作为一类营地下生活的啮齿动物,银星竹鼠Rhizomys pruinosus具有较高的食用价值和药用价值,已成为我国南方地区特种经济动物养殖业的重点发展物种。以核内重组蛋白激活基因1(RAG1)的基因片段为分子标记,采用分子生物学方法,本研究对来自12个采样点的173个银星竹鼠个体进行群体遗传分析,探讨该物种群体遗传多样性和遗传结构。序列多态性分析结果显示,银星竹鼠RAG1基因部分序列848 bp,共检测出多态性位点18个,其中单突变位点3个,简约信息位点15个。遗传多样性分析表明,173份样本共统计出RAG1基因单倍型11个,单倍型多样性为0.712±0.025,核苷酸多样性为0.002 64±0.003 71,显著低于其他啮齿动物。最大似然法、邻接法和贝叶斯法构建的系统发育树显示,银星竹鼠群体分化为3个分支,其谱系地理格局出现明显分化。同时,分子变异分析结果证实,银星竹鼠种群间的遗传变异极显著高于种群内的,说明该物种存在显著的遗传结构和遗传分化水平。上述研究结果综合表明,银星竹鼠群体的遗传多样性水平较低,遗传分化结构较为显著,这可能与该物种的地下生活方式、扩散能力弱、山脉河流阻隔作用、地质气候事件等因素有关。本研究结果将为云贵高原地区物种多样性、生物多样性保护提供科学的参考依据。  相似文献

花白竹鼠(又名拉氏竹鼠、粗毛竹鼠、银星竹鼠)主要分布于印度;缅甸;泰国;马来西亚以及我国华南和西南地区。已知我国有2个亚种,分布于云南、广西的称指名亚种,分布于广东和福建的称拉氏亚种(R.P.latouchei)。花白竹鼠的体型较大,体重1500-2000克,最大可达2500克;体长300-370毫米;尾长100-160毫米。外形的主要鉴别特征是体毛较粗,通体深灰褐色,针毛尖端白色,绒毛浅灰黑色;尾较长,超过体长的三分之一。  相似文献

小竹鼠在我国仅分布于云南西部热带亚热带地区。主要生活于山坡稀树灌丛、阔叶林、橡胶园及居民点附近。在盈江县分布于海拔300-950米地带。取食、休息、繁殖主要在洞道内。洞系由洞口、取食道、趋避道、窝及“厕所”组成。食物主要有棕叶芦、芦竹及三叶橡胶等18种,尤喜食橡胶树主根,因而对橡胶树危害很大。13号标本中雌7雄6。在盈江每胎2-3只,以2只为多。成年小竹鼠过独居生活,雌雄各有自己的洞系。  相似文献

采用徒步不定宽样线法对片口自然保护区中华竹鼠(Rhizomys sinensis)的生境选择和洞穴特征进行了研究.共设置4条样线148个20 m×20 m样方,并对61个有中华竹鼠新鲜土堆的洞穴进行了解剖观察与测量,采用Vanderloeg和Scaiva选择指数对生境选择进行分析.结果表明,其洞系结构由土丘、洞口、取食道、避难所、窝及厕所组成,每个结构都与中华竹鼠的习性及生存活动相适应;中华竹鼠喜欢选择东南坡向、坡度适中(25~45°)、上层乔木郁闭度大于25%的常绿落叶阔叶混交林或落叶阔叶林、竹子密度适中(20~40株/m~2)、竹子较粗(基径大于10 mm)、距水源较近且远离人为活动干扰的箭竹林中筑巢.  相似文献

多数蝙蝠为洞穴型。在野外调查的基础上,结合前人调查的结果,对洞穴型蝙蝠的栖息环境选择及其在洞穴生态系统中的特殊生态作用进行了探讨。针对目前随着人类活动的增加,洞穴型蝙蝠的生存环境遭到日益严重的干扰、破坏和污染而导致蝙蝠的物种多样性降低,加之国内对洞穴型蝙蝠研究不足的现状,提出了加强对洞穴型蝙蝠的栖息和捕食环境进行保护、对蝙蝠的多样性进行调查的建议。  相似文献

内蒙古宝格达乌拉晚中新世副竹鼠化石(英文)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
描述了1996-2007年间在内蒙古阿巴嘎旗晚中新世宝格达乌拉组采集的副竹鼠化石。材料包括下颌骨1件、牙齿14枚和肢骨4件,分别采自该组的2个地点。根据标本较大的尺寸、形态特征,以及颊齿的釉质曲线高度,宝格达乌拉材料被归入三趾马层副竹鼠Pararhizomys hipparionum Teilhard de Chardin Young,1931。Pararhizomys是一类具高冠、脊形和冠面构造简单颊齿的啮齿动物。该属目前发现的化石地点少,材料也不多,主要集中于中国北方和蒙古高原周缘,其地史分布为晚中新世早期至上新世中期。与鼢鼠类(siphneids)和鼠平类(arvicolids)一样,Pararhizomys属的颊齿有由低冠到高冠发展的趋势,具体表现为牙齿侧面釉质曲线(dentine tract)由平直、远离内外两侧谷底到起伏、接近甚至超过内外两侧谷底。为方便比较,本文为釉质曲线的高度设立\"H\"指数,即从每侧最深谷的谷底和釉质曲线的最高处取平行于冠面的平行线,此两平行线之间的垂直距离为\"H\"。H值越大,表明齿冠越低,反之则齿冠越高。尽管目前发现的副竹鼠标本不多,但似乎可以看到从早期到晚期,其颊齿的个体有从小变大,釉质曲线高度H值逐渐减小,即齿冠逐渐增高的趋势。由于Pararhizomys的牙齿形态多少与竹鼠类的低冠竹鼠Brachyrhizomys和竹鼠属Rhizo-mys及拟速掘鼠属Tachyoryctoides有相似之处,故常被与Brachyrhizomys和Rhizomys一起归入竹鼠科(Rhizom yidae),但该属的牙齿不具中脊和下中脊,褶沟少,一般为2-3个,与上述三属有明显的不同。本文对下门齿所作的切片观察也表明,Pararhizomys的釉质层结构与Brachyrhizomys,Rhizomys和Tachyoryctoides者相差甚远,其内层(PI)明显增厚,釉柱和釉柱间质(IPM)的排列方式存在明显差别。颊齿的冠高、冠面形态,以及下门齿的釉质层结构,似乎都表明了Pararhizomys属不大可能归入竹鼠科或速掘鼠科(Tachyorictoididae)。而下门齿釉质层切片显示了Brachyrhizomys与Rhizomys有着高度相似的釉质结构,进一步证明了两者有较接近的亲缘关系。地理分布上,Pararhizomys与Tachyoryctoides属只发现于古北区,伴生的哺乳动物显示了其可能适应偏冷、干旱的草原环境,而Brachyrhizomys和Rhizomys主要局限于东洋区,共生的哺乳动物多能适应温暖、湿润的树林环境。  相似文献

雪豹(Panthera uncia Schreber)俗称草豹,为濒危珍兽,现已列为国家一类保护动物,属典型高山动物,耐寒冷,棲息地常年积雪。有关雪豹在青海境内的地理分布,以往已有初步报道(寿振黄等,1962;张洁等,1963)。为了进一步摸清雪豹在青海省境内的数量分布及生活习性,笔者于1973、1974、1975、1978、1981各年在祁连县八宝乡的柳沟、石桥、青羊沟、柏树台、清大板及野牛沟乡的边麻、大泉、柯柯里地区;都兰县的宗加、巴隆、香日德、沟里及玉树藏族自治州的玉树、治多、曲麻来、杂多等县,深入雪豹活动地区,采用跟踪足迹、粪便及食物残骸的方法进行调查,并访问当地群众及畜产品的收购部门,结合西宁市人民公园17年来的收购记录,综合整理如下。  相似文献

We developed a set of six polymorphic microsatellite loci for the woodlouse, Porcellionides pruinosus. We screened 43 individuals from three French populations and found that locus‐specific allelic diversity ranges from 3 to 17 alleles (mean = 9.8) and observed heterozygosity ranges from 0.51 to 0.89 (mean = 0.77). 洞穴是喀斯特景观中普遍存在的地质地貌结构, 拥有丰富的植物资源。仅2001-2020年间, 就发表了中国喀斯特洞穴维管植物新属1个; 新种(含种下等级) 170个, 隶属于16科31属, 占近20年发表的中国维管植物新种的3.9%, 说明洞穴植物具有较高的物种多样性潜力。据统计, 中国喀斯特洞穴维管植物有110科339属871种, 主要分布于广西、广东、贵州、云南、重庆等地。物种数排名前5的科包括苦苣苔科、荨麻科、鳞毛蕨科、秋海棠科和茜草科, 其所含物种数共占整个洞穴植物种类的39.4%; 排名前5的属包括报春苣苔属(Primulina)、楼梯草属(Elatostema)、耳蕨属(Polystichum)、秋海棠属(Begonia)和凤尾蕨属(Pteris), 其所含物种数共占整个洞穴植物种类的25.1%。本名录的所有洞穴植物中, 草本习性的种类占一半以上。从洞内分布来看, 仅有10.7%的种类分布于弱光带, 其中石松类和蕨类植物占比远高于被子植物, 说明前者更能适应弱光带的极端环境。不仅如此, 洞穴维管植物也具有较高的特有性成分, 其中省级特有种占比25.8%, 分别包括非洞穴特有种(11.0%)、多洞穴特有种(3.3%)和单洞穴特有种(11.5%)。依据文献显示受威胁种类有115种(占13.0%)。受威胁种类占比较高的类群均是近年来发表新种较多的科, 包括鳞毛蕨科、苦苣苔科、荨麻科、秋海棠科、茜草科等。针对这些类群, 有待更详细地调查来完善对它们的评估。此外, 本名录中至少有36%的种类没有任何分子数据, 亟待补充。  相似文献

Abstract. Osmotic stress associated with the freshwater environment and desiccation stress associated with the terrestrial environment may have a shortening effect on the length of the innervation of crustacean aesthetascs. Physical stress of the littoral environment may have a similar effect on the length of the cuticular portion of aesthetascs. The aesthetascs of crustaceans that inhabit these environments share a similar ultrastructural feature, which may help animals cope with these environmental stresses. This ultrastructural feature, the position of the basal bodies proximal to the lumen of the aesthetasc, is absent from the aesthetascs of crustaceans that occur in the typical marine environment. Interestingly, the ultrastructural feature associated with these stressful habitats is present in the peduncular aesthetascs of the remipede Speleonectes tanumekes , even though the environmental stresses that may invoke the reduction of aesthetascs are absent in the marine-cave environment where this animal occurs. The importance of the sensitivity of aesthetascs for survival in this lightless environment may result in a selective pressure that favors basal bodies to be positioned proximal to the lumen of the aesthetasc.  相似文献

A presumed value of shallow-habitat enhanced pelagic productivity derives from the principle that in nutrient-rich aquatic systems phytoplankton growth rate is controlled by light availability, which varies inversely with habitat depth. We measured a set of biological indicators across the gradient of habitat depth within the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta (California) to test the hypothesis that plankton biomass, production, and pelagic energy flow also vary systematically with habitat depth. Results showed that phytoplankton biomass and production were only weakly related to phytoplankton growth rates whereas other processes (transport, consumption) were important controls. Distribution of the invasive clam Corbicula fluminea was patchy, and heavily colonized habitats all supported low phytoplankton biomass and production and functioned as food sinks. Surplus primary production in shallow, uncolonized habitats provided potential subsidies to neighboring recipient habitats. Zooplankton in deeper habitats, where grazing exceeded phytoplankton production, were likely supported by significant fluxes of phytoplankton biomass from connected donor habitats. Our results provide three important lessons for ecosystem science: (a) in the absence of process measurements, derived indices provide valuable information to improve our mechanistic understanding of ecosystem function and to benefit adaptive management strategies; (b) the benefits of some ecosystem functions are displaced by water movements, so the value of individual habitat types can only be revealed through a regional perspective that includes connectedness among habitats; and (c) invasive species can act as overriding controls of habitat function, adding to the uncertainty of management outcomes.  相似文献

This study was performed to clarify the ecological characteristics of a cave‐dwelling moth species, Triphosa dubitata Linnaeus (Lepidoptera: Geometridae), at Baram cave and at Ssang cave within Pyeongchang‐gun of Gangwon province in south Korea. We investigated T. dubitata population for 3 days from March 2013 to October 2013 (except September) and in January 2014. We used a section investigation method in the caves every month to determine their ecological characteristic. A nocturnal investigation using a high intensity discharge lamp adjacent to the entrance of the cave was conducted in parallel with a diurnal investigation using butterfly traps to investigate the movement of T. dubitata. In order to investigate the range of habitat temperature of moths, we used a dual laser targeting infrared thermometer to measure the cave temperatures. We caught individuals of T. dubitata L.: 8,574 individuals in Baram cave and 828 individuals in Ssang cave. As 9,095 individuals (97 %) appeared at a temperature of ?3°C ~ 8°C, it was verified that the adults were living at specific temperatures. In addition, T. dubitata adults were not active outside the caves; they entered the cave as soon as they developed from pupa into adults. These results showed that T. dubitata depended on food plants outside of the cave during the egg–larva–pupa stages, and they used the cave as a habitat for long‐term survival when they develop into adults.  相似文献

2008年1月至2010年8月,在主要树种为柳杉Cryptomeria fortunei的四川省洪雅县林场中,采用直接观察和胃容物分析法对赤腹松鼠Callosciurus erythraeus食性进行研究.发现赤腹松鼠取食的植物共有14科23种,如小柱悬钩子Rubus columellaris和板栗Castanea mollissima的果实,油茶Camellia oleifera的花及柳杉和杉木Cunninghamia lanceolata的树皮.结合往年文献,已知确认洪雅县赤腹松鼠取食的植物共28种.根据胃容物分析,果实种子的比例为秋季(75.60%±0.53%)>夏季(63.32%±0.69%)>冬季(34.02%±0.43%)>春季(14.35%±0.71%),差异显著(P<0.05);而树皮在夏季和秋季分别为7.32%±0.50%和8.30%±0.87%,显著低于冬季和春季的28.13%±0.72%和28.71% ±0.84% (P <0.05).根据结果分析,赤腹松鼠的主要食物是植物的果实种子,在冬春取食较多的树皮可能与果实种子短缺有关.  相似文献

As in every field of comparative biology, phylogeny provides an independent reference system in studies on cave life evolution to test current theoretical proposals. Using phylogeny, sound hypotheses on the ancestral states of characters and their subsequent changes can be made by polarizing the characters between related taxa. Hypotheses on evolutionary processes can also be tested by comparing the patterns they imply with independently inferred phylogenetic patterns. The power of the tests relies upon the independence of phylogenetic patterns (built with cladistics using Wagner parsimony) and the theoretical proposals under study. Classical assumptions on the evolution of troglobitic life are analysed with this methodology. The following points are discussed: what is a troglobitic taxon? Are there features characteristic of troglobitic taxa? Is troglobitic life an evolutionary dead end? What circumstances favour troglobitic evolution? Using phylogenetic analysis, the presence or absence of so-called troglomorphic features were inferred in troglobitic taxa. In fact these taxa can be characterized only by their behavioural ecology. Pre-adaptations (exaptations) can also be precisely defined. Cave living does not appear to be an evolutionary dead end. Two patterns subsequent to cave life appearance have been documented: speciation of troglobitic taxa in the subterranean environment, and reversal to an epigean habitat. Troglobitic life thus turns out to be one step in the diversification of clades. Troglobitic life is usually explained as an evolution under the pressure of unfavourable environmental conditions, or the conquest of a new resource, or the result of biological interactions (competition, predation). Phylogenetic analyses show that none of these hypotheses propose clear alternatives on cave life evolution. Moreover most of their a priori statements cannot easily be falsified. Circumstances that probably attended and influenced the adoption and development of the parasitic habit amongst the Nematoda are examined. Features that allowed early terrestrial nematodes to exploit discontinuous habitats such as decomposing organic matter, are considered to have been advantageous to microbivorous Secernentea that became parasites of animals and plants. This development followed the appearance of a land flora and that the Amphibia were the first vertebrate hosts of nematodes. Life cycles involving intermediate hosts were essential in drier environments and in aquatic ones where intermediate hosts preserve the infective stages; keeps them “in circulation”, and makes them attractive to predators. It is concluded that the parasitic habit was adopted repeatedly in both Secernentea and Adenophorea, though the latter did not diversify as much. Convergence is a common feature of nematode evolution, and the typical life history pattern of 5 stadia separated by 4 moults is often greatly modified by suppression, extension and diversification of stages and their roles. There is a need to examine the nematodes, especially of invertebrates in the remaining rain forests of Gondwanaland before they disappear.  相似文献
