Two flight parameters (take-off and duration) and respiration level were measured, in two years in summer and early autumn, in dormant Coccinella septempunctata L. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) collected while hidden in grass tussocks in hibernation sites (HID) and in beetles collected on plants (PLA). The duration of tethered flight of HID beetles measured in the laboratory in late August and September 1995 (range of geometric means 190–440 s) was slightly longer than the flight of PLA beetles (80–310 s), both being much longer than trivial flight recorded in beetles foraging for prey during the breeding season (35 s). In general, the flight performance had a tendency to increase in September and to decrease in October. The oxygen consumption in HID beetles increased throughout September 1994 from 430 to 780 l g–1 h–1 and throughout October 1995 from 710 to 1060 l g–1 h–1. This increase is ascribed to a concomitant decrease in diapause intensity. A similar increase was observed also in PLA beetles in 1994 and oxygen consumption was always higher than in HID beetles, most probably due to feeding and digestion in PLA beetles.Laboratory feeding of HID beetles on aphids induced maturation of ovaries and increased oxygen uptake (from 680 to 1110 l g–1 h–1). Feeding on honey and pollen left their oxygen uptake unchanged. Effect of feeding on the flight parameters was mostly not significant. In agreement with its less suitable body shape and usually less distant dormancy sites, C. septempunctata was found a less apt flier than long-distance migrating coccinellid species.  相似文献

Summary The naturally occurring heptapeptide deltorphin I (Tyr-d-Ala-Phe-Asp-Val-Val-Gly-NH2) exhibits extremely high affinity and selectivity for the opioid receptor. In an ongoing investigation of the features of this compound that confer these properties, seven new analogs of the peptide, in which phenylalanine at position three was replaced with amino acids containing alkyl side chains, were synthesized and tested for binding to , , and opioid receptors. These substitutions, including tert-leucine, tert-butylalanine, -aminobutyric acid, norvaline, norleucine, -cyclopentylalanine and octahydroindole-2-carboxylic acid, assessed the importance of aromaticity and lipophilicity/steric distribution of the side chain at this position in the binding interaction. Findings indicated that: (i) aromaticity at position three is not required for binding, and (ii) hydrophobic character, size, steric distribution and conformational flexibility influence affinity at the receptor. The data suggest that substitutions at the -carbon of this residue disrupt the binding conformation of the peptide and possibly provide adverse steric effects.  相似文献

Summary In the mountains around Lake Nahuel Huapi three belts of vegetation can be observed: the evergreen forests of Nothofagus dombeyi between surface level of the lake (ca. 770 m a.s.l.) and 1100–1200 m; the deciduous forests of Nothofagus pumilio; and the Andean-antarctic meadows and other communities above the timberline (±1600 m).A physiognomical study of the evergreen beech forests shows three main types of structure, one of which coincides with a quite different floristical composition.Detailed phytosociological work following the method of Braun-Blanquet is proving the floristical relationship between the deciduous forests of Nothofagus pumilio or N. antarctica and the main part of the evergreen patagonical forests of Nothofagus dombeyi, especially when austrocedrus chilensis is present. Besides other units, there has therefore been established a new alliance, Austrocedro-Nothofagion, belonging to the Nothofagetalia pumilionis-dombeyi as an order of the Nothofagetea pumilionis-antarcticae Oberd. 1960.Only a few stands in the extreme West of Argentine territory present the characteristics of the Nothofago-Winterion Oberd., which is an alliance of the Wintero-Nothofagetea Oberd., and corresponds to the forêt valdivienne of phytogeographical literature.Comment has been made on the theoretical bases of systematics, considering that in certain cases the forest communities studied demonstrate what some ecologists think to be a continuum of vegetation.  相似文献

Summary The filtering apparatus of eleven Cladoceran species was studied. The distances between the setulae, which act as filters, were measured. Among adult individuals, they vary from 0.2 m in Diaphanosoma brachyurum to 4.7 m in Sida crystallina. Species can be grouped according to the mesh-sizes, as fine mesh filter-feeders: Diaphanosoma brachyurum, Ceriodaphnia quadrangula, Chydorus sphaericus, Daphnia cucullata and Daphnia magna; medium mesh filter-feeders: Daphnia galeata, D. hyalina. D. pulicaria, Bosmina coregoni, and coarse mesh filter-feeders: Holopedium gibberum and Sida crystallina. In Daphnia hyalina, the distances between setulae increase from 0.3–0.4 m in small juveniles, to 0.8–2.0 m in adults. In Daphnia magna, the mesh-size of the filter does not increase significantly with growth. There is good evidence that the relative abundance of the filter-feeding types varies with the trophic state of the lake. In oligotrophic lakes the coarse mesh filter-feeders usually dominate throughout the year. The seasonal succession of zooplankton species in eutrophic lakes can be interpreted as a succession of feeding types; during winter coarse mesh filter-feeders dominate, while fine mesh filter-feeders are most abundant during summer phytoplankton blooms. Our results support the hypothesis that the species composition of filter-feeding zooplankton is strongly influenced by the amount of suspended bacteria which are available as food only for filter-feeding species with fine meshes.  相似文献

Whilst reliable estimates of chiasma frequencies can usually not be obtained, the probability (b) of a chromosome arm to be bound by at least one chiasma can often be determined. In the absence of interference this probability equals (1–e –2), where 2 is the average chiasma frequency of the chromosome arm and the average crossover frequency or map length. In the presence of interference is shown to retain its genetic meaning as an additive metric that may describe the chromosome arm or other distinctive chromosome segment in terms of genetic recombination. It is a form of potential map length, comparable to, but numerically different from the regular map length. It is termed provisionally crossing-over potential.A chromosome with armsm andn with crossing-over potentials and will form ring bivalents with a frequency (1–e –2).(1–e –2); open bivalents with a frequency (1–e –2).e –2+(1–e –2).e –2; univalent pairs with a frequencye –2.e –2. Estimates of these frequencies yield equations from which and may be solved. In rye (Secale cereale) their ratio (q) is approximately two and differs from the mitotic arm length ratio of 1.4, indicating localization of chiasmata in the long arms.Graphs are given to show how, with constantq, the relation between the probabilitiesb m andb n of the two arms being bound changes with changing averageb.Data are presented on chiasma frequencies in M I, and compared with the frequencies expected in the absence of interference to give an impression of the degree of interference. Apparent fusion of chiasmata simulates interference.  相似文献

The Rubus species R. parviflorus, R. spectabilis and R. strigosus interfere with conifer seedling establishment on forest regeneration sites in Canada and the United States. As a first step towards microbial metabolite-based control, callus and cell suspension cultures of the Rubus species were developed as a bioassay system to detect phytotoxic compounds that may have relevance in a vegetation control context. Rapidly growing friable callus and suspension cultures were obtained from leaf disks of the three weedy Rubus species using similar culture media conditions (modified Murashige and Skoog) but required different plant growth regulators (R. parviflorus, 4.5 M 2,4-D; R. spectabilis, 26.9 M NAA/0.5 M zeatin; and R. strigosus, 12.4 M picloram). Cell growth and health attributes including callus circumference, degree of browning and suspension culture cell viability as measured by the TTC vital stain assay were developed and were rapid and convenient to use. We have established Rubus tissue culture systems that will make it possible for large scale screening of phytotoxic metabolites.  相似文献

Collard greens Brassica oleracea (L.) are often attacked by various pests including whiteflies, aphids and diamondback moth. Hitherto, the main method used to manage these pests in Brazil has been the application of a limited number of registered insecticides. The search for more sustainable pest management strategies is therefore warranted. In this context, the conservation biological control stands out as an appealing alternative. Conservation biological control is achieved, at least in part, by strip-cultivating and/or conserving flowering plants within the agroecosystem. The present study investigates how alyssum flowers Lobularia maritima (L.) could contribute to the attraction of natural enemies and to the management of collard pests. Two field experiments were conducted in different years. Each experiment consisted of two treatments and three replicates, which were set up in a completely randomized design. The treatments were (1) collards alone, and (2) collards + alyssum. We evaluated weekly the population density of natural enemies and pests on both treatments. The results show that the alyssum flowers attractiveness contributed to increase the abundance of generalist predators during both experiments, which in turn translated into a significant reduction of collards pests, especially aphids. Some of the main predators attracted/harbored by alyssum flowers were spiders, coccinellids, syrphids and Orius sp. Finally, strip intercropping alyssum with collards can be an important strategy to manage brassica pests and cope with the limited availability of insecticides registered for this vegetable crop.  相似文献

Summary Three different conformations of proline rings in a protein in solution, Up, Down and Twist, have been distinguished, and stereospecific assignments of the pyrrolidine -, - and -hydrogens have been made on the basis of 1H-1H vicinal coupling constant patterns and intraresidue NOEs. For all three conformations, interhydrogen distances in the pairs -3, 3-3, 2-2, 2-2, and 3-3 (2.3 Å) are shorter than those in the pairs -2, 2-3, 3-2, 2-3, and 3-2 (2.7–3.0 Å), resulting in stronger NOESY cross peaks. For the Up conformation, the 3-2 and 2-3 spin-spin coupling constants are small (<3 Hz), and weak cross peaks are obtained in a short-mixing-time (10 ms) TOCSY spectrum; all other vicinal coupling constants are in the range 5–12 Hz, and result in medium to strong TOCSY cross peaks. For the Down form, the -2, 2-3, and 3-2 vicinal coupling constants are small, leading to weak TOCSY cross peaks; all other couplings again are in the range 5–12 Hz, and result in medium to strong TOCSY cross peaks. In the case of a Twist conformation, dynamically averaged coupling constants are anticipated. The procedure has been applied to bovine pancreatic trypsin inhibitor and Cucurbita maxima trypsin inhibitor-V, and ring conformations of all prolines in the two proteins have been determined.  相似文献

Summary Experimental field plantings showed that plant diversity strongly affected the population dynamics of a specialist herbivore, the striped cucumber beetle, Acalymma vittata (Fab.) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae). Population densities over time were characterized by two peaks in numbers (from colonization and reproduction, respectively) and were consistently higher in cucumber monocultures (Cucumis sativus L.) than in polycultures of cucumbers, corn (Zea mays L.), and broccoli (Brassica oleracea L.). Greater abundances in monocultures appear to result from two factors: (1) per individual reproductive rates were greater in monocultures than in polycultures, and (2) mark-recapture studies confirmed that beetles stay in monocultures for a longer period of time than in polycultures. Differences in predation did not appear to contribute to the overall differences in herbivore abundances. The primary impact of A. vittata on its host plant, C. sativus, is the dissemination of bacterial wilt disease, Erwinia tracheiphila (E.F.Sm.). Greater numbers of beetles led to greater plant mortality in monocultures. It is suggested that factors other than numbers of beetles (e.g., shading, allelopathy, microclimate) are more important in influencing plant reproduction, since cucumber plants in monocultures had greater yields than did plants grown in polycultures. However, time of beetle colonization strongly affected plant parameters, indicating that the length of time during which herbivores are interacting with plants is of critical importance to plant survivorship, and thus reproduction.  相似文献

-d-Glucosidase, -d-fucosidase -d-xylosidase, and -cellobiopyranosidase activities in Caecomyces communis, Neocallimastix frontalis, and Piromyces rhizinflata, located with fluorescent conjugates, occur throughout the whole thallus as from zoospore germination and disappear before sporulation. -d-Galactosidase and -l-arabinopyranosidase activities are low or nonexistent. A xylanase, detected by indirect immunofluorescence, was observed at the surface of the vegetative cells, vesicles, or rhizoids. Cross-reactions prove the existence of analogies in structure among the enzymes of these anaerobic gut fungi.  相似文献

Both enantiomers of -aminooxy--phenylpropionic acid (AOPP), potent inhibitors of L-phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, and their N-benzyloxycarbonyl (N-BOC) derivatives inhibit anthocyanin formation in developing flowers of Ipomoea tricolor Cav. and Catharanthus roseus Don. as well as in seedlings of Brassica oleracea var. caulo-rapa DC (kohlrabi) and B. oleracea var. capitata L. (red cabbage) with little interference with their normal development. Kohlrabi seedlings tolerate up to 0.3 mM L-AOPP and N-BOC-L-AOPP without a reduction of fresh weight or chlorophyll content, while anthocyanin is reduced to less than 20%.Abbreviations AOPP -aminooxy--phenylpropionic acid - N-BOC N-benzyloxycarbonyl - PAL L-phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (EC 4.3.1.5)  相似文献

It is proposed that distinct anatomical regions of cerebral cortex and of thalamic nuclei are functionally two-dimensional. On this view, the third (radial) dimension of cortical and thalamic structures is associated with a redundancy of circuits and functions so that reliable signal processing obtains in the presence of noisy or ambiguous stimuli.A mathematical model of simple cortical and thalamic nervous tissue is consequently developed, comprising two types of neurons (excitatory and inhibitory), homogeneously distributed in planar sheets, and interacting by way of recurrent lateral connexions. Following a discussion of certain anatomical and physiological restrictions on such interactions, numerical solutions of the relevant non-linear integro-differential equations are obtained. The results fall conveniently into three categories, each of which is postulated to correspond to a distinct type of tissue: sensory neo-cortex, archior prefrontal cortex, and thalamus. The different categories of solution are referred to as dynamical modes. The mode appropriate to thalamus involves a variety of non-linear oscillatory phenomena. That appropriate to archior prefrontal cortex is defined by the existence of spatially inhomogeneous stable steady states which retain contour information about prior stimuli. Finally, the mode appropriate to sensory neo-cortex involves active transient responses. It is shown that this particular mode reproduces some of the phenomenology of visual psychophysics, including spatial modulation transfer function determinations, certain metacontrast effects, and the spatial hysteresis phenomenon found in stereopsis.List of Symbols (t) Post-synaptic membrane potential (psp) - Maximum amplitude of psp - t Time - The neuronal membrane time constant - Threshold value of membrane potential - r Absolute refractory period - Synaptic operating delay - v Velocity of propagation of action potentil - x Cartesian coordinate - jj (x) The probability that cells of class j are connected with cells of class j a distance x away - b jj The mean synaptic weight of synapses of the jj-th class at x - jj The space constant for connectivity - e Surface density of excitatory neurons in a one-dimensional homogeneous and isotropic tissue - i Surface density of inhibitory neurons in a one-dimensional homogeneous and isotropic tissue - E(x, t) Excitatory Activity, proportion of excitatory cells becoming active per unit time at the instant t, at the point x - I(x, t) Inhibitory Activity, proportion of inhibitory cells becoming active per unit time at the instant t, at the point x - x A small segment of tissue - t A small interval of time - P(x, t) Afferent excitation or inhibition to excitatory neurons - Q(x, t) Afferent excitation or inhibition to inhibitory neurons - N e (x, t) Mean integrated excitation generated within excitatory neurons at x - N i (x, t) Mean integrated excitation generated within inhibitory neurons at x - e [N e ] Expected proportion of excitatory neurons receiving at least threshold excitation per unit time, as a function of N e - i [N i ] Expected proportion of inhibitory neurons receiving at least threshold excitation per unit time, as a function of N i - G( e ) Distribution function of excitatory neuronal thresholds - G( 1 ) Distribution function of inhibitory neuronal thresholds - 1 A fixed value of neuronal threshold - h(N e ; 1) Proportion per unit time of excitatory neurons at x reaching 1 with a mean excitation N e - 1[ ] Heaviside's step-function - R e (x, t) Number of excitatory neurons which are sensitive at the instant t - R i (x, t) Number of inhibitory neurons which are sensitive at the instant t - R e Refractory period of excitatory neurons - r i Refractory period of inhibitory neurons - E(x, t) Time coarse-grained excitatory activity - I(x, t) Time coarse-grained inhibitory activity - Spatial convolution - Threshold of a neuronal aggregate - v Sensitivity coefficient of response of a neuronal aggregate - E(t) Time coarse-grained spatially localised excitatory activity - I(t)> Time coarse-grained spatially localised inhibitory activity - L 1,L 2,L,Q See § 2.2.1, § 2.2.7, § 3.1 - Velocity with which retinal images are moved apart - Stimulus width - E o, I o Spatially homogeneous steady states of neuronal activity - k e ,k ij S e S ij See § 5.1  相似文献

Summary Gene localization studies revealed the presence of two structural -galactosidase (GAL) loci on the human chromosomes 3 and 22 (de Wit et al., 1979). To determine the function of these genes, proliferating hybrid cell lines were isolated following fusion of fibroblasts from two different patients with a GAL deficiency and Chinese hamster cells. The hybrids were analyzed electrophoretically and immunologically.Fibroblasts from a patient with an adult type of GAL deficiency associated with a neuraminidase deficiency were used for the first fusion. No evidence for a structural GAL mutation was found in these hybrids. The absence of a structural GAL mutation is consistent with a primary defect in neuraminidase in this adult patient.Fibroblasts from a patient with the infantile type 1 GM1-gangliosidosis were used for the second fusion. It is concluded that the human determinants present in the isolated hybrid lines occur in heteropolymeric man-Chinese hamster molecules. The heteropolymeric isoenzyme in (+3–22) hybrids is very labile and is sensitive to neuraminidase treatment. Therefore it is concluded that the infantile type 1 patient is mutated in the structural GAL gene on chromosome 3. Because this patient has a primary defect in GM1-GAL, the GAL gene on chromosome 3 is apparently a G M1-GAL gene. Interaction of the two GAL loci results in an additional band of GAL activity on electrophoresis. This suggests that the gene on chromosome 22 is also a structural G M1-GAL gene.  相似文献

The residual motion of spin labels bound to cysteine 93 and to lysines of methemoglobin has been studied by electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. To separate the influences of the solvent and the protein environment of the label fluctuations, the correlation times, , were analyzed as a function of temperature for fixed solvent viscosities, . Results show that over a wide range of viscosity the dependence of on may be empirically described by a power law k . The exponent k depends strongly on the location of the label on the protein surface. If one regards the spin labels as artificial amino acid side chains, characteristic values of correlation times and amplitudes of the rotational motion at the surface can be given. For =1 cP and T=297 K the correlation time of the labels bound to lysines is found to be =9 · 10–10 s and the rotational diffusion is nearly isotropic. The spin label bound to cysteine 93 occupies a protein pocket, its rotational motion is therefore restricted. The correlation time of the label motion within a limited motion cone of semi angle =30° ± 3° is found to be =1.3 · 10–9 s for =1 cP and T=297 K.  相似文献

The rumen bacterial strains Fibrobacter succinogenes BL2 and Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens D1, were grown in monocultures and pair combination on cell walls (CW) of two tropical hays: Panicum (grass) and vetch (legume), and their ability to solubilize and utilize CW structural carbohydrate was determined. With respect to both substrates, F. succinogenes BL2 was a better solubilizer of CW carbohydrate than B. fibrisolvens D1. However, the solubilization of Panicum constituents by any bacterial monoculture and co-culture was higher than that of vetch. Complementary interaction between B. fibrisolvens D1 and F. succinogenes BL2 was identified only with respect to carbohydrate utilization, but not with the extent of CW solubilization, which was determined mainly by the F. succinogenes strain. In both substrates, utilization of solubilized cellulose by BL2 monocultures was high (86.4–97.5%), whereas that of solubilized xylan and hemicellulose was much lower (35.2–41.6%). Under scanning electron microscopy visualization, the BL2 bacterial cell mass attached to and colonized on CW particles was characterized by the appearance of protuberant structures known as polycellulosome complexes on their surface topology. The effect of NH 4 + on the regulation of NO 3 and NO 2 transport systems in roots of intact barley (Hordeum vulgareL.) seedlings grown in NO 3 or NO 2 was studied. Ammonium partially inhibited induction of both transport systems. The inhibition was less severe in NO 2 -fed than in NO 3 -fed seedlings, presumably due to lower uptake of NH 4 + in the presence of NO 2 . In seedlings pretreated with NH 4 + subsequent induction was inhibited only when NH 4 + was also present during induction, even though pretreated roots accumulated high levels of NH 4 + . This indicates that inhibition may be regulated by NH 4 + concentration in the cytoplasm rather than its total accumulation in roots. L-Methionine sulfoximine did not relieve the inhibition by NH 4 + , suggesting that inhibition is caused by NH 4 + itself rather than by its assimilation product(s). Ammonium inhibited subsequent expression of NO 3 transport activity similarly in roots grown in 0.1, 1.0, or 10 mM NO 3 for 24 h (steady-state phase) or 4 d (decline phase), indicating that it has a direct, rather than general feedback effect. Induction of the NO 3 transport system was about twice as sensitive to NH 4 + as compared to the NO 2 transport system. This may relate to higher turnover rates of membraneassociated NO 3 -transport proteins.Abbreviations Mes 2(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid - MSO L-methionine sulfoximine  相似文献

Phylogenetic studies suggest that mobile element families are unstable components of the Drosophila genome. Two examples of immobilization of a transposable element family are presented here: as judged by their constant genomic organization among unrelated strains, the F and I element families have been respectively immobilized for a long time in D. simulans and in the reactive D. melanogaster strains (these are the laboratory strains which escaped the recent I invasion of D. melanogaster natural populations). All the elements of these defective families are located in the heterochromatic portion of the genome. Moreover, most if not all of the heterochromatic sequences into which the defective I elements are embedded are themselves non-mobile members of various nomadic families such as mdg 4, 297, 1731, F and Doc. These results are discussed with special emphasis on the possible nomadic origin of heterochromatin components and on the mechanisms of evolutionary turnover of the transposable element families.  相似文献

Summary A search of sequence databases shows that spherulin 3a, an encystment-specific protein ofPhysarum polycephalum, is probably structurally related to the - and -crystallins, vertebrate ocular lens proteins, and to Protein S, a sporulation-specific protein ofMyxococcus xanthus. The - and -crystallins have two similar domains thought to have arisen by two successive gene duplication and fusion events. Molecular modeling confirms that spherulin 3a has all the characteristics required to adopt the tertiary structure of a single -crystallin domain. The structure of spherulin 3a thus illustrates an earlier stage in the evolution of this protein superfamily. The relationship of - and -crystallins to spherulin 3a and Protein S suggests that the lens proteins were derived from an ancestor with a role in stressresponse, perhaps a response to osmotic stress.  相似文献

In the Baltic Sea area, the cladoceran Daphnia magna is commonly found in brackish water rockpools and it has been suggested that salinity is one of the niche dimensions that affects the distribution of the species. The salinity tolerance of D. magna was studied both in physiological and life history experiments. The experimental salinities were freshwater, 4S and 8S. The highest respiration and ammonium excretion rates were measured in the freshwater treatment with decreasing respiration and ammonium excretion rates at higher salinities. The lowest O/N ratio (oxygen consumption to ammonium excretion), describing the metabolic status of an organism, was obtained at 8S, although the only significant differences were detected when comparing to 4S treatments. Individual growth rate, reproductive output and population growth rate were highest at 4S. At 8S growth and reproduction were reduced as compared to freshwater and 4S. The life history parameters in the performed experiments indicated higher fitness (expressed as r) as well as more favourable conditions for growth and reproduction at 4S, whereas the O/N ratio was more difficult to interpret and, in this case, gave a less clear picture of the salinity influence.  相似文献

Imidazole fungicides such as imazalil, prochloraz, and triflurnizole and the triazole growth retardant paclobutrazol promote the shoot-inducing effect of exogenous cytokinins in Araceae, such as Spathiphyllum floribundum Schott and Anthurium andreanum Schott. The mechanism of their action could partially be based on the inhibition of gibberellic acid (GA) biosynthesis, because administration of GA3 inhibits the phenomenon completely in S. floribundum. Not only is the suppression of GA biosynthesis involved, but also the metabolism of endogenous cytokinins is significantly altered. Although the balance between isopentenyladenine, zeatin, dihydrozeatin, and their derivatives was shifted to distinguished directions by administration of BA and/or imazalil and/or GA3, no correlation between these changes in metabolic pathways and the number of shoots could be found. The metabolism of BA was not significantly altered by adding imazalil to the micropropagation medium of S. floribundum.Abbreviations 2,4-D 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid - [9R-5P]DHZ 9--d-ribofuranosyl-dihydrozeatin-monophosphate - [9R-5P]iP 6-isopentenyl-9--d-ribofuranosyladenine-monophosphate - [9R-5P]Z 9--d-ribofuranosyl-zeatin-monophosphate - [9G]BA 6-benzyl-9--d-glucopyranosyladenine - [9G]DHZ 9--d-glucopyranosyl-dihydrozeatin - [9G]iP 6-isopentenyl-9--d-glucopyranosyladenine - [9G]Z 9--d-glucopyranosyl-zeatin - [9R]BA 6-benzyl-9--d-ribofuranosyladenine - [9R]DHZ 9--d-ribofuranosyl-dihydrozeatin - [9R]iP 6-isopentenyl-9--d-ribofuranosyladenine - [9R]Z 9--d-ribofuranosyl-zeatin - BA 6-benzyladenine - DHZ dihydrozeatin - ES+ LC-MS/MS HPLC coupled Electrospray Tandem Mass Spectrometry - f.m. fresh mass - mT 6-(3-hydroxybenzyl)adenine - IMA imazalil - iP isopentenyladenine - NAA 1-naphthalene acetic acid - NFT Nutrient Film Technique - (OG)[9R]DHZ O--glucopyranosyl-9--d-ribofuranosyl-dihydrozeatin - (OG)[9R]Z O--d-glucopyranosyl-9--d-ribofuranosyl-zeatin - (OG)DHZ O--d-glucopyranosyl-dihydrozeatin - (OG)Z O--d-glucopyranosyl-zeatin - PAR Photosynthetic Active Radiation - PBZ paclobutrazol - PRO prochloraz - TDZ thidiazuron - TRI triflurnizole - Z zeatin  相似文献
