温度和无机碳浓度是沉水植物碳同位素分馏的重要影响因素.通过在16、19、22、25、28、31℃ 6个温度条件和溶解无机碳浓度(DIC)为0.0001mol·L-1和0.0001mol·L-1两种条件下培养沉水植物--龙须眼子菜(Potamogeton pectinatus),获得了不同条件下生长的龙须眼子菜植物样品,随后进行了定量和碳同位素组成(δ13CP)分析.分析结果表明,随生长温度的升高,龙须眼子菜碳δ13CP均升高,具有明显的温度相关性(R2>0.90).在DIC浓度为0.0001mol·L-1时,随着生长温度的升高, δ13CP从-14.83‰增加至-13.47‰;而在DIC浓度为0.001mol·L-1时, δ13CP从-18.56‰增加至-15.15‰.同一生长温度条件下, DIC浓度对δ13CP也有明显影响, δ13CP随DIC浓度增高而降低.在不同生长温度条件下, DIC浓度对δ13CP的影响大小随生长温度的增高而降低,在温度为16℃时,两个DIC浓度下的δ13CP相差3.73‰;而在温度为31℃时,这一差值减少为1.68‰.同时,通过建模进行计算,获得了不同温度下龙须眼子菜(P. pectinatus)碳同位素分馏与初始DIC浓度的关系,并对有关的参数的意义进行了探讨.  相似文献

实验通过模拟传统方法制作和保存蜡质标本, 旨在探究制作和保存的不同阶段对3种沉水植物碳、氮稳定同位素值的影响。结果表明, 制作和保存标本的过程均会对沉水植物的碳、氮稳定同位素值产生影响。植物标本压制的过程显著降低了沉水植物平均碳稳定同位素值, 其中马来眼子菜下降了1.78‰, 穗花狐尾藻下降了0.98‰, 金鱼藻下降了0.72‰。在压制过程中氮稳定同位素值只有金鱼藻显著下降了1.1‰。沉水植物标本制作的浸泡过程使穗花狐尾藻和马来眼子菜的碳稳定同位素值分别出现了1.00‰和0.52‰的上升, 金鱼藻的碳稳定同位素值增长小于0.08‰, 氮稳定同位素值没有显著变化。沉水植物对标本制作和保存的过程响应存在种间差异。在制作和保存过程中对植物碳稳定同位素产生的影响大于氮稳定同位素值。因此建议, 如果所研究对象的稳定同位素生态学差异小于3‰, 蜡质标本的样品需要进行实验校准, 不然会对结果产生影响。  相似文献

通过分析青藏高原东南部色季拉山林线物种急尖长苞冷杉不同年龄叶片、嫩枝、枝条、树干及根系的稳定碳同位素比值(6BC)及其空间分布特征,研究了植物光合作用后稳定碳同位素分馏及其影响因素.结果表明:植物不同器官δ^13C值差异显著(P〈0.001),为树干(-24.19‰)〉枝条(-24.56‰)〉根部(-25.05‰)〉嫩枝(-25.12‰)〉叶片(-27.25‰),说明从光合作用器官到非光合作用器官有明显的碳同位素分馏,且非光合作用器官之间也存在差异.随着急尖长苞冷杉叶片或嫩枝年龄的增加,叶片δ^13C值降低,而嫩枝δ^13C值升高(P〈0.01).冠层上部叶片δ^13C值明显高于冠层下部(P〈0.01),嫩枝δ^13C值则无显著性差异(P〉0.05).远离树干2.5m的枝条δ^13C值有明显的高度变化(P〈0.01),而离树干较近(1.5或0.5m)的枝条及树干在不同高度之间无差异(P〉0.05).在同一冠层高度,随着与树干距离加大,枝条δ^13C值降低,且在中部和下部枝条尤为明显.说明林线地区冷杉光合作用后存在明显的碳同位素分馏;特定冠层高度树干与枝条生长所需的碳并不是全部来源于同高度的叶片光合作用合成的碳.  相似文献

南海中西部海域鸢乌贼中型群和微型群的营养生态位   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了深入了解南海鸢乌贼不同种群的碳氮稳定同位素特征及营养生态位之间的关系,于2017年8月在南海中西部海域采集其中型群和微型群样品,分析不同胴长组的碳氮稳定同位素值和营养级变化,并比较其营养生态位差异.结果表明:中型群鸢乌贼的δ^13C范围在-19.54‰^-18.10‰,δ^15N范围在7.79‰~9.45‰,营养级范围在2.72~3.21,平均营养级为2.90;微型群鸢乌贼的δ^13C范围为-19.69‰^-18.43‰,δ^15N范围为8.02‰~8.99‰,营养级范围为2.79~3.08,平均营养级为2.91.两个鸢乌贼种群间δ^13C差异不显著,δ^15N差异显著.胴长显著影响了鸢乌贼的δ^13C和δ^15N值,且随着胴长的增大,δ^15N值有增大的趋势.中型群鸢乌贼的营养生态位宽幅和营养级的多样性程度都大于微型群.  相似文献

通过对中国北方C3草本植物稳定性碳同位素的测定以及有关该区植被碳同位素资料的收集,共获取了47个样点的地理位置、气候因子和325个植物样品的碳同位素数据;计算了中国北方不同气候分区的湿润指数,分析了C3草本植物δ13C值的空间特征以及与湿润指数等环境因子之间的关系。在所调查的范围内,中国北方地区C3草本植物δ13C值的分布区间为-29.9‰--25.4‰,平均值为-27.3‰。C3草本植物δ13C的平均值从半湿润地区到半干旱地区再到干旱地区显著变重;3个气候分区植物δ13C值的变化范围分别是-29.9‰--26.7‰(半湿润区)、-28.4‰--25.6‰(半干旱区)和-28.0‰--25.4‰(干旱区)。一元回归分析表明,各气候分区C3草本植物δ13C值与湿润指数的关系存在差异,在半干旱区、半湿润区和整个北方地区,C3草本植物δ13C值与湿润指数均呈显著线性负相关(P〈0.05),随着湿润指数的增加,C3植物δ13C平均值均变轻,但下降幅度不同。而在北方干旱气候区内,C3草本植物δ13C与湿润指数呈显著正相关(P〈0.05),湿润指数每升高0.1,植物δ13C平均值增加1.3‰。年均温度可能是决定该区内各样点湿润指数和C3植物对13C分馏能力差别的主要原因。  相似文献

土壤无机碳在剖面上的分布在评估区域碳库储量、陆地碳循环以及全球变化的研究中具有重要作用.本文通过测定黄土地区不同植被类型覆盖下土壤pH值、碳酸盐含量、δ13C和δ18O值,探讨了黄土地区植被类型对碳酸盐在土壤剖面中分布和同位素组成特征的影响.结果表明:各剖面碳酸盐含量为5.7% ~ 14.1%,其均值大小为荒地>草地>林地;林地中,阔叶林>灌木林>针叶林,针叶林变化最明显;受成土母质影响,各剖面土壤pH值在7~8,呈弱碱性;土壤碳酸盐δ13C值分布为-6.2‰~-1.8‰,各剖面δ13C均值大小为荒地>灌木林>针叶林>草地>阔叶林;植被类型主要是通过向土壤输入有机质来影响土壤无机碳同位素组成;不同覆被下土壤剖面碳酸盐δ18O值差异明显,其可能受土壤物理性质如孔隙度、湿度等影响;黄土地区不同覆被下土壤无机碳含量和δ13C、δ18O值明显不同,因此,在植被演替过程中,植被类型的改变会影响到土壤无机碳库的储量和区域碳循环过程.  相似文献

根据笔者实测的青海高原高寒地区300余种植物稳定性碳同位素比值(δ^13C)以及参阅已经发表过的国内外不同地区的δ^13C植物名录,整理出青海高原高寒地区3500余种植物中的δ^13C植物。得出青海高原高寒地区共有9科32属的52种植物属于δ^13C植物,禾本科(Gramineae)18属24种,藜科(Chenopodiaceae)9属20种,苋科(Amaranthaceae)1属4种,菊科(Compositae)2属3种,大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)、蒺藜科(Zygophyllaceae)、旋花科(Convolvulaceae)、景天科(Crassulaceae)、眼子菜科(Potamogetonaceae)各1属1种。同时归纳了52种C4植物的生活型以及地理分布区。  相似文献

UV—B辐射对大豆生长、产量和稳定碳同位素组成的影响   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
大田条件下,模拟20%的平流层臭氧层衰减时辐射到地表的紫外线B(UV-B,280-320nm)的增强。研究了10个大豆(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)品种根、茎、叶和种子的稳定碳同位素组成(δ^13C)、生物量、产量和收获指数的变化。UV-B辐射增加使所有品种的总生物量和产量分别平均下降24.2%和23.3%,10个品种的收获指数平均提高1.39%,其中6个品种的收获指数增加,4个减少。与对照相比,UV-B作用下9个品种叶、茎、根和种子中稳定碳同位素(δ^13C值)组成降低,一个品种“8907-32”各器官稳定碳同位素组成增加。δ^13C值存在器官差异。10个品种的对照组和处理组的δ^13C平均值由大到小的顺序是根、茎、种子和叶。结果表明,UV-B可能导致大豆代谢过程及代谢产物的分配发生变化。  相似文献

利用稳定碳同位素技术分析了辽宁省五味子果实、果梗、叶片稳定碳同位素组成(δ13C)随生长时间的变化规律及果实δ13C值与环境因子之间的关系。结果表明:植物不同器官δ13C值差异显著(P0.01),表现为果实(-26.356‰)果梗(-26.620‰)叶片(-28.327‰),说明光合产物由光合作用器官到非光合作用器官存在明显的碳同位素分馏,非光合作用器官之间也存在差异。随着时间变化,五味子果实δ13C值相对稳定,果梗δ13C值降低,叶片δ13C值显著降低(P0.001)。五味子果实δ13C值随纬度的升高略有升高(R=0.101),与大气δ13C值呈弱负相关(R=-0.204)。果实δ13C值随纬度的变化为利用同位素技术进行五味子产地鉴别提供了理论依据。  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献

对我国花型Hemibarbuspattern鱼类作了骨骼系统比较,结果表明,此类型鱼类脑颅较长,副蝶骨平直或稍弯曲,眶蝶骨腹纵嵴发达(铜鱼Coreius septentrionalis例外),下颞窝和咽突中等大,基枕骨后突发达;脑颅中的上筛骨的后突、侧筛骨的外筛突,蝶耳骨的外突、上耳骨的后突、围眶骨和后颞窝等均有明显的差异;咽颅中的舌颌骨、尾舌骨、鳃盖骨和下咽齿的列数等又有显著的区别;附肢骨骼中的腰带骨、脊椎骨中的复合神经骨和第4椎骨腹侧的悬器等也有不同之处。据此,这些差异和区别可作为属间或种间的分类依据。  相似文献
