通过扫描电镜观察了宽叶泽苔草Caldesia grandisSamuel.的花器官发生。宽叶泽苔草 的萼片3枚,逆时针螺旋向心发生 ;花瓣3枚,呈一轮近同时发生,未观察到花瓣_雄蕊复合原基;雄蕊、心皮原基皆轮状向心 发生,最先近同时发生的6枚原基全部发育成雄蕊,随后发生的6枚原基早期并无差别,在发 育过程中逐渐出现形态差异,直至其中1-4枚发育成心皮,其余的发育成雄蕊;而后的几轮 心皮原基,6枚一轮,陆续向心相间发生。本文揭示了3枚萼片螺旋状的发生方式,并推测这种螺旋方式是泽泻科植物进化过程中保留下来  相似文献

利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了突脉金丝桃(Hypericum przewalskii)(金丝桃科)的花部器官发生发育过程。结果表明,突脉金丝桃2枚苞片原基首先发生,花原基在苞片原基的包裹中完成发育。在苞片原基发生后,5枚萼片原基沿2/5圆周依次发生。萼片原基发生近完成时,5枚雄蕊—花瓣共同原基在萼片原基之间的角隅处近同时发生,此后,雄蕊—花瓣共同原基下部向外伸展形成花瓣原基,上部向上凸起形成与花瓣原基相对的雄蕊原基,之后雄蕊原基由内向外依次分化发育产生次生雄蕊原基,随着次生雄蕊原基的发育和数目的增多,形成了5束雄蕊。次生雄蕊原基发生的同时,5枚心皮原基近同时发生。突脉金丝桃雄蕊束的发生方式表明,金丝桃属的雄蕊束可能起源于5基数的单轮雄蕊。金丝桃科与藤黄科植物花瓣及雄蕊原基发生方式的显著不同,支持了APG Ⅲ系统将金丝桃亚科从藤黄科中独立为金丝桃科的观点。  相似文献

用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对铁线莲属(Clematis L.)植物灌木铁线莲(C. fruticosa Turcz.)花的形态发生和发育过程进行了观察。灌木铁线莲花原基形成后,4枚萼片以交互对生的方式首先发生,呈轮状排列。最早的4枚雄蕊原基在4枚萼片交接的位置上近螺旋状发生,此后,随着雄蕊原基的向心发生和数目不断增多,其发生的螺旋状序列逐渐明显。雄蕊原基发生后,在花原基顶端,心皮原基沿着雄蕊原基的发生序列呈螺旋状发生。本文结果支持在原始被子植物花中螺旋状排列和轮状排列同时存在的观点。此外,本文也进一步证实了花萼与苞片的同源性。  相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜对爪哇蒙蒿子(Anaxagorea javanica Blume)可育雄蕊、内轮退化雄蕊和雌蕊的形态、结构进行了观察,并利用组织化学染色法对内轮退化雄蕊和柱头顶端腺毛化学成分进行了检测。结果显示,内轮退化雄蕊顶端为长条状腺毛,柱头顶端有头状和盾状腺毛,两者顶端的腺毛形态和结构明显不同,但分泌物成分类似,都含有蛋白质和脂类物质。内轮退化雄蕊的横切面为一层表皮细胞包围着薄壁组织,中央有一束维管束,与可育雄蕊花丝部位的横切面十分相似,是介于可育雄蕊和雌蕊之间的过渡结构。在雌蕊阶段,退化雄蕊顶端腺体释放的黏液供传粉昆虫觅食;在雄蕊阶段,退化雄蕊顶端覆盖柱头,呈S型,防止自花授粉。爪哇蒙蒿子薄片状可育雄蕊、内轮退化雄蕊以及可育雄蕊和退化雄蕊腹面上存在气孔等原始性状,是连接番荔枝科和其外类群的同源特征。  相似文献

为确定独叶草(Kingdonia uniflora)不育雄蕊、花被片和可育雄蕊对传粉昆虫和传粉的影响,分别进行去除不育雄蕊(A组),去除花被片(B组),去除可育雄蕊(C组)和对照组(D组)处理。结果表明:昆虫访花频率分别为A组0.4次/h、B组0次/h、C组0.9次/h、D组2.2次/h;被授粉花朵百分比分别为A组29.09%、B组40.38%、C组70.91%、D组91.67%;被授粉心皮百分比分别为A组17.77%、B组20.94%、C组为40.58%、D组为75.27%。与对照组相比,处理后被授粉花朵百分比、被授粉心皮百分比下降幅度均为A组〉B组〉C组。结合昆虫访花频率与不育雄蕊蜜汁的分泌量呈正比,可确定不育雄蕊产生的蜜汁是吸引昆虫访花的最主要因素。花被片为昆虫取食提供停歇的平台,可育雄蕊与花被片产生的色差及可育雄蕊提供的花粉,是吸引昆虫的辅助因素。  相似文献

用太行花(Taihangia rupestris Y汃etLi)试管花进行雌雄蕊发育的温度试验表明:1. 雄蕊和雌蕊的发育对温度的要求是不同的,雄蕊发育的最适温度范围偏低,接近于1~6 ℃,高于18 ℃雄蕊全部败育。雌蕊发育的最适温度范围偏高,约6~26 ℃,低于3 ℃,大部分雌蕊在分化早期停止发育。2. 由高温引起的雄蕊败育过程始于雄蕊原基时期,这个过程一旦启动,雄蕊败育将不会因重新将它转入低温而逆转。通过控制实验温度获得了单性雄花(1~3 ℃)、单性雌花(6~26 ℃)和两性花(6~12 ℃)。实验结果将为性别控制和雄性不育研究开拓新思路  相似文献

通过理化及光谱学方法,从蛇根木(Rauwolfia serpentina(L.)Benth.et Kurz.)悬浮细胞内分离到3个紫杉醇同系物,高分辨~1H-NMR和MS结构分析表明,它们分别为10-脱乙酰紫杉醇、baccatin Ⅲ和10-deacetylbaccatin Ⅲ。本实验未检测出紫杉醇的苷化或羟基化衍生物。  相似文献

报道了产自贵州赤水桫椤国家级自然保护区内的贵州省7种新记录植物,分别是狭冠长蒴苣苔(Didymocarpus stenanthos Clarke)、芒毛苣苔(Aeschynanthus acuminatus Wall.ex A.DC.)、石蜘蛛(Pinellia integrifolia N.E.Brown)、网子度量草(Mitreola reticulata Tirela-Roudet)、棒距虾脊兰(Calanthe clavata Lindl.)、金长莲(Staurogyne sichuanica H.S.Lo)和石萝藦(Pentasacme championii Benth.),其中叉柱花属(Staurogyne Wall.)和石萝藦属(Pentasacme Wall.ex Wight)为贵州省新记录属,凭证标本均保存在中南林业科技大学植物标本室(CSFI)。这些植物新的地理分布对于贵州北部植物区系和丹霞地貌植被研究均有重要意义。  相似文献

通过扫描电镜观察了毛舞花姜(Globba barthei Gagne p.)的花序及花器官的发生与发育。3枚萼片原基首先于花顶连续发生,随后花顶的中心凹陷形成环状原基,环状原基进一步分化形成三枚花瓣—雄蕊共同原基,并在花顶的中心形成花杯。共同原基分化形成花瓣和三枚内轮雄蕊,紧接着外轮雄蕊在花杯的顶点发生。远轴的两枚内轮雄蕊延伸生长并相互融合形成了唇瓣,近轴的一枚形成了可育雄蕊;近轴的两枚外轮雄蕊发育形成了成熟花结构中的侧生退化雄蕊,而远轴的一枚缺失。近轴的两枚外轮雄蕊原基起始的同时,3枚心皮原基也在中心花杯的内侧发生而后与外轮雄蕊相间排列。对毛舞花姜花序的发生和发育的观察发现,在花序轴的头几片初级苞片中产生的是珠芽原基而非蝎尾状小花序原基,其形态特征类似于早期的蝎尾状小花序原基,由此推测珠芽很可能是蝎尾状小花序的变异。  相似文献

Although root litter contributes to a large extent to soil organic matter accumulation in peatlands, decomposition of root litter is often neglected in studies on litter decomposition and carbon and nutrient cycling in these ecosystems. In this study, decomposition of root and rhizome litter of Carex diandra and Carex lasiocarpa was determined in two temperate fens, one dominated by Sphagnum species ( Sphagnum fen; soil pH=4.4) and one without a Sphagnum cover ( Carex fen; soil pH=5.7). Short-term potassium uptake by excised roots was investigated in Carex species from swamps, ranging from oligotrophic to eutrophic. The range of species from oligotrophic to eutrophic habitat is: C. rostrata Stokes, C. limosa L., C. lasiocarpa Ehrh., C. diandra Schrank, C. hudsonii A. Benn., and C. acutiformis Ehrh. After a short period of potassium starvation the species of the oligotrophic habitat showed a fast potassium uptake rate while the species of the eutrophic habitat showed lower uptake rates. Uptake by all species except C. rostrata and C. diandra was reduced at pH 4.0. Potassium uptake at low potassium concentrations was greatly increased by a period of starvation for potassium especially in the eutrophic species. The results on potassium stress are compared with the ecology of the species and with the reaction of the same Carex species to phosphate stress.  相似文献

为了揭示暖干化气候变化趋势对演替初期泰加林灌草层植物开花物候和生长的影响, 以东北大兴安岭演替初期泰加林灌草层(高度<50 cm)植物为研究对象, 根据植物生活史, 选择典型的早花植物圆锥薹草(Carex diandra)和水葡萄茶藨子(Ribes procumbens), 中花植物杜香(Ledum palustre)及晚花植物齿叶风毛菊(Saussurea neoserrata), 监测模拟增温和排水处理2年后其完整的开花物候及生长状况, 以期为认识气候变化下泰加林火后植被恢复演替提供依据。结果显示: 1)模拟增温和排水处理后, 早花植物开花温度限制的提早解除使其花期提前, 而水分限制使得晚花植物花期呈延后趋势, 这可能为中花植物提供更大的生态位空隙, 使其开花数量趋向于增加, 花期提前且呈延长趋势; 2)模拟增温和排水处理后, 圆锥薹草、杜香和齿叶风毛菊的盖度和频度均呈增加的趋势, 以杜香最显著, 而水葡萄茶藨子的盖度和频度均下降; 3)模拟增温与排水处理对植物开花物候的影响无显著交互作用, 但土壤水分降低影响部分植物生长对增温的响应。研究结果表明, 植物开花物候对暖干化气候的响应表现出明显的种间差异, 因植物开花功能群而异。早、中花植物花期趋于提前, 晚花期植物花期趋于延后, 一方面可能导致群落生态位变化, 对种间竞争产生潜在影响, 引发群落组成和结构改变; 另一方面可能成为群落调节其整体物候, 以适应气候变化的重要途径。  相似文献

Summary Previous work in this laboratory has demonstrated that although Aspergillus niger can readily utilize galactose, no citric acid is produced from this carbon source (Hossain et al. 1984). Experiments were now conducted where galactose was added at various concentrations to synthetic growth medium containing glucose as carbon source, so that the effect of galactose on citric acid production from glucose could be observed. The results showed that the presence of galactose or a product of galactose metabolism caused inhibition of citric acid production, and also reduced the rate of glucose utilization. Enzyme analyses using mycelial cell-free extracts indicated that galactose interfered with the glucose-repression of the key enzyme 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase.  相似文献

In order to find new structural and biologically active compounds, the constituents from the whole plant of Drymaria diandra B1. (Caryophyllaceae) were investigated and three new flavone glycosides, named drymariatins B (1), C (2), and D (3), were isolated by solvent partition, Si gel, sephadex LH-20, and Rp- 18 column chromatography. Using spectroscopic methods, including two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance analysis, the structures of these compounds were elucidated as 6-C-(2-deoxy-β-D-fucopyranosyl)- 5,7,4'-trihydroxyl-flavone, 6-C-(2-deoxy-β-D-fucopyranosyl)-7-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-5,4'-dibydroxyl- flavone, and 6-C-(3-keto-β-digitoxopyranosyl)-7-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-5,4'-dihydroxyl-flavone.  相似文献
