连续3年在苹果园内人工释放条件下对我国凹唇壁蜂OsmiaexcavataAlfken和紫壁蜂O.jacotiCockerel的筑巢、访花行为和传粉生态学的观察研究表明,两种壁蜂都能够在释放的果园区定居,并选择人工提供的巢管构筑巢室、采集蜂粮和产卵,繁殖后代。同时,对苹果花朵的采访专一性强,可以为果树提供有效的授粉服务,替代人工授粉。两种壁蜂尽管利用的食物资源基本一样,但是由于它们对巢管的选择、采粉时间、访花部位及其行为等方面存在着差异。凹唇壁蜂活动起点温度低、日工作时间长、访花速度快、定巢能力强,其传粉效果明显地比紫壁蜂好,是苹果园最有效的传粉昆虫。紫壁蜂的活动受气候条件的影响较大,更适合山区果园使用 相似文献

Rhynchanthus beesianus W. W. Smith (Zlnglberaceae) Is an eplphytlc tropical ginger with a very conspicuous floral display, but almost no fruit set under field conditions. The reproductive ecology encompassing phenology, floral biology, and pollination and breeding systems was Investigated In an evergreen broadleaved forest In Yunnan Province, Southwest China. The flowers possess a typical bird pollination syndrome, but no effective pollinators were observed during 138 h of observation. Female Black-breasted Sunbird (Aethopyga saturata) and bumblebees visited R. beesianus regularly, but they all played roles as nectar robbers. No fruit was found In the bagging treatment, and fruit set following manual self-pollination ((57.55 ± 4.08)%) was comparable with cross-pollination ((64.32 ± 4.42)%), suggesting that R. beeslanus is self-compatible but spontaneous self-pollination In this species does not occur. Seed set of open-pollination ((26.42 ± 3.11)%) was significantly lower than manual self-pollination ((73.41± 4.16)%) and cross-pollination ((75.56 ± 4.52)%), confirming that R. beeslanus was dependent on animals for fertilization and suffered a serious pollinator-limitation. 相似文献

Boesenbergia fallax Loes., previously known as a synonym of B. longiflora (Wall.) Kuntze, is recognized as belonging to the genus Zingiber Mill. Furthermore, it is conspecific with Z. liangshanense Z. Y. Zhu, which was incorrectly treated as a synonym of Z. striolatum in ‘Flora of China’. A new combination, Z. fallax (Loes.) L. Bai, Juan Chen & N. H. Xia is proposed here, and Z. liangshanense is treated as its synonym. Lectotypes are designated for B. fallax and Z. liangshanense. Zingiber fallax is now known to occur in southern Sichuan Province and northwestern to central Yunnan Province, China. 相似文献

Genetic relationships of 15 Boesenbergia species were examined using AFLP analysis. A total of 893 fragments were generated from six primer combinations; of these, 99.78% were polymorphic. The mean genetic distance between pairs of taxa ranged from 0.435 to 0.935. The neighbor-joining tree resolved investigated species into two separate lineages (corresponding to species possessing compact or elongated inflorescences) and suggests a rapid radiation in Boesenbergia. In addition, SSCP patterns of the partial psbA–trnH spacer were not overlapping between different species and therefore can be used for authentication of Boesenbergia species. Morphologically similar Boesenbergia longiflora and Boesenbergia sp., which showed three SNPs based on psbA–trnH polymorphism were successfully differentiated by SSCP. Moreover, Boesenbergia curtisii displayed intraspecific ecomorphological variation but exhibited the same SSCP pattern. Therefore, AFLP and SSCP are rapid and cost-effective methods for analysis of genetic similarity and species identification in Boesenbergia. 相似文献

Seedling explants of Bambusa arundinacea were cultured in a Murashige & Skoog (MS) based liquid medium, supplemented with
sucrose (2), coconut water (5) and 6-benzylaminopurine (2.2 μM). In 3–6 months about 70 of the cultures flowered. A comparison
was made between in vitro and in vivo flowering. Though smaller in size, in vitro florets were morphologically comparable
to the in vivo florets. Anthesis in in vivo flowering took place in the morning hours. It was more or less synchronized and
was dependent on the atmospheric temperature and humidity. The lemma and palea opened to expose both androecium and gynoecium
to the pollinating agent (wind). In in vitro flowering, some florets opened as in their in vivo counterparts, some did not
open but the anthers protruded from the tip of the partially opened lemma and palea. Anthesis was not synchronized under in
vitro conditions. Pollen fertility in in vivo and in vitro flowerings were approximately 93 and 31 respectively. Studies by
scanning electron microscopy showed some discrepancies in the pollen wall development in vitro. The trifid stigmas of in vivo
florets were highly feathery with many papillae and withered soon after pollination or within few hours. The stigmas of in
vitro developed florets were smaller with fewer and stouter papillae. They remained turgid for relatively longer periods.
Seed production in in vivo flowering was profuse whereas in in vitro flowering seeds were produced only when many florets
opened at the same time, in the same culture vessel.

两性花植物同步大量开花增加了个体花展示大小,能吸引更多的传粉者,使植株获得更多的交配机会,但也不可避免地带来不同程度的同株异花授粉,进而对被子植物的性资源分配、花部性状以及雌雄异株的进化等产生重要的影响.本文以姜科红姜花(Hedychium coccineum)为研究对象,通过人工授粉和操控试验、传粉动物的观察、自然结果率和自然居群的大小和密度的调查,探讨红姜花同步大量开花的适应意义.结果表明:(1)红姜花的穗状花序由57.33±1.68(n=30)个蝎尾状聚伞小花序组成,每个小花序具3.8±0.15(n=30)朵花,同花序上所有的小花序同步开花,不同小花序内的花按轮次同步开放,使花序在整个开花期间保持有数十朵花同时开放,花序水平上的花展示极为显著;(2)红姜花为自交亲和植物,但不存在自动自花授粉,自然居群存在严重的传粉者限制,其结实也存在着资源限制;(3)多型蓝凤蝶(Papilio memnon)、小矩翅粉蝶(Dercas lycorias)和黑角尖翅粉蝶云南亚种(Appias indra aristoxemus)是红姜花的有效传粉者,3种蝴蝶对红姜花不同大小花序的访问频率都显著不同,随着花序花展示大小的增加其访问频率也显著增加;(4)红姜花同一个体小花序内不同轮次花之间的胚珠数随轮次显著减少,而花粉数前3轮随轮次显著增加.胚珠数的递减及结实存在着资源限制,说明红姜花一个花序开大量的花并不是为了增加结实,而花粉数前3轮的递增,有利于花粉的分散输出,提高个体的雄性适合度. 相似文献

In many plants the transition from vegetative growth to flowering is controlled by environmental cues. One of these cues is day length or photoperiod, which synchronizes flowering of many species with the changing seasons. Recently, advances have been made in understanding the molecular mechanisms that confer photoperiodic control of flowering and, in particular, how inductive events occurring in the leaf, where photoperiod is perceived, are linked to floral evocation that takes place at the shoot apical meristem. We discuss recent data obtained using molecular genetic approaches on the function of regulatory proteins that control flowering time in Arabidopsis thaliana. These data are compared with the results of physiological analyses of the floral transition, which were performed in a range of species and directed towards identification of the transmitted floral singals. 相似文献

In basal angiosperms (including ANITA grade, magnoliids, Choranthaceae, Ceratophyllaceae) almost all bisexual flowers are dichogamous (with male and female functions more or less separated in time), and nearly 100 per cent of those are protogynous (with female function before male function). Movements of floral parts and differential early abscission of stamens in the male phase are variously associated with protogyny. Evolution of synchronous dichogamy based on the day/night rhythm and anthesis lasting 2 days is common. In a few clades in Magnoliales and Laurales heterodichogamy has also evolved. Beetles, flies and thrips are the major pollinators, with various degrees of specialization up to large beetles and special flies in some large-flowered Nymphaeaceae, Magnoliaceae, Annonaceae and Aristolochiaceae. Unusual structural specializations are involved in floral biological adaptations (calyptras, inner staminodes, synandria and food bodies, and secretory structures on tepals, stamens and staminodes). Numerous specializations that are common in monocots and eudicots are absent in basal angiosperms. Several families are poorly known in their floral biology. 相似文献
