云南新收集水稻地方品种的表型多样性分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以来自云南16个州(市)新收集的1189份水稻地方品种为试验材料,分析了17个农艺性状的多样性指数在县(市)、州(市)、稻作生态区及稻作民族间的差异和分布。结果表明,在县(市)分析单元内,滇南、滇西南的芒市、盈江、陇川、腾冲、勐海、沧源等县(市)的多样性指数为1. 6010~1. 6822,高于其他县(市)。在州(市)分析单元内,滇南、滇西南的德宏(1. 6951)、普洱(1. 6746)、临沧(1. 6723)等州(市)的多样性指数较其他州(市)高。在稻作生态区分析单元内,有效穗数、穗粒数、千粒重和结实率等产量性状及株高、谷粒长、谷粒宽、剑叶宽和穗抽出度生物学性状的多样性指数为南部边缘水陆稻区(Ⅱ)高于滇西北高寒粳稻区(Ⅲ)和滇南单双季籼稻区(Ⅰ); 17个性状的多样性指数在Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ稻作生态区间的差异不显著,而结实率、谷粒宽、谷粒长宽比、剑叶长和剑叶宽5个性状的多样性指数在南部边缘水陆稻区(Ⅱ)与滇东北高原粳稻区(Ⅴ)间存在显著差异;除剑叶角度、倒伏性、种皮色和叶片茸毛外,其他13个性状的多样性指数在南部边缘水陆稻区(Ⅱ)与滇中一季粳籼稻区(Ⅳ)间也有显著差异。在稻作民族分析单元内,哈尼族、汉族、景颇族和彝族稻作的多样性指数为1. 7033~1. 7308,高于其他稻作民族;其中,在同一州(市)不同稻作民族间,德宏州景颇族(1. 3735)、傈僳族(1. 3714)和汉族(1. 3526)的多样性指数平均值较高;同一稻作民族不同州(市)间,德宏、保山和临沧汉族及红河州彝族的多样性指数平均值较大(1. 6190~1. 6808)。大穗和大粒型资源分别为173份和84份,主要分布于德宏、西双版纳和普洱等州(市);长粒型资源主要分布于德宏州和临沧市。总体而言,位于滇南和滇西南地区的县(市)、州(市)及稻作生态区是云南水稻地方品种性状多样性分布中心,而哈尼族、汉族、景颇族和彝族等的稻作表型多样性高于其他民族。  相似文献

为了阐明东北三省近年育成水稻品种的遗传基础,该研究通过对2021年育成的256个水稻新品种的系谱进行分析,确定了20个材料为育种核心亲本,并利用44对多态性SSR分子标记和34对InDel籼粳特异性分子标记分析了它们的遗传多样性和籼粳分化程度。结果表明:(1)SSR标记能够高效评价参试材料的多样性水平,共检测到130个等位基因,每个位点检测等位基因(Na)变异为2~5个,平均为2.95个;基因多样性指数(H)变异为0.10~0.75,平均为0.41;多态性信息含量(PIC)变异为0.09~0.70,平均为0.36。(2)遗传多样性分析表明,东北三省20份水稻核心亲本的整体多样性水平较低,黑龙江省核心亲本多样性略高于辽宁省和吉林省。(3)NJ聚类分析表明,20份核心亲本可以划分为3个类群,分别为辽宁类群、吉林类群和黑龙江类群。(4)遗传结构分析表明,20份核心亲本可划分为2个稳定的类群,其中辽宁省核心亲本均处于A类群,黑龙江省核心亲本均处于B类群。(5)籼粳分化分析表明,20份核心亲本遗传背景均为粳稻类型,但都含有少数籼型位点,其籼型基因频率F在0.01~0.19范围内。研究认为,东北三省水稻育种核心亲本遗传基础狭窄、使用频率较高是导致育成品种遗传多样性水平较低的可能原因,在育种中亟待挖掘新种质、引入新资源,丰富遗传背景。  相似文献

地中海地区稻种资源的籼粳分类及遗传多样性   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
利用SSR标记及程氏综合指数法分析了109份从地中海引进的水稻种质资源的遗传多样性和籼粳类型,同时利用籼粳测交法分析了其中37份资源的籼粳亲和性.结果表明,大部分引进的水稻种质属粳稻类型,基于SSR聚类、程氏综合指数法分析所确定的粳型品种数分别占引进种质的80.73%和77.98%,基于籼粳亲和性分类所确定的粳型品种数占供试37份资源的75.68%.地中海稻种资源具有较高的遗传多样性,平均有效等位基因数为3.84个,Nei多样性指数平均值为0.482,其中籼稻群与粳稻群的Nei多样性指数分别为0.459和0.340,籼稻遗传多样性高于粳稻.研究结果对于科学引进、合理保存和有效利用国外水稻种质改良国内水稻品种具有指导意义.  相似文献

以3187份江西地方稻种资源为材料,依据籼粳、早中晚、粘糯、糙米色和谷粒形状等5个质量性状进行分组,组内按8个稻作区再分为不同的亚组。利用SSR标记对各亚组和组内种质资源进行遗传多样性和聚类分析,建立了包括296份种质的江西地方稻种资源核心种质库,占资源总数的9.28%。  相似文献

用绵恢725、蜀恢527和蜀恢881三个籼型恢复系、1个美国稻Lemont和1个爪哇稻香大粒作母本, 与1个日本特早熟粳稻Kitaake杂交, 研究了5个杂种F1及其亲本的光合生理表现。结果表明, 在高光通量密度(Photosynthetic flux density, PFD)条件下, 5个杂种F1净光合速率(Pn)明显高于双亲或双亲之一, 推测亲本与杂种F1之间不同的Pn同叶片中Rubsico活性有关。杂种F1的比较中, 在表观量子效率(j)、羧化效率(CE)、CO2补偿点(G)等方面, 籼粳亚种间杂种F1(绵恢725/Kitaake、蜀恢527/Kitaake、蜀恢881/Kitaake)对2个亚种内杂种F1香大粒/Kitaake(粳爪交)、Lemont/Kitaake(不同生态型的粳粳交, 美国稻属于特殊粳稻)具有明显的优势, 而蜀恢881含有粳型血缘, 蜀恢881/Kitaake也比典型籼粳亚种间杂种F1 绵恢725/Kitaake、蜀恢527/Kitaake优势稍逊一筹。5个杂种F1因为具有不同的遗传差异而表现出不同的光合优势, 在这方面, 典型籼粳亚种间杂交蜀恢527/Kitaake、绵恢725/Kitaake要优于其他杂交种, 说明亲本间遗传差异越大, 其杂种F1的光合优势越强。  相似文献

以6121份云南地方稻种资源为研究对象,开展了云南稻种核心种质的取样策略及技术体系研究,以及云南稻种资源多样性、籼粳6大生态群、地理分布系统及图集、优异种质系统发生规律等研究。初步建立了云南稻种资源核心种质构建体系,筛选出998份初级核心样品,表型上约代表了云南稻种资源98%的多样性,并论述了该体系的利用前景。  相似文献

本研究以5份自主选育的粳型亲籼种质明恢413、明恢1616、明恢1707、明恢512和明恢509为研究材料,通过对其生物学特性和育种利用进行研究和评价,以期为今后开展粳型亲籼种质资源的选育和籼粳亚种间杂种优势的利用提供理论参考。生物学特性研究结果表明:5份粳型亲籼种质的播始历期偏长,株高适中,直立穗型,穗子小,着粒密,单株有效穗数多,结实率均在75%以上,千粒重中等。程式指数判定表明,明恢413、明恢1616、明恢1707、明恢512的籼粳属性为偏粳;明恢509的籼粳属性为粳。5份粳型亲籼种质均具有良好的亲籼性,与籼型两系不育系测交F1的结实率均在75%以上,最高可达89.80%;同时能够恢复野败型、印水型、K型等籼型三系不育系,测交F1的结实率均在80%以上,其恢复谱广、恢复力强。光合特性分析表明,其剑叶在生育后期能够保持较高的光合速率,利于籽粒的充实饱满。5份粳型亲籼种质的杂种优势表现:除播始历期、株高和千粒重外,在穗长、单株有效穗数、每穗总粒数、结实率、一次枝梗数和二次枝梗数等性状上均表现出明显的竞争优势。其中,穗长、一次枝梗数、二次枝梗数和每穗总粒数所表现出的竞争优势均超过10%。利用明恢1616、明恢1707与籼型两系不育系华1037S配组,育成了籼粳亚种间杂交稻新组合华两优3716和华两优3707,区试表现较好,较对照增产明显,相继通过福建省农作物品种审定。因此,本研究中5份粳型亲籼种质具有良好的亲籼性且恢复谱广,在籼粳亚种间杂种优势的利用方面具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验以红壤设置不施磷(有效磷0.02mg·kg^-1)和施磷(有效磷69.76mg·kg^-1)、不施氮(有效氮156.7mg·kg^-1)和施氮(232.18mg·kg^-1)4种处理,以16个形态性状的相对指标用SPSS软件分析了来自云南省16个州548份云南稻核心种质氮磷高效的地带性特征,结果表明:低有效磷胁迫下云南稻核心种质形态性状生态差异磷效应明显高于氮效应;提出了茎蘖数、秆重、生物产量、根重、全株重和穗重共6个相对指标既可作为云南稻核心种质磷高效和氮高效基因型筛选的理想指标,又能反映州市间核心种质氮磷高效的地带性特征。聚类分析显示云南16个州市稻核心种质氮高效和磷高效特性划分为3个地带性区域,并与山脉水系、土壤肥力、生态因子和遗传多样性有关。  相似文献

本文利用28对籼粳特异性SSR引物对174个粤北普通野生稻个体进行分析.28对引物均有多态性,平均每对引物扩增出的等位变异数和基因型数分别为10.6和28.粤北普通野生稻群体有较高的遗传多样性(0.768 1),除了能扩增出典型的籼、粳特异基因,还能扩增出野生稻特有的基因.遗传一致度聚类分析表明粤北普通野生稻存在初步籼粳分化;2份(1.15%)材料偏籼,172份(98.85%)材料偏粳,群体以偏粳为主.基因组水平上整个粤北群体没有发现原始类型.  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
