以小白菜"甜脆青"为试材,研究不同浓度(5、10、25、50和100 mmol/L)过氧化氢(H2O2)浸种处理对100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下小白菜(Brassica chinensis L.)种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫明显抑制小白菜种子的萌发状况和幼苗生长,发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗根和芽长度和鲜重均明显降低,根和芽中CAT的活性及K+含量明显受到抑制,渗透调节物质、活性氧和MDA含量显著增加。不同浓度H2O2浸种处理提高了NaCl胁迫下小白菜种子发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,促进小白菜根和芽的生长,增强了NaCl胁迫下根和芽中SOD、CAT和APX的活性及K+含量,降低O2产生速率及H2O2和MDA含量,进一步促进脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的增加,降低体内Na+含量。其中以10 mmol/L H2O2处理缓解盐胁迫效果最好,明显缓解NaCl胁迫对小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制。  相似文献

NaCl胁迫下激素对柽柳种子萌发的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本研究以刚毛柽柳种子为材料,对0 mmol/L(对照)、50 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、150 mmol/L、200 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下柽柳种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数进行计算,结果表明:对照组的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为97.00%、41.56%与28.25%,100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数分别为54.00%、24.25%和18.50%,接近对照组的50%,因此设定100 mmol/L NaCl浓度为柽柳种子萌发的盐阈值。在100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,研究不同浓度梯度的细胞分裂素(6-benzylaminopurine,6-BA)、赤霉素(gibberellic acid,GA3)、褪黑素(melatonine,MT)、萘乙酸(1-naphthylacetic acid,NAA)对柽柳种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的影响。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,浓度为10 mg/L的6-BA和100 ng/L的GA3对柽柳种子萌发的抑制的缓解效应较明显,发芽率分别达到81.50%和94.50%;浓度为32μg/L的NAA与400 mmol/L的MT对柽柳种子萌发的抑制的加剧效应较明显,发芽率分别为42.50%和41.50%。本研究为提高NaCl胁迫下柽柳种子的萌发繁殖提供实际指导,也为盐胁迫下利用激素对柽柳种子萌发的控制与缓解提供了借鉴与参考。  相似文献

盐胁迫及外源钙处理对盐肤木种子萌发的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为研究盐肤木种子萌发的盐胁迫机制和外源钙对盐胁迫下种子萌发的影响,实施不同浓度的NaCl、Na_2SO_4、CaCl_2+NaCl、CaCl_2+Na_2SO_4溶液胁迫处理盐肤木(Rhus chinensis)种子的萌发试验,分析其发芽指标、活力参数和幼苗生长的变化。结果表明:随着盐胁迫溶液NaCl和Na_2SO_4浓度的升高,盐肤木种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗胚芽及胚根长均表现为不同程度减少的趋势,其中100 mmol/L NaCl、75 mmol/L Na_2SO_4胁迫对盐肤木种子的萌发及幼苗的生长有显著的抑制作用;同胁迫溶液NaCl相比,盐肤木种子萌发过程中对Na_2SO_4危害敏感的浓度范围较小。不同浓度的CaCl_2浸种处理时,盐肤木的盐害缓解作用呈现先升高后降低的趋势,30 mmol/L CaCl_2+100 mmol/L Na Cl和15 mmol/L CaCl_2+75 mmol/L Na_2SO_4浓度下盐胁迫处理的缓解能力最强。该研究结果有利于缓解盐胁迫对于盐肤木种子萌发的盐害。  相似文献

采用不同浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4、Na2CO3及三者的混合盐的胁迫,对野大豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及胚生长的影响进行测定分析.结果表明,随盐溶液浓度的增加,野大豆种子的发芽率、发芽速度、发芽指数均呈下降趋势,而低浓度的Na2SO4(10 ~ 50 mmol/L),Na2CO3(≤10 mmol/L)促进种子萌发,高浓度的NaCl(> 200mmol/L)、Na2SO4 (≥200 mmol/L)、Na2CO3(>75 mmol/L)抑制种子萌发;胚根和胚轴对不同种类盐胁迫表现出不同的反应.低浓度的盐分促进了胚根和胚轴的生长.  相似文献

以‘拉丁诺’白三叶为材料,用0、10%、15%、20%(W/V)的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱条件,研究亚精胺(Spd)浸种对渗透胁迫下白三叶种子萌发和淀粉代谢的影响。结果表明,在PEG渗透胁迫下,白三叶种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚芽及胚根鲜重和胚根长度均显著(P<0.05)降低,淀粉水解为糖类的速率减慢;与蒸馏水浸种相比,0.05mmol·L-1Spd浸种处理显著(P<0.05)提高了在渗透胁迫条件下种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚芽及胚根鲜重、干重和胚根长度,同时大幅提高了α-淀粉酶、β-淀粉酶及(α+β)-淀粉酶总活性,降低了淀粉含量,增加了还原糖和葡萄糖含量。说明Spd浸种提高了白三叶种子在渗透胁迫下的萌发能力和幼苗生长的环境适应性,这可能与增强种子体内淀粉酶活性,加速淀粉水解为还原糖和葡萄糖,为种子萌发和幼苗早期生长及时提供充足能量有关。  相似文献

温度、光照和盐分对外来植物黄顶菊种子萌发的影响   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
对黄顶菊(Flaveria bidentis)种子的表面形态进行了扫描电镜观察,并从温度、光照、NaCl胁迫及浸种等方面对黄顶菊种子萌发特性进行了探讨.结果表明:黄顶菊种子喜高温,35℃下种子萌发迅速,且发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数最高;光照对种子发芽率影响不大,但随光照时间延长,种子发芽高峰推迟且峰值下降,发芽指数和活力指数逐渐下降;随NaCI浓度升高,种子发芽高峰推迟日.峰值变小,发芽率也呈下降趋势,但低NaCl浓度(0.01 mol/L和0.05 moi/L)胁迫下种子发芽率仍保持在90%以上,且促进了种子发芽指数及活力指数提高及胚根的伸长,结合天津地区黄顶菊生境中土壤的含盐量的分析表明,黄顶菊具有相当强的耐盐性;浸种对种子发芽率和发芽指数影响也很大.因此,黄顶菊成为潜在入侵种与其种子极高的萌发率及耐受高温和盐碱等特性密切相关.  相似文献

用不同浓度Ca2 溶液浸种处理红三叶种子后、用0.1 mmol·L-1Cd2 溶液培养,探讨外源Ca2 对Cd2 胁迫下红三叶种子萌发、幼苗生长及其保护酶活性和子叶叶绿素含量的影响.结果显示:(1)0.1 mmol·L-1Ca2 浸种处理能显著缓解Cd2 胁迫的影响,可使红三叶种子发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数显著升高,全苗长、胚根长和胚根/胚芽显著增加(分别增加21.38%、44.06%和38.63%),并显著提高叶绿素含量(14.59%);(2)0.11、.0 mmol·L-1Ca2 浸种预处理均能显著提高Cd2 胁迫下红三叶幼苗子叶SOD活性(43.17%、218.95%)和POD活性(34.00%、14.28%),并显著降低其CAT活性(17.43%、29.19%)和MDA含量(21.92%、24.51%).结果表明,0.1mmol·L-1外源Ca2 浸种处理能显著缓解Cd2 (0.1 mmol·L-1)胁迫对红三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长及其保护酶活性的抑制作用,可明显提高红三叶幼苗对Cd2 胁迫的抵抗能力,缓解效果最优.  相似文献

火龙果种子播种育苗存在着种子发芽慢、发芽不整齐、发芽率低及幼苗细弱等问题。为了探讨提高火龙果种子发芽速度、发芽率和种子活力的方法,本试验以白肉火龙果(Hylocereus undatus Brit.t Rose)种子为材料,采用4个不同浓度(100mg/L,200mg/L,300mg/L和400mg/L)外源GA3对种子进行浸种处理,在适宜的光、温、水、气条件下催芽,通过对种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗鲜重和活力指数的测定,研究不同浓度外源GA3浸种处理对火龙果种子发芽的影响,不处理为对照。结果表明,不同浓度外源GA3浸种处理对火龙果种子的发芽势、发芽率和种子活力均有明显的促进作用,其中400mg/L处理效果最好,300mg/L处理次之,再次是200mg/L、100mg/L,对照最差。本文的研究结果,将为火龙果种子播种育苗及育种工作提供科学理论依据。  相似文献

为探讨镧对NaCl胁迫下柳枝稷种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响,该研究以柳枝稷(Panicum virgatum L.)种子为研究材料,通过不同浓度(0、0.05、0.1、0.5和1.0mmol/L)La(NO3)3溶液浸种24h处理后,添加100mmol/L NaCl溶液,以蒸馏水为对照,在种子发芽箱中培养并观察柳枝稷种子萌发和幼苗生长,测定幼苗叶片相对电导率、丙二醛、脯氨酸和叶绿素的含量。结果显示:(1)0.05mmol/L La(NO3)3浸种处理可缓解100mmol/L NaCl对种子发芽的影响。(2)不同处理对幼苗苗长无显著影响,0.1mmol/L La(NO3)3浸种显著增加了幼苗的鲜重和叶面积,当浓度≥0.5mmol/L时根长、根冠比、鲜重和叶面积受到抑制。(3)幼苗叶片相对电导率和脯氨酸含量随La(NO3)3浓度的增加呈先降低后增加的趋势,其中0.05和0.1mmol/L La(NO3)3浸种处理下效果较好,丙二醛含量随La(NO3)3浓度的增加持续降低,但各浓度处理间差异不显著,叶绿素含量在0.05mmol/L La(NO3)3浸种处理下较NaCl处理显著增加,当浓度≥0.5mmol/L随着浸种浓度的增加呈下降趋势。(4)不同指标间发芽势与发芽率、根长和叶绿素含量间呈极显著正相关关系,与根冠比、电导率和脯氨酸含量均呈极显著负相关关系,而与苗长不相关。研究表明,低浓度(0.05mmol/L)La(NO3)3可缓解NaCl胁迫对柳枝稷种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,而高浓度(1.0mmol/L)的La(NO3)3则会加重NaCl的胁迫危害。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验,研究了NaCl胁迫下外源亚精胺(Spd)浸种处理对“白果强丰”番茄种子萌发、幼苗生长及叶片抗氧化系统的影响.结果表明:Spd浸种处理的番茄种子发芽率(Gr)、发芽指数(Gi)和活力指数(Vi)均显著增加,分别比单纯NaCl处理增加了104.90%、142.31%和122.22%,而番茄种子的平均发芽时间(MGT)缩短了4.97%;Spd浸种处理提高了NaCl胁迫下番茄幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低了O2-·产生速率和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量,进而降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量和质膜电解质渗漏率,增加了叶片可溶性蛋白质含量,促进了番茄幼苗生长.表明Spd浸种促进了NaCl胁迫下番茄种子的萌发及幼苗生长,增强了植株的抗盐性.  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

Summary Embryogenic tissues of sugi (Cryptomeria japonica) were induced on a modified Campbell and Durzan (CD) medium containing 1 μM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 600 mg l−1 glutamine, and subcultured in the medium of the same composition for over 1 yr. This resulted in a mixed culture of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells. When embryogenic cells were isolated and cultured independently, their capacity to form embryogenic aggregates was lost. Thus, the non-embryogenic cells present within a mixed culture system were essential to the formation of embryogenic aggregates. When embryogenic tissues were isolated and cultured independently on a high glutamine-containing (2400 mg l−1) medium, dry weights and endogenous levels of glutamine increased, and the tissue could generate a large number of embryogenic aggregates. Amino acid analysis of embryogenic and non-embryogenic cells from the maintenance culture indicated a higher level of glutamine was present in the latter. The high endogenous level of glutamine in the non-embryogenic portion of mixed cell masses may be the supplier of glutamine for maintaining the embryogenic property of the tissues.  相似文献

The review deals with study of enzymologic properties of a novel highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate, N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium iodomethylate (“piperidylcholine”), and its 30 derivatives that were tested as effectors of cholinesterases of mammals and various species of Pacific squids. It was proven for the first time that responsible for specificity of action was structure of cyclic ammonium grouping of the alcohol part of molecule of the ester substrate. Analysis of specificity is performed based on enzymatic hydrolysis parameters—activity of catalytic center of cholinesterases and bimolecular constant of the reaction rate that are determined at optimal and low substrate concentrations. Among the specially synthesized group of thioester compounds there is revealed one more highly specific acetylcholinesterase substrate—N-(β-acetoxyethyl) piperidinium.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献
