There are the results of experimental research of the change of membranes' conditions under the action of gamma-radiation using the method of following membranes' electroporation of the accurate impulse of the electrical field for the analysis of defects after the action of gamma-radiation. As of the research material the suspension of erythrocytes was used. It was shown that the velocity of decreasing of the erythrocytes in the case of combined action of gamma-radiation and the impulse of the electrical field is more than the sum of such velocities in the case of the action of the factors separately. The method of the electroporation of the accurate impulse of the electircal field is obvious for the practicaland the analytical research of membranes' defects.  相似文献

A possibility of correlative formation in ontogenesis of central mechanisms of stereognosis and speech function is considered in the paper by example of comparison of changes in spatial organization of interregional interaction of various cortex areas in children of three ages (5-6, 7-8 and 9-10 years) and in adult examinees during their performances of stereognostical, verbal-mnestical and motor manual activity (tepping-test). With age dynamics of children there is observed a significant increase of the degree of similarity of the spatial structure of EEG interrelations characteristic of periods of performance of stereognostical test with patterns of changes of the EEG distant connections revealed at performance of speech tasks. In turn, the similarity of patterns of interregional EEG relations characteristic of stereognostical tasks with the patterns revealed at the periods of performance of the tepping-test is not increased with age. On the whole, the obtained data allow believing that with increase of children's age there rises the degree of topological similarity of the spatial structure of systemic interactions of the cortex zones, on which there are "supported" processes of realization of stereognostical and speech functions. Progressing increase with children's age of the degree of similarity of distributive organization of neurophysiological mechanisms of central provision of the speech and stereognosis functions can indicate in favor of concept of correlative formation of these higher psychical functions in postnatal ontogenesis. The obtained results show that the correlative interfunctional interactions promoting progressive development of cognitive functions in the child ontogenesis can be realized through long fiber associated and commissural pathways composing the morphofunctional longitudinal-transversal "skeleton" ofneocortex in the close interaction with thalamo-cortical integrative systems.  相似文献

The pathways of transformation of the chromophore of pigment-protein complexes have been studied at the terminal light-dependent stage of chlorophyll biosynthesis in plant leaves. The overall scheme of the sequence of photochemical and dark reactions of the pigment chromophore initiated by the reaction of photochemical hydration of a molecule of the precursor (protochlorophyllide) is presented. Schemes of the transformations of the components of the photoactive protochlorophyllide-oxidoreductase complex are discussed. Data are presented of features of the process at different stages of the formation of the pigment apparatus of plants.  相似文献

The variation of oocytes of initial phases of vitellogenesis in two forms of Baikal grayling Thymallus baicalensis was studied. The dependence of their diameter on the size-age indices of females, as well as differences in the sizes of oocytes between the studied forms, was established. Comparison of oocytes of identical forms of development revealed that oocytes of the white grayling during termination of the phase of cytoplasm vacuolization and at the beginning of the phase of yolk accumulation have a smaller diameter of the cell, of the nucleus, respectively, and of yolk granules and a greater, with respect to cell diameter, size of vacuoli. The revealed differences of morphological characteristics of oocytes of initial phases of vitellogenesis in combination with the well-known, stably smaller (by a factor of 1.5) size of mature eggs of the white Baikal grayling that matures at a later age at larger sizes indicate a profound adaptive diversification in the course of development of the reproductive system of both forms.  相似文献

In the article theoretical and application development of one of postulates of the Anokhin's theory of functional systems--the principle of multiparametric interaction is attempted in study of singularities of intersystem relationships of a number of leading functional homeostatic systems in a developing adolescent's organism living in radioecological unfavorable conditions and during rehabilitational procedures with application of interval dosed normobaric hypoxia. On the basis of a dynamic research of parameters cardiorespiratory and vegetative-humoral homeostasis is established, that the acclimatization of a children's organism to the factors of ecological and social risk in regions under small doses of radionuclides contamination is exhibited in reorganization of multiparametric relations of functional systems: a) increase of "rigidity" of intrasystem links separate cardiovascular effectors, b) of maximum activation sympathetic, pituitary-adrenal and pituitary-thyroid axes of a system stress-response, c) lack of intersystem consolidation of cardiorespiratory functional systems at a level of useful adaptive results. Thus character of interaction of homeostatic functional systems, their stability depend on personal combination of typological singularities in "the integral constitution" of the child-types of a vegetative regulation, somatic constitution, versions of emotional uneasiness. Principally important that it is revealed the capability of a correction in intersystem relations of homeostatic parameters, in particular, with the use of interval normobaric hypoxia of training (IHT). Hypoxic indorsements rendering the influence first of all through an exterior link of a functional system of breathing is carry on to recovery of integration of functional systems defining a homeostasis for children as at a level useful adaptive results. Thus the role initially high neurohumoral activity in achievement of best values cerebral, peripheral blood flow, lung ventilation is reduced, the contribution of separate effectors to security of physical functionality and aerobic capabilities of a children's organism "is equilibrated".  相似文献

Differences in the effect of volatile and gaseous metabolites of germinating pea seeds on the germination of spores of Mucor racemosus and macroconidia of Fusarium oxysporum are described. Germination of spores of M. racemosus was inhibited by seed metabolites whereas germination of macroconidia of F. oxysporum was stimulated during the first two days and inhibition occurred only after further two days of germination of the seeds. A pronounced inhibition of germination of spores of both micromycetes took place due to absorption of CO2 from volatile and gaseous metabolites. Absorption of some components of seed metabolites in a KMnO4 solution led to a decrease of the inhibitory effect on germination of spores of M. racemosus and stimulatory effect on germination of macroconidia of F. oxysporum.  相似文献

The obtained data show that the correlative interfunctional interactions promoting progressive development of cognitive functions in the child ontogenesis can be realized through the long association fibers and commissural pathways composing the morphofunctional longitudinal-transversal “skeleton” of neocortex in the close interaction with thalamo-cortical integrative systems.  相似文献

We have developed an imitation model of the appearance of regulation of physiological functions of protocell at the initial stages of evolution of living system. It is based on suggestion of the appearance of signal function in spontaneously formed products of partial hydrolysis of the protocell polypeptides, based on which there appear the regulatory molecules--quanta of regulation. For construction of the model, the mathematical apparatus of final automats and of genetic algorithm is used. The model has demonstrated the positive role of involvement of regulatory peptides in the system of regulation of protocell functions to provide its viability under the changing envelopment conditions.  相似文献

On the basis of the literary data the relative probabilities of the point mutations are evaluated in the proteins and in RNA's. The relative probabilities of the nonsense mutations are estimated. The probability of the nonsense mutation of the codon UGG (Trp) is especially high. The notion of the value of information is introduced as the measure of the irreplaceability of an element of a message. Using the data on replaceabilities of the amino-acidic residues the tentative values of information of the codons and of the amino-acidic residues are determined. The value, i.e. the irreplaceability of the information increases in the course of biological development. The increase of the summary value of the protein chain of cytochrome c in phylogenesis is shown. The increase of the value of information correlates with the increase of the entropy of a protein chain.  相似文献

To reveal character of interaction of catecholamines (CA) and NO in regulation of development and of the functional state of vasopressinergic (VP-ergic) neurons of supraoptic (SON) and paraventricular (PVN) nuclei, the female rats were injected intraperitoneally with the inhibitor of CA synthesis α-methyl-p-tyrosine, daily, from the 13th to the 20th days of pregnancy. Rat pups born by the females administered with saline at the same period of pregnancy as well as intact pups and adult rats were used as control. Expression of neuronal NO-synthase (nNOS) in neurons of SON and PVN of rat pups at early stages of postnatal development was found to be significantly higher than the definitive level, which allows suggesting participation of NO in development of hypothalamic VP-ergic neurons. The revealed differences of periods of the maximal nNOS expression in the SON and PVN neurons have permitted suggesting development of SON to be completed earlier than that of PVN. The pups exposed to stress at the last third of embryonic development had a long-lasting effect on the state of VP-ergic neurons of the pups after birth. The nNOS expression in neurons does not change, which suggests that NO is not involved in regulation of VP-ergic neurons after exposure to stress at early stages of ontogenesis. A decrease of CA level in the brain at the last third of embryogenesis led to a long preserved decrease of the functional activity of VP-ergic neurons. The nNOS expression in VP-ergic neurons of SON and PVN rose substantially under effect of a compensatory enhancement of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) expression in neurons of SON and of an increase of the level of CA-ergic innervation of PVN. Thus, we have shown that a decrease of CA level in the embryonic brain leads to an increase of nNOS expression of hypothalamic VP-ergic neurons of rat pups after birth and that the character of NO action on function of VP-ergic neurons does not differ from that of adult animals as soon as at early stages of ontogenesis.  相似文献

While the total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of blood plasma is mainly accounted for by urate, TAC of cell interior can be expected to depend more on other antioxidants, especially glutathione and protein -SH groups. We studied TAC of homogenates of several lines of cultured cells subjected to the action of thiol-modifying agents. Comparison of changes of TAC of the homogenates and of the level of total thiols (determined with a biradical spin label) demonstrates that alterations in cellular thiol content is the main determinant of changes of TAC of cell homogenates. These results show that estimation of TAC of cell extracts may be a useful parameter of assessment of oxidative stress, primarily of oxidation of thiol groups, yielding information different than TAC of body fluids.  相似文献

Cells of mouse spleen obtained 48 h after foster splenectomy, foster hepatectomy, resection of 2/3 of spleen or 36 h after resection of 2/3 of liver were introduced intravenously into partially hepatectomized (resection of 2/3 or 1/4 of liver) syngeneic recipients. Cells of regenerating spleen sharply inhibited the mitotic activity of cells of the recipient liver following resection of 1/4 of liver 48 h after the operation and introduction of cells. Inhibition proved to be dose-dependent: it became apparent when 30 million cells were introduced, increased at a dose of 60 million cells and remained at the same level at higher doses. Division of hepatocytes after resection of 1/4 of liver was inhibited by spleen cells taken in the donors 36 h after partial hepatectomy. Spleen cells of intact and pseudo-operated donors had no such ability. Introduction of 60 million of cells of the regenerating spleen and of the spleen of partially hepatectomized animals into recipients with resection of 2/3 of liver did not inhibit reliably the division of hepatocytes, thus indicating the dependence of inhibition on the level of suppressors in the organism. Resection of a major part of liver was accompanied by a greater decrease in the activity of endogenous suppressors which could not be recovered by the introduced cells. Inhibition of cell division by suppressors was not organ specific. Suppressors inhibited proliferation in liver irrespective of the site of operation.  相似文献

The influence of human interleukin-1 beta in different concentration on processes of postirradiation recovery of haemopoietic precursors (GM-CFC) and morphology of recognized elements of bone marrow were studied in long-term bone marrow cultures during 28 days after gamma-irradiation with a dose of 2 Gy. It was studied also the action of interleukin-1 beta on proliferation, the contents of GM-CFC and the induction of GM-CSF in non-irradiated cultures. It was shown that the injection of interleukin-1 beta increased proliferation and the content of GM-CFC and also raised an induction of GM-CSF in the non-irradiation cultures. The maximum increase of a level of GM-CSF, amount of GM-CFC and proliferation of GM-CFC was marked in 20 hours after the injection of cytokine. Under irradiation of long-term bone marrow cultures the maximum stimulation effect to recovery of GM-CFC, total number of myelocaryocytes and the content of immature and mature granulocytes were observed after the injection of interleukin-1 beta in concentration of 0.005 microgram/ml 20 hours prior to radiation exposure. The data of this report suggest that one of the mechanisms of radioprotective action of interleukin-1 beta apparently is connected with stimulation action on hematopoietic microenvironment cellular elements that causes the release of GM-CSF or/and other cytokines, and stimulation recovery of haemopoietic precursors.  相似文献

Analysis of the isotopic composition of tissues of representatives of zoobenthos and organic matter of seston have shown that the major part of carbon participating in the biological turnover in the ecosystem of the upper part of the Neva estuary is of terrestrial origin. Obviously, it is discharged from the lake drainage area to the Lake Ladoga–Neva–Neva estuary system. The results have revealed an important role in aquatic ecosystems of the humid zone of allochthonous humic substances creating a supplementary stock of nutrients and enhancing the productivity of ecosystems. Detailed investigations of the role of various forms of allochthonous organic compounds of terrestrial origin are necessary for elaboration of efficient measures for alleviation of eutrophication of the Neva estuary.  相似文献

Electropoligraphical study of the natural night sleep in 16 adults with the use of correlation, coherent, cluster and factor analysis were used to obtain new data describing the active nature of sleep, which is expressed especially in periods of falling asleep and the transition from one stage to another. It is shown that the process of falling asleep and deeper sleep is accompanied by intense reorganization of cortico-subcortical relations, which is reflected in the dynamics ofcrosscorrelation and coherent estimates of interrelations of biopotentials of the brain. The results of factor analysis of multichannel EEG heterogeneity of the transition process from wakefulness to sleep is manifested in significant changes of I, II and III factors weight during I(B) stage of sleep, which may reflect changes in the degree of contribution of the main integrative brain systems in the reorganization of its integral activity. A considerable increase in the I factor weight (reflecting the generalized modulatory brainstem effect on the cortex), along with a decrease in the balance of factors II and III (associated with organization of fronto-occipital and interhemispheric interactions) clearly indicates a special role of sleep synchronizing influences from the brain stem in the development of this initial stage. Reduction of EEG interhemispheric interrelations in the anterior and inferior frontal areas with the deepening of sleep may be indication of the reorganization of the frontal areas activity associated with the coordinated increasing of inactivation process in the cortex of both hemispheres. Degree of stability of the spatial structure of interregional interactions of different brain cortex areas (according to the analysis of average dispersion of crosscorrelation EEG relations) increases on falling asleep with the onset of stage I(A), but with the transition to the stage I(B) there is a significant increase of instability of values EEG crosscorrelation. With the deepening of sleep the subsequent decrease of the dispersion of EEG crosscorrelations in frontal cortex is revealed. During REM sleep the dispersion levels of inter-regional interactions increases as much as possible, especially for EEG crosscorrelations of posterotemporal and inferiofrontal parts of both hemispheres.  相似文献

In experiments on the frog cutaneous pectoris muscle in cases of different external calcium concentrations, using extracellular recording technique, processes of facilitation and depression of transmitter release during the high-frequency stimulation were investigated. On the ground of experiments using intracellular mobile calcium buffers BAPTA-AM and EGTA-AM, it was proposed that at least two (low- and high-affinity) calcium-binding sites underlie the facilitation. Both the facilitation and the depression were accompanied by such transformations of underlied of nerve ending responses as changes of the third phase amplitude. Application of potassium channel blockers allowed us to reveal the significant contribution of changes of duration of the AP repolarisation phase and, accordingly, the changes of magnitude of calcium influx to development of facilitation and depression of transmitter release. It was also revealed that, during the high-frequency rhythmic stimulation, the increase of asynchrony of transmitter release leading to decrease of facilitation and increase of depression occurred. It was concluded that the forms of short-term synaptic plasticity--facilitation and depression, were caused by various presynaptic mechanisms: the increase of concentration of "local" and accumulation of "residual" calcium, the changes of calcium influx, increase of temporal course of secretion, the impairment of equilibrium between the depletion and restoration of mediator supply. Due to some of these processes and specific conditions of synapse functioning, the facilitation of the depression of transmitter release occurred.  相似文献

The functional activity of natural killer cells (NKC) in 90 patients with acute viral hepatitis B was studied. As a result, the importance of this characteristic as a criterion of effectiveness of alpha 2-interferon obtained by gene engineering techniques was shown. The study revealed the presence of inverse relationship between the level of the functional activity of NKC and the severity of acute viral hepatitis B at the peak of the disease. The character of the influence of alpha 2-interferon on the cytotoxicity of NKC depended on the time of the use of the preparation. Administration of reaferon till day 7 of jaundice promoted a significant increase of the initially low activity of NKC in comparison with that in patients receiving common therapy. This was accompanied by rapid changes of the clinical signs of the disease and accelerated elimination of the virus from the blood. When the preparation was administered after day 6 of jaundice the activity of NKC increased slowly and only at the period of convalescence. These results recommend measurements of NKC activity as a criterion for the evaluation of the effectiveness of alpha 2-interferon.  相似文献

Photoinhibition of photosystem II (PSII) occurs when the rate of photodamage to PSII exceeds the rate of the repair of photodamaged PSII. Recent examination of photoinhibition by separate determinations of photodamage and repair has revealed that the rate of photodamage to PSII is directly proportional to the intensity of incident light and that the repair of PSII is particularly sensitive to the inactivation by reactive oxygen species (ROS). The ROS-induced inactivation of repair is attributable to the suppression of the synthesis de novo of proteins, such as the D1 protein, that are required for the repair of PSII at the level of translational elongation. Furthermore, molecular analysis has revealed that the ROS-induced suppression of protein synthesis is associated with the specific inactivation of elongation factor G via the formation of an intramolecular disulfide bond. Impairment of various mechanisms that protect PSII against photoinhibition, including photorespiration, thermal dissipation of excitation energy, and the cyclic transport of electrons, decreases the rate of repair of PSII via the suppression of protein synthesis. In this review, we present a newly established model of the mechanism and the physiological significance of repair in the regulation of the photoinhibition of PSII.  相似文献
