4种石斛属植物花朵挥发性成分分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解石斛属植物花朵中的挥发性成分, 利用固相微萃取(SPME)方法结合GC-MS 技术测定了鼓槌石斛、罗河石斛、细叶石斛和密花石斛盛花期的花朵挥发性成分及其相对含量。结果表明, 从4 种石斛属植物花朵中共鉴定出挥发性成分57 种, 包括酯类、萜烯类、醇类、烷类、醛类、酮类、醌类、芳香族和含氮化合物。4 种石斛花朵挥发性成分的组成和含量差异明显。鼓槌石斛和细叶石斛的主要香气成分是3-蒈烯, 相对含量分别为84.606% 和71.251%。罗河石斛挥发性成分中水杨酸甲酯相对含量最高(57.449%), 其次为D-柠檬烯(22.416%)。密花石斛花朵主要挥发性成分是2-亚甲基-4,8,8-三甲基-4-乙烯基-双环[5.2.0]壬烷(82.013%), 其次为α-法尼烯(4.699%)。这些对于香型石斛兰品种的培育和兰花精油产品开发提供了参考。  相似文献

13种石斛属植物遗传多样性的AFLP分析   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
采用AFLP技术对13种石斛属植物的遗传多样性进行了分析。选择性扩增引物组合E ACT/M CAC、E AAC/M CAC和E ACA/M CAC分别对这13种材料进行扩增,得到丰富的条带。在100-300bp共得到346条带,多态性带342条,多态性百分率为98.8%。聚类分析结果表明,在相似系数0.54处,可将13种材料分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类。Ⅰ类包括:串珠石斛、铁皮石斛、广东石斛、重唇石斛、晶帽石斛、细叶石斛、滇桂石斛、报春石斛、玫瑰石斛、球花石斛;Ⅱ类包括:鼓槌石斛;Ⅲ类包括:美花石斛(花,浅红)、美花石斛(花,淡白)。AFLP分析结果与传统分类学的结果基本一致,表明该标记技术对石斛属植物的遗传多样性和分类研究是可行的。  相似文献

为探究石斛属(Dendrobium)盛花期花朵的主要挥发性成分,采用顶空固相微萃取结合GC-MS技术对球花石斛(D. thyrsiflorum)、扭瓣石斛(D. tortile)、鼓槌石斛(D. chrysotoxum)和密花石斛(D. densiflorum)花朵的挥发性成分进行分析。结果表明,4种石斛花朵的挥发性成分共70种,包括酯类、醇类、酚类、酮类、烷类、烯类、醛类以及其他等8类,其中烯类总含量最高,为主要挥发性成分。球花和密花石斛的主要香气成分为β-石竹烯,相对含量分别为0.46和6.91μg/(g·h);而扭瓣石斛为醋酸辛酯[6.11μg/(g·h)];鼓槌石斛为β-罗勒烯[5.23μg/(g·h)]。该研究有利于评价和筛选有价值的芳香石斛兰种质资源,为香型石斛兰品种培育和兰花精油的开发利用提供参考。  相似文献

以耐盐性较强的大麦(Triticum aestivum)品种‘鉴4’幼苗为材料,比较硝酸银滴定法与分光光度法(分别以明胶-乙醇水溶液和丙酮作为胶体保护剂)测定植物体内氯离子含量的结果表明,无论是实验数据的准确性和重现性,还是实验操作的简便性,分光光度法(特别是以明胶.乙醇水溶液作为肢体保护剂)都优于滴定法。  相似文献

采用HPLC-ELSD法,Prevail C18柱,体积分数0.06%HFBA溶液-乙腈(88∶12)为流动相,柱温30℃,流速为0.8 ml.min-1,ELSD漂移管温度110℃,气体流量2.8 L.min-1,建立了测定L-鸟氨酸的方法。鸟氨酸在0.1-0.6 g.L-1范围内,线性回归比非常显著(r2=0.9998),平均回收率98.94%。该法简便、快速、准确性高、重复性好,适合于L-鸟氨酸的定量分析。  相似文献

5,6- and 6,7-Dihydroxy-2-aminotetralin (ADTN), racemic dopamine receptor agonists, were resolved into their enantiomers by a new chiral HPLC assay. The separation was performed on a Crownpack CR column, which contains an 18-crown-6-type chiral crown ether as a chiral selector. The chiral recognition is based on the compiexation of the protonated primary amino group and the oxygen atoms inside the cavity of the crown ether. The amino group is attached to the chiral centre and therefore these compounds could be resolved. Mobile phase was perchloric acid pH 2.0 and the detection was UV at 200 nm. Resolution factors were 3.1 for 5,6-ADTN and 1.1 for 6,7-ADTN resulting in very low limits of quantitation (<0.1%) of the enantiomer present as impurity. Epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR), upregulated in many tumor types, have been a target for therapeutic development and molecular imaging. The objective of this study was to evaluate the distribution and metabolic characteristics of fluorine-18 labeled anilinoquinazolines as potential imaging agents for EGFR tyrosine kinase expression. Fluorine-18 labeled fluoronitrobenzenes were prepared by reaction of potassium cryptand [(18)F]fluoride with 1,2- and 1,4-dinitrobenzenes, and 3-nitro-N,N,N-trimethylanilinium triflate in 5min. Decay-corrected radiochemical yields of [(18)F]fluoride incorporation into the nitro-aromatic compounds were 81±2%, 44±4% and 77±5% (n=3-5) for the 2-, 3- and 4-fluoro isomers, respectively. Sodium borohydride reduction to the corresponding [(18)F]fluoroanilines was achieved with greater than 80% conversion in 5min. Coupling of [(18)F]fluoroaniline-hydrochlorides to 6,7-dimethoxy-4-chloro-quinazoline gave the corresponding 6,7-dimethoxy-4-(2-, 3- and 4-[(18)F]fluoroanilino)quinazolines in 31±5%, 17±2% and 55±2% radiochemical yield, respectively, while coupling to the 6,7-diethoxy-4-chloro-quinazoline produced 6,7-diethoxy-4-(2-, 3- and 4-[(18)F]fluoroanilino)quinazolines in 19±6%, 9±3% and 36±6% radiochemical yield, respectively, in 90min to end of synthesis from [(18)F]fluoride. Biodistribution of 2- and 4-[(18)F]fluoroanilinoquinazolines was conducted in tumor-bearing mice (MDA-MB-435 and MDA-MB-468 xenografts). Low tumor uptake (<1% injected dose per gram (ID/g) of tissue up to 3h postinjection of the radiotracers) was observed. High bone uptake (5-15% ID/g) was noted with the 4-[(18)F]fluoroanilinoquinazolines. The metabolic stabilities of radiolabeled quinazolines were further evaluated by incubation with human female cryopreserved isolated hepatocytes. Rapid degeneration of the 4-fluoro-substituted compounds to baseline polar metabolites was observed by radio-TLC, whereas, the 2- and 3-[(18)F]fluoroaniline derivatives were significantly more stable, up to 2h, corroborating the in vivo biodistribution studies. para-Substituted [(18)F]fluoroanilines, a common structural motif in radiopharmaceuticals, are highly susceptible to metabolic degradation.  相似文献

本文研究了霍山三种石斛生长期的内源激素GA、ABA的变化与茎高生长的相互关系。结果表明:霍山三种石斛茎高生长与内源GA含量呈显著正相关,与内源ABA含量呈显著负相关。合适的GA/ABA比值是影响石斛茎高生长的重要因素。霍山三种石斛中的矮生品种米斛的内源GA含量尽管也较高,但其内源ABA含量一直维持较高水平,尤其生长后期迅速上升,GA/ABA含描比值低可能是其茎高生长缓慢的原因之一。  相似文献

研究了以没食子酸为标准品,采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法,测定花椒多酚含量的适宜条件。结果表明:当Folin-Ciocalteu试剂与10%Na2CO3溶液之比为1∶2(V∶V),Folin-Ciocalteu试剂体积为4 mL,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为120 min时,多酚含量在1~6μg/mL范围内与吸光值呈良好的线性关系。测定了4种花椒中的多酚含量,四川青花椒多酚含量最高。  相似文献

Through a systematic modification of the novel angiogenesis inhibitor 4-senecioyloxymethyl-6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (1) we found that a 6,7-dimethoxy moiety is important for bioactivity of 1. Replacement of the lactone functionality in coumarin 1 by an amide decreased its activity. By substitution of the senecioyl chain with various cinnamoyl groups we discovered 6d, bearing a 4-methoxycinnamoyl instead of senecioyl side chain, with inhibitory activity in HUVEC tube formation assay enhanced by one order of magnitude compared to 1. We have also synthesized compound 12, an analogue of 6d, with equipotency and improved water solubility.  相似文献

Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) plants were transformed with a construct encoding phytochrome A (PHYA) antisense RNA. The construct inserted into the tobacco genome contained squash PHYA cDNA in an antisense orientation under the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter providing for gene expression in higher plant tissues. Using immunoblot analysis and Z3-B1 antibodies against PHYA, the authors demonstrated that the PHYA content of the transgenic plants was lower than that of the wild-type plants. The studies of PHYA-dependent inhibition of hypocotyl elongation by high-intensity far-red light showed a considerable decrease in light sensitivity of the transgenic hypocotyl characteristic for aphyAmutation.  相似文献
