目的观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗对未足月胎膜早破的治疗效果,并探讨其对阴道微生态的影响。方法 86例未足月胎膜早破患者采用随机数表分为常规组与研究组,各43例。常规组予以常规治疗,研究组予以乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合常规治疗。比较治疗后两组阴道微生态、胎儿宫内感染率和分娩方式、母体和胎儿不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果治疗后研究组Chao1指数和Shannon指数均高于常规组(均P0.05),治疗后研究组阴道乳杆菌属、双歧杆菌属、优杆菌属相对丰度均高于常规组,表皮葡萄球菌属、假单胞菌属、奈瑟氏菌属、支原体属、加德纳菌属、肠球菌属相对丰度均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);研究组胎儿宫内感染率、剖宫产率均低于常规组(均P0.05),研究组自然分娩率高于常规组(P0.05);研究组母体早产、产褥期感染及不良妊娠结局发生率均低于常规组(均P0.05);研究组宫内窘迫及围产儿不良妊娠结局发生率均低于常规组(均P0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊辅助治疗未足月胎膜早破相较于常规治疗可改善阴道微生态,还可降低胎儿宫内感染率、剖宫产率,减少母体和围产儿不良妊娠结局的发生。  相似文献

为了解黑龙江省植物花期对气温变化的响应趋势。利用1951~2007年采集于黑龙江省的188种植物标本信息,分析黑龙江省植物花期变化与年均温、上年均温和春季、夏季、秋季均温变化的关系。结果表明:黑龙江省42.0%以上植物的花期与气温间存在显著的相关性(P<0.05)。这些植物中,25%以上物种的相对采集时间指数与年均温、上年均温及各季节均温存在显著正相关(P<0.05)关系,且多为草本植物。其余草本植物及木本植物的相对采集时间指数与年均温、上年均温及各季节均温多呈显著负相关(P<0.05),如春季均温每升高1℃,木本植物花期平均提前12.65%。年均温、上年均温和春季、夏季、秋季均温每升高1℃,黑龙江省植物花期分别整体提前4.47%、7.08%、3.87%、5.84%和6.73%。花期对气温变化的响应,在短花期植物中相对明显。相较于春季、秋季及年均温,黑龙江省植物花期对夏季均温变化的响应更为敏感。  相似文献

目的观察低聚果糖联合锌制剂对小儿迁延性腹泻的治疗效果,并探讨其对肠道菌群结构的影响。方法回顾102例小儿迁延性腹泻的临床资料,均接受常规治疗,其中有48例接受锌制剂治疗,标记为A组;余54例接受低聚果糖联合锌制剂治疗,标记为B组。比较排便次数、大便性状、饮食/母乳喂养恢复正常的时间,治疗效果,治疗前后肠道菌群结构及药物安全性。结果 B组排便次数恢复正常、大便性状恢复正常、饮食/母乳喂养恢复正常时间均短于A组(均P0.05);两组疗效等级差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),B组总有效率明显高于A组(P0.01);治疗后两组肠道微生态Chao1指数、Shannon指数均较治疗前升高(均P0.05),治疗后B组肠道微生态Chao1指数、Shannon指数均高于A组(均P0.05);2组治疗后双歧杆菌属、乳杆菌属、肠杆菌属水平相对丰度均增加,且B组均高于A组,2组治疗后梭菌属、漫游球菌属、乳球菌属、链球菌属、拟杆菌属、希瓦菌属、冷杆菌属、葡萄球菌属水平相对丰度均下降,且B组均低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);两组不良反应发生率接近(P0.05)。结论对小儿迁延性腹泻予以低聚果糖联合锌制剂可促进症状消失,增强疗效,还可调节肠道菌群结构,安全可靠。  相似文献

目的探讨早期肠内营养对急性脑梗死患者肠道菌群结构及营养状态的影响。方法对2018年3月-2019年6月收治的112例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾:均接受常规治疗,有51例未予以早期肠内营养支持,纳入A组;余61例接受早期肠内营养支持治疗,纳入B组。对比治疗前后两组肠道菌群结构变化、营养状态、胃肠道并发症发生率和预后不良发生率。结果治疗后A组肠道菌群Chao1指数、Shannon指数、Bacteroides、Lactobacillus、Bifidobacterium、Faecalibacterium、Enterococcus、Parabacteroides属水平相对丰度均较治疗前下降(均P0.05),B组治疗后各项与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05),且B组均高于A组(均P0.05);治疗后A组Candida、Escherichia、Streptococcus属水平相对丰度均较治疗前升高(均P0.05),B组治疗后各项与治疗前相比差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05),且治疗后B组均低于A组(均P0.05)。治疗前两组血清SAB、TRF、TSF相比差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05),治疗后A组各指标均较治疗前下降(均P0.05),B组治疗后与治疗前相比差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05);治疗后两组营养状态指标比较,B组血清SAB、TRF、TSF均高于A组(均P0.05)。B组胃肠道并发症发生率、不良反应发生率均低于A组(均P0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者予以早期肠内营养可改善其肠道菌群结构、营养状态,降低胃肠道并发症和预后不良发生率。  相似文献

目的:分析沙利度胺联合放疗对宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤的VEGF、bFGF、TNF-α表达的影响,探究其增敏作用的机制。方法:选择24只裸鼠,均在左侧腋部皮下注射0.2 m L Hela细胞悬浊液进行造模。将造模成功的裸鼠随机分成对照组(Control group,CG)、沙利度胺组(Thalidomide group,TG)、放疗组(Radiotherapy group,RG)和联合治疗组(TG+RG),每组6只,分别给予羧甲基纤维素钠、沙利度胺溶液、放疗、沙利度胺溶液+放疗处理。治疗14 d后,通过检测裸鼠肿瘤体积、肿瘤抑制率、肿瘤延迟生长时间(Delayed tumor growth time,TGD)、放射增敏比(Radiosensitization ratio,SER)、肿瘤细胞的坏死程度、微血管密度、血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)及肿瘤组织中VEGF、bFGF、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)分析沙利度胺联合放疗对宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤的放疗增敏作用及其机制。结果:治疗14 d后,与对照组相比,沙利度胺组、放疗组和联合治疗组裸鼠肿瘤体积均明显变慢,肿瘤抑制率均显著增高,TGD均显著均明显延长,坏死细胞个数均明显增多,微血管密度、血清和肿瘤组织中VEGF、bFGF、TNF-α表达量均明显降低(P0.05);与沙利度胺组和放疗组相比,联合治疗组裸鼠瘤重均明显变慢,肿瘤抑制率均显著增高,TGD均显著均明显延长,坏死细胞个数均明显增多,微血管密度、血清和肿瘤组中VEGF、bFGF、TNF-α表达量均明显降低(均P0.05);放射增敏比(SER)大于1。结论:沙利度胺可显著增强放疗对宫颈癌裸鼠移植瘤的效果,可能与其显著降低VEGF、bFGF、TNF-α的表达有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨拉米夫定辅助治疗对肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者的肝功能的影响和安全性。方法:选择2009年1月至2013年6月在我科门诊就诊或住院的肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者84例,随机均分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组在上述基础上加用拉米夫定治疗,检测和比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后6个月相关临床指标及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和HBV-DNA定量结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组以上指标均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均出现恶心、腹胀、乏力、肝区不适与肝功能损害,观察组以上不良反应的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论:在肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者的抗结核药物治疗过程中加用拉米夫定不仅可显著抑制患者肝功能的损害,且安全性性更高。  相似文献

目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊对中晚期宫颈癌TP化疗患者血清IL-2、IL-10、TGF-β1水平及阴道菌群的影响。方法选取2018年10月-2019年8月于本院接受TP化疗的83例中晚期宫颈癌患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,观察组43例,对照组40例。两组均接受TP化疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清IL-2、IL-10、TGF-β1水平,阴道菌群分布情况,致病微生物阳性检出率和化疗相关不良反应发生情况。结果两组临床疗效等级分布差异显著(P0.05),观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P0.05)。两组治疗后血清IL-2水平均升高(均P0.05)且观察组更高,两组治疗后血清IL-10、TGF-β1水平均降低(均P0.05)且观察组更低。治疗后观察组Chao1指数、Shannon指数均升高(均P0.05),对照组均降低(均P0.05),观察组Chao1指数、Shannon指数均高于对照组(P0.05);观察组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、棒状杆菌属水平相对丰度上升而对照组下降(均P0.05);观察组白假丝酵母菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌、加德纳菌、拟杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、肠球菌属水平相对丰度下降而对照组上升(均P0.05);两组致病微生物阳性率均下降(均P0.05),观察组低于对照组(P0.05);两组骨髓抑制、消化道反应、脱发、周围神经毒性发生率差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊可提高中晚期宫颈癌TP化疗患者临床疗效,调节患者免疫应答水平,有效改善患者阴道菌群平衡,降低患者阴道致病微生物阳性率,安全性高。  相似文献

对浙江雪胆各器官主要金属元素分布及其与土壤养分之间的关系进行了研究,结果表明,1)浙江雪胆原生土壤中Fe元素的含量最高,其次是K元素,Mn和Zn含量较低;2)植物的各器官中,均以K元素含量最高,其次是Ca和Mg,微量元素Fe、Mn和Zn含量均相对较低;3)Fe、Mn和Zn 3种微量元素均以根中含量为最高,Mg和Ca元素均以块茎中较高,K则以叶中最高;4)同一器官元素分布均呈正相关,而不同器官之间的元素分布整体上呈负相关;5)根中Mg、K和Ca均与土壤元素含量整体上呈负相关,块茎中元素均与土壤元素含量均呈正相关,叶中除Fe元素外,其他元素均与土壤元素含量均呈负相关;6)各器官大量元素的富集系数较高。  相似文献

本研究以分离自番茄、辣椒、草莓、葡萄的灰葡萄孢Botrytis cinerea为供试菌株,从生长温度、pH适应性、碳源、氮源营养利用等方面对不同寄主来源的灰葡萄孢菌株的生物学性状进行了比较研究。结果表明,5个不同寄主来源的灰葡萄孢菌株的菌丝生长温度范围相同,均为0-35℃;但它们的最适生长温度和分生孢子致死温度存在差异,来自和县番茄菌株HX12最适生长温度为20℃,分生孢子致死温度为47℃ 10min,其余最适生长温度均为25℃,分生孢子致死温度均为48℃ 10min;不同菌株在相同温度下的生长速率有显著差异。pH对不同寄主来源灰葡萄孢菌株菌丝生长的影响存在差异,来自长丰辣椒的菌株LJ菌丝在pH2-9的范围内均能生长,以在pH3-6.5时生长较快,pH6时最快;其余4个菌株在pH2-12的范围内均能生长,以在pH3-9时生长较快,pH6左右最快。不同碳源、氮源营养对灰葡萄孢菌株菌丝生长和分生孢子产生均有显著影响,不同寄主来源的菌株间在碳源、氮源营养利用差异均极显著。在相同碳源、氮源营养条件下,不同寄主来源的菌株的线性生长、菌丝干重和分生孢子产量均有显著差异。  相似文献

长薄鳅外周血细胞可分为红细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞和血栓细胞.在数量上,中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞和血栓细胞占白细胞总数的百分比分别是17.06%、5.83%、28.16%和48.94%.细胞化学染色显示所有白细胞均含有糖原物质,所有红细胞均不含酸性磷酸酶,中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞和血栓细胞均含有酸性磷酸酶.非特异件酯酶染色显示单核细胞呈阳性反应,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞和血栓细胞均为部分呈阳性反应.所有细胞的碱性磷酸酶、过氧化物酶、苏丹黑显色反应均呈阴性.  相似文献

Wistar weaned rats were kept on cellulose-rich diet for 3 months. They revealed the duodenal gland area of increased length, as compared to the control group kept on standard pellets. Glandular-duodenal index, that is a relative indication of gland development, also rose. Cellulose-fed rats showed a lower pH of the stomach contents. The correlation between pH and gland development has been established. Possible reasons for a more intensive gland enlargement in herbivorous animals are being discussed.  相似文献

人类的性早熟是一种病理状态, 而在动物上, 性早熟可能是一个在生产上具有价值的数量性状。一些物种在进化过程中形成了性早熟的特性并能在群体中稳定遗传。性早熟在很大程度上与遗传密切相关, 是一个由多基因决定的复杂性状。文章主要介绍了KiSS-1基因、GPR54基因、LHR基因、FSHR基因、CYP基因家族、ER基因、TGFa基因、IGF-Ⅰ基因、GNAS1基因、HSD3B2基因、SHBG基因、VDR基因等与哺乳动物性早熟的关系。  相似文献

Accelerated development of secondary sexual characteristics or sexual precocity is a well-known entity. Most authors recognize two groups of patients, those described as having central precocious puberty (CPP) and those with precocious pseudopuberty. CPP results from premature activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and pseudopuberty is caused by lesions that secrete gonadotropin-like substances or hormones. The onset of CPP is usually before age 8 in females and age 9 in males; however, there is contention that the age of onset is much earlier and also differs depending on the patients' race. Previously reported causes of CPP include intracranial neoplasm, infection, trauma, hydrocephalus and Angelman's syndrome. Pineal cysts are usually asymptomatic incidental findings, but have been associated with CPP. We present an interesting case of a patient with CPP and an associated pineal cyst. We review the literature on the pathogenesis of CPP and associated pineal cyst, the neuroendocrine relationship between the pineal gland and puberty and the neurosurgical role in these cases.  相似文献

1. Arteriovenous differences of amino acids across the lactating mammary gland were measured in normal rats and weaned for 4, 5 and 24h. 2. Uptake of amino acids by mammary glands of rats weaned for 5h or more was significantly lower than that of controls. This was not reversed by injection of prolactin. 3. By using 'unilaterally weaned' rats we showed that milk accumulation plays an important role in amino acid uptake by mammary gland. 4. gamma-Glutamyltransferase activity was significantly lower in 'weaned' glands than in 'normal' glands. This provides further support for the hypothesis of the function of the gamma-glutamyl cycle in the mammary gland in vivo.  相似文献

Sexual behaviour of adult male rats weaned prematurely--on day 15 after birth--and of males weaned at the optimal age--on day 28--was compared at two life periods: at the age of 90 days and when the males were one year old. Sexual behaviour was evaluated by means of three characteristics: a) sniffing behaviour, b) copulatory readiness, c) copulatory performance. The differences in sniffing behaviour between prematurely and normally weaned males were assessed in terms of their responsiveness to sccents of unrelated adult males or oestrous females and from the point of view of both housing conditions after weaning and the animals' sexual experience. No differences were found in copulatory readiness as well as in copulatory performance between the two groups of males tested in their interaction with a female exhibiting complete precopulatory pattern. The morphological examination revealed no differences in the weight of reproductive organs and in spermatozoa development. We conclude that the sexual behaviour as well as reproductive organs of male rats are very resistant to early separation of pups from the mother which contrasts with some earlier findings.  相似文献

Somatomedin activity was measured using an embryonic chick cartilage assay in 33 normal and short normal children, 23 children with pituitary growth hormone (GH) deficiency, 14 children with sexual precocity, and 13 children with chronic renal insufficiency. In normal children somatomedin activity correlated well with chronological age: low valles in early childhood rose to higher than adult levels at puberty. Children with GH deficiency had significantly lower activities and those with sexual precocity significantly higher activities than normal children. In all three groups somatomedin activity correlated well with bone age. In children with chornic renal insufficiency there was a significant correlation between decreasing somatomedin activity and both a reduced growth velocity and a falling glomerular filtration rate. Somatomedin activity and growth velocity were within normal limits in children with glomerular filtration rates above 30 ml/min/1-73 m2.  相似文献

Astroglial-derived factors, as transforming growth factor (TGF)alpha and TGFbeta, act in the hypothalamus to activate luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) secretion. Hypothalamic hamartomas (HHs) contain normal nervous tissue in a heterotopic location. When symptomatic, they cause precocious puberty and/or characteristic gelastic seizures. Thus far, the pathogenesis of these alterations remains unknown. By examining two HHs associated with sexual precocity, we found that they contained astroglial cells expressing TGFalpha, but no LHRH neurons. In a third patient with HH, only epilepsy was present, but precocious puberty developed shortly after surgery, probably as a consequence of a surgery-induced lesion. These results imply that some HHs induce sexual precocity by activating endogenous LHRH secretion via astroglial-derived factors.  相似文献

目的:研究糖尿病大鼠性腺及外周血中性激素的变化。方法:用放射免疫法检测糖尿病(DM)大鼠,正常(NDM)大鼠和STZ大鼠血清性激素含量,同时称取性腺重量,镜检睾丸、前列腺及附睾的组织形态学改变。结果:DM组睾酮水平显著低于NDM组、STZ组(P<0.01);NDM组与STZ组之间,睾酮水平无显著性差异;DM组促黄体生成素(LH)水平显著高于NDM组、STZ组(P<0.01);NDM组与STZ组之间。LH水平无显著性差异;促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平在各组之间无显著性差异;HE结果显示,DM组性腺显微结构较NDM组及STZ组明显改变。结论:提示DM严重影响大鼠性腺功能及睾酮的合成分泌,并显著降低大鼠血清睾酮含量。  相似文献

In order to achieve improvements in production efficiency in livestock, herds of high sexual precocity and good fertility are needed. These traits increase the availability of animals in herd, either for sale or selection, allowing both greater selective intensity and greater genetic progress. This study aimed at estimating genetic parameters for reproductive traits measured directly in females in order to verify whether they could be used as selection criteria for genetic improvement in Nellore cows, as well as estimating the genetic relationship among these traits and scrotal circumference (SC), the traditional selection criterion for sexual precocity in cattle. In addition to SC, stayability (STAY), number of calvings at 53 months (NC53) and heifers rebreeding (HR) were studied. The (co)variances and genetic parameters were estimated using Bayesian inference. STAY, NC53 and HR were analyzed assuming a threshold model, whereas SC was analyzed with a linear model. Heritability estimated for NC53 was 0.22, and this trait was strongly and positively correlated with STAY, meaning selection for NC53 would improve productive longevity of Nellore cows. Correlations estimated between HR and STAY (≈0.97) and between HR and NC53 (≈0.99) allow an improvement on HR rates if selection was applied to traits related to longevity. Genetic correlations among SC and female reproductive traits were positive but weak, suggesting the need to use reproductive traits directly measured in females in order to obtain greater improvements in sexual precocity and longevity.  相似文献

Guided by principles of life history strategy development, this study tested the hypothesis that sexual precocity and violence are influenced by sensitivities to local environmental conditions. Two models of strategy development were compared: The first is based on indirect perception of ecological cues through family disruption and the second is based on both direct and indirect perception of ecological stressors. Results showed a moderate correlation between rates of violence and sexual precocity (r?=?0.59). Although a model incorporating direct and indirect effects provided a better fit than one based on family mediation alone, significant improvements were made by linking some ecological factors directly to behavior independently of strategy development. The models support the contention that violence and teenage pregnancy are part of an ecologically determined pattern of strategy development and suggest that while the family unit is critical in affecting behavior, individuals’ direct experiences of the environment are also important.  相似文献
