无公害水稻生产的病虫草调控技术及其效应的研究   总被引:12,自引:6,他引:6  
利用无公害农药和农业措施防治水稻主要病虫草试验结果表明,井·腊芽、井冈霉素和多抗霉素在水稻分蘖末期和孕穗末期各喷施1次,对纹枯病防效达75.16%~94.27%,优于化学杀菌剂三唑酮;春雷霉素和灭瘟素在叶瘟病发生初期及破肚期、齐穗期各喷施1次,对叶瘟防效为50.54%~72.67%,穗瘟为76.66%~8742%,与化学杀菌剂三环唑相当3种无公害农药在二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟1~2龄幼虫期使用,苏云金杆菌防效优于化学杀虫剂杀虫双,皂素·烟碱和苦参碱与杀虫双相当;皂素·烟碱和苦参碱在稻飞虱1~2龄若虫期使用,药后3~30d防效均在70%以上,低于化学杀虫剂吡虫啉,在水稻移栽前耕地2次,再配合施用适量的未腐熟有机质或人工除草,能控制杂草发生和提高产量,采用无公害农药和农业措施防治水稻病虫草,产量较常规化防区略有增加,稻谷中农药残留量较化防区低,符合绿色食品卫生指标要求。  相似文献

8种杀虫剂对稻纵卷叶螟的田间药效试验表明:20 d后,1.8%阿维菌素乳油对稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果达90.52%,20%三唑磷的防治效果为40.12%,18%杀虫双的防治效果为67.77%;阿维菌素乳油比杀虫双和三唑磷防效分别提高22.75和50.4个百分点,且防效时间长、经济省力、无药害现象发生,在水稻上使用安全.  相似文献

【目的】茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒EcobNPV是一种重要的昆虫病原微生物,可侵染茶尺蠖Ectropis obliqua和灰茶尺蠖Ectropisgrisescens2种宿主。为探明茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒制剂的田间应用技术,对影响防效的3个因子喷施方式、剂量和虫龄进行研究。【方法】采用植保无人机和人工喷施2种喷施方式,比较茶核·苏云菌悬浮剂(1×104 PIB·2 000 IU/μL)防治灰茶尺蠖的效果;设置75、150和375 mL/667 m23种剂量,比较茶核·苏云菌悬浮剂对灰茶尺蠖的防治效果;并比较其对灰茶尺蠖1龄、2龄和3龄不同虫龄的防治效果。【结果】在相同剂量下,用植保无人机和人工喷施病毒制剂对灰茶尺蠖的总防效分别为69.0%和67.6%,两者无显著差异;在75、150和375 mL/667 m23种剂量,比较茶核·苏云菌悬浮剂对灰茶尺蠖的防治效果;并比较其对灰茶尺蠖1龄、2龄和3龄不同虫龄的防治效果。【结果】在相同剂量下,用植保无人机和人工喷施病毒制剂对灰茶尺蠖的总防效分别为69.0%和67.6%,两者无显著差异;在75、150和375 mL/667 m2 3种剂量下病毒制剂对灰茶尺蠖的防效差异显著,其中375 mL/667 m2 3种剂量下病毒制剂对灰茶尺蠖的防效差异显著,其中375 mL/667 m2剂量下的防效最高,150 mL/667 m2剂量下的防效最高,150 mL/667 m2其次,150 mL/667 m2其次,150 mL/667 m2和375 mL/667 m2和375 mL/667 m2剂量对灰茶尺蠖的总防效均在90%以上;病毒制剂对灰茶尺蠖1龄、2龄和3龄幼虫的防效分别为93.3%、78.7%和67.8%,对1龄幼虫的防效显著高于3龄。【结论】茶核·苏云菌悬浮剂防治灰茶尺蠖可选用植保无人机喷施,剂量可选用150-375 mL/667 m2剂量对灰茶尺蠖的总防效均在90%以上;病毒制剂对灰茶尺蠖1龄、2龄和3龄幼虫的防效分别为93.3%、78.7%和67.8%,对1龄幼虫的防效显著高于3龄。【结论】茶核·苏云菌悬浮剂防治灰茶尺蠖可选用植保无人机喷施,剂量可选用150-375 mL/667 m2,以1龄幼虫期喷施防效为最佳。  相似文献

采用喷雾法,研究了辛硫磷、高效氯氰菊酯、抗蚜威、阿维菌素和吡虫啉5种类型农药的3种剂量在不同施药时期对麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)和禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphum padi(Linnaeus)的防治效果、防后对小麦千粒重的影响和籽粒中农药残留分析。结果表明,不同剂量的各种药剂,第1次施药药后1d对麦长管蚜与禾谷缢管蚜的防治效果均在80%以上,药后3d防效分别在90%和84%以上,药后5d防效分别在95%和92%以上;不同种类或不同剂量处理的防治效果之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。第2次施药后1~5d对麦长管蚜的防效均在90%以上。与对照比较,施药1次小麦千粒重增加率为2.02%~11.93%;施药2次,千粒重增加率为8.01%~15.87%。农药残留检测结果显示,不同种类不同剂量浓度下在冬小麦扬花末期喷施1次农药和间隔5d的灌浆中期第2次农药,以及春小麦田相似农药处理,其籽粒中农药残留均有一定程度的检出,但均未超出限定标准;而在小麦乳熟期(与第1次施药间隔10d,距离成熟收获15d)喷施第2次农药,其中高效氯氰菊酯和吡虫啉已经达到或超出残留限量标准。  相似文献

为了筛选出对荔枝蝽Tessaratoma papillosa高效低毒低投入的药剂,在室内采用喷雾法初步测定了16种常用杀虫剂对荔枝蝽成虫的活性,进一步测定了辛硫磷、丁醚脲和氟啶虫胺腈等3种药剂对荔枝蝽成虫、1龄若虫和2龄若虫的室内毒力,并开展了3种杀虫剂对荔枝蝽的田间防效试验。室内毒力结果表明:甲氰菊酯、杀虫双、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、哒螨灵、茚虫威、虫螨腈、多杀霉素、乙基多杀霉素、灭蝇胺、异丙威等11种药剂对荔枝蝽成虫活性较低,辛硫磷、丁醚脲和氟啶虫胺腈对荔枝蝽有较高的杀虫活性,3种药剂对成虫72 h后的LC50分别为102.32、226.88和207.59 mg/L,对1龄若虫分别为42.41、120.90和87.59 mg/L,对2龄若虫分别为62.65、180.20和148.75 mg/L。在田间防效试验中,辛硫磷对荔枝蝽成虫药后1 d的防效高达82.46%;氟啶虫胺腈对荔枝蝽成虫药后1 d防效达89.23%,药后7 d防效维持在85.03%;丁醚脲对荔枝蝽成虫的最高防效为71.63%,与高效氯氟氰菊酯的防效相当。辛硫磷、丁醚脲和氟啶虫胺腈的防效投入比分别为9.68、36.25和176.41。辛硫磷投入低、速效性好且光解快,可作为防治荔枝蝽的应急药剂使用,氟啶虫胺腈和丁醚脲防效较好,但投入高,可作为对荔枝蝽有重要潜在研究价值的药剂。  相似文献

为筛选生产上防治桃树蚜虫的生物源农药,开展了1.5%除虫菊素水剂、0.3%苦参碱水剂和5%桉油精可溶液剂对桃树蚜虫的田间防效试验。结果表明,3种生物源农药中以0.3%苦参碱水剂防治效果最好,药后1 d防效为70.12%,药后7 d防效为91.96%,与对照药剂70% 吡虫啉水分散粒剂防效相当,具有较好的速效性和持效性。苦参碱对桃树安全,是防治桃蚜的理想药剂,生产上推荐使用浓度为1 000倍液。  相似文献

选用5种植物源农药,对松褐天牛Monochamus alternatus成虫进行室内毒力测定,并采用林间诱饵木涂药环法进行了防控试验。结果表明,5种植物源农药即1.2%烟碱·苦参碱、1%苦参·印楝素、0.4%蛇床子素、1.3%苦参碱和0.5%藜芦碱药剂对松褐天牛成虫的LD50分别为708.38、765.61、2581.70、7043.66和8314.31 mg/L,1.2%烟碱·苦参碱和1%苦参·印楝素制剂对松褐天牛成虫的KT50值分别为38.24和73.73 min;林间诱饵木诱杀试验显示,烟碱·苦参碱对松褐天牛成虫的触杀活性强,诱饵木毒环剂(10倍凡士林)对松褐天牛成虫的防控效果与8%氯氰菊酯(200倍液)喷涂诱饵木接近,可以作为替代药剂交替使用。  相似文献

现代农业中化学农药在提高作物产量中发挥着重要的作用,但是我国普遍存在过量用药现象,导致环境污染和危害食品安全.基于2012年的全国性农户问卷调查,本研究分析了2011年我国水稻、小麦和玉米使用农药现状,并估算了它们的温室气体排放.结果表明: 这3种作物至少使用了54种杀虫剂、24种杀菌剂和50种除草剂,其中32%的水稻种植农户使用了生物农药.全国3种作物使用了30.8 kt杀虫剂、16.5 kt杀菌剂和58.3 kt除草剂,它们的温室气体排放总量为1.5 Tg Ce,杀虫剂、杀菌剂和除草剂的排放分别占23.8%、16.9%和59.3%.南方区的农药用量占全国用量的51%;全国水稻、小麦和玉米的单位产量农药用量分别是0.22、0.18和0.24 g·kg-1粮食,3种作物用药总量分别为44.4、21.4和39.7 kt,温室气体排放分别为665.5、250.1和547.5 Gg Ce;在不同农药种类中,有机磷类杀虫剂占我国所用杀虫剂总量的69%,苯丙咪唑类、有机磷类、唑类和有机硫类等杀菌剂占杀菌剂总量的87%,酰胺类、有机杂环类和有机磷类等除草剂占除草剂总量的85%.因此,减少农药用量,对于我国粮食安全和环境安全及减少农业温室气体排放都具有重要意义.  相似文献

为了验证40%苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂对水稻稻瘟病防治的效果,筛选适宜的剂量及调查其对作物的安全性,对该药剂进行防治水稻稻瘟病的田间药效试验.结果表明:40%苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂可以有效防治水稻稻瘟病,每667 m 2制剂用量8~16 g;第1次施用后10 d防效达59.76%~71.87%,第2次药后10 d防效达69.64%~85.86%;最佳施药时间是水稻破口期,推荐最佳用药量为每667 m 2制剂用量16 g,施用方法推荐手动常规喷雾.  相似文献

The suitability of five plant species was studied for phytoextraction and phytostabilisation in a region with temperate maritime climate of coastal British Columbia, Canada. Pot experiments were conducted using Lolium perenne L (perennial rye grass), Festuca rubra L (creeping red fescue), Helianthus annuus L (sunflower), Poa pratensis L (Kentucky bluegrass) and Brassica napus L (rape) in soils treated with three different metal (Cu, Pb, Mn, and Zn) concentrations. The bio-metric characters of plants in soils with multiple-metal contaminations, their metal accumulation characteristics, translocation properties and metal removal were assessed at different stages of plant growth, 90 and 120 DAS (days after sowing). Lolium was found to be suitable for the phytostabilisation of Cu and Pb, Festuca for Mn and Poa for Zn. Metal removal was higher at 120 than at 90 days after sowing, and metals concentrated more in the underground tissues with less translocation to the aboveground parts. Bioconcentration factors indicate that Festuca had the highest accumulation for Cu, Helianthus for Pb and Zn and Poa for Mn.  相似文献

调查分析了广西大新县锰矿污染的部分土壤及9种优势耐性植物对Mn、Zn、Ni的富集和吸收能力。其中,蜈蚣草对Mn、Zn、Ni有较强的吸收能力;五节芒、野茼蒿、酸模叶蓼、加拿大蓬对Mn的吸收较强;蔓生莠竹、马唐、海芋对Zn吸收较强;而五节芒、加拿大蓬对Ni亦有较强的吸收能力。虽然这些植物对三种重金属的吸收均未达到超富集植物的要求,但作为污染土壤上的优势耐受性植物仍具有一定的意义。  相似文献

通过野外调查和营养液培养试验,研究了锰在短毛蓼体内的富集特征和对其生长的影响.在锰含量高达2.5×105mg/kg的锰矿废弃地上短毛蓼生长良好,叶锰含量高达1.66×104mg/kg.营养液培养条件下,随着生长介质中Mn浓度的升高,短毛蓼根、茎、叶中的Mn含量逐渐增加,当锰供应水平为1.000mmol/L时,叶锰含量超过10000mg/kg;当锰供应水平为20 000mmol/L时,短毛蓼仍能生长,根、茎和叶3部分的锰含量均达到最大值,分别为9923,18112mg/kg和55750mg/kg.在所有锰供应水平下,短毛蓼茎和叶中的锰含量都比根部的高.结果表明,短毛蓼是一种锰超富集植物,这一发现为锰污染土壤的植物修复和探讨锰在植物体内的超富集机理提供了一种新的种质资源.  相似文献

以竹芋科和蕨类室内盆栽植物各10种为试验材料,分别置于体积为1.0 m×1.0m×0.8m密封玻璃箱内,甲醛起始浓度均设置为15 mg/m3,连续观察7d.结果表明:卷叶巢蕨(Neottopteris nidus cv.Volulum)、矩叶肖竹芋(Calathea lubbersiana)对甲醛抗性最强(Ⅰ级);银线竹芋(C.ornata)、银羽斑竹芋(C.setosa)、翠叶竹芋(C.freddy)和彩虹竹芋(C.roseo-picta)抗性较强(Ⅱ级);巢蕨(N.nidus)、傅氏凤尾蕨(Pteris fauriei)、银脉凤尾蕨(P.ensi formis cv.Victoriae)、银心大叶凤尾蕨(P.cretica cv.Albolineata)、肾蕨(Nephrolepis cordifolia)、华南毛蕨(Cyclosorus parasiticus)、乌毛蕨(Blechnum orientale)、花叶竹芋(Maranta bicolor)和天鹅绒竹芋(C.zebrina)抗性最差(Ⅳ级).甲醛处理后,密封玻璃箱内甲醛浓度均呈递减变化,递减最快都集中在试验后1~3 d之间.吸收甲醛最快的植物是天鹅绒竹芋和星蕨(Microsorum punctatum),最慢的是华南毛蕨、银脉凤尾蕨、卷叶巢蕨和银羽斑竹芋.对甲醛处理产生伤害反应少或较少,而吸收能力强的前8种植物是:巢蕨、青苹果竹芋(C.rotundfolia)、银心大叶凤尾蕨、银线竹芋、二歧鹿角蕨(Platycerium bifurcatum)、卷叶巢蕨、彩虹竹芋和翠叶竹芋,可作为甲醛净化专用植物应用推广.  相似文献

Polyamines are thought to play a role in the control of inherent or environmentally-induced growth rates of plants. To test this contention, we grew plants of four grass species, the inherently fast-growing Poa annua L. and Poa trivialis L. and the inherently slow-growing Poa compressa L. and Poa pratensis (L.) Schreb., at three levels of nitrate supply. Firstly, plants were compared when grown with free access to nitrate, allowing the plants to grow at their maximum relative growth rate (RGRmax). Secondly, we compared the plants when grown with relative nitrate addition rates of 100 and 50 mmol N (mol N)–1 day–1 (RAR100 and RAR50, respectively).The freely-occurring polyamines, spermine, spermidine and putrescine, were separated from their conjugates; the latter were further subdivided into a TCA-soluble and a TCA-insoluble fraction. Each of the three fractions responded differently to the nitrate supply. Under nitrogen limitation, the total concentration of polyamines (free and bound ones together) decreased in both leaves and roots of all Poa species, whereas that in the stem remained more or less the same. These effects were to a large extent determined by the free polyamines. For the conjugates there was more differentiation, both between plant organ and among polyamine structures. A positive correlation between the RGR, LAR (leaf area per plant mass), SLA (leaf area per leaf mass), LMR (leaf mass per plant mass) and SMR (stem mass per plant mass) with the polyamine concentration was found. The RMR (root mass per plant mass) showed a negative one. No significant differences were found between the inherently fast- and slow-growing grass species.The (putrescine)/(spermine + spermidine) ratio in the leaves increased with decreasing nitrate supply, which is associated with a decrease in leaf expansion, accounting for a decrease in LAR and SLA. For the roots, this ratio tended to decrease with decreasing nitrate supply, whereas for the stems the results were somewhat more variable.We found no evidence for a crucial role of polyamines in the determination of inherent variation of growth in spite of a positive correlation of especially the free polyamines with growth parameters.  相似文献

在砂培条件下 ,研究施加钙、砷对蜈蚣草生长和砷、磷和钙的吸收及转运的影响。添加砷对蜈蚣草的生物量 (根、叶柄和羽叶的干物重 )虽未达到显著影响 (p<0 .0 5) ,但添加 0 .1 mmol/L砷时 ,表现出刺激生长效应。提高介质中钙浓度明显抑制蜈蚣草根系生长 ,钙浓度过高还会显著限制地上部生长。供应 0 .0 3mmol/L钙时 ,蜈蚣草羽片砷浓度为 42 1 8mg/kg,明显高于 2 .5和 5 mmol/L钙处理下相应的砷浓度。砷的转运系数 (羽片 /根 )随着介质中砷浓度的升高而增大 ,随着介质中钙浓度的升高而减少。这说明一定范围内提高介质中砷浓度促进砷向地上部运输 ,而钙却明显抑制砷向地上部转运。钙和砷浓度过高时 ,植株均会出现中毒症状。钙中毒表现为叶脉变褐和叶肉坏死 ;而砷中毒现象表现在叶尖和叶缘变褐。介质中砷限制蜈蚣草根部对磷的吸收 ,但对地上部磷浓度无显著影响。介质中添加砷 ,植物体内钙浓度升高 ,可能起缓解砷毒的作用。钙、砷对蜈蚣草羽片砷累积量和总累积量均有极显著的交互作用 ,钙是负交互效应 ,砷是正交互效应。添加 2 .5和 5.0 mmol/L钙时 ,相对于 0 .0 3 mmol/L钙处理分别减少地上部砷累积量 2 0 .8%和73.1 %。这表明在应用蜈蚣草进行植物修复时 ,介质中出现过高浓度的钙是不利于提高土壤修复效率  相似文献

Lepidium latifolium L. is an invasive exotic crucifer that has spread explosively in wetlands and riparian areas of the western United States. To understand the ecophysiological characteristics of L. latifolium that affect its ability to invade riparian areas and wetlands, we examined photosynthesis, chlorophyll concentration, carbohydrate partitioning and nutrient uptake in L. latifolium in response to soil flooding. Photosynthesis of flooded plants was about 60–70% of the rate of unflooded controls. Chlorophyll concentrations of flooded plants were about 60–70% of the unflooded plants during 15–50 days of flooding. Flooding resulted in an increase in leaf starch concentration, but root starch concentration was not significantly affected. However, concentrations of soluble sugar were significantly higher in both leaves and roots of flooded plants than unflooded controls. On day 50 after initial flooding, the concentrations of N, P, K and Zn in leaves of flooded plants were lower than in control plants. The concentrations of Mn and Fe in leaves of flooded plants were eight and two times those of control plants, respectively. In contrast, N, P, K and Zn concentrations of roots of flooded plants were slightly higher than in unflooded plants. The concentrations of Fe and Mn in roots of flooded plants were 15 and 150 times those of the control plants, respectively. The transport of P, K, and Zn to shoots decreased and that of Mn increased under flooding. The accumulation of N, K and Zn in roots decreased and that of Mn increased in response to flooding. The results suggested that the maintenance of relatively high photosynthesis and the accumulation of soluble sugar in roots of flooded plants are important adaptations for this species in flooded environments. Despite a reduction in photosynthesis and disruption in nutrient and photosynthate allocation in response to flooding, L. latifolium was able to survive 50 days of flooding stress. Overall, L. latifolium performed like a facultative hydrophyte species under flooding.  相似文献

In our survey in the copper (Cu) mining area of China, a sun fern (Pteridium revolutum) was found to accumulate 30-567 mg Cu kg(-1) DW (33 samples) in its fronds with a large frond biomass. Cu translocation factors in the plants varied from 0.09 to 3.88. In a greenhouse pot experiment, the effect of an elevated CO2 concentration (700 microL L(-1)) on Cu accumulation in plants was studied using three fern species (P. revolutum, Pteridium aquilinum, and Pteris vittata) grown in the Cu-contaminated soil. P. revolutum showed a higher Cu tolerance but its Cu translocation factor was lower than 1. At the elevated CO2 concentration, frond biomass of all species was significantly increased, as was the total Cu content in the fronds of P. revolutum and P. aquilinum. Our study suggests that P. revolutum could serve as a good candidate for phytoextraction of Cu-contaminated soils and that doubling the ambient CO2 concentration will facilitate its use in phytoextraction.  相似文献

Many aquatic plants act as biosorbents, removing and recovering metals from the environment. To assess the biosorbent activity of Egeria densa, a submerged freshwater macrophyte, plants were collected monthly from a circular drainage area in Lake Biwa basin and the Mn concentrations of the plants were analysed. Mn concentrations in these plants were generally above those of terrestrial hyperaccumulators, and were markedly higher in spring and summer than in autumn. Mn concentrations were much lower in plants incubated in hydroponic medium at various pH levels with and without Mn supplementation than in field‐collected plants. The precipitation of Mn oxides on the leaves was determined by variable pressure scanning electron microscopy‐energy dispersive X‐ray analysis and Leucoberbelin blue staining. Several strains of epiphytic bacteria were isolated from the field‐collected E. densa plants, with many of these strains, including those of the genera Acidovorax, Comamonas, Pseudomonas and Rhizobium, found to have Mn‐oxidizing activity. High Mn concentrations in E. densa were mediated by the production of biogenic Mn oxide in biofilms on leaf surfaces. These findings provide new insights into plant epidermal bacterial flora that affect metal accumulation in plants and suggest that these aquatic plants may have use in Mn phytomining.  相似文献

The ability of amendments to modify the soil properties and influence plants to immobilise Cu and Zn was studied in a naturally contaminated, additionally spiked podzolic soil. Lolium perenne L (perennial rye grass), Festuca rubra L (creeping red fescue) and Poa pratensis L (Kentucky blue grass) were tested in a pot study in the presence of soil amendments (lime, phosphate, and compost, individually and in combination) to assess the effect of soil-plant-amendment interaction on phytostabilisation. The ability of treatments to stabilize metals was assessed on the basis of metal fractionation in soil, partitioning of metals in plants, and metal uptake by the plants. Significant partitioning of Cu into immobile forms occurred as a result of the growth of Festuca rubra, and of Zn by the growth of Poa pratensis. Application of lime significantly reduced the exchangeable fraction of Zn, whereas phosphate application had an accelerating effect on exchangeable Cu. With combined application of amendments, the plant metal concentration decreased by more than 40% for Cu and 70% for Zn, compared to soils receiving no amendments. Combined application of amendments, in conjunction with growth of Festuca and Poa, can be recommended for phytostabilising of Cu and Zn in moderately contaminated acid soils of southwest British Columbia.  相似文献
