苏云金芽孢杆菌以色列亚种对花翅摇蚊作用特性研究*   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
为探索对深圳水源红虫污染进行微生物防治的可行性,首次用Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.isroelensis,简称Bti(苏云金芽孢杆菌以色列亚种)对花翅摇蚊(Chironomus kiiensis tokunaga的作用特性进行研究。生物测定表明,Bti IPS82和187对花翅摇蚊3龄幼虫的LC50(24h)分别为24.2和32.6mg/L。对标准菌株IPS82进行的发酵研究表明,发酵过程中的菌体密度、芽孢形成和溶解氧变化、对花翅摇蚊的毒力之间具有密切联系。IPS82发酵液应用的环境因素中,日光照的影响最大,可使其毒力半衰期从21d缩短至10d;环境温度在15℃~30℃内变化,Bti使蚊幼虫的致死率都保持在50%左右。当环境温度35℃时,Bti使蚊幼虫的致死率再提高16%;环境pH偏离7~11时,IPS82的毒力从66.7%下降至40%左右,环境pH3时其毒力下降至16%;在一定的幼虫密度(低于30条/100mL)范围内IPS82发酵液的毒力稳定,但幼虫密度高于30条/100mL时毒力呈下降趋势。本研究结果表明:在一定条件下,Bti对花翅摇蚊防治具有良好的应用潜力。  相似文献

近年来 ,国内已有 1 0余个省区城市供水系统中先后发生了摇蚊幼虫 (红虫 )污染事件。文章介绍了国内外供水系统摇蚊发生概况 ;分析了供水系统中摇蚊发生的 3个主要原因 :原水环境污染 ,水处理过程摇蚊污染和二次供水污染。简要回顾了国外供水系统摇蚊污染防除的历史和进展 ;重点介绍了目前国内供水行业所采用物理、化学以及生物的方法在水厂净水处理及二次供水过程防除摇蚊污染的研究 ;同时指出了当前有关研究和实践中存在的主要问题是对摇蚊生物学和生态学等知识的缺乏。对该问题开展进一步研究提出了建议  相似文献

采用田间开顶式CO2控制气室(OTC),研究了375μL/L、750μL/L两个CO2浓度和CK、LC50、LC903种吡虫啉浓度处理条件下,甘蓝根际土壤细菌与非根际土壤微生物生物量C的变化。750μL/L CO2处理对甘蓝根际细菌数量显著增加(P0.01),而在同一CO2水平下各农药处理间并无显著差异;根区土壤微生物生物量C只有在750μL/L CO2且无吡虫啉处理的条件下显著(P0.05)下降,在LC50、LC90处理的影响下并不显著。同一CO2水平下,根区土壤微生物生物量C受农药处理的影响不明显。  相似文献

以日本虎斑猛水蚤(Tigriopus japonicus)为试验生物,采用高纯度CO2和空气的混合气体调配试验所需酸化海水(pH值7.70、7.30、6.50),研究不同海水酸化条件下铜、镉对海洋生物的急性毒性效应。结果表明:单一CO2酸化海水对日本虎斑猛水蚤存活的影响不显著;海水酸化对铜和镉急性毒性的影响效应有差异。铜在低pH值(6.5)时对日本虎斑猛水蚤的毒性最强,96h LC50浓度为0.64 mg/L,明显低于pH值为8.0、7.7、7.3对日本虎斑猛水蚤的96h LC50浓度,其分别为1.98,1.19,1.05 mg/L,随pH值下降,96h LC50下降了近3倍。海水酸化使镉的96h LC50略呈下降趋势,但对其急性毒性影响效应并不显著;pH值为7.7和7.3时,铜的安全浓度分别为11.9、10.5μg/L,接近于中国海水二类水质标准。本研究表明随着海洋酸化的进程我国近海水域将面临铜污染加剧的威胁。  相似文献

蚯蚓作为土壤无脊椎动物的代表,在评价土壤生态系统的污染方面起着重要作用.而敌敌畏和毒斯乐都是目前农业生产中使用相当广泛的农药,在土壤、环境中的残留问题一直是研究的热点.本试验主要用两种方法(滤纸接触法和自然土壤法)研究了敌敌畏、毒斯乐及其混剂对自然蚯蚓的急性毒性.结果 显示:用滤纸接触法测得敌敌畏对蚯蚓的LC50为0.14 g/L,毒斯乐对蚯蚓的LC50为0.154 g/L,敌敌畏和毒斯乐混合药剂对蚯蚓24 h 的LC50为0.102 g/L,而用自然土壤法测得敌敌畏对蚯蚓的LC50为1.11 g/L,毒斯乐对蚯蚓的LC50为1.29 g/L,敌敌畏和毒斯乐混合药剂对蚯蚓的LC50为0.964 g/L.  相似文献

依照OECD 235和218指导准则,选用溪流摇蚊(Chironomus riparius)幼虫为受试生物,以存活率、羽化时间为评价指标,通过暴露于加标水中(48 h)和加标沉积物中(28 d)两种方式研究菲对摇蚊幼虫的急、慢性毒性。结果表明:对于急性毒性实验,在加标水中菲对摇蚊幼虫的LC50为1.1 mg·L~(-1)(24 h)和337.2μg·L~(-1)(48 h)。对于慢性毒性实验,在加标沉积物中菲对摇蚊幼虫的28 d-LC50为24.9 mg·kg~(-1);孔隙水中菲对摇蚊幼虫的28 dLC50为10.4μg·L~(-1);另外,随沉积物中菲浓度增加,幼虫的平均羽化时间提前,当沉积物中菲浓度达到5 mg·kg~(-1)及以上时,受试幼虫的平均羽化时间比对照组及低浓度组显著提前(P0.05),在菲浓度为10 mg·kg~(-1)时比对照组提前了3.8 d,而提前时间在大于5mg·kg~(-1)的各浓度处理之间无显著差异(3.7~4.2 d)。  相似文献

双酚A和壬基酚对隆线溞和微型裸腹溞的毒性   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
我们以隆线溞和微型裸腹溞为实验动物,进行了两种酚类内分泌干扰物双酚A(BPA)和壬基酚(NP)的毒性效应研究。急性实验测定出双酚A对隆线溞的24h和48h半数致死浓度(LC50)为:12.02mg/L和11.64mg/L,对微型裸腹溞24h和48h半数致死浓度LC50为:13.70mg/L和9.63mg/L。而壬基酚对隆线溞的24h和48h半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为:0.221mg/L和0.159mg/L,对微型裸腹溞的24h和48h半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为:0.334mg/L和0.126mg/L。实验表明微型裸腹溞对双酚A和壬基酚的敏感度高于隆线溞,能够很好的指示水环境的污染。慢性毒性实验发现双酚A对微型裸腹溞后代的雌雄比例有明显的影响,影响类似于hormesis现象。而壬基酚对隆线溞的慢性毒性研究发现,隆线溞的生活史、后代成活率均受到暴露的壬基酚浓度升高的不利影响。这些研究表明低浓度双酚A长期暴露的潜在毒性与高浓度壬基酚的急性毒性在这两种内分泌干扰物污染环境的研究中有重要意义。  相似文献

评价农药对环境中非靶标生物的毒性是开发和应用新农药的重要环节.本试验依据国家环保局"化学农药环境安全性评价试验准则",测定了斑蝥素纯品及1.0%斑蝥素乳油对部分非靶标生物的毒性,并进行了安全性评价.结果表明,1.0%斑蝥素乳油对鹌鹑急性经口LD50为12.096 mg/kg,蓄积毒性为轻度蓄积;1.0%斑蝥素乳油对瓢虫触杀、胃毒的LC50分别为114.724 mg/L、48.007 mg/L;斑蝥素纯品、乳油浓度达100 mg/kg时,对土壤微生物呼吸作用的抑制率均小于50%;斑蝥素纯品对鲤鱼24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的LC50分别为7.992、4.790、3.401、2.440 mg/L.可见,斑蝥素及1.0%斑蝥素乳油对鹌鹑、瓢虫及土壤微生物均为低毒,而对鲤鱼为中等毒性.  相似文献

以红裸须摇蚊4龄幼虫为对象,测定了苯酚对摇蚊幼虫急性毒性、体质量、化蛹率及体内保护酶和解毒酶活性的影响.结果表明:苯酚对摇蚊4龄幼虫6、24、48、72和96 h半致死浓度LC50分别为222.52、134.86、67.74、47.39和35.76 mg.L-1;亚致死剂量苯酚(0.4、4和40 mg.L-1)处理降低摇蚊4龄幼虫干湿质量和化蛹率;摇蚊4龄幼虫暴露于苯酚液72 h,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽S转-移酶(GST)和羧酸酯酶(CarE)均对苯酚暴露做出响应,且随着浓度增加和暴露时间的延长呈现一定的剂量-时间效应,而摇蚊体内酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)对苯酚暴露响应较迟钝,仅高浓度(40 mg.L-1)长时间(48 h和72 h)的胁迫才会产生显著抑制作用.表明摇蚊体质量、化蛹率和CAT、SOD、GST、CarE可作为监测苯酚水体污染的生物标志物.  相似文献

采用静水法研究了4种常用水产药物对青虾幼虾的毒性。结果表明:水温29℃~30℃时,溴氯海因对青虾幼虾24 h、48 h和72 h的LC50分别为19.05 mg/L、11.75 mg/L、11.75 mg/L,安全浓度为1.24 mg/L;聚维酮碘对青虾幼虾的24 h、48 h和72 h的LC50分别为49.27 mg/L、44.61 mg/L、43.68 mg/L,安全浓度为10.52 mg/L;甲醛对青虾幼虾的24 h、48 h和72 h的LC50分别为72.47 mg/L、66.41 mg/L、53.71 mg/L,安全浓度为10.93 mg/L;高锰酸钾对青虾幼虾的24 h、48 h和72 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为6.06 mg/L、4.07 mg/L、3.79 mg/L,安全浓度为0.48 mg/L。4种药物对青虾幼虾的毒性依次为高锰酸钾〉溴氯海因〉聚维酮碘〉甲醛。  相似文献

The Upper Rhine Valley, a “hotspot of biodiversity” in Germany, has been treated with the biocide Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis (Bti) for mosquito control for decades. Previous studies discovered Bti nontarget effects in terms of severe chironomid abundance reductions. In this study, we investigated the impact of Bti on species level and addressed the community composition of the nontarget family Chironomidae by use of community metabarcoding. Chironomid emergence data were collected in three mosquito‐control relevant wetland types in the Upper Rhine Valley. For all three sites the chironomid species composition, based on operational taxonomic units (OTUs), was different to varying degrees in the Bti‐treated samples versus control samples, ranging from a significant 63% OTU reduction to an OTU replacement. We assumed that predatory chironomids are less prone to Bti than filter feeders, as the latter feed on floating particles leading to direct ingestion of Bti. However, a comparable percentage of predators and filter feeders (63% and 65%, respectively) was reduced in the Bti samples, suggesting that the feeding strategy is not the main driver for Bti sensitivity in chironomids. Finally, our data was compared to a three‐year‐old data set, indicating possible chironomid community recovery due to species recolonization a few years after the last Bti application. Considering the currently discussed worldwide insect decline we recommend a rethinking of the usage of the biocide Bti, and to prevent its ongoing application especially in nature protection reserves to enhance ecological resilience and to prevent boosting the current biodiversity loss.  相似文献

Several studies, particularly in the Northern Hemisphere, have demonstrated that chironomids are responsive to pollution (e.g., heavy metals, organic). In Australia, there is limited evidence that chironomid species have differential sensitivities to water pollution, with several studies reporting high tolerance of heavy metal pollution. We investigated the impact of both zinc-rich mine waste and organic effluent on chironomids within an effectively pristine background using the Chironomid Pupal Exuviae Technique (CPET). Chironomid species assemblages were strongly influenced by both mine drainage and organic pollution. Community composition differed between unpolluted streams and locations downstream of the pollution sources, and between the two different sources of pollution. Thirty seven of the most abundant species exhibited strong responses to water pollution varying from greatly increased abundance to complete absence. Ten species had higher abundance at one of the polluted sites compared to unpolluted sites; six in the presence of zinc pollution and five in the presence of organic pollution. One species responded positively to both pollution types. Our results indicate that contrary to the mixed reports of Australian chironomids for being insensitive to pollution, we found that they displayed a strong pollution response to both organic and heavy metal contamination.  相似文献

杠柳毒素NW是从杠柳(Periploca sepium Bunge)中分离的新化合物,是其主要的杀虫成分。对杠柳毒素NW的杀虫活性进行了测定,结果表明:杠柳毒素NW对小地老虎无明显的胃毒活性,对3龄的小菜蛾、粘虫和菜粉蝶幼虫均有较强的胃毒活性,处理后24h的致死中浓(LC50)分别是866.17,927.92和1107.08mg·L-1;对上述供试昆虫均无明显的触杀活性。此外,杠柳毒素NW对棉蚜、棉红蜘蛛及卫生害虫家蝇3龄幼虫和淡色库蚊3龄幼虫均有很好的毒杀活性,处理后24h的LC50分别为1743.17,2179.49,714.94和653.29mg·L-1。  相似文献

SUMMARY. An investigation into the ecology of benthic fauna in the eutrophic Lake McIlwaine (Rhodesia) was carried out in 1968–69. The profundal zone was only colonized in winter when the lake was isothermal and oxygen was present. The littoral zone was greatly affected by lake level fluctuation during the study period, and the population of lamellibranchs was destroyed by a drop in water level. While the water level was low, numbers of oligochaetes were high, but they declined as the water level rose. Chironomid larvae colonized the newly-flooded land and their numbers increased considerably. The effects of eutrophication were less clear but it is suggested that the presence of Chironomus in the profundal in winter, and an increase in Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri , was linked with eutrophication.  相似文献

为了解浙江仙居国家公园内溪流中摇蚊幼虫的群落结构及其对水质的指示作用,于2016年8月对仙居国家公园内13条溪流59个点位进行了调查,运用Hilsenhoff生物指数对溪流水质进行评价.结果表明: 59个点位中有37个点处于清洁状态,19个点处于轻污染状态,3个点处于中污染状态.此次调查共获得摇蚊幼虫86种,隶属于4亚科51属.其中,摇蚊亚科种类数最多,有19属37种;直突摇蚊亚科次之,有21属35种;长足摇蚊亚科有9属12种;寡角摇蚊亚科最少,为2属2种.摇蚊亚科密度比重最大,为40.3%;长足摇蚊亚科与直突摇蚊亚科所占比重差异不大,分别为30%与29.4%;寡角摇蚊亚科比重最小,仅为0.3%.壳粗腹摇蚊为仙居国家公园溪流摇蚊幼虫绝对优势种;黄色多足摇蚊、流环足摇蚊、平滑环足摇蚊、纽流长跗摇蚊和小型棒脉摇蚊为优势种.仙居国家公园溪流中摇蚊幼虫指示种分析结果显示,平滑环足摇蚊、双色矮突摇蚊、台湾长跗摇蚊和渐变长跗摇蚊可作为污染水体指示种,流环足摇蚊可作为清洁水体指示种.  相似文献

The predatory potential of two onmnivorous crustaceans, Gammarus duebeni and Palaemonetes varians, has been examined to investigate their effect as mosquito larval predators. Mature gammarids ate 4-8 Aedes detritus larvae/24 h and palaemonids, 22-30/1 h, often killing larvae when not hungry. The crustaceans were exposed to Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. israelensis (Bti) and to mosquito larvae killed by Bti with no adverse effects, endorsing the safety of this microbial pesticide. Crustacean faecal pellets, collected post-feeding and placed in fresh marsh water, were toxic to mosquito larvae the following day. After placing the crustaceans in fresh salt-marsh water for 6 days, the fresh faecal pellets failed to kill mosquitoes apart from pellets obtained from crustaceans originally fed on the highest concentration of Bti, where there was a 50% kill after 3 days of incubation. Mosquito larvae on salt-marshes are not easy to control with ecologically undesirable toxic chemicals. Encouraging the breeding of predators such as crustaceans, or even their release, could prove to be a useful method of mosquito control to supplement the periodic inundative use of the ecologically acceptable Bti.  相似文献

1. Bioturbation, by definition, changes the structure and properties of sediments, thereby altering the environment of the bioturbator and other benthic species. In addition to the indirect effects of sediment reworking (e.g. changes in water quality), bioturbating species may also directly interfere with other species via competition. This study aims, therefore, to examine both the direct and indirect effects of sediment reworking by an opportunistic detritivore on survival and growth of a specialised mayfly species. 2. Bioturbation was imposed by adding different densities of the midge Chironomus riparius to clean and polluted sediments. Changes in water quality and sediment properties, and survival and growth of the mayfly Ephoron virgo were assessed. 3. Chironomid density had a strong negative effect on the concentrations of metals, nutrients and particles in the overlying water, but increased the penetration of oxygen into the sediment. Survival and growth of E. virgo were strongly reduced in the presence of chironomids. In the polluted sediment, the activity of chironomids enhanced the negative effects of pollution on E. virgo. In the clean sediment, inhibition of the mayfly was even more pronounced. 4. This suggests that direct disturbance by C. riparius was more important than indirect changes in water quality, and over‐ruled the potential positive effects of improved oxygen penetration. The results indicated that the distribution of small insects, such as E. virgo, can be limited by bioturbating benthic invertebrates.  相似文献

目的 研究4种不同产地的家用洗涤剂对红剑鱼、孔雀鱼和食蚊鱼的急性毒性影响。方法 用水毒理学方法测定它们对3种鱼类的24hLC50,并将洗涤剂溶液存放15d和30d后测定其对鱼类的急性毒性。结果 在远低于日常使用量的浓度下,4种家用洗涤剂均对红剑鱼、孔雀鱼和食蚊鱼有急性毒性,24h LC50值在20mg/L~55mg/L;家用洗涤剂溶液存放一段时间后对鱼类的急性毒性作用无明显降低。结论 含有大量家用洗涤剂的生活污水排放到自然水体后将对鱼类产生持续的有害影响。  相似文献

The magnitude of oviposition as well as the size, shape and the number of eggs per of egg rafts egg raft were determined after gravid Culex quinquefasciatus Say oviposited on water treated with water dispersible granules (WDG) of Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. israelensis (Bti) and on untreated water. The mean number of eggs/raft was lower in the treated than in the untreated water. Bti concentrations from 0.5 to 2.0mg/L affected the shape of egg rafts and number of eggs in each raft. As the concentration of Bti increased from 0.5 to 2.0 mg/L the shape of egg rafts became more irregular with fewer eggs in each raft. Exposure to Bti at 2- and 26-h reduced the hatching rates, and fewer eggs hatched at 26-h of exposure to Bti. As the concentration of Bti WDG increased from 0.5 to 2.0 mg/L, the hatching rate decreased. Eggs exposed for 2-h to 2.0mg/ L Bti had a hatch of 30% after 24 h, the rate increasing to 57% after 72 h. In contrast, in 26-h exposed eggs to 2.0 mg/L Bti, the hatching rate after 24 h was only 12% and this rate increased to 39% after 72 h. In larvae from eggs exposed for 2 h, the survival rate was 40% at 2.0 mg/L Bti and 87% in untreated controls. In contrast, the survival rates of larvae from 26-h exposed eggs was 91% in controls while it was 30% at 2.0 mg/L Bti. As the concentration of Bti increased from 0.5 to 2.0 mg/ 1 the survival rates of larvae decreased. The combined effects of reductions of egg rafts, low number of eggs per egg raft, and reduced hatching and survival rates could have significant cumulative effects on the yield of adult mosquitoes, and this could result in a greater control potential of this microbial agent.  相似文献
