外源精胺对水分胁迫下小麦幼苗保护酶活性的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过营养液培养试验,研究了水分胁迫下外源精胺(Spm)对抗旱性不同的小麦品种幼苗叶片质膜相对透性及保护酶活性的影响.结果表明:水分胁迫下,小麦叶片的质膜相对透性、M DA含量增加、SOD、CAT和POD活性上升,外源精胺处理可延缓水分胁迫下小麦叶片质膜相对透性和M DA含量上升,提高了SOD、CAT、POD酶活性的上升幅度;并且对抗旱性弱的品种保护酶活性增幅高于抗旱性强的品种.因此,外源精胺处理对抗旱性弱的品种缓解水分胁迫作用大于抗旱性强的品种.  相似文献

薏苡种质资源萌发期抗旱性鉴定及抗旱指标筛选   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
干旱是影响薏苡生产的主要因素之一,鉴定薏苡种质资源的抗旱性,筛选抗旱指标,培育抗旱品种,对薏苡产业的发展具有重要意义。本研究首先以抗旱性不同的6份薏苡种质为材料,通过调查5个不同浓度的PEG-6000水溶液模拟干旱胁迫下的发芽率,确定了薏苡萌发期模拟干旱胁迫的最适PEG-6000水溶液渗透势为-0.1 MPa。然后以-0.1 MPa的PEG-6000水溶液模拟干旱胁迫,探讨50份薏苡种质发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数、芽长、芽粗、芽鲜重、芽干重、根长、根粗、根鲜重和根干重的变化,利用综合评价法对50份薏苡种质进行萌发期抗旱性鉴定及抗旱指标筛选。结果表明,干旱胁迫对薏苡萌发期各指标均有极显著影响。筛选出萌发期抗旱性强的薏苡种质分别为yy18-1、yy14-3和yy13-1,可为薏苡抗旱育种、抗旱机理及干旱调控缓解机制的研究提供基础材料。芽长、芽干重、根长、根鲜重和根干重可作为薏苡种质资源萌发期简单、直观的抗旱性评价指标。  相似文献

干旱胁迫对不同烤烟品种根系生长和生理特性的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以抗旱型烤烟品种‘农大202'及一般型烤烟品种‘NC89'和‘K326'为材料,采用盆栽试验研究了干旱胁迫对根系生长和生理特性的影响,以明确各烟草品种的抗旱能力及其与根系生长和生理特性的关系.结果显示:严重干旱胁迫之后各烤烟品种根系鲜重、干重上升,而根系活力、根系吸收面积以及根系SOD和POD活性等根系生理指标则呈下降趋势.在干旱胁迫条件下,‘农大202'的根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积、根系活力、SOD活性和POD活性均显著高于两对照品种‘NC89'和‘K326',但其根系鲜重和干重等生物量并不具有太大的优势.研究表明,烟草的根系生长和生理特性对环境水分条件的响应存在明显的基因型差异;在干旱胁迫条件下, ‘农大202'根系能保持较高总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积、根系活力和保护酶活性,是其具有较强抗旱性的生理基础.  相似文献

PEG模拟干旱条件下红花种子萌发特性的比较研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探讨研究红花芽期抗旱性的最佳模拟条件,并筛选鉴定红花芽期抗旱指标,以2份红花材料PI305192和PI401472种子为供试材料,采用6种不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫处理,运用主成分分析法对多指标予以鉴定筛选。结果表明,对红花12个指标进行测定分析,发现浓度20%的PEG-6000可作为研究红花芽期抗旱性的最佳模拟条件,且在5%~25%PEG处理下,红花种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长、芽长、总长、芽鲜重、根鲜重和总鲜重等均随着胁迫强度的增加呈明显的下降趋势;而脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量随着浓度增加呈增加趋势。主成分分析结果表明,发芽率、发芽势、丙二醛含量、总长和总鲜重等5个指标可作为红花芽期抗旱鉴定筛选的主要指标。  相似文献

玉米根、叶质膜透性和叶片水分对土壤干旱胁迫的反应   总被引:26,自引:7,他引:19  
利用大型活动式防雨旱棚 ,人工控制不同土壤含水量 ,全生育期系统研究了轻度及严重土壤干旱胁迫对夏玉米根系活力、叶片相对含水量、离体叶片保水力和根、叶质膜透性的影响 .结果表明 :土壤干旱胁迫下 ,玉米叶片相对含水量下降、离体叶片保水力降低 ;叶片及根系质膜透性上升 ,并且根的质膜透性比叶片上升快 ,根系活力下降 ;在干旱胁迫下 ,根系、叶片质膜透性与叶片相对含水量呈负相关 ,而根系、叶片质膜透性与离体叶片保水力呈显著正相关 ,根系膜透性与叶片膜透性也呈显著正相关 ,维持根系活力与保持较高的叶片含水量有密切关系 .另外 ,由于严重水分胁迫处理的上述特性和充分供水处理差异显著 ,而轻度胁迫和充分供水不显著 ,因此可以认为轻度水分胁迫 ,即土壤含水量为田间持水量的 6 0± 5 %为夏玉米正常生长发育的下限指标 ,可作为制定节水栽培措施的理论依据 .  相似文献

谷子全生育期抗旱性鉴定及抗旱指标筛选   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
作物全生育期抗旱性对发掘和利用抗旱品种和抗旱基因至关重要,但谷子全生育期抗旱鉴定至今未有报道,抗旱鉴定缺乏鉴定指标。本试验在干旱池模拟干旱条件下,对苗期抗旱性表现不同的谷子品种进行了全生育期抗旱性研究,调查分析了根干重等形态和生理性状在干旱胁迫条件下的变化;采用相关和灰色关联度等方法,分析这些指标与抗旱性(DRI)的关系。结果表明,相对根冠比、相对单穗粒重和灌浆期光合速率、蒸腾速率同抗旱性表现极显著相关,可以作为谷子全生育期抗旱性鉴定的指标;而相对根干重、相对单穗重、相对株高和气孔导度则可以作为谷子全生育期抗旱性鉴定的参考指标;在供试的品种中,红根谷和大齐头白表现了良好的综合抗旱性。本文还讨论了抗旱性的复杂性以及不同性状对干旱胁迫的反应,所建立的指标对谷子全生育期抗旱鉴定具有指导意义。  相似文献

以4个抗旱性不同的烤烟品种(系)为材料,采用盆栽试验测定了它们在干旱胁迫条件下的生物量以及叶片相对含水量、保水力、净光合速率、脱落酸含量等生理指标,并用隶属函数法对它们的抗旱性进行综合评价,以探讨烤烟的抗旱生理机制.结果表明:在干旱胁迫条件下,各品种烟株的鲜、干重积累量、叶片相对含水量及净光合速率均下降,但'豫烟6号'和'农大202'降幅相对较小;各品种烟株的丙二醛和脱落酸含量在干旱胁迫下均显著增加,且脱落酸含量以'豫烟6号'的增加量最大,'NC89'最小,丙二醛含量以'NC89'增加量最大,'农大202'和'豫烟6号'相对较小;'豫烟6号'在干旱胁迫下的叶片保水能力极限著差高于'K326'、'NC89'; 隶属函数法综合分析结果显示,'豫烟6号'的抗旱性最强,'农大202'次之,'NC89'最差.研究发现,各烟草品种的植株形态和生理指标在干旱条件下存在明显的差异,抗旱性强的品种表现出较高的叶片保水力、净光合速率、生物量和脱落酸含量,以及较低的丙二醛含量,且除脱落酸含量外大多指标的升降幅度较小.  相似文献

PEG-6000胁迫下裸燕麦萌发期抗旱性鉴定与评价   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
以17个裸燕麦品种为试材,测定了20%PEG-6000水溶液模拟干旱胁迫下各品种的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数等11个鉴定指标。以鉴定指标的相对值为抗旱性评价指标,在主成分分析的基础上,利用加权隶属函数法对供试裸燕麦品种的抗旱性进行了综合评价,然后对不同鉴定指标在抗旱性评价中的作用进行了比较分析。结果表明:不同裸燕麦品种的抗旱性可由不同鉴定指标来体现;鉴定指标中的种子活力指数(VI)受干旱胁迫的影响最大,并与萌发期抗旱性的关系最为密切,可用于裸燕麦种质萌发期抗旱性的快速或初步鉴定;通过测定发芽率、平均发芽速度、最长初生根长、初生根总长、胚芽鞘长、种子活力指数,可有效预测裸燕麦品种萌发期的抗旱性;通过比较供试品种的抗旱性综合评价值(D值),筛选出N-C33Ⅳ-45-16、grosse和高千四号3个抗旱性较强的裸燕麦品种,可用于抗旱栽培或抗旱育种。  相似文献

在遮雨网室选用抗旱性较强的农城椒二号和抗旱性较弱的陕蔬2001,研究辣椒在轻度、中度和重度干旱胁迫下不同时间的生长、产量、渗透调节物质、保护酶活性的变化规律及其生理调节机制。结果表明:随干旱胁迫时间的延长,辣椒的株高、分枝数、叶面积、单位面积产量、叶绿素含量和叶片相对含水量的抗旱系数呈下降趋势,下降速率与干旱胁迫程度呈正相关,与品种的抗旱性呈负相关;脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性相对值随干旱胁迫时间的延长呈上升趋势;POD、SOD、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白相对值随着干旱胁迫时间的延长先升高后下降,抗旱性强的材料增加幅度低于抗旱性弱的材料;可溶性糖含量的相对值在轻度和中度干旱胁迫下呈上升趋势,在重度干旱胁迫下呈上升—下降趋势,且抗旱性强的材料上升速度大于抗旱性弱的材料。相关分析表明,干旱胁迫下,产量与株高、分枝数、叶片叶绿素含量、叶面积、叶片相对含水量抗旱系数呈显著正相关;与细胞膜透性、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白含量抗旱系数呈显著负相关。主成分分析表明,用作辣椒抗旱性鉴定的主要指标是单株产量、株高、叶面积、分枝数、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、MDA、叶绿素含量和细胞膜透性及叶片相对含水量,叶片POD、SOD、CAT活性、脯氨酸含量可做为辣椒抗旱性鉴定的次要鉴选指标。  相似文献

对干旱胁迫下5个烟草品种(系)丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性进行测定表明,随着干旱胁迫的不断加重,烟草叶片丙二醛含量呈现先升后降的趋势,而细胞膜透性则表现为持续升高;复水后细胞膜透性能很快恢复正常,而丙二醛含量需要较长时间才略有恢复。细胞膜透性反应了烟草受干旱胁迫的程度,而丙二醛含量的稳定对烟草的抗旱性有重要意义。  相似文献

Effects of Tobacco Cyst Nematode on Growth of Flue-cured Tobacco   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The effects of infection by tobacco cyst nematode (Globodera tabacum solanacearum) on growth of flue-cured tobacco cultivars NC 567 (resistant) and K 326 (susceptible) were evaluated in the field in 1993 and 1994. Infection by G. t. solanacearum suppressed number of leaves, plant height, and fresh weight of leaves and feeder roots. Correlations between weekly egg densities of G. t. solanacearum collected from soil and host growth during 11 weeks after transplanting (WAT) were often inconsistent between cultivars and years. However, consistent correlations were obtained between root weight and egg densities collected 9 WAT, as well as between leaf weight from susceptible K 326 and nematode egg densities 6 WAT. Leaf and feeder root weights were significantly correlated with the area under the curve for all nematodes per gram of feeder root for K 326 in 1993 and for both cultivars in 1994. Reduction in feeder root weight by G. t. solanacearum was similar for the resistant and susceptible cultivars. Reduction in fresh leaf weight by G. t. solanacearum was twice as great (P ≤ 0.07) for K 326 as for NC 567 in 1994. Incorporating nematode resistance into germplasm possessing improved yield and quality traits should produce cultivars more acceptable to growers.  相似文献

为研究不同类型胡麻种质萌发期抗旱性表现,以筛选抗旱品种,为抗旱育种提供科技支撑。本研究采用不同浓度的PEG-6000高渗溶液模拟干旱胁迫的方法,对定亚17、陇亚8号和2011621080进行渗透胁迫试验,筛选适宜浓度的PEG-6000溶液。对161份不同类型的胡麻种质在萌发期进行渗透胁迫试验,考查与抗旱性相关的5个性状,并运用单项抗旱系数、综合抗旱系数、隶属函数和灰色关联度相结合的方法对种质资源的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,不同浓度PEG-6000胁迫对胡麻种质的萌发均有影响,当PEG-6000的浓度在18%时,各种指标的抑制作用均显著加强,因此本研究选用18%的PEG-6000浓度模拟干旱胁迫试验;PEG-6000胁迫降低了161份胡麻种质资源的相对发芽率,抑制了幼芽的生长,种质间表现出较大差异。根据抗旱性量度值将供试种质划为5级,其中1级抗旱型2份、2级15份、3级28份、4级82份、5级34份;供试种质的抗旱性强弱与地理来源息息相关。试验结果说明选择多个性状,综合评价胡麻萌发期抗旱性是可行且准确的。  相似文献

Effects of the systemic acquired resistance (SAR)-inducing compound acibenzolar-S-methyl (ASM) and the plant-growth promoting rhizobacterial mixture Bacillus subtilis A13 and B. amyloliquefaciens IN937a (GB99+GB122) were assessed on the reproduction of a tobacco cyst nematode (TCN- Globodera tabacum solanacearum) under greenhouse conditions. Two sets of two independent experiments were conducted, each involving soil or root sampling. Soil sample experiments included flue-cured tobacco cultivars with (Ph(p)+: NC71 and NC102) and without (Ph(p)-: K326 and K346) a gene (Ph(p)) suppressing TCN parasitism. Root sample experiments examined TCN root parasitism of NC71 and K326. Cultivars possessing the Ph(p) gene (Ph(p)+) were compared with Ph(p)- cultivars to assess the effects of resistance mediated via Ph(p) gene vs. induced resistance to TCN. GB99+GB122 consistently reduced nematode reproductive ratio on both Ph(p)+ and Ph(p)- cultivars, but similar effects of ASM across Ph(p)- cultivars were less consistent. In addition, ASM application resulted in leaf yellowing and reduced root weight. GB99+GB122 consistently reduced nematode development in roots of both Ph(p)+ and Ph(p)- cultivars, while similar effects of ASM were frequently less consistent. The results of this study indicate that GB99+GB122 consistently reduced TCN reproduction in all flue-cured tobacco cultivars tested, while the effects of ASM were only consistent in Ph(p)+ cultivars. Under most circumstances, GB99+GB122 suppressed nematode reproduction more consistently than ASM compared to the untreated control.  相似文献

Tobacco cyst nematode (Globodera tabacum solanacearum) isolates were collected from 11 locations in Virginia, 3 in North Carolina, and 1 in Maryland. Isolates from each location were maintained and increased on flue-cured tobacco, Nicotiana tabacum cv K326. Plants of flue-cured tobacco cultivars K326 (susceptible) and NC567 (resistant) were each inoculated with 6,000 G. t. solanacearum eggs/plant. Tests were conducted over one (6 weeks) or two (14 weeks) generations of the nematode. Shoot and root weights and the number of nematodes present within a 1-g subsample of feeder roots were recorded at completion of the tests. Nematode counts were categorized by nematode life stage (vermiform, swollen, pyriform, and adult). Although significant differences in nematode development were detected among isolates, differences were not consistent across experiments. Results indicate similar virulence among G. t. solanacearum isolates on resistant and susceptible flue-cured tobacco cultivars. Therefore, plant breeders may effectively use a single G. t. solanacearum isolate when screening tobacco germplasm for resistance.  相似文献

以烟草Nicotianatabacum抗旱品种NC82和干旱敏感品种云烟87幼苗为材料,利用PEG-6000对幼苗进行干旱胁迫处理,研究干旱胁迫对烟草不同品种Fv/Fm、SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量等生理生化指标及NtDEGP5基因表达的影响,为进一步开展NtDEGP5基因的功能研究提供依据。结果表明,干旱胁迫对烟苗的Fv/Fm、SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量有影响,随着干旱的持续,Fv/Fm呈逐渐下降趋势,POD、SOD活性和MDA含量呈先升高后降低的趋势;不同品种对干旱胁迫的响应有差异,在干旱胁迫0~9 h,云烟87幼苗的Fv/Fm降幅大于NC82,POD、SOD活性、MDA含量的增幅小于NC82,胁迫12h后与对照差异不显著。干旱胁迫下不同品种、不同器官间的Nt DEGP5基因表达有差异,云烟87幼苗根、茎、叶中的表达量均较低,NC82幼苗根中的表达量较低,但干旱胁迫9~12 h后叶和茎的表达量较高。NC82幼苗叶片NtDEGP5基因表达量与Fv/Fm、POD活性、MDA含量呈显著正相关。Fv/Fm、SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量可作为烟草苗期抗旱性评价指标,NtD...  相似文献

干旱影响水稻生长发育,不论什么时期发生最终都导致产量损失。研究水稻资源抗旱性有助于水稻抗旱改良和稳定干旱胁迫下水稻的产量。东乡普通野生稻被公认为是栽培稻的祖先,对增强水稻抗旱性可能十分重要。对4份来自3个仅存的居群的东乡野生稻与15份栽培稻进行苗期抗旱性比较,考察了3次重复的盆栽土培试验中8个抗旱指标。表明东乡普通野生稻比栽培稻更为抗旱,表现在最大根长、茎长、根干重、根鲜重、根干鲜重比及抗旱指数等6个性状,而不表现在根数及根茎长比;其中茎长、最长根长、根干重、根鲜重及根系相对含水量对水稻苗期抗旱性影响更大。采用抗旱指数和抗旱总级别值法对水稻抗旱性进行评定,结果表明4份东乡野生稻材料间的抗旱性存在很大差异,且来水桃树下居群的抗性最高,东乡野生稻抗旱性可能与其原生境状况有关。结果认为东乡普通野生稻可作为栽培稻抗旱改良的遗传资源。  相似文献

Root production of four cultivars of flue-cured tobacco was quantified in the field, greenhouse and phytotron. The cultivars ranged in level of partial resistance to the black shank pathogen, Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae, from susceptible to highly resistant. In the field, root-observation plates were installed approximately 10 cm from plants, and in greenhouse and phytotron studies, plants were grown in 4-liter containers with one sloping transparent side for root observation. Root growth was determined weekly for four weeks after transplanting in the field and daily up to 14 days after transplanting in the greenhouse and phytotron. Root tracings were made on acetate sheets placed against the sloping transparent side of the containers or against the transparent observation plates in the field following removal of soil from the outside of the observation plate. Root growth was quantified by retracing the root pattern on the acetate sheets over a digitizing tablet attached to a personal computer. Numbers of roots, root length, and mean and maximum rate of root growth were determined. Cultivars Hicks (susceptible) and K-326 (low level of resistance) had significantly larger root systems than moderately resistant G-28 or highly resistant NC 82. Differences in total root length were due to increased branching that resulted in development of significantly greater numbers of roots in Hicks and K-326. For example, between day 21 and 28, Hicks produced more than three times the number of new roots as NC 82 in the field. The mean rate of root extension observed (2.17 mm hr–1) was similar in all four cultivars. Infection efficiency on the different cultivars was determined in the field by inoculating roots with zoospores of P. p. nicotianae. Lesions were visible as water soaked areas within 24 hr of inoculation. At 48 hr after inoculation, percentages of inoculations that resulted in lesion formation were 57, 46, 23, and 16% for Hicks, K-326, G-28 and NC 82, respectively. The possible role of rooting intensity as a mechanism of avoidance to P. p. nicotianae in tobacco cultivars is discussed.  相似文献

采用盆栽法对6个菊花(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)品种幼苗的根系和地上部相关指标及叶片光合和气体交换参数进行了比较和相关性分析;并基于叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量4个生理生化指标,采用隶属函数法对不同菊花品种幼苗的抗旱性和耐热性进行了评价.结果表明:不同菊花品种间幼苗的根系和地上部相关指标及叶片光合和气体交换参数存在一定差异.相关性分析结果表明:根系的大多数相关指标与株高呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关,但与茎粗和单株叶数却没有显著相关性;并且,单株的根体积、根鲜质量和干质量与单株地上部鲜质量呈极显著正相关(相关系数分别为0.598、0.642和0.599),与单株地上部干质量呈极显著或显著正相关(相关系数分别为0.736、0.606和0.553).主根长与净光合速率和蒸腾速率,平均根长与水分利用效率及单株根鲜质量与蒸腾速率呈显著正相关(相关系数分别为0.475、0.517、0.570和0.477);单株根干质量与蒸腾速率及根系活力与净光合速率和水分利用效率呈极显著正相关(相关系数分别为0.641、0.877和0.814).抗逆性评价结果表明:品种'南农红霞'('Nannong Hongxia')、'大白托桂'('Qx073')和'天使'('Angelina')的平均隶属函数值分别为0.93、0.93和0.72,据此判断这3个菊花品种的抗旱性最强;品种'馒头菊'('Cayman')和'南农红霞'的平均隶属函数值分别为0.82和0.70,据此判断这2个菊花品种的耐热性最强.综上所述,不同菊花品种幼苗的根系相关指标差异明显,并且根系生长状况能够影响地上部的生长和发育,品种'南农红霞'的抗旱性和耐热性均很强,具有较高的抗性育种价值.  相似文献
