麦长管蚜Macrosiphumavenae(Fabr-icius)是我地小麦穗期的主要害虫,每年都有不同程度的发生。受虫源、气候等因素的影响,其发生期(穗蚜量达500头的日期)不同年份间差异很大。为了及时准确作出预报,指导防治,笔者应用模糊因素加权综合评判法对麦长管蚜发生期预测进行了研究,现将结果报告如下。1研究方法1.1选取预报因子麦长管蚜的发生期主要受温度、降雨量等气候因素的影响。笔者对本站1982~1994年13年的系统观测资料进行整理分析,筛选出与发生期相关性较好的预报因子2个:X1,3月下旬~4月上旬平均气温(℃),相关系数r1y=…  相似文献

通过5年的系统研究和调查发现:小麦的高生育阶段最有利于禾谷缢管蚜的发生、繁育。该蚜若蚜期随小麦生育阶段的提高而缩短;成蚜生殖量、无翅蚜比例、蚜体大小均随小麦生育阶段的提高而增大;麦田始终只有穗期蚜量高峰。  相似文献

环境因子对角倍蚜秋迁蚜生殖和雌性蚜发育的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
研究了环境因子对角倍蚜Schlechtendalia chinensis (Bell) 秋迁蚜生殖和雌性蚜发育的影响.温、湿度单因子试验表明,秋迁蚜在26℃和80%RH条件下有最大生殖量;温、湿度对秋迁蚜生殖量的影响均符合开口向下的二次抛物线变化趋势,极端温、湿度会导致生殖量的下降.采用三元一次正交组合设计,研究了环境温度(X1)、湿度(X2)和光照强度(X3)三因子不同水平组合对雌性蚜发育的影响,表明温度是影响发育历期的主要因子,其次是光照强度,最后是湿度.因此,适当高温、强光照条件可以加快雌性蚜发育;而适当高湿条件可以降低雌性蚜的发育速率而延长其发育历期.在人工培育角倍蚜生产中,创造有利于秋迁蚜生殖的温、湿度条件可以使秋迁蚜产下较多的越冬侨蚜;在适当降低温度、增加湿度的阴暗条件下贮留雌性蚜可以适当延长其发育,以使角倍蚜与盐肤木在物候上达到最佳吻合.  相似文献

桃蚜在烟株上分布的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在烤烟伸根期的前、中、后3个阶段,烟蚜主要分布在倒2~4叶(自下而上)之上,分别占全株总蚜量的59.68%,61.96%和77.27%。旺长期烟株5个叶层的蚜量以上棚叶层居多,前、中、后3个阶段的蚜量分别占全株蚜量的49.79%、50.32%和27.90%。中后期腋芽上的蚜量增多,分别占全株蚜量的17.12%和36.67%。将旺长期烟株5个叶层的蚜量分别与全株蚜量进行相关检验,结果上二棚叶层蚜量与全株蚜量相关最密切,9=2.1668x-12.4314±41.1414,r=0.9995,卡方检验X2=35.4656<X20.01=73.658。因此,该相关式可认为适用于春烟旺长期田间蚜量调查取样的估计。  相似文献

【目的】解析不同生态景观对于麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)迁飞和降落的影响,为预测预报提供科学指导。【方法】在麦长管蚜迁入期,选取了多个山脉、河流、湖泊等典型的大生态景观,抽样调查其周围麦田中麦长管蚜有翅成蚜的百株蚜量。【结果】调查显示,有翅成蚜量山的南侧比北侧多,而湖泊和河流附近的有翅成蚜量一般少于远处。山脉对麦长管蚜有翅成蚜迁入有明显阻挡作用,高海拔地区有利于有翅成蚜的迁入,孤山也对有翅成蚜迁入降落存在影响,虽然河流和湖泊对有翅成蚜的迁飞不会产生生态阻隔,但河流和湖泊景观附近不利于有翅成蚜的降落。【结论】大尺度生态景观对麦长管蚜的迁入具有明显影响,不同的生态景观类型影响程度存在差异。  相似文献

利用新疆塔城1989~1996年8年的麦双尾蚜Diuraphis noxia (Mordvilko)发生程度与16个气象因子进行相关性分析,通过逐步回归筛选因子,确定麦双尾蚜发生量预测模型:logY=84100-0.1033RH5-0.0253R5,其中:Y为麦双尾蚜发生百株蚜量;RH5为5月份的相对湿度(%);R5为5月份的降水量(mm)。应用该模型预测1997~1998年麦双尾蚜的发生程度,与实际发生情况基本吻合。  相似文献

在温室内不同密度条件下,研究了桃蚜和萝卜蚜在甘蓝上的种内密度效应和种间竞争作用。结果表明:单独饲养时,在5头/株和10头/株密度下,两种蚜虫种内密度效应均较弱;而在15头/株时,桃蚜和萝卜蚜的寿命和产蚜量都随之显降低,说明当两种蚜虫达到一定的拥挤程度时,种内密度对种群均产生一定的负效应。两种蚜虫共存时,单头产蚜量均比单独饲养时显下降,种问竞争作用明显。在10、15头/株密度下,桃蚜的竞争作用大于萝卜蚜,萝卜蚜的寿命和单头产蚜量都极显低于桃蚜。  相似文献

基于世界斑蚜科13亚科90属200种的资料,描述了胚胎毛序的基本类型和多样性。斑蚜科毛序的基本类型可分为3类,即胚胎和一龄若蚜所具有的原毛序,第2龄若蚜和部分第3龄若蚜具有的中毛序,以及部分第3龄若蚜、第4龄若蚜和成蚜所具有的后毛序。结合成蚜及不同龄期若蚜的毛序,系统分析了斑蚜科各亚科毛序演变的规律,认为大部分亚科的成蚜毛序基本保留原毛序的状态,个别类群具有典型的中毛序或后毛序;而且部分类群成蚜的原毛序在胚胎毛序的基础上,腹部背片Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ的中毛发生侧向位移。  相似文献

据9年资料,影响小麦穗期麦长管蚜发生程度的主要因子有:5月1~3日蚜量变动系数,5月1~5日每亩七星瓢虫数量,4月份平均相对湿度,3月中旬平均温度、3月份平均温度、4月上旬平均相对湿度。应用模糊综合评判法进行其发生程度预测,准确率高,历史符合率达100%。  相似文献

通过18年的田间调查和研究,得知高粱蚜的发生程度与麦蚜的发生程度呈负相关(r=-0.8998),因此即可用麦蚜发生程度预测后期高粱蚜的发生程度,预测回归式为y=5.9011-0.9874x。该预报方法较常规测报法在时间上提早了1个月。经多年检验,预报准确率颇高。  相似文献

1. The influence of the presence of secondary parasitoids on aphid reproduction was tested in a field experiment. 2. Single pea aphids Acyrthosiphon pisum in clip cages on potted bean plants were exposed to a collection of secondary parasitoids enclosed within a small perforated bag. The aphids were exposed to volatile chemicals released by the secondary parasitoids but there was no physical contact. 3. The production of nymphs was recorded over an 11‐day period. Aphids produced significantly more offspring in the presence of secondary parasitoids than in the absence of secondary parasitoids (36.9 vs. 31.2). 4. This is the second reported occurrence of this phenomenon, and the reasons for its occurrence and its consequences for aphid population and community ecology are discussed.  相似文献

【目的】建立基于小波神经网络病虫害预测预报模型,对提前采取防病防虫措施、减少农作物病虫害损失、提高农作物产量与质量具有重要意义。【方法】本研究以山西省运城市芮城县1980-2014年麦蚜发生程度和气象因子数据为基础,采用主成分分析法从40个基础气象因子中整合形成9个新的自变量输入模型,采用试凑法筛选隐含层节点数,用1980-2009年的数据进行网络训练,对2010-2014年麦蚜发生程度进行回测,建立了以Morlet小波函数为传递函数的小波神经网络模型,并与以Sigmoid函数为传递函数的BP神经网络模型进行了比较。【结果】小波和BP神经网络两种模型对训练样本的平均拟合精度均有10年以上超过80%,两者MAPE 值分别为 89.83% 和83.07%,MSE 值分别为0.0578和0.6192。【结论】两个模型都能较好地描述麦蚜发生程度;从预测精度和模型的稳定性来看,小波神经网络好于BP神经网络。  相似文献

A bioassay-guided fractionation of leaf extracts from Clytostoma callistegioides (Cham.) Bureau ex Griseb. (Bignoniaceae) led to isolation of a natural mixture of four fatty acids with anti-insect activity against aphids. The compounds were identified by GC–MS as palmitic, stearic, linoleic and linolenic acids and quantified as their methyl esters. The anti-aphid activity of the natural mixture was traced to linolenic and linoleic acids, as shown by the settling inhibition activity of synthetic samples. Interestingly, the saturated acids (palmitic and stearic) tested alone stimulated settling on one of the tested aphids (Myzus persicae), but not on the other tested species (Rhopalosiphum padi). Although ubiquitous, none of these free acids have been previously reported in this Bignoniaceae species. The leaf surface chemistry, which is likely involved in modulating aphid settling behavior, was further investigated for the occurrence of lipophilic substances by histochemical staining. Short, stalked glandular trichomes, previously undescribed for this species, stained with osmium tetroxide and Sudan III, suggesting that the secretion of the defensive acids is related to these surface trichomes.  相似文献

The present paper dealt with the sequential changes of the distribution pattern of apterous females aphid populations, that were artificially settled at the beginning on the experimental barley ‘field'. The aphids were settled at random or even with a fixed denisty per plant. For five or six days after the settling, the number of individuals followed the negative binomial distributions in all cases while the parameters k and p were varying. The estimated values of k were rather small for the first one week after the settling, which may suggest that the number of moving aphids between plants was relatively small and the degree of concentration expressing the intrinsic increase was high. After that, as the number of individuals increased, the number of moving aphids between plants would be considered to be increased. It was found that with the lapse of time the degree of concentration decreased or k became larger. The distribution of aphids per blade in a plant was also described briefly.  相似文献

We tested experimentally whether shoot feeding aphids Cinara pinea (Mordv.) can promote the development of Gremmeniella abietina (Lagerb.) Morelet, a fungus which causes Scleroderris canker disease in conifers. Pine seedlings were infested with aphids at two different times, and subsequently inoculated with conidia of G. abietina at two different times. The degree of infestation was classified into three groups based on the number of aphids/seedling: none, one (low level), and three (high level). Because of parthenogenetic reproduction, the number of aphids increased during the summer, so we also used aphid numbers to explain the development of the symptoms. Necrosis caused by G. abietina was more prevalent in seedlings infested by aphids in June, and inoculated with fungus in July. Expressed as percents of the total length of the shoots, the necrosis had advanced 50%, 70%, and 95% with no, low, and high aphid levels, respectively. Canker formation was significantly greater when G. abietina conidia were inoculated in July, compared to August. In August, there were no statistically significant differences in the intensity of disease between aphid infestation levels, but the mean number of aphids was related to disease intensity. In the spring following infection, seedlings with aphids had more dead and fewer healthy terminal buds compared to seedlings without aphids.  相似文献

蚜虫是我国各地玉米植株上的重要刺吸类害虫。为了进一步阐述该虫的发生与环境之间的关系,以及其在转基因抗性玉米上的空间分布,本文在田间系统调查蚜虫种群动态的基础上,使用多元回归分析法、Iwao回归分析法和5种常用指标参数法,探明了玉米田蚜虫发生与环境因素之间相关的数学模型,以及在常规玉米和抗性玉米植株上的空间分布。结果表明:江苏扬州地区两类不同玉米植株上发生的蚜虫以玉米蚜为主,玉米蚜虫的发生与当日最低气温关系最密切;玉米蚜虫在玉米植株上部的分布数量可达70%~80%,其全株玉米上的蚜量(y)与玉米植株上部1/3上的蚜量(x)关系为y=1.33x;玉米蚜虫在植株上的分布为聚集分布,其聚集由自身特性和环境因素共同确定。本研究为开展转基因玉米田蚜虫的测报防控提供了重要依据。  相似文献

转Bt基因抗虫棉对棉蚜的杀虫剂敏感性及解毒酶系的影响   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
采用浸叶法,以亲本常规棉作对照,室内测定了吡虫啉和辛硫磷对在转Bt基因棉上取食不同世代棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover的毒力,并用酶标仪测定了转Bt基因棉对棉蚜酯酶、羧酸酯酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶活力的影响。结果表明,棉蚜对吡虫啉和辛硫磷的敏感性并未受Bt棉的影响,2种杀虫剂对分别取食Bt棉1代和多代(60代以上)的棉蚜与取食亲本常规棉棉蚜的LC50值之间均无显著差异。在抗虫棉GK12上取食1代和21代的棉蚜,其酯酶、羧酸酯酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶的活力与取食亲本常规棉的棉蚜之间差异不显著。可见,转Bt基因棉对棉蚜的杀虫剂敏感性和解毒酶活力无显著影响。  相似文献

Allothrombium pulvinum Ewing is a common natural enemy of aphids and other small arthropods in China. It is univoltine species. The eggs hatch in spring, nymphs emerge in early summer, and adults emerge in autumn. Larvae are ectoparasites of aphids, whereas deutonymphs and adults are free-living predators of aphids, spider mites and some lepidopterous eggs. Adults hibernate in soil during winter and females lay their eggs in spring. In the laboratory the duration of immature stages is 74 days at 20–30°C. Larvae kill their host within 1–3 days when the mite load of the host is 2 or more. They decrease the reproductive rate of adult aphids and arrest the development of early-instar aphid nymphs when the mite load is 1. Larvae are capable of controlling the host population growth when the level of parasitism is high. Owing to its wide occurrence,A. pulvinum could be a potential candidate in the biological control of aphids. It is suggested that its impact on the host pest be evaluated in IPM programs in the future.  相似文献

Transmission of parsnip yellow fleck virus (PYFV) by the aphid Cavariella aegopodii occurs only when the aphids are also carrying the helper virus, anthriscus yellows (AYV). None of five other viruses tested was able to act as helper. In experiments in which aphids were allowed to feed through membranes on crude or treated extracts from infected plants, aphids already carrying AYV acquired PYFV, but virus-free aphids failed to acquire either AYV or PYFV. PYFV was not transmitted by insects injected with haemolymph from aphids carrying both viruses, or with purified preparations of PYFV. PYFV was transmitted when AYV-carrying aphids, except those whose stylets had been removed, were contaminated externally with PYFV preparations. Ultraviolet irradiation of infected leaves did not prevent aphids from acquiring AYV, presumably because it is confined to deeply-lying tissues. AYV-carrying aphids could acquire PYFV from u.v.-irradiated leaves after acquisition access times of 2 h but not after feeds of only 2 or 15 min (which are adequate on unirradiated leaves), suggesting that PYFV is present in all parts of the leaf. No ‘helper agent’ distinct from AYV itself was detected in these experiments or in experiments on minimum acquisition feeding time or maximum period of persistence in the aphid. U.v.-inactivated PYFV competed with infective PYFV for retention sites in AYV-carrying aphids, whereas AYV apparently did not. It is suggested that there is no helper agent for PYFV, other than AYV particles. The possibility that there is one for AYV is not excluded.  相似文献
