2009年至2012年期间,在甘肃莲花山自然保护区共发现91个白腹短翅鸲(Hodgsonius phaenicuroides)巢,其中15巢被大杜鹃(Cuculus canorus)寄生,寄生率为16.48%。根据对13枚寄生的大杜鹃卵的观察,其中12枚卵色为浅蓝色,与白腹短翅鸲的深蓝绿色卵差异明显,仅1枚与白腹短翅鸲卵色一致。大杜鹃与白腹短翅鸲的卵重(t =11.208, df=38, P<0.001)和卵短径(t=0.970,df=38, P<0.001)差异极显著。白腹短翅鸲具有识别大杜鹃卵的能力,15巢中只有4巢接受寄生卵并继续孵化,7巢成功识别,剩余4巢无法确定是否识别。白腹短翅鸲为雌鸟单独孵卵,推测识别大杜鹃卵可能只与雌鸟有关。  相似文献

2011年和2012年每年的5月到8月,在甘肃莲花山地区共发现了5例鹰鹃(Hierococcyx sparverioides)在橙翅噪鹛(Garrulax elliotii)巢中寄生繁殖的案例.鹰鹃卵为椭圆形,浅蓝色,卵壳上没有斑点.测量了其中2枚卵,卵重分别为6.9g和7.2g,长径×短径分别为29.76 mm×20.40 mm和28.40mm×21.68 mm.鹰鹃幼鸟在出壳后的第20天离巢.  相似文献

白腹短翅鸲雄鸟的羽毛延迟成熟现象   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
20 0 3年 6月 ,在甘肃省莲花山自然保护区观察到白腹短翅鸲 (Hodgsoniusphaenicuroides)雄鸟的羽毛延迟成熟现象。研究发现 ,亚成体雄鸟体羽暗淡 ,为似雌鸟样的褐色 ,但仍然可以繁殖。声谱分析表明 ,成体雄鸟与亚成体雄鸟的鸣声结构非常相似 ,而且两者在巢址、巢材、窝卵数、卵色、卵大小等巢卵特征上也非常一致。通过对中国科学院动物研究所标本馆 1 1 7只白腹短翅鸲雄鸟标本的测量 ,发现成体雄鸟的翅长和尾长明显大于亚成体 (t 检验 ,P <0. 0 0 1 )。在 1 93 0年北平东陵同一繁殖季节采集的 1 0 8只雄鸟标本中 ,亚成体雄鸟所占的比例为 1 9%。  相似文献

2012~2013年的4~8月,在贵州宽阔水国家级自然保护区,通过对各类生境中不同鸟巢的搜索和监测,记录到两例红翅凤头鹃Clamator coromandus寄生繁殖现象,其宿主分别为画眉Garrulax canorus和矛纹草鹛Babax lanceolatus,其中红翅凤头鹃对矛纹草鹛的寄生为首次报道。红翅凤头鹃将卵直接产在宿主巢内,每巢都产2枚寄生卵,卵重(7.49±0.14)g,卵长(26.82±0.73)mm,卵宽(22.50±0.69)mm,且卵重和卵宽上都明显大于两种宿主的卵。被寄生的两种宿主均接受了寄生卵,卵色反射光谱的分析发现,相对宿主矛纹草鹛,红翅凤头鹃的卵在亮度和色度上更接近宿主画眉的卵,这表明杜鹃卵对画眉卵的模拟程度高于矛纹草鹛。画眉可能为红翅凤头鹃的主要宿主,而矛纹草鹛为次生宿主,以往对矛纹草鹛卵识别能力的研究符合此推测。进一步确认两种宿主与红翅凤头鹃的关系需要用模拟寄生实验检验画眉的卵识别能力。  相似文献

2013年4~7月,采用样方法和直接观察法,在陕西佛坪分别对黑喉歌鸲的巢址特征和繁殖生态进行了初步研究。结果发现:黑喉歌鸲更倾向选择向阳、林冠稀疏、距水源较近的针阔混交林或针叶林下,秦岭箭竹丛林缘陡坡上的天然土洞内筑巢;巢口向上呈杯状,由竹叶、枯草、苔藓等编制而成,内无铺垫物。巢外底部垫有枯叶、干草等。巢外径长(100.37±4.00)mm,巢外径宽,(97.08±5.22)mm,巢高(48.18±2.24)mm。巢内径长(68.62±1.69)mm,巢内径宽(64.81±0.74)mm,巢深(36.07±0.30)mm。窝卵数(5±0.00)枚,卵重(1.91±0.05)g,卵长径(18.37±0.08)mm,卵短径(13.95±0.15)mm。孵化期12 d~13 d,孵化率为60%(n= 10),巢雏成活率为50%(n= 6),育雏期11 d。雏鸟的体重、体长的生长符合Logistic曲线方程拟合。天敌的捕食是影响黑喉歌鸲繁殖成功率的主要因素。关键词:黑喉歌鸲;繁殖生态;巢址特征;陕西佛坪  相似文献

在青藏高原东南缘,海拔高度3470m的尕海-则岔国家级自然保护区尕海保护站,研究了赭红尾鸲普通亚种(Phoenicurus ochruros rufiventris)的繁殖。目的是检验高海拔鸟类的雏鸟是否发育更快和产小窝大卵、是否有更高的离巢率。赭红尾鸲营巢洞中,平均窝卵数4.8(3-6)枚,卵的大小23.33mm×14.95mm,同低海拔的相近种比较产小窝大卵。孵卵由雌鸟承担,孵卵期13-14d,孵化率64.5%。雏鸟留巢期16d-19d,巢成功率81.3%,雏鸟离巢率83.33%。高海拔红尾鸲产小窝大卵和加强双亲抚育,但高海拔红尾鸲并没有显著提高雏鸟离巢率。高海拔红尾鸲低温下增加双亲对雏鸟的抚育并没有使雏鸟发育加快,反而较低海拔近缘种的幼鸟发育缓慢。因此,延长留巢期不只是Badyaev和Ghalambor(2001)所认为增加雏鸟的质量,而是缺氧和低温协同作用的自然选择结果。  相似文献

2015年4—8月,在贵州宽阔水国家级自然保护区记录到小杜鹃Cuculus poliocephalus在小鳞胸鹪鹛Pnoepyga pusilla巢中寄生繁殖。发现时小鳞胸鹪鹛已处于孵卵后期,巢内有1枚红棕色的小杜鹃寄生卵和3枚小鳞胸鹪鹛的白色卵。小杜鹃卵质量为2.55 g,体积2.72 cm~3,小鳞胸鹪鹛卵质量(1.64±0.16)g(n=7),体积(1.65±0.08)cm~3(n=7),两者的卵在颜色和大小上差别明显。光纤光谱仪对卵色的测量和分析结果表明,小鳞胸鹪鹛的卵色亮度显著高于小杜鹃,小杜鹃的卵为高度非模拟寄生卵。这是小鳞胸鹪鹛被小杜鹃寄生的第二例报道,说明其可能是小杜鹃的适宜寄主。  相似文献

正山噪鹛(Garrulax davidi)是我国分布繁殖最为靠北的特有噪鹛属鸟类,在北京地区分布的为G.d.chinganicus亚种。笔者于1962年和1963年在北京地区发现山噪鹛繁殖巢2个,现记录如下。巢1于1962年7月20日在北京市延庆县下花园村周边山坡的灌丛基部发现,已产3卵,卵色为蓝绿色,巢内壁纯为禾本科植物细根,外壁为干禾本科草及细枝。巢内径7.0 cm×8.5 cm,外径11 cm×12 cm,巢高7.5 cm,巢深2.5 cm。其中2枚卵的量度分别为27.2 mm×20.0 mm和27.3 mm×19.4 mm,1枚卵的重量为5.4 g。  相似文献

2009~2010年对江西省吉安地区乌鸫Turdus merula的繁殖进行了调查研究,结果表明:当地乌鸫的营巢时间在3月9日至16日,产卵时间是3月18日至26日,平均窝卵数5.14(4~6)枚(n=14),平均卵大小29.71 mm×21.16 mm,平均卵重6.63 g(n=71).孵卵和暖巢主要由雌鸟承担,但雄鸟也有暖巢行为,孵化率为65.83%,育雏期13~15 d,离巢率高达100%.与高海拔的乌鸫相比,当地乌鸫产大窝小卵,这一特征保证了大窝雏数和高离巢率,繁殖对策属于r-选择.  相似文献

2005~2006年,在吉林省左家自然保护区的次生林中,对人工巢箱条件下白眉姬鹟(Ficedulazanthopygia)的繁殖参数开展了初步研究.结果表明,人工巢箱中自眉姬鹟的窝卵数为5~7枚,平均6.0枚;卵重平均为1.6 g.卵大小平均为17.0 mm×13.1 mm.孵化期平均为13.1 d,每巢平均出雏5.4只,育雏期平均为12.8 d,每巢平均出飞雏鸟5.3只.白眉姬鹟的营巢成功率为70.0%,繁殖成功率为81.3%.  相似文献

Individuals with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), such as Crohn''s disease (CD) or ulcerative colitis (UC) are at increased risk of developing colorectal cancer (CRC) over healthy individuals. This risk is proportional to the duration and extent of disease, with a cumulative incidence as high as 30% in individuals with longstanding UC with widespread colonic involvement.1 Colonic dysplasia in IBD and colitis associated cancer (CAC) are believed to develop as a result of repeated cycles of epithelial cell injury and repair while these cells are bathed in a chronic inflammatory cytokine milieu.2 While spontaneous and colitis-associated cancers share the quality of being adenocarcinomas, the sequence of underlying molecular events is believed to be different.3 This distinction argues the need for specific animal models of CAC.Several mouse models currently exist for the study of CAC. Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS), an agent with direct toxic effects on the colonic epithelium, can be administered in drinking water to mice in multiple cycles to create a chronic inflammatory state. With sufficient duration, some of these mice will develop tumors.4 Tumor development is hastened in this model if administered in a pro-carcinogenic setting. These include mice with genetic mutations in tumorigenesis pathways (APC, p53, Msh2), as well as mice pre-treated with genotoxic agents (azoxymethane [AOM], 1,2-dimethylhydrazine [DMH]).5 The combination of DSS with AOM as a model for colitis associated cancer has gained popularity for its reproducibility, potency, low price, and ease of use. Though they have a shared mechanism, AOM has been found to be more potent and stable in solution than DMH. While tumor development in other models generally requires several months, mice injected with AOM and subsequently treated with DSS develop adequate tumors in as little as 7-10 weeks.6, 7 Finally, AOM and DSS can be administered to mice of any genetic background (knock out, transgenic, etc.) without cross-breeding to a specific tumorigenic strain. Here, we demonstrate a protocol for inflammation-driven colonic tumorigenesis in mice utilizing a single injection of AOM followed by three seven-day cycles of DSS over a 10 week period. This model induces tumors with histological and molecular changes closely resembling those occurring in human CAC and provides a highly valuable model for the study of oncogenesis and chemoprevention in this disease.8  相似文献

 The dynamics and abundance of nectar secretion as well as sugar productivity were studied in flowers of brown mustard (Brassica juncea) cv. Małopolska and white mustard (Sinapis alba) cv. Borowska. Moreover, floral nectaries were examined under LM and SEM. In both cultivars lateral and median pairs of nectaries secreted nectar. However, differences were found in morphology and activity of these pairs. The lateral nectaries produced more nectar than the median ones. Nectar secretion started at loose bud and peaked during anther dehiscence. Average amount of nectarsecreted by 100 flowers of cv. Małopolska and cv. Borowska were 119.9 mg and 134 mg. Mean concentration of nectar was 26.7% and 23.4%, respectively. One hundred flowers of cv. Małopolska and cv. Borowska secreted 28.4 mg and 24.9 mg of sugars in nectar. Sarcophaga (Sarcorohdendorfia) gracilior (Chen, 1975) is documented from specimens collected in Hubei Province, China, using morphological characters and wing interference patterns (WIPs). A thymidine kinase heterozygote was isolated from a diploid human lymphoblast line which forms colonies with high efficiency in microtiter dishes. We show that this cell line, called TK6, can be mutated from a tK+/? to TK?/? state by diverse mutagens, including ethyl methanesulfonate, butyl methanesulfonate, nitrosomethylurea, UV light, ICR-191, 4-nitroquinoline oxide, fluorodeoxyuridine, benzo[a]pyrene and aflatoxin B1. We report here the experiments required to demonstrate the applicability of this new line in quantitative assays of mutation in human cells.Mitotic recombination between the centromere and the tk locus could not be induced by either dimethylsulfoxide or phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate.  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在探讨DNA条形码对中国蛛缘蝽科(半翅目:缘蝽总科)物种界定的适用性。【方法】对中国蛛缘蝽科13属23种207个样本的线粒体COI基因DNA条形码序列进行扩增,并扩增稻缘蝽属Leptocorisa 3个物种的31条内转录间隔区1(ITS-1)序列作为辅助标记。使用MEGA 11软件计算种间和种内遗传距离(Kimura 2-parameter, K2P);采用邻接法(neighbor-joining, NJ)进行物种聚类分析;利用中介邻接网络算法构建单倍型网络图。【结果】基于线粒体COI DNA条形码序列得出测试的中国蛛缘蝽科所有23个种的种内平均K2P距离在2%以下,种间K2P距离在0.98%~23.98%之间(平均17.50%)。多数物种彼此能够被较好地分开,且支持率较高。其中,中稻缘蝽Leptocorisa chinensis和大稻缘蝽L. oratoria共享部分COI单倍型,造成COI条形码无法区分二者,可通过ITS-1序列在单倍型网络分析中将二者区分。【结论】本研究得出的中国蛛缘蝽科中绝大部分物种的DNA条形码数据分析结果与基于形态特征的分类单元一致。然而,对于其中亲缘关系极近的物种,单靠线粒体数据尤其是COI条形码序列无法进行准确界定,需引入其他DNA序列或其他类型数据进行区分。  相似文献

The FF domain from the human protein HYPA/FBP11 folds via a low-energy on-pathway intermediate (I). Elucidation of the structure of such folding intermediates and denatured states under conditions that favour folding are difficult tasks. Here, we investigated the millisecond time-scale equilibrium folding transition of the 71-residue four-helix bundle wild-type protein by (15)N, (13)C(alpha) and methyl(13)C Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill (CPMG) NMR relaxation dispersion experiments and by (1)H/(2)H-exchange measurements. The relaxation data for the wild-type protein fitted a simple two-site exchange process between the folded state (F) and I. Destabilization of F in mutants A17G and Q19G allowed the detection of the unfolded state U by (15)N CPMG relaxation dispersion. The dispersion data for these mutants fitted a three-site exchange scheme, U<-->I<-->F, with I populated higher than U. The kinetics and thermodynamics of the folding reaction were obtained via temperature and urea-dependent relaxation dispersion experiments, along with structural information on I from backbone (15)N, (13)C(alpha) and side-chain methyl (13)C chemical shifts, with further information from protection factors for the backbone amide groups from (1)H/(2)H-exchange. Notably, helices H1-H3 are at least partially formed in I, while helix H4 is largely disordered. Chemical shift differences for the methyl (13)C nuclei suggest a paucity of stable, native-like hydrophobic interactions in I. These data are consistent with Phi-analysis of the rate-limiting transition state between I and F. The combination of relaxation dispersion and Phi data can elucidate whole experimental folding pathways.  相似文献

Lethrus (Lethrus) schneideri Král & Hillert, sp. n. from Thrace, Greece, is described. The new species is morphologically most similar and probably closely related to Lethrus (Lethrus) apterus (Laxmann, 1770) and Lethrus (Lethrus) ares Král, Rejsek & Schneider, 2001. Diagnostic characters (shape of mandibles, ventral mandible processes, pronotum and parameres) are illustrated. Character matrix for separation of males of the Lethrus species closely related to Lethrus schneideri Král & Hillert, sp. n. and geographic ranges for all species studied are mapped.  相似文献

In the present paper the species belonging to the Neoserica (sensu lato) septemlamellata group, that included so far only four known species, are revised. Here we describe eleven new species originating mainly from Indochina and Southern China: N. daweishanica sp. n., N. gaoligongshanica sp. n., N. guangpingensis sp. n., N. igori sp. n., N. jiulongensis sp. n., N. plurilamellata sp. n., N. weishanica sp. n., N. yanzigouensis sp. n. (China) N. sapaensis sp. n. (China, Vietnam), N. bansongchana sp. n., N. takakuwai sp. n. (Laos). The lectotypes of Neoserica septemlamellata Brenske, 1898 and N. septemfoliata Moser, 1915 are designated. Keys to the species and species groups are given, the genitalia of all species and their habitus are illustrated and distribution maps are included.  相似文献

Protein ADP-ribosylation is a reversible post-translational modification, which alters protein activity, localization, interactome or stability, leading to perturbation of cell signaling. This review summarizes the emerging data indicating that host cell ADP-ribosylating enzymes, poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases (PARPs), influence the course of a bacterial infection, in parallel to ADP-ribosylating bacterial toxins. Host cell PARP targeting could be an efficient therapeutic approach to treat certain bacterial infections, possibly by repurposing the approved or clinical trial PARP inhibitors developed for cancer therapy.  相似文献
