在华北山地典型天然次生林中选择研究样地,应用地统计学理论和格局分析方法,定量分析林分土壤氮素空间异质性特征,探测更新幼苗空间格局特征;依据协同变异函数理论模型参数,定量估计土壤氮素营养空间异质性与落叶松更新格局之间的空间关联性,探讨土壤氮素空间变异对落叶松幼苗更新格局的影响程度.研究结果表明:(1)无论是以华北落叶松为优势树种的寒温性针叶林,还是以白桦和山杨为优势树种的山地阔叶林,不同空间样点间土壤氮素总量及速效态氮素均存在很大差异.阔叶林中,硝态氮在整个研究样地尺度(>70.71m)上表现出很强的空间自相关性(结构因素所占比重为81.5%).针叶林中,硝态氮则在相对小的尺度范围(47.90m)呈现更明显的空间自相关变异.且阔叶林中土壤氮含量显著地高于针叶林.(2)华北落叶松苗更新空间分布格局呈明显的集聚分布.更新的空间格局变异主要由空间自相关因素引起(针叶林为77.4%,阔叶林为85.2%),随机变异占的比例较低(分别为22.6%和14.8%).(3)阔叶林土壤氮含量相对高,更新与氮素的空间关联性不明显,与全氮的协同变异呈随机性(R2=0.078).针叶林土壤氮含量相对低,更新与氮素的空间关联性明显,与全氮的协同变异呈现明显的空间自相关性,氮素空间异质性对更新格局与过程具有更重要的影响.整个研究样地水平上,硝态氮与更新的协同变异呈现明显的空间自相关性(空间结构比为59.4%~77.7%).NO-3-N含量较高或铵、硝态氮的比例较低的土壤环境中,更新苗发生数量较多.  相似文献

 研究土壤种子库的空间格局与过程是认识林木更新的基础。应用地统计学方法定量分析了东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场天然次生林中土壤种子库水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)种子的统计特征、空间格局、尺度和格局的变化过程。结果表明,落种后水曲柳种子库的平均密度有很大变幅(5.8~105个·m-2),平均年削减率为91.6%~92.7%,5~8月的削减率高达98%以上。变异函数分析及理论模型拟合显示,一年之内种子库的空间格局强度及尺度变化非常明显。种子雨可形成较强的异质性格局,空间自相关尺度较大,为36.  相似文献

两个林分水曲柳土壤种子库空间格局的定量比较   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:10  
依据地统计理论和方法,采取规则网格数据结构的空间取样设计,在树种组成、林分密度及林下植被等均不相同的两个林分中设置样地,对水曲柳土壤种子库的空间格局进行了定量比较研究.结果表明,在水曲柳杨树等混生的样地1,种子库密度较大(158.1±96.7个·m^-2),异质性程度较高(C0+C=0.549),格局尺度相对较大(4.52m),空间自相关因素引起的变异高达89.4%,随机变异仅占10.6%,格局变异呈现较高的自相似性(分数维值D=1.728—1.865).在水曲柳纯林中的样地2,种子库密度较小(57.4±44.7个·m^-2),异质性程度较低(C0+C=0.125),且主要体现在相对较小的尺度范围内(2.59m),空间自相关变异占56.8%,随机因素对空间格局的影响较大(D=1.906—1.960).两样地之间种子库空间格局表现的尺度范围、强度及空间结构等有显著差异,林分空间异质性是导致这种差异的主要原因.  相似文献

应用地统计学及限制性排序分析方法,对海南霸王岭陆均松(Dacrydium pectinatum)幼苗、幼树、成树及其微生境因子的空间分布特征进行分析。结果表明:1)陆均松不同生活史阶段空间分布格局存在明显差异,幼苗阶段表现为聚集性分布,具有显著的空间自相关结构,聚集强度随年龄增长呈逐渐减弱趋势;2)RDA分析表明,陆均松空间分布格局与微生境因子的关系在不同生活史阶段存在差异,生境过滤的影响会随着生活史阶段的不同而有所差别;3)微生境变量对陆均松幼苗、幼树、成树空间变异的总解释量分别为78.4%、41.2%、33.6%,微生境因素对陆均松分布的限制作用主要集中在幼苗阶段;4)在大尺度条件下,PCNM变量与微生境变量具有较大的共同解释量(22.2%),存在典型的"诱导空间变差"现象,微生境变量空间变化引起响应变量即陆均松幼苗、幼树、成树的分布产生类似的空间结构。研究结果证实了微生境因子与不同生活史阶段陆均松分布的关联性,为深入理解陆均松种群维持机制、空间分布格局、更新动态与生境的关系提供科学依据。  相似文献

2012年8月在长白山林区云冷杉针阔混交林中设置一块60 m×60 m典型更新样地,采用地统计学的半方差函数分析方法、分形维数和Kriging插值方法,分析林下天然更新幼苗幼树的空间分布格局及其异质性.结果表明:云冷杉针阔混交林更新层幼苗幼树以冷杉和色木槭为主,占更新总数的87.4%;样地中更新幼苗幼树呈聚集分布,聚集斑块最大半径为9.93 m;更新幼苗幼树之间具有很强的空间自相关性,其88.7%的变异由结构性因素(生物学、生态学特性和环境异质性)引起,11.3%的变异由随机性因素引起;更新幼苗幼树的空间分布表现出各向异性,南北方向上的分形维数最小,异质性最高,东北-西南方向上的分形维数最大,异质性最低;更新幼苗幼树树高比地径的空间异质性强;更新幼苗幼树地径和树高的空间自相关范围分别为29.97和31.86 m,随机因素和结构因素对其空间异质性的影响具有同等作用.  相似文献

研究了不同强度采伐干扰对土壤表层(3~5 cm)温度空间异质性和空间格局的影响.在帽儿山地区天然次生林内,设置3块不同强度采伐干扰处理样地: A(对照)、B(按基面积的50%随机采伐)和C(皆伐),分别布设不同空间距离 (0.5~56 m)的取样点160、154和154个,比较了干扰以后2年内春季和夏季(共4次)土壤表层温度的空间异质性和空间格局特征.结果表明,森林采伐后,土壤表层平均温度显著增加(相差0.6~4.2 ℃,P<0.001),与干扰强度存在一定程度正相关,温度波动范围加大.采伐干扰导致土壤表层温度空间异质性程度和变异尺度增加,并随干扰强度加大而增大,小尺度上的空间异质性也出现增加现象,但土壤温度空间变异尺度主要体现在<20 m范围内,空间异质性组成受干扰影响较小.经Kriging法对土壤表层温度空间格局模拟,发现采伐干扰样地土壤表层温度的空间格局强度较对照林地大,温度等值线密集,其差异春季比夏季明显.采伐干扰样地的年际间相同季节土壤表层温度格局较相似,而对照样地则呈较均匀的分布格局.  相似文献

为了解长白山次生杨桦林中优势更新幼苗的空间分布及其与环境因子之间的关系,以5.2 hm2(200 m×260 m)固定样地更新幼苗的全面定位调查和环境因子调查本底数据为基础,对样地内个体数量排序前5的优势更新幼苗进行分析。结果表明:在中小距离尺度上,水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)(0-90 m)、色木槭(Acer mono)(0-60 m)、紫椴(Tilia amurensis)(0-60 m、90-150 m)和假色槭(Acer pseudo-sieboldianums)(0-90 m)更新幼苗的空间分布关系为显著正自相关,呈聚集性分布;群落水平上,环境变量和空间变量对5种优势更新幼苗的空间分布变异解释能力为61%,其中,纯粹空间变量的解释度为56%,而纯粹环境变量的解释度不足1%;种群水平上,环境因子对更新幼苗的空间分布有一定影响,其中,水曲柳幼苗的空间分布与土壤有机质、土壤全钾和土壤水分显著相关,色木槭幼苗的空间分布与土壤有机质和土壤全磷显著相关,紫椴幼苗的空间分布与土壤全磷显著相关,假色槭幼苗的空间分布与土壤水分显著相关;簇毛槭(Acer barbinerve)幼苗的空间分布与环境因子未表现出显著的相关性。长白山次生杨桦林中优势更新幼苗多为聚集性分布,环境因子对其分布有一定影响。  相似文献

长苞冷杉(Abies georgei)是青藏高原特有林线树种.对白马雪山阴坡海拔4400 m以上林线0.8 hm2样地长苞冷杉种群进行每木调查,分析其种群结构、数量特征及空间分布格局.结果表明:(1)结构呈典型金字塔型,幼苗和幼树在种群中所占比重大,表现为增长型种群,种群个体数随径级的增加而减少,密度为幼苗》幼树》成年树;(2)存活曲线接近Deevy-Ⅲ型,高径级种群趋于稳定,种群具两个死亡高峰,低径级种群尤其幼苗死亡率高达90%,这是林线区的气候条件如低温、强光照、积雪及冬季冻害等综合作用的结果,种群另一死亡高峰出现于V~VI龄级,种内和种间对空间、光照和养分等生存因子的激烈竞争引起自疏,导致死亡率再度上升;(3)长苞冷杉种群各龄级空间点格局在不同尺度上表现为聚集、随机和均匀分布,以聚集分布为主,由于幼苗来源于种子库且依赖成年树的微生境,幼苗聚集强度和尺度都最大;各龄级关系密切,在不同尺度上表现出显著的相关性.  相似文献

为了解种群内水平上影响植物的适应机制与空间格局关系的因素,对鼎湖山2个演替阶段林分锥(Castanopsis chinensis)种群通过DNA甲基敏感扩增片段多态性进行表观遗传特征分析,结果表明,微生境对表观遗传变异的贡献由成熟林的20.2%降低为过熟林的15.7%,但地形因素的影响却增大,同时微生境中具体起显著作用的环境因素在两个林分也不同。因此,微生境特征对种群适应机制和分布格局有显著影响,对演替阶段也有影响。  相似文献

Seasonal and spatial patterns of light availability were investigated in the understory of a small fragment (approximately 1300 m2) of a riparian deciduous forest of the Kokai River in central Japan dominated byQuercus acutissima Carruth., with the aim to understand the characteristics of microsite light availability forArisaema heterophyllum Blume, a threatened plant species uniquely associated with the riparian habitat. Diffuse site factor, which is the ratio of PFD (photon flux density, 400–700 nm) at a microsite to the open sky reference under diffuse light condition, was shown to be a satisfactory index for the evaluation of light availability for the understory plants in the habitat. Diffuse site factor 1,0 1,000 understory microsites along a 20 m transect from the edge to the interior of the forest, showed conspicuous seasonal changes in both mean and variation. Light availability decreased with seasonal tree canopy regeneration, with the highest spatial heterogeneity being recorded during the time of canopy closure. Auto-correlations of microsite light availability between different seasons were considerably high, suggesting the stability of relative light availability for individual microsites throughout the growing season ofA. heterophyllum. Fairly high light availability during summer season, which surpassed 20% of the open sky reference in most microsites, would be important for the growth and persistence of summer herbaceous plants likeA. heterophyllum.  相似文献

 种子扩散是种群动态中的一个关键环节,研究其扩散格局对了解种子库及更新格局有重要意义。于1999~2000年在天然次生林中选择样地并设置样带,共设取样点1376个,观察和估计了水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)的种子雨格局。结果发现,母树附近,尤其是冠幅范围内,各方向的种子雨没有显著差别。但种子雨密度随距离有明显变化,冠幅范围内平均可达462~903个·m-2。距冠缘10~20 m急剧减少,为50~190个·m-2。72.5%~96.4%的种子散落在距母株树干10 m 的范围内。饱满种子顺风  相似文献

 空间异质性研究对认识不同尺度上的生态系统结构、功能和过程具有重要的理论意义。采用地统计学理论和方法,通过空间异质性特征和比较研究了我国东北红松老龄林中主要树种,即红松(Pinus koraiensis)、云杉(Picea koraiensis)、冷杉(Abies nephrolepis)、枫桦(Betula costata)和紫椴(Tilia amurensis)的空间异质性程度、空间异质性组成、尺度和格局问题。结果表明:红松老龄林中主要树种虽然生长在同一林分中,但是它们的空间异质性与格局具有明显的差异。红松的空间异质性程度最高,分数维较低,其空间异质性主要由空间自相关部分组成,在450m的尺度内,具有明显的空间格局。枫桦的空间异质性程度最低,分数维最大,空间异质性主要由随机部分组成,在大于100m的尺度上不存在明显的空间格局。云杉和冷杉由于生长的立地相似,因此具有相似的空间异质性特征和格局。紫椴是红松最重要的伴生树种,其空间异质性程度、空间异质性组成、尺度和格局等方面与红松接近。红松老龄林中主要树种空间异质性与格局在一定尺度上的差异,反映这些树种在生态系统中具有不同的生态学功能和过程。  相似文献

This study tested three hypotheses regarding how plants respond to the spatial heterogeneity in light availability in the rain forest understory: (1) understory plants occur preferentially in the lighter parts of the understory; (2) under–story palms are more shade tolerant than other understory plants; (3) rain forest plants differ in their ontogenetic response to understory light conditions. The study was carried out in old–growth rain forest in the Yasuní National Park, Amazonian Ecuador. The hypotheses were tested by comparing the distributions of 20 plant species (1454 individuals) over microsites with differing degrees of exposure to canopy gaps to the background distribution of these microsites in the forest. The gap exposure of a given microsite was described by an index based on the number and size of gaps in the canopy to which the site was exposed. Two plant height classes were studied: 0.80–2.49 and 2.50–5 m. The first and third hypotheses were accepted, while the second hypothesis was rejected. The results for the individual species corresponded well with what is known from earlier studies about the ecology of these species or close relatives, suggesting that the patterns observed can be generalized for Neotropical rain forests. Notably, the most abundant species in the study represent several different life history strategies. Thus, abundance in the rain forest understory can be achieved by several different strategies. This suggests that niche differentiation in terms of response to small changes in understory light conditions may be an important factor in the maintenance of the high local plant species richness of tropical rain forests.  相似文献

长白落叶松是东北东部地区主要造林树种之一.该文研究了55a生长白落叶松人工林天然更新幼苗的空间分布格局.测定了样地内(30m×18m)所有天然更新幼苗的坐标、地径和苗高.在幼苗坐标点图的基础上,进行了23个取样尺度(离散尺度)下的相邻格子法的空间格局分析:采用Poisson分布、负二项分布和正二项分布拟合幼苗的离散分布,方差均值比、Morisita指数和最近邻体法确定了空间分布格局,C-指数、Green指数和负二项参数K值度量了它们的聚集强度.利用更新幼苗的坐标点图,采用地统计学中自々半方差分析方法和空间点格局方法(采用Ripley二次分析法)研究了尺度连续变化条件下更新幼苗空间分布格局和聚集强度的变化并确定了其聚集规模,利用最近邻体法的计算方法分析了更新幼苗的自然定植特点.结果表明:1)更新幼苗所有离散尺度下(样方面积从1m^2到18m^2)均呈聚集分布.连续尺度下,在0—10.5m的半径区间内呈聚集分布,在10.5—12.3m的半径区间内呈随机分布.2)离散尺度下(样方面积从1m^2到18m^2),聚集强度随尺度的增加而增加.连续尺度下,在0.10.5m的半径区间内,聚集强度随尺度的增加表现出先增加后降低的趋势,在半径(尺度)为4.2m处聚集强度最大.3)此次调查的样地范围内天然更新幼苗呈现聚集状态生长的平均最大聚集斑块(聚集规模)的半径为4.79m.4)天然更新幼苗之间的平均距离为0.30-0.42m,更新幼苗生长在与母树相距2.99—3.26m之外的空间.5)相邻格子法(传统的样方方法)和空间点格局分析法对格局的判别和格局强度的确定基本一致,但是空间点格局分析法能够反映出尺度连续变化条件下格局和格局强度的变化.它与最近邻体法和地统计学方法等以种群分布的坐标点图为数据源的  相似文献

Temporal changes and spatial variation of soil drainage and understory light availability in 2001 and 2002, small stem (5 ≤ dbh (diameter at breast height) < 10 cm) density, forest successional phase and large stem (dbh ≥ 10 cm) spatial distribution were investigated in 1 ha of tropical swamp forest in southeastern Brazil. Building patches and treefall gaps comprised, respectively, 69.75 and 7.5% of the area in 2002. Semivariograms indicated spatial segregation of successional phases, with mature areas predominating in the North and gaps aggregated into the South. Exclusion of outliers showed large unpredictability of background variation in canopy openness, but patches with high canopy openness values concentrated along the South and East plot borders. Overall canopy openness increased from 2001 to 2002, and was locally autocorrelated between years. In 2001, well-drained and flooded sites comprised 46.75 and 38.19% of the study area, respectively, and were not spatially autocorrelated. In the study period, the number of flooded sites decreased by 40.4%. Canopy openness and small stem density were independent from drainage and were not correlated. Large trees aggregated at scales larger than 40 m, while arborescent palms were aggregated at all scales. Our findings suggest that tropical swamp forests have architectural characteristics similar to that of young, secondary forests and treefall gaps in old-growth forests. Patterns at larger scales pointed to the occurrence of widespread forest degradation, which seems to be particularly advanced in some forest sectors.  相似文献

We evaluated spatial patterns of soil N and C mineralization, microbial community composition (phospholipid fatty acids), and local site characteristics (plant/forest floor cover, soil pH, soil %C and %N) in a 0.25-ha burned black spruce forest stand in interior Alaska. Results indicated that factors governing soil N and C mineralization varied at two different scales. In situ net N mineralization was autocorrelated with microbial community composition at relatively broad scales (∼ ∼8 m) and with local site characteristics (`site' axis 1 of non-metric scaling ordination) at relatively fine scales (2–4 m). At the scale of the individual core, soil moisture was the best predictor of in situ net N mineralization and laboratory C mineralization, explaining between 47 and 67% of the variation (p < 0.001). Ordination of microbial lipid data showed that bacteria were more common in severely burned microsites, whereas fungi were more common in low fire severity microsites. We conclude that C and N mineralization rates in this burned black spruce stand were related to different variables depending on the scale of analysis, suggesting the importance of considering multiple scales of variability among key drivers of C and N transformations.  相似文献

To explore the importance of light availability for seedling growth in low light environments, we examined light-dependent growth, biomass allocation and mortality of tree seedlings growing in sites with 0.2-6.5% full sun, the range of light commonly encountered in the understory of closed canopy, lowland tropical forests. We transplanted seedlings of the canopy tree species, Dipteryx panamensis, Virola koschnyii, and Brosimum alicastrum into second-growth forest and native tree plantations at La Selva Biological Station, Costa Rica. We assessed seedling survival, growth, and seedling light environments bimonthly for 14 months. Plants were harvested at the end of the study to assess leaf area, total biomass, biomass partitioning and root growth. Survivorship of all species exceeded 60% across all microsites, although both D. panamensis and B. alicastrum had lower probabilities of survival in the darkest microsites. All species showed a strong positive relationship between light availability and growth, increasing in total biomass as light increased. However, the strength of the growth response differed among species causing a change in the rank order of species growth rates as light availability increased. Although D. panamensis showed the lowest growth rates in the darkest microsites, a strong response to increasing light led to a cross-over in performance, such that D. panamensis had the highest growth rate at the highest light levels studied. These data suggest that resource gradient partitioning could occur even in low light environments (0.2-6.5%). Given the limited range of light regimes sampled (i.e., non-gap microsites), our data demonstrate that growth of tropical tree seedlings beneath closed canopies is highly sensitive to light availability and that shade-tolerant species vary in these responses. Our results show that understory light heterogeneity, in the absence of canopy gaps, can significantly affect recruitment processes for shade-tolerant tree species.  相似文献
