研究了大豆的生长、生物量、抗氧化酶活性和吲哚乙酸(IAA)氧化酶活性在Cd^2 、UV-B辐射和二者复合胁迫(Cd UV-B)下的变化。结果表明,Cd^2 和UV-B辐射都抑制大豆生长,并显著抑制根的伸长,二者复合后加强了对根伸长的抑制。UV-B辐射显著增强了POD、SOD活性,Cd^2 对POD活性影响不明显,但却拮抗UV-B对POD活性的诱导,SOD活性在各种胁迫下显著增强。虽然Cd%2 对叶片类黄酮含量影响不明显,但对UV-B诱导的类黄酮合成有一定影响。IAA氧化酶活性在复合作用下下降,可能是复合胁迫影响大豆生长的重要因素之一。  相似文献

增强UV-B辐射和干旱对春小麦光合作用及其生长的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
在室外盆栽条件下研究了UV-B辐射和土壤干旱对春小麦 '和尚头'生长和光合作用的影响.结果显示:(1)干旱、UV-B辐射、干旱+UV-B(复合)处理均可使叶片类黄酮含量增加,且干旱+UV-B处理增加显著高于其他处理(P<0.05).UV-B辐射和干旱单独处理均能显著降低叶片光合色素含量,但UV-B辐射的副作用大于干旱,复合处理对光合色素的影响介于UV-B和干旱之间.(2)各处理间的光合速率日均值大小次序为:对照>UV-B+干旱>UV-B>干旱;增强UV-B对净光合速率的抑制作用大于干旱,而UV-B+干旱处理的抑制作用较二者单独处理有所减轻.(3)UV-B辐射和干旱单独处理后总生物量比对照减少15%,且抑制作用为:干旱>UV-B>复合处理; UV-B辐射和干旱胁迫不但影响春小麦的生物量,而且影响小穗特征和产量.研究表明,UV-B辐射和干旱之间存在交互作用,说明一种胁迫可以减缓(轻)另外一种胁迫对春小麦的抑制作用.  相似文献

水分胁迫对长期UV—B辐射下柚树苗生理特性的影响   总被引:23,自引:0,他引:23  
水分胁迫下,柚[Citrus maxima(Burm.)Merr.]树苗叶片相对含水量(RWC)、水势(ΨW)、净光合速率(Pn)、可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素(Chl)含量下降,丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先上升后下降,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性、抗坏血酸(AsA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量明显降低。叶绿素荧光参数中光系统Ⅱ光化学原初效率(Fv/Fm)、光系统Ⅱ电子传递量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学猝灭(qp)下降,非光化学猝灭(qN)和热能耗散系数(KD)升高。显示膜系统和PSⅡ是水分胁迫的主要抑制位点。抗旱性强的品种具有较高的活性氧清除能力。长期紫外线-B(UV-B)增强辐射能缓解水分胁迫下柚树苗叶片RWC、ΨW、APX活性和GSH、AsA含量下降,但对水分胁迫下的Pro含量、Pn和叶绿素荧光特性作用不明显。初步推测:UV-B和水分胁迫对植物有部分相同的作用机制,都导致植株膜脂过氧化程度加剧和PSⅡ的失活,同时存在各自作用方式的特异性。  相似文献

田间条件下模拟20%平流层臭氧层衰减,紫外线(UV-B,280-315nm)辐射增强,研究了UV-B对2个大豆(Glycin max (L.)Merr.)品种黑豆和晋豆生长,光合作用和稳定碳同位素组成的影响,结果表明,晋豆比黑豆对UV-B有较强的抗性或不敏感,表现为增强的UV-B辐射显著抑制黑豆的生长和株高,叶、茎、根和总生物量以及株高全部降低,而晋豆仅茎重和株高降低;晋豆的色素含量(叶绿素a,b,类胡萝卜素和类黄酮)不受UV-B辐射影响,在UV-B辐射下黑豆的净光合作用,气孔导度,胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾作用以及不分利用效率明显下降,而晋豆只有气孔导度和蒸腾作用减少,这可能与晋豆本身含有较高的类黄酮及较多的表皮毛和遗传特性有关,用叶片稳定碳同位素组成(δ^13C值)的分析也证明晋豆对UV-B辐射不敏感,由此看来,大豆品种对UV-B辐射的反应差异可以通过δ^13C值来判定。  相似文献

UV-B辐射增强对NaCl胁迫下小麦幼苗生理生态的影响   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
研究了0.4w·m-2的紫外线-B(UV-B)辐射对0.8%NaCl胁迫下冬小麦"小偃926"(TriticumaestivumL.xiaoyan-926)幼苗的生长、光合作用、水分状况、黄酮含量和膜脂过氧化等几方面的影响。结果表明,UV-B辐射和NaCl胁迫单独或复合处理下小麦幼苗的株高、生物量、含水量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和光合色素含量均显著降低,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量和叶片相对电导率则升高,但NaCl胁迫条件下增加UV-B辐射(复合处理)与单独NaCl胁迫相比,上述指标多数均无显著差异(除复合处理下类胡萝卜素含量显著降低外)。两胁迫因子单独或复合处理均明显提高了小麦幼苗黄酮含量及三种抗氧化酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性,且复合处理的促进效应最大。脯氨酸含量在单独UV-B辐射下明显降低,在单独NaCl胁迫和复合处理下显著升高,且复合处理下增幅最大。结果说明UV-B辐射不会明显加剧NaCl胁迫下小麦幼苗的伤害,这可能与NaCl胁迫提高了小麦幼苗黄酮含量、脯氨酸含量和抗氧化酶活性有关。  相似文献

以‘台衣一号’芒果盆栽苗离体老叶为试材,研究增强UV—B辐射条件下芒果老叶的损伤和保护反应。结果表明:UV—B辐射处理使芒果叶片MDA含量和相对电导率升高、叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b降低,表明叶片受到损伤,且随处理时间延长叶片损伤加重。UV—B辐射处理叶片可溶性蛋白含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、POD)活性、保护色素(类胡萝卜素、类黄酮)和还原型GSH含量显著高于对照叶片,UV—B辐射处理叶片维生素C含量显著低于对照叶片,表明增强UV—B辐射可诱导叶片细胞通过提高活性氧清除能力和积累保护色素而直接吸收部分UV—B辐射来提高抗增强UV—B辐射损伤的能力。  相似文献

研究了大田条件下模拟增强UV-B辐射(500 KJ·m-2,相当于昆明地区臭氧层减少20%)对10个小麦品种生理指标的影响以及小麦对UV B辐射响应的种内差异.结果表明,10个供试小麦品种中有6个品种的叶绿素含量显著下降,叶绿素a降低的程度大于叶绿素b,从而导致叶绿素a/b的比率下降.UV-B对小麦叶片内MDA和类黄酮的影响也具有种内差异,有5个品种的MDA含量显著上升, 2个品种的MDA含量显著下降;4个品种的类黄酮含量显著增加,2个品种的类黄酮含量显著减少.叶绿素和类黄酮含量变化与MDA含量均呈显著负相关关系,类黄酮与小麦UV-B抗性之间存在密切联系.  相似文献

研究大田栽培和自然光条件下,模拟UV-B辐射(UV-B,280-315nm)增强对麦田生态系统K营养和累积的影响,UV-B辐射显著影响春小麦不同生育期各部位K含量和群体K累积,并显著降低群体K总累积,在5.31kJ.m^-2UV-B辐射下,春小麦群体K总累积的降低最显著,UV-B辐射降低春小麦群体K输出,标志着麦田生态系统K产投比降低,K循环功能下降,麦田土壤速效K含量增加是春小麦群体K输出降低的结果,并将导致土壤库中K储量的增加。  相似文献

在云南玉溪烟区种植烤烟海拔最高(1 806.0 m)的通海县,通过盆栽烤烟K326试验,研究了在滤减自然的太阳UV B辐射强度25%、50%和65%条件下,UV B辐射对烟叶发育过程中可溶性蛋白、光合色素和类黄酮的影响。结果表明:随叶龄增加,可溶性蛋白含量下降,光合色素降解,类黄酮在老叶中积累,蛋白质在生理成熟期对UV B辐射最敏感。与对照相比,减弱UV B辐射处理降低了烟叶类黄酮和可溶性蛋白含量,但光合色素含量上升;较低的UV B辐射降低了叶绿素的降解速度。结果从一侧面说明UV B辐射对烟叶蛋白质的合成是有益的,类黄酮和叶绿素的变化是对UV B辐射变化的适应性反应,类黄酮与蛋白质之间可能存在一定的偶联关系。  相似文献

盐旱复合胁迫对小麦幼苗生长和水分吸收的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为明确盐害、干旱及盐旱复合胁迫对小麦幼苗生长和水分吸收的影响,从而为盐害和干旱胁迫下栽培调控提供理论依据。以2个抗旱性不同的小麦品种(扬麦16和耐旱型洛旱7号)为材料,采用水培试验,以NaCl和PEG模拟盐旱复合胁迫,研究了盐旱复合胁迫下小麦幼苗生长、根系形态、光合特性及水分吸收特性的变化。结果表明,盐、旱及复合胁迫下小麦幼苗的生物量、叶面积、总根长与根系表面积、叶绿素荧光和净光合速率均显著下降,但是复合胁迫处理的降幅却显著低于单一胁迫。盐旱复合胁迫下根系水导速率和根系伤流液强度显著大于单一胁迫,从而提高了小麦幼苗叶片水势和相对含水量。盐胁迫下小麦幼苗Na~+/K~+显著大于复合胁迫,但复合胁迫下ABA含量却显著小于单一的盐害和干旱胁迫。因此,盐旱复合胁迫可以通过增强根系水分吸收及降低根叶中ABA含量以维持较高光合能力,这是盐旱复合胁迫提高小麦适应性的重要原因。洛旱7号和扬麦16对盐及盐旱复合胁迫的响应基本一致,但在干旱胁迫下洛旱7号表现出明显的耐性。  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

对我国花型Hemibarbuspattern鱼类作了骨骼系统比较,结果表明,此类型鱼类脑颅较长,副蝶骨平直或稍弯曲,眶蝶骨腹纵嵴发达(铜鱼Coreius septentrionalis例外),下颞窝和咽突中等大,基枕骨后突发达;脑颅中的上筛骨的后突、侧筛骨的外筛突,蝶耳骨的外突、上耳骨的后突、围眶骨和后颞窝等均有明显的差异;咽颅中的舌颌骨、尾舌骨、鳃盖骨和下咽齿的列数等又有显著的区别;附肢骨骼中的腰带骨、脊椎骨中的复合神经骨和第4椎骨腹侧的悬器等也有不同之处。据此,这些差异和区别可作为属间或种间的分类依据。  相似文献
