hatching. The eggshell supplies 28% of the calcium of hatchlings. The timing of calcium transport from the yolk and eggshell is coincident with the timing of growth of the yolk sac and chorioallantoic membrane and expression of the calcium binding protein, calbindin-D28K, in these tissues as reported in previous studies. In the context of earlier work, our findings suggest that the timing and mechanism of calcium transport from the yolk sac of P. guttatus is similar to birds, but that both the timing and mechanism of calcium transport by the chorioallantoic membrane differs. Based on the coincident timing of eggshell calcium loss and embryonic calcium accumulation, we also conclude that recovery of eggshell calcium in P. guttatus is regulated by the embryo.  相似文献
