基于广西北部湾经济区4城市940位受访者的问卷调查结果,采用 logit模型对这些受访者保护滨海优良生态环境的最大支付意愿(WTP)和接受的最小赔偿意愿(WTA)进行了测算,其结果显示:5年内的WTP期望值为450.17元 a-1-1, WTA期望值为5772.71元 a-1-1,WTA/WTP比值为12.8倍,表现出非常明显的非对称性特征,但基本符合国内外在该领域的实证结果。通过对同一受访者支付意愿和接受赔偿意愿的交叉分析,可知WTP和WTA同时不为0的受访者有276人,占总抽样人次的29.4%,其WTA/WTP比值为12.54,与logit模型测算的WTA/WTP比值非常接近,从一侧面更准确地反映了这一群体对环境物品估值的差异性,同时也可反映logit模型测算的可靠性。基于行为经济学的前景理论分析,发现研究中的受访者存在厌恶损失效应、框架效应和对预期不确定风险的规避行为,同时受访者还存在明显的搭便车行为。通过对受访者的情境因素分析,发现其中2个情境因素对受访者选择WTP和WTA具有较大影响,主要表现为惩罚效应,尤其是经济收入满意度情境因素对受访者的经济行为影响显著,而另3个情境因素未表现出有规律性的影响。  相似文献

条件价值评估法(CVM)是评估资源、环境物品及服务价值最广泛的方法.支付意愿(WTP)的引导技术是CVM研究的重要手段.对WTP引导技术的研究是提高CVM评价可靠性和有效性的重要途径.本文以三江平原生态旅游水资源的非使用价值为评价对象,分别运用支付卡式、单边界二分式和双边界二分式3种WTP引导技术对其进行综合评价,并对3种引导方式进行对比分析.结果表明: 支付卡式、单边界二分式及双边界二分式中的社会经济属性对支付意愿的影响关系一致,其中,变量投标值、年龄、受教育程度、年收入以及关心程度对支付意愿的影响显著,变量性别和职业对支付意愿的影响不显著.支付卡式的WTP为每人112.46元,其次是单边界二分式(136.15元),双边界二分式问卷的WTP为每人168.74元.综合考虑调查对象的性质、调查成本以及统计技术等,双边界二分式的结果(47.86×108元·a-1)最符合实际,可作为三江平原生态旅游水资源的非使用经济价值.不同WTP引导方式对支付意愿的影响很大,为提高问卷有效性,合理选择调查问卷类型至关重要.

基于二分式CVM视角,剖析不同样本方案下各投标值子样本量对耕地保护外部性测度结果精度的影响,有助于耕地保护补偿机制的科学制定。结果表明:(1)二分式CVM不同样本方案的总样本量及各投标值的子样本量与研究结果的精度影响密切,在其他条件一定的前提下,样本方案投标值子样本量的增加或减少,双边界二分式WTP估值结果较单边界二分式WTP估值结果更敏感;(2)当各投标值子样本量大于30份时,对双边界二分式居民耕地保护支付意愿WTP估计值的影响越来越小,且WTP估计值逐渐趋于稳定;(3)在二分式CVM研究中,当以WTP估值结果为参考值时,其各投标值子样本量至少应大于30份,双边界二分式引导技术下估计量的统计效率相对较高,此条件下耕地保护外部性区间值可作为相关部门制定焦作市耕地保护经济补偿标准的参考依据。  相似文献

城市河流具有特殊的景观生态学意义,并能提供重要的生态系统服务,其价值逐渐受到社会各界的广泛关注。以全国河道治理的样板工程——上海浦东张家浜综合整治为例,采用条件价值评估法(CVM),共回收507份有效二分式CVM调查问卷,研究了城市河流生态系统服务改善的支付意愿及其总经济价值,同时也重点对二分式CVM研究中的相关问题如问卷设计、偏差分析和CVM可靠性与有效性的计量经济学验证过程等进行了适量探讨。二分式CVM研究表明(1)张家浜生态系统服务改善的平均支付意愿为1289.08元/(a·户),张家浜作为一条城市河流在未来3a内每年为浦东新区提供的生态系统服务价值为RMB6.34亿元。这与国际上的研究结论在数量级上是接近的,但与国内研究结果相比明显较高,应与研究区域的经济水平差异有关。(2)二分式CVM问卷投标数额的设计较好地界定了支付意愿的范围和分布形态,支付意愿平均值具有较高的统计效率,问卷的设计调查过程较好地控制了CVM研究中一些常见的偏差。(3)收入、学历、捐款经历、环境态度等社会经济信息变量对支付意愿具有显著的影响水平,符合经济学理论,CVM的可靠性得到较好的验证。(4)58.10%的非张家浜沿线居民对张家浜生态系统服务的改善和保护具有正支付意愿,城市河流的非使用价值(存在价值)得到了良好体现,显示了条件价值评估法在估算生态系统服务非使用价值的有效性。  相似文献

基于条件价值法(CVM)开展了三亚海域海洋保护区生态系统多样性和重要海洋物种多样性的维持服务价值评估。于2014年12月通过面对面调研的形式对三亚当地城镇居民进行问卷调查,建立了支付意愿(WTP)多元线性回归方程,再将此回归模型推广到海南全省城镇居民,从而评估了三亚海域海洋保护区生态系统多样性和重要海洋物种多样性的维持服务价值;同时也对CVM研究中的相关问题如问卷设计、偏差分析和CVM的可靠性与有效性等进行了验证和探讨。研究结果表明:(1)2014年三亚海域海洋保护区生态系统多样性及重要海洋物种多样性的维持服务总价值分别为3.734亿元和4.442亿元。(2)受教育程度和家庭人均年收入等社会经济信息变量对支付意愿具有显著的影响水平,符合经济学理论。(3) CVM作为陈述偏好性价值评估方法,评估结果受偏差的影响较大。为了尽可能减小偏差,需要从问卷的设计、调查员筛选培训、调查方式和被调查者等诸多方面严格把关。(4) CVM问卷支付数额的设计较好地界定了支付意愿的范围和分布形态,支付意愿具有较高的统计效率,CVM的可靠性得到较好的验证,显示了CVM评估法在估算生态系统服务非使用价值的有效性。鉴于居民的学历和收入在短时间内很难得到提升,建议相关海洋管理部门加强对三亚海域海洋保护区和海洋生物多样性的宣传教育,增强居民对三亚海洋保护区和海洋珍稀濒危生物的认知及保护意识。  相似文献

在WTP距离衰减性研究基础上,将菲什拜因理论与条件价值法相结合,假设个人对于物品的认知在空间上并不是均衡分布的,不同空间内的受访者的支付意愿存在差异,以三江平原湿地生态系统为应用对象,将样本分为核心区、辐射区、外围区,采用双边界二分式CVM,探讨受访者对三江平原湿地生态环境保护的支付意愿水平及支付意愿的影响因素,建立基于居民生态认知的支付意愿空间分异模型。计算得到核心区、辐射区、外围区居民平均支付意愿分别为142.23元人-1a-1、105.01元人-1a-1、77.62元/人,总体呈递减趋势,验证了距离、认知和WTP之间相关性。研究结果表明,通过空间视角将居民的认知程度纳入支付意愿的计算,能提高CVM在环境价值评估应用中的有效性及可靠性。研究结论将为政府相关政策的制定和决策提供参考依据。  相似文献

非使用价值是生态系统的内在属性,科学合理地评价该价值对生态资源管理和合理配置具有重要意义.本文运用条件价值法(CVM法),通过调查北京市居民的支付意愿,定量评估北京市湿地生态系统的非使用价值.采用分区方式,根据分区的人口数确定发放调查问卷的数量,于2008年10月分别在城区和郊区随机发放600份和300份调查问卷.采用修正的单纯随机抽样统计分析模型,提出以家庭作为抽样统计单位的思想,分别对两分区反馈回的调查问卷进行统计分析,得到北京市湿地生态系统非使用价值的评估总值为每年2.65亿元,其中城区为每年1.99亿元,郊区为每年0.66亿元.分析社会特征与支付意愿和WTP值的相关性得出:教育程度和年龄是影响支付意愿和WTP值的主要因素;月收入在城区样本中对支付意愿和WTP值的影响很小,而在郊区样本中的影响则相当显著;性别对支付意愿和WTP值的影响不大.  相似文献

双边界二分式条件价值评估法是当前广泛应用于评估生态环境和自然资源价值的陈述偏好法。为了研究双边界二分式CVM中,不同分布中初始投标值数量及样本容量对WTP的影响,应用蒙特卡洛模拟和支付意愿函数模型相结合的方法,用概率分位数设计投标值,分别选择数据来源不同的Weibull分布和对数Logistic分布,动态模拟不同初始投标值数量和样本容量对WTP期望值产生的影响。模拟结果表明,对不同的WTP概率分布,初始投标值数量和样本容量对WTP的影响趋势是一致的,当初始投标值数量和样本容量分别大于5和500时,初始投标值数量和样本容量的增加,对WTP估计值的影响程度越来越小。研究结果表明,在二分式CVM研究中,当以WTP期望为代表值时,其初始投标值数量和样本容量至少为5和500。研究结论为二分式CVM问卷设计中投标值数量及样本容量的设定提供参考依据。  相似文献

以当前国际上流行的衡量环境物品经济价值的重要方法——条件价值评估法 ( CVM) ,针对黑河流域张掖地区生态系统恶化的现状 ,以支付卡的方法设计了 70 0份调查问卷 ,调查了黑河流域居民对恢复张掖地区生态系统服务的支付意愿 ( WTP)。结果表明 ,黑河流域 96 .6 %的居民家庭对恢复张掖地区生态系统服务存在支付意愿。对支付卡数据的非参数估计结果表明 ,黑河流域居民家庭对恢复张掖地区生态系统服务的平均最大支付意愿每户每年在 4 5 .9~ 6 8.3元之间。支付卡数据的参数估计分析表明 ,黑河流域居民家庭对恢复张掖地区生态系统服务的平均最大支付意愿每户每年为5 3.35元。按黑河流域现有家庭数量计算 ,恢复张掖地区生态系统服务的经济效益每年至少在 2 2 4 6 .2 8× 1 0 4 元以上。由于恢复张掖地区生态系统服务具有巨大的正外部效应 ,因此 ,仅就黑河流域居民家庭数量估计的恢复张掖地区生态系统服务的经济价值 ,只是对恢复张掖地区生态系统服务的经济价值的最低估价  相似文献

陈述性偏好法是当前用于评估环境物品非市场价值的主要方法,包括条件价值评估法(CVM)和选择实验(CE).本文利用陈述性偏好法对三江平原湿地的生态保护价值进行评估,基于随机效用理论构建陈述性偏好方法的支付意愿评价模型,求出基于CVM与CE的三江平原湿地生态保护价值的支付意愿(WTP).结果表明: 基于CE的平均支付意愿为每年379元,不同选择属性的边际支付意愿分别是水源涵养为每年114.00元,湿地面积为每年72.55元,自然景观为每年59.55元,生物多样性为每年37.09元;CVM的平均支付意愿为每年134元.分析支付意愿的影响因素,并对受访者拒绝支付原因进行探讨.CE方法得到受访者的支付意愿显著高于CVM方法,社会经济属性中受教育程度和个人平均年收入与受访者的支付意愿呈显著正相关,而拒绝支付原因没有显著差异.CE可以进行多属性、多水平分析,求出湿地各选择属性的支付意愿,因此CE比CVM更能揭示受访者的偏好信息,其评估结果更接近于实际.  相似文献

We developed a novel method to coat living non-genetically modified (GM) cells with functional recombinant proteins. First, we prepared GM yeast to secrete constructed proteins that have two domains: a functional domain and a binding domain that recognizes other cells. Second, we cocultivated GM and non-GM yeasts that share and coutilize the medium containing recombinant proteins produced by GM yeasts using a filter-membrane-separated cultivation reactor. We confirmed that GM yeast secreted enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) fusion proteins to culture medium. After cocultivation, EGFP fusion proteins produced by GM yeast were targeted to non-GM yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY4741ΔCYC8 strain) cell surface. Yeast cell-surface engineering is a useful method that enables the coating of GM yeast cell surface with recombinant proteins to produce highly stable and accumulated protein particles. The results of this study suggest that development of cell-surface engineering from GM organisms (GMOs) to living non-GMOs by our novel cocultivation method is possible.  相似文献

用改进的离体连续快速称重法对刺儿菜(Cirsiumsegetum)、苦苣(Sonchusoleraceus)、猪毛蒿(Artemisiascoparia)、长芒草(Stipabungeana)和二裂委陵菜(Potentillabifurca)的蒸腾速率进行了测定,表明二裂委陵菜的蒸腾速率最高、刺儿菜最低,其它处于中间水平。3年退耕地的日蒸腾量远小于裸地的土面蒸发量,群落蒸散量达到0.13~0.64cm·m-2·d-1。  相似文献

生态足迹是测定人类活动的资源消费需求,判明自然资产是否被过度利用的有效工具。介绍了生态足迹的基本概念和模型,简单分析基本模型存在的主要缺陷和争论,重点解析了近年来生态足迹模型在参数调整、项目计算、账户扩展等方面的演变和修正。介绍生态足迹研究的传统方法:综合法和组分法,评述了生命周期评价,基于投入产出分析,三维模型,净初级生产力,能值理论,时序分析等的方法改进。对未来的研究方向提出自己的看法,期望对我国的生态足迹研究有一定的启示作用。  相似文献

Recent cloning efforts have identified hundreds of thousands of small RNAs including micro RNAs (miRNAs), Piwi-interacting RNAs (piRNAs), and small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs). These non-coding small RNAs need to be further validated and characterized by detecting and quantifying their expression in different tissues and during different developmental courses. 采用新型常压室温等离子体(ARTP)诱变活跃链霉菌(Streptomyces actuosu),并应用抑菌圈和48孔板培养方法高通量筛选高产那西肽菌株。研究表明抑菌圈径的大小与48孔板效价之间以及48孔板效价与摇瓶效价之间均有较好的相关性,系数R分别达到0.534和0.896。通过多轮ARTP诱变及高通量筛选最终获得了3株相对效价提高50%以上的遗传性能稳定的突变株。ARTP诱变技术作为获得那西肽高产菌株的有效途径,与传统摇瓶发酵筛选相比,48孔板及抑菌圈法能显著提高那西肽高产菌株的筛选效率。  相似文献

Intention, Goal, Scope, Background  BASF has developed the tool of eco-efficiency analysis to address not only strategic issues, but also issues posed by the marketplace, politics and research. It was a goal to develop a tool for decision-making processes which is useful for a lot of applications in chemistry and other industries. Objectives. The objectives were the development of a common tool, which is usable in a simple way by LCA-experts and understandable by a lot of people without any experience in this field. The results should be shown in such a way that complex studies are understandable in one view. Methods  The method belongs to the rules of ISO 14040 ff. Beyond these life cycle aspect costs, calculations are added and summarized together with the ecological results to establish an eco-efficiency portfolio. Results and Discussion  The results of the studies are shown in a simple way, the eco-efficiency portfolio. Therefore, ecological data are summarized in a special way as described in this paper. It could be shown that the weighting factors, which are used in our method, have a negligible impact on the results. In most cases, the input data have an important impact on the results of the study. Conclusions. It could be shown that the newly developed eco-efficiency analysis is a new tool, which is usable for a lot of problems in decision-making processes. It is a tool which compares different alternatives of a defined customer benefit over the whole life cycle. Recommendations and Outlook  This new method can be a helpful tool in different fields of the evaluation of product or process alternatives. It can be used in research and development as well as in the optimization of customer processes and products. Methods for establishing biodiversity conservation priorities are urgently required, as the number of species and habitats that are threatened increases relative to the material resources available for their conservation. The identification of priority areas demands the integration of biophysical data on ecosystems together with social data on human pressures and planning opportunities. But comprehensive and reliable data are rarely available to demarcate where the need for action is most urgent and where the benefits of conservation strategies can be maximized. Strategic conservation initiatives cannot wait for the creation of comprehensive databases. In order to fill the missing data gaps, the combined knowledge of local and technical experts can be used. This study presents a collaborative geographic information system (GIS) method for integrating the knowledge of local and technical experts with existing spatial environmental data to establish priority areas for biodiversity conservation. Procedures for structuring and framing the discussions, establishing assessment criteria, integrating knowledge with data, and building consensus are incorporated into the method. The method provides a novel cooperative mechanism to aid spatial knowledge management and inclusive biodiversity planning.  相似文献

A chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) was compared to an ultraperformance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectroscopy (UPLC‐MS/MS) procedure for the analysis of zeranol and its metabolites in bovine tissue samples. Apparent recoveries from fortified samples by both methods were comparable at 0.5–4.0 µg/kg and a significant correlation was obtained. For CLEIA analysis, hapten mimicking the analyte was first synthesized and conjugated with the carrier protein bovine serum albumin as the immunogen to produce monoclonal antibody. The obtained antibody showed extensive cross‐reactivity toward zeranol metabolites (zearalanone). The limit of detection of CLEIA and UPLC‐MS/MS was 0.05 µg/kg and 0.5 µg/kg, respectively. Recoveries of both methods for fortified samples were higher than 75.0% with the coefficient of variation less than 15%. These results indicated that the combination of screening with CLEIA and confirmation with UPLC‐MS/MS for zeranol and its metabolites would be a reliable method for a large number of bovine samples. A universal method allowing simultaneous extraction and analysis of diverse ultraviolet-B-absorbing compounds belonging to mycosporines and mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs) is presented. Mycosporines and MAAs are found both in prokaryotes and eukaryotes and possess photoprotective properties. Our method was successfully tested by screening 31 cyanobacterial, 11 actinomycete and 45 fungal strains for their mycosporine and MAA content. The majority of the isolates tested originated from subaerial rock surfaces and were inherently protected from excessive sun irradiation. The new method includes a solid-liquid extraction procedure, followed by a reversed phase liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry. Eight different mycosporines and five MAAs were efficiently separated and identified by their retention times, absorption maxima and fragmentation patterns. Mycosporines were found both in rock-inhabiting fungi and cyanobacteria and consequently may render an ecological marker of these peculiar terrestrial environments.  相似文献

Compounds capable of stimulating soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) activity might become important new tools to treat hypertension. While rational design of these drugs would be aided by elucidation of the sGC three-dimensional structure and molecular mechanism of activation, such efforts also require quantities of high quality enzyme that are challenging to produce. We implemented the titerless infected-cells preservation and scale-up (TIPS) methodology to express the heterodimeric sGC. In the TIPS method, small-scale insect cell cultures were first incubated with a recombinant baculovirus which replicated in the cells. The baculovirus-infected insect cells (BIIC) were harvested and frozen prior to cell lysis and the subsequent escape of the newly replicated virus into the culture supernatant. Thawed BIIC stocks were ultimately used for subsequent scale up. As little as 1 mL of BIIC was needed to infect a 100-L insect cell culture, in contrast to the usual 1 L of high-titer, virus stock supernatants. The TIPS method eliminates the need and protracted time for titering virus supernatants, and provides stable, concentrated storage of recombinant baculovirus in the form of infected cells. The latter is particularly advantageous for virus stocks which are unstable, such as those for sGC, and provides a highly efficient alternative for baculovirus storage and expression. The TIPS process enabled efficient scale up to 100-L batches, each producing about 200 mg of active sGC. Careful adjustment of expression culture conditions over the course of several 100-L runs provided uniform starting titers, specific activity, and composition of contaminating proteins that facilitated development of a process that reproducibly yielded highly active, purified sGC.  相似文献
