月季切花衰老过程中多胺与膜脂过氧化的关系   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
以月季切花为材料,研究了月季切花瓶插过程中多胺含量的变化,外源多胺处理对月季药花体内多胺含量的影响以及多胺与膜脂过氧化的关系。结果表明,月季切花瓶插衰老过程中腐胺在前2d略有增加,亚精胺和精胺均呈下降趋势;外源亚精胺和精胺处理均能增加切花体内多胺含量,并能延缓切花衰老和改善切花品质;且亚精胺和精胺处理降低了MDA含量的积累和膜相对透性的上升趋势。  相似文献

本文初步探讨了表油菜素内酯(epiBR)对瓶插月季切花的保鲜作用。与对照(蒸馏水)和基本液(2%蔗糖+500mgL-1柠檬酸+250mgL-8-羟基喹啉+25mgAgNO3)相比,经epiBR处理(基本液+0.1mgL-1epiBR)的月季切花花枝坚挺,蓝变延迟,瓶插寿命延长1-1.5倍。测定有关生理指标表明,epiBR处理对月季切花瓶插花枝前期鲜重的增加及后期的保持有明显作用。并显著延缓花瓣和叶片质膜相对透性的增加,还能使瓶插前期花瓣还原糖含量增加。epiBR处理对花瓣蛋白质和叶片叶绿素含量变化无明显影响,而对花瓣花青素水平下降有轻微的促进作用。  相似文献

本试验研究不同保鲜剂对月季切花瓶插寿命、观赏品质的影响。正交试验表明,在供试保鲜剂的9个组合中,配方7(P7)[0.2%Ca(NO3)2 0Suc 400mg/L B9 1mmol/L STS]保鲜效果最好,可明显延长月季切花瓶插寿命;以P7保鲜剂喷洒花瓣可促进花朵生长发育;月季切花在瓶插过程中,其花瓣组织的pH值随切花的衰老而上升。  相似文献

切花保鲜的关键技术是降低水分的散失和防止营养亏缺。以月季为材料,采用室内瓶插的方法研究 了青霉素和比久对切花保鲜的效应。结果表明:含不同浓度青霉素和比久B9的保鲜剂均能延长月季切花的 瓶插寿命,增加切花鲜重,增大花径,提高花瓣过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,改善切花体内水分状况,维持花瓣膜 结构的相对稳定。青霉素处理对提高月季切花保鲜品质的效果好于B9。  相似文献

If inhibitors of protein or RNA synthesis are administered to flower petals of the red genotype (HHHPrPr) of Impatiens balsamina at a very early stage of development, an alteration in the normal pattern of anthocyanin pigmentation results. Whereas control petals are mainly pigmented with acyl pelargonidin-3,5-diglucoside and pelargonidin-3,5-diglucoside, petals cultured in the presence of inhibitors are mainly pigmented with pelargonidin-3-monoglucoside. The complete absence of the more highly substituted forms of pelargonidin in treated petals suggests that the biochemical reactions required for the addition of glucosyl and hydroxycinnamoyl residues to pelargonidin-3-monoglucoside have been prevented. The ability to block the normal developmental pattern of pigmentation with these inhibitors suggests that de novo synthesis of active enzymes is required, and as indicated by the effectiveness of actinomycin D, specific RNA synthesis is a necessary prerequisite for the synthesis of the normal anthocyanin complement in this tissue. The ability of the white flowered genotype (llhhpp) to metabolize exogenously supplied pelargonidin-3-monoglucoside was found to be prevented by prior culture of immature petals in the presence of DL-ethionine. The data indicate that the enzymes required for this ability are not products of induction by the substrate but rather their presence is a normal feature of petal development. Treatment with inhibitors has failed to produce any inhibition in the formation of specific anthocyanins found in the flower petals of some other genotypes of I. balsamina.  相似文献

The morphology and anatomy of 105 flowers representing 13 species and 6 genera of the Canellaceae are summarized. The flowers are borne in axillary or terminal racemes, cymes, or small groups, or solitary, in an axillary or terminal position. The flowers are characterized as follows: bisexual, hypogynous; sepals 3, thick and leathery; petals, 5–12, free or united into tube at base, rather thick, in 1 or 2 whorls and/or spirals; androecium of 6–12 stamens united by their filaments forming a tube, anthers with longitudinal extrorse dehiscence; gynoecium of 2–6 carpels fused by their ventral margins; 2–6 placentae. There are 2 vascular bundles (rarely 3) to each sepal, 3 to each petal (some of the inner petals have only 1), 1 to each stamen and 1 trace to each carpel. The petal and stamen bundles have a common origin. All the data accumulated in this series on the Canellaceae indicate that the correct systematic placement of the Canellaceae is in the woody Ranales, perhaps in a complex with the Myristicaceae.  相似文献

The initiation and development of the floral organs of Brassica napus L. (cv. Westar) were examined using the scanning electron microscope. After transition of the vegetative apex into an inflorescence apex, flower primordia were initiated in a helical phyllotactic pattern. The sequence of initiation of the floral organs in a flower bud was that of sepals, stamens, petals and gynoecium. Of the four sepal primordia, the abaxial was initiated first, followed by the two lateral and finally the adaxial primordium. The four long stamens were initiated simultaneously in positions alternating with the sepals. The two short stamens were initiated basipetal to and outside the long stamens, and opposite the lateral sepals. The petals arose on either side of the two short stamens and the gynoecium was produced from the remainder of the apex. During development, the sepal primordia curved sharply at the tips and tightly enclosed the other organs. Stamen primordia developed tetralobed anthers at an early stage while filament elongation occurred just prior to anthesis. A unique pattern of bulbous cells was present on the abaxial surface of the anther. Growth of petal primordia lagged relative to the other floral organs but expansion was rapid prior to anthesis. The gynoecium primordium was characterized by an invagination early in development. At maturity, there was differentiation of a papillate stigma, an elongated style and a long ovary marked externally by sutures and divided internally by a septum. Distinct patterns of cuticular thickenings were observed on the abaxial and adaxial surfaces of the petals and stamens and on the surface of the style. The patterns were less obvious on the sepals and ovary. Stomata were present on both surfaces of the mature sepals, on the style and restricted areas on the abaxial surface of the anthers and nectaries but were absent from the petals, the adaxial surface of the stamens and the ovary. No hairs were present on any of the floral organs.  相似文献

Chromatographic analysis of stems, sepals and petals of inbred Impatiens balsamina of the red-flowered genotype llHHPrPr has revealed a characteristic assemblage of flavonoid pigments in each organ. The more conspicuous compounds have been identified or partially characterized. The stems possess 3-monoglucosides of kaempferol, quercetin, pelargonidin, cyanidin and, presumably, delphinidin. The variety of pigments is less in flower parts than in stems, and less in petals than in sepals, but the flower parts exhibit a greater elaboration of substituents on the aromatic nuclei. The paired petals of mature flowers are pigmented by p-coumaroyl and feruloyl esters of pelargonidin-3, 5-diglucoside supplemented by more highly substituted derivatives of pelargonidin and by large amounts of kaempferol as the aglycone and two glucosides. The distribution of pigments has significance in the biology of the plant as well as providing an approach to studies of factors which control flower differentiation.  相似文献

The structure and ontogeny of the calyx and corolla of Downingia bacigalupii Weiler (Campanulaceae; Lobelioideae) were investigated for the purpose of comparing perianth development with previous observations on the floral bract, as well as elucidating the mechanism of development of the zygomorphic, sympetalous corolla. Sepals are uni-traced with a palmate, reticulate venation. They have basal and apical hydathodes, as well as storage tracheids. Sepals show a reduction in size, venation and hydathode number when compared to the bract. The pentamerous, zygomorphic corolla is bilabiate, consisting of a three-lobed adaxial lip and a two-lobed abaxial lip connected by a short tubular region. The constituent petal lobes are also uni-traced and have a reticulate venation, resembling that of the sepal and bract, but lack storage tracheids and hydathodes. Sepals arise in an adaxial to abaxial succession and are initiated in the outer corpus layer of the floral apex. Expansion of the floral apex follows and is accompanied by the establishment of a second tunica layer. Sepals undergo apical, marginal, and intercalary growth accompanied by acropetal differentiation of procambium. The petals arise simultaneously and are initiated in the second tunica layer and the outer corpus cells. After initiation, the petals exhibit a period of apical and marginal growth followed by intercalary growth. Apical growth in petals is less protracted than in sepals, but plate meristem activity is more extensive. The free petal lobes become temporarily fused by an interlocking of marginal epidermal layers, but they separate at anthesis. Zonal growth beneath the originally free lobes forms the tube and lip regions of the sympetalous corolla. Zygomorphy is evident from the time of initiation of petals and is accentuated by later differential growth. Comparative observations of corolla ontogeny in autogamous species of Doumingia indicate that the reduced corollas in these taxa are derived by a simple process of neoteny.  相似文献

The changes in colour and in the pigment concentration of thetwo sides of Baccara rose petals which occur when plants aregrown under various temperature regimes, were examined. Theinner side of the petal is redder and the predominant pigmentis pelargonin whereas the outer petal surface tends to ‘blue’,and, the predominant pigment on this side is cyanin. The cyanin:pelargonin ratio on the outer side of petals increased three-foldunder the influence of low temperatures. The outer surface of petals growing for a long period underlow tempertaures was ‘blue’ when compared with thered petals which had been subjected to low temperatures fora short period. The cyanin: pelargonin ratio of ‘blue’petals was higher than that of red petals. Total pigment contentwas similar in both types of petal. Flowers grown under hightemperatures ‘blued’ without a concomitant fallin the cyaninpel: argonin ratio. Examination of colour solutions in which the ratio between cyaninand pelargonin was varied revealed that the colour of the solutionbecame bluer as this ratio increased. We suggest that the ‘blueing’ of Baccara rose petalsis caused primarily by a dilution of the cyanin content, butwhen the ratio between cyaniri and pelargonin increases sharply,‘blueing’ may also occur in dark flowers in whichthe total pigment content did not diminish.  相似文献

The floral development and vascular anatomy of Nitraria retusa were investigated in order to understand its characteristic androecium of 15 stamens and to clarify the systematic position of the genus relative to Zygophyllaceae. Sepals arise in a helical sequence and are relatively small at maturity. Petals are initiated almost simultaneously or in a rapid helical sequence. Five stamen primordia arise opposite the sepals. Next, two other antesepalous primordia are incepted centrifugally to the first primordia on the remaining receptacular surface. The outer stamens tend to be squeezed between the petals and upper stamens and appear to make up an antepetalous whorl of stamens. Three carpels arise from a low ringwall and grow into a hairy trilocular pistil. In each locule a single pendulous ovule is present. Disclike nectarial tissue is initiated in pits between the stamens and petals. Long trichomes develop on its surface. It is concluded that the androecium is linked with a haplostemonous condition because the stamens of each triplet develop on strictly localized sectors. The distinction between stamens arising on complex primordia and the inception of three independent units is explained by the “principle of variable proportions.” The vasculature also tends to confirm that the outer stamen pairs belong to antesepalous triplets.  相似文献

庙台械的花序为有限花序,由一顶花和6—9枝侧花枝组成,属圆锥状聚伞花序。一个花序共有14—29朵花,包括两性花、雄花和无性花三类花。根据花在花序上着生的位置,可分为三级。7月初,花序原基形成,在花序轴伸长的同时,侧面形成侧花枝轴原基。花序的顶花最早进行个体发育,随后是侧花枝顶花;侧花枝上同一级花的发育顺序则是从花序的下面向上进行。花器官发生时,花萼原基最先形成,然后是花瓣、雄蕊、心皮和胚珠。  相似文献
